I am using reliance services from last ten years and found no complaint but from last six months, I am receiving calls from unknown number he uses abuse language. He not only call me ,my relatives & other person also whom I call from my no. and uses abuse language. I don’t know how he get call history of my number. br...

I am using reliance GSM , They automatic activate Services in my mobile & started to deduct my balance from daily basis. I have logged the call, but till they have not deactivated the service. they do not give any response about the problem . i m facing the problem from around two months.

In Nov 2011, I applied for BB connection and the cheque is debited from my account and after that the agent informed that there is no feasibility and till now i am waiting for my refund. I tried reaching all places of reliance on this, even appellate authorities and Customer care. Each time, i get a response, that someone from broadband department will contact me. Till now, i didnt get even a single call or resolution...

I am a user of Relaince broadnet internet and I am subscriber to a premium plan of 12 MBPS line which I believe is a top end plan.

The internet has not been working since Sunday the 1st of April 2012 and the customer care is also not reacting. The local technical help personnel by the name (Sunil Ojha – [protected] ) disconnected the phone and switched it off and said he cannot help.

The call center is calling...

I have a prepaid connection no. [protected] of GSM reliance. Off late since a month, I have noticed that reliance seems to be randomly deducting my balance. On complaining, I am told that its deducted for some hungama plan which I have not asked for. After a heated argument, they agree to credit my account with the money deducted. We have always paid all the bills on time. From last few days, we are not getting any internet connection in the above mentioned 3g card. There is no positive response from the Reliance outlet from where we bought this dongle. They ask us to raise a complaint via Customer Care. we raised a Complaint (Complaint no[protected]....

My mobile no.[protected] is all of sudden disconnected.Around 20 days back I selected to convert my CDMA to GSM,for which address proof & letter was submitted to Pandeypur Reliance Web World.But today i,e on 4-4-2012 the number was disconnected.I don't know the reason why the number diconnected.Kindly activate my number urgently to avoid inconvinience.

sir, yesterday( 4-apr-12) about 2115hrs i recharged with rs 75/. and on this recharge i didn't got any balance/benefit but retailer( Ankush telecom mob.no. [protected] ) balance was deducted and i HAD TO pay him rs. 75/-. .Earlier rellience used to give full talk time in this recharge but now customer-care telling that they have stopped rs. 75/- recharge so i had to pay rs.75/. to retailer without getting any balance/benefit because...

Mere puchhne par customer care madam ke kaha ki aap retailr se jakar 14rs ka recharge krva lijiye 3 din ka internet pack chl jayega.

i had an edc box of reliance installed at my residence for which i was promised to pay 1000 rs month as rent but it s been 2 and half year i haven't received a single cheque from-there end i have disconnected the connection but the box is still lying in my premises even though i have complaint a several times i haven't got a reply from there end...

My self Mrs Faisal i recharged My number -[protected] with 399/-rs on 31st March 2012 its our regular recharge we have been using same recharge for long time.As we did same thing this time as well from regular dealer in Ameerpet.The problem is this we didn't get amount in it was only 1paise we got.when we complain abut it to RELIANCE costumer care on 1st April 2012 Spoken to Darmender executive he did not...

you can tell your credit card issuing company to stop payment to Reliance.

I had bought Reliance internet connection#[protected] from a Reliance agent. His name was Dashrath Pote (mobile number:[protected].

He misused my documents and procured a cell#[protected]. Someone was using this cell[protected] using my id proofs. I came to know only after received the bill.

Reliance world refused to disconnect the phone without first clearing the bill.

I am to submit that I have reliance Mobile Pre paid connection having number [protected]. My Recharge balance amount have been deducted in un wanted ringtone which I have never subscribed even after registration of deactivation of ringtone and my available recharge balance have been reduced to be minimum balance.
