Myself Kumar Bhavnani mob [protected]. My reliance cdma sim has been blocked due to some code problem. I have sent my employee to reliance web world to change the sim card. they are demanding rs.250 for sim replacement. But the actual price is rs.5 as spoken to customer care executive. Immidiately the web world people changed their statement. Now they are demanding rs.50 for new sim. How should we rely on such people? How a big company like Reliance is keeping such people as their dealers?

    Dear sir,

    My Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected]. In Starting January-2012 I start facing internet disconnection and During this period I had contacted reliance customer care many times everytime I contacted they told that "there is some technical work going in your area, so we cannot register your complain now, when the work will over we will contact you". but no one contacted there after.Then I again contacted reliance customer care on 30th January-2012 and then my complained was registed but solution was provided.Instead of so many Complain no.s registered[protected],[protected], no solution will be provided and then their executives are not registering any complains saying that we are forwading the same complain. it is very very bad service from reliance. I had then asked to stop my connection on 2nd feb 2012. On 5th Feb-12 my internet connection was restored after more than one month, But I told them that I dont need that now, as per my intimation I had already taken a new connection from another service provider.

    On 7th feb-12 I got a mail that your request has been registered under Service Request ID[protected] and one of our executives will contact you in the next 48 hours.
    Further to inform you that post cancellation you need to return the instrument or else will be charged Rs. 1500/- for Broadband equipment and Rs. 1250/- for Fixed line instrument.

    On 7th feb-12 I wrote them that You can take back your instrument anytime and I dont have any bills pending except this months bill, waiver for which I have applied as per below conversation. So it is very clear that I have to return only the instrument to you and have no pending bills to pay.

    In between they generated one more bill against my account and I have mailed may times to them that please dont generate any such bills bcoz I was not liable to pay.

    I sent many mails to them regarding the confirmation for disconnection.

    On 27 feb-12 I got a mail saying;
    Dear Customer,

    We acknowledge receipt of your request for termination of the service. We apologise for not meeting your expectation this time for the services provided by us.

    As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID [protected]. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from 16/02/2012. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him.

    On 20 march they took all the instruments.

    Then again these people continue raising bills against my account and sending to me.

    Then on 29th march I again wrote to them that Please refer to ur mail my internet service had stopped from 16/02/2012, and relaince persons took all the instruments on 20th march-12. Now I am not liable for any payment to reliance so pass the service termination information to your billing department also, they are unknowngly generated bills and sending to me.


    On 30th march -12 I got a mail from reliance saying : This is with reference to your e-mail about billing issue. Kindly note that as checked in the system, there is no due payable in your account.

    Then I was very relaxed that now everything is over.
    But surprisingly yesterday I got a call from any advocate from Mumbai that reliance had logged a case against you i[censored] pay your bill within half an hour then they will not lodge any case.
    Please help me in this matter.

      It seems everyone at Reliance Communications Ltd is deaf. I have requested for the cancellation of my Netconnect Broadband [protected] twice, and both the times they have refused to cancel the same, and are still sending me bills. I have stopped using it for last 2 months but I am still getting a bill every month. I have submitted all papers as requested by them for the cancellation, that too twice. Please advise what to do next

      RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD — Disconnection of Broadband &Telephone services

      Dear Sir,

      I have taken the Internet connection from Reliance communications in the month of Dec (last week approx)withAccount No. [protected] .One of the reliance executive Mr Ramkrishna cell no:[protected] mislead me telling that the internet connection speed is >256kbps, but I was given connection of 128 kbps, Immediately I have asked the Reliance call center people for disconnection.I provide you the REQUEST ID No's for your reference.

      REQUEST ID FOR INTERNET DISCONNECTION[protected].
      REQUEST ID FOR LANDLINE DISCONNECTION[protected]. dated 20/01/2010

      I also paid 500/- charges for the 15 days period . Reliance retention team harassed me asking to continue with the plan or shift to another plan, but I refused and asked for termination of the connection immediately.They also acknowledged the same over phone .

      I was on a expectation that the reliance executive will come to collect the modem & telephone instruments, but I was shocked in seeing the bills and warning notices coming to my mail ID.

      The Reliance people are sending me mails demanding to pay 1049/- as charges for first and final settlement to close the connection.

      As a customer If I asked for disconnection they are supposed to do that, but customer service executives has made negligence in disconnecting the connection and asking me to pay the charges.





      Sir I request your Inititation to provide justice to me in this matter .

      I again got a bill...and this time there were more calls to pay my previous dues...which should not exist. and they don't even understand simple English...or rather they don't want to "LISTEN", they just keep repeating ..."your bill is due, please pay, when will u pay"...this is all they can speak but cant understand anything what i try to tell them...and as per ur comment above u state that the issue has been resolved...only I wish?????

        Hereby i would like to inform that i got my card recharge dtd 4/4/2014 ( Rs 160) moblie nbr [protected] , after the recharge i just made a call of 45 second dtd 4/4/2014(at this time i was in Ludhinana )& very next day i came back to my home town in Delhi dtd 5/4/2012 , after this on 5/4/2012 at night only around 12.30 am i have switched off my cell ... When today morning i have checked my balnce & found that it is showing 75.50 Rs .. Immed i have called Reliance customer care & asked for the reason for such deduction.. They have told that one wall paper /once ring has been downloaded dtd 6/4/12 & i have used the internet facilities as well whereas my mobile was switched off the entire 2 days starting from from 5/4/12 night till 8/4/12 9.00am..

        I have requested them to please do refund my money & they have refused & told our system say that u have availed the above facilities which is absolute incorrect .. This is nothing just called as a HARASSMENT as u can not do anything ... and when i have asked that did i asked for or i have sent a request to send me the wall paper/new ring tone or internet then aswer was no. You are requested to take a serious against this & do the needful accordingly.

          Dear Sir / Madam,
          I have been their customer for several years “Reliance
          Netconnect+no.[protected]” & ‘Relationship no.[protected]’ This is to
          bring to your attention past two months I have been receiving bills
          which I strongly feel are’ fake bills’.
          On 06th Mar’2012 request no.[protected], I spoke to your call centre
          executive Mr.Dinesh on Bill date 22nd Feb-12 issue (Bill amount
          Rs.1314.40, one thousand three hundred fourteen and forty paise only)
          being received a very highly amounted bill. I asked him to send me
          details o[censored]sages been utilized by me & reply was in next 15 days he
          will send me the extracts for the same.
          The very next day I receive the email with an exel sheet attached to
          it with data which do not prove that they have been utilized by self.
          You are aware an Exel sheet can be created by anyone with any raw data
          hence, does not prove the user. Find the forwarded mail of the same,
          weekly data usage mails & also all bills sent via email.
          Again on receiving similar bill for the period (Bill Date 22nd Mar’12)
          amount being (Bill amount Rs.1101.21, one thousand one hundred and one
          and twenty one paise only), on 26th Mar’12 at 1715 hours request
          no.[protected] I called your call centre and spoke to Mr.Nitesh of the
          bill being so high & even told him I rarely use the net connection &
          always receive a bill upto maximum of Rs.550/- to Rs.600/- also told
          him that I have never downloaded any song nor any movies, and no one
          else in the family are using this connection, even told him many a
          time the net connection has connectivity problem and the speed
          receiving may not be actual and Mr.Nitesh replied that I will receive
          an call back in next 24hours; the call back I am yet to receive.
          I request an refund from previous bills as well as an justification
          why such bills are being generated and sent to me ? Please do not
          treat your clients this way I am sure ‘ADA’ group does not believe in
          cheating.
          Refer previous bills, mails actual usage & rectified bills be sent to
          me. I am receiving weekly usage data as well from them.
          I am awaiting an honest reply. Refer below trailing mails of weekly
          data usages & the Excel sheet sent by the company.

          Reliance Communication Ltd — disconnect STD without produce bill

          The company has produce a bill of Rs3/-(Three only) as on 23 Aug08 phone no[protected]. From last one week the company's empolee are hrassing me to pay Rs.503/-. Because there was a account mistake in company A/c . The company has worngly credit Rs. 500/- in my A/c in May-08. Even than I paid the bills to the company . This month we did not paid the bill for Rs3/- present by rel communication. At every call I said to the company to give me the bill of Rs 503/- and take away your payment. With out any intimation and any bill the rel com has disconnect my STD line. I talk in rel care centre and even they said, frist you paid Rs503/- then we will continue your facilities. When I asked for bill to pay my dues, the call centre replied we can't give you bill. You hvae to pay Rs503/- frist, than we will continue your services. Is it possible that company can ask for payment without givening any bill.

              Sirs,

              Sub: Non- compliance of the Standards of Quality of service and the
              time limits in grievance solving of the Telecom Consumers within the
              stipulated time frame by the Reliance Telecommunications Ltd.(R. COMM.)

              1. TRAI has been entrusted to discharge certain functions interalia – Protect the interest of consumers of the telecom sector , lay down certain standards of Quality of Service by the operators and ensure the implementation and conduct of the said standards and benchmarks , so as to protect the interests of the consumers.
              2. This complainant regrets to say that openly and defiantly the above telecom Operator in Mumbai has failed to apply the Quality of service standards and to reply/resolve the consumer grievance within the stipulated time limit of parameter specified in regulations 3 to 6 as framed by the authority in 2010.
              3. Enclosed herewith is a copy of two page ( front and back of the sheet) correspondence exchanged between the this complainant ,various grievance solving authorities of the my tele-com operator R COMM.
              On page 2 of this copy , you would kindly find the details of the dispute/grievance raised by
              me as the then subscriber of R COM Cellular no. [protected], which was terminated due to deportation of the same. My first grievance was about the “ wrong charging of Rs. 59.67/- even for the period the service remained terminated viz; between 25 th Aug.to 3 rd Sept. 2011. In spite o[censored]mpteen emails exchanged, the customer care office as well as the Nodal Officer FAILED to resolve the grievance .
              My second grievance was about the delay in ‘Refund of Deposit by 17 days ( after the expiry of stipulated 60 days period ) . R Comm. Further compounded the offence by paying me an amount of RS. 6.92 /- less than the full deposit of Rs. 2000/- without assigning any reason.
              I, therefore lodged these grievances too for redressal during November 2011. Then I was directed by AA of R.Comm. to go to the nearest Reliance Web store as they will have full account of the terminated phone. With all the original documents ,I met the store manager and he mailed a letter with all scanned documents to the concerned R.Comm. deptt. On 17 Nov. 2011 which is also on pg.2 .
              4. As no reply came till 6 th Dec. ,I had sent a formal appeal to the Appellate Authority by Email as well as a hard copy by Courier . As per TRAI rules, the AA was supposed to reply/resolve my grievance but again he failed. In desperation, therefore , I sent A formal complaint on Email to [protected]@trai on 12 th Dec. 2012 with documents enclosed.(pg 1)
              5. I am now aghast to note that even the statutory authority TRAI appears to have not acted on my complaint till date and my grievances remain unresolved with open impunity till date. Hence , I am now compelled to forward hard copies of documents under Speed Post.
              6. I now, request the Hon. TRAI to take these rules violations seriously and if found correct, appropriately warn and fine the defaulting telecom operator R Comm. Ltd.

                    In Nov 2011, I applied for BB connection and the cheque is debited from my account and after that the agent informed that there is no feasibility and till now i am waiting for my refund. I tried reaching all places of reliance on this, even appellate authorities and Customer care. Each time, i get a response, that someone from broadband department will contact me. Till now, i didnt get even a single call or resolution email on this.

                    Hai, this is rajesh on behalf of padmanaban.some three months back.padmanaban booked for reliance broadband.the customer executive (Annamalai) asked him to fill the form and ask him a cheque for Rs.560 even before giving the connection.after 15 days they came for giving connection.becos of signal they said "it will not work out here.becos the signal is very week so ul get a bad connection of net".and he asked for refund they said they will refund soon.but nearly three months over still they didnt refund the amount.one of the executive of reliance broadband, his name is arunkumar([protected]).he is having his the cheque.he is giving irresponsible replies.if we ask for the cheque.so what he is saying is"HE knows what to do at what time.so you dont have rights to force us to put cheque".
                    so they are irresponsible.so its better to not to get reliance broadband.u can go for a nameless brand.but not to reliance.its utter waste.

                    Hi,
                    I sent my application for broadband connection on 15th July 2010. My cheque was en-cashed
                    on 23rd of July.
                    They were supposed to activate my account in 7 days. Their tech assistant came to our place
                    and told us that connection won't be possible as signal is too weak. On the other hand my friends have perfect connection in the next building.
                    When complained to the manager (Mr. Arvind [protected]) he told me that we will get the connection next week( inspite of knowing that signal is weak). But since then I'm getting a cold response from customer care saying that this issue has been escalated and no information is provided to me when I'll get my refund. Arvind has stopped receiving calls and customer care executives just forward our problem.
                    I have to travel 2-3 Kms after my office hours to check their mails as they never bother to update me on this issue. Please look into this matter, these people are toying with the customers. I'm very upset the way things have gone so far as I cannot go for any other vendor until I get the refund.
                    My broadband connection went offline on 23rd july 2014. After registering a complaint and waiting for days I was told that the company has not paid electricity bill for the DLC and the issue will be resolved as soon as the bill is paid.
                    After much follow up, I was told 2 months later (in august) that my connection was down because the corresponding &quot;Reliance web-world&quot; outlet was closed permanently. Apparently, the company was lying to me for 2 months.
                    I have paid bills of July-August-September because I was told by appellate authority that even if I am not receiving service, I will have to pay the bills in order to keep the complaint alive. The connection was never restored nor am I being offered a refund. I have made hundreds of calls to customer care and appellate authority but in vain.

                      I am a user of Relaince broadnet internet and I am subscriber to a premium plan of 12 MBPS line which I believe is a top end plan.

                      The internet has not been working since Sunday the 1st of April 2012 and the customer care is also not reacting. The local technical help personnel by the name (Sunil Ojha – [protected] ) disconnected the phone and switched it off and said he cannot help.

                      The call center is calling for bill payment daily however there is no follow up or help on resolving service issues.

                        Floor supervisor of their help-lines the connection has still not been repaired and no technician has even come to
                        my house to see what the problem is.
                        Meanwhile the company continues to bill be the usual monthly fee even though it has failed to provide any service

                          Cstmr cr ne kaha aap 14rs ka 3 day wala Retair se RECHARGE krva lijiye.

                          Mein retailr ke pas gya meine kaha 14rs ka recharge kr do usne kr diya or mere no. Par
                          5p/200 sms ki scheme activate ho gyi. Jbki maine internet pack activate krvana tha.

                          Meine *333 dubara dial kiya to unhone kaha ki 14rs ka paper recharge krvana tha jbki pehle mujhse kaha gya ki Recharge.
                          Meine kaha ki mujhe wrong inf kyo provid ki gyi. Thn cstmr cr ne kaha sorry sir hmare adhikari se glti ho gyh bt hm apki koyi help nhi kr skte.
                          Aap 198 par cal ki bt unhone bhi ye kaha hm apki koyi help nhi kr skte.
                          Sir glti reliance customer care ki jisne wrong info provid ki
                          Bcoz Rechare. Or papar rc mein jmin aasman ka fark hai...

                          Mere pas 2 rs bche the 4 hour ho jane ke baad bhi koyi data nhi mila or jd main internet chla kr dekha to mere 2rs bhi deduct kr liye
                          Or aaj 06.04.12 msg aaya ki aapke pas pryapt blnc nhi hai apki srvice activate nhi ho skti.

                          Or sir ye fraud reliance company ne mere no. Par customer cr bhi bnd kr rkha hai.

                            I have a prepaid connection no. [protected] of GSM reliance. Off late since a month, I have noticed that reliance seems to be randomly deducting my balance. On complaining, I am told that its deducted for some hungama plan which I have not asked for. After a heated argument, they agree to credit my account with the money deducted. Reliance has credited the wrong deducted amount but the problem is not getting solved. Daily i need to check my balance and daily the amount seems to be getting deducted. Everytime there is another excuse, that the deduction is due to wallpaper or hungama plan or vas services. All these are not asked for by me. I have been complaining repeatedly wherein they assure me that the same will not get deducted but it still continues to happen. Could somebody from reliance mobile gsm take it up on a war footing otherwise i am going in for mobile portability and changing my service provider and am informing everyone not to go in for reliance since they are cheats.

                              i have recharge 23rd march 2012 of Rs 197/- his validity is 21Apr 2012. then this plan got reliance to reliance 2000/- min and reliance to other 700/- min but after 31st march 2012 Rcom system other bal make zero say you have to used and R to R remains how is it's to possible. i know my bal is remains but RCom taken only compliant but not resolve complaint no is [protected] my cell no is [protected].No one have proper system in R COM
                              i think or his customer executive also rural .

                                We have always paid all the bills on time. From last few days, we are not getting any internet connection in the above mentioned 3g card. There is no positive response from the Reliance outlet from where we bought this dongle. They ask us to raise a complaint via Customer Care. we raised a Complaint (Complaint no[protected]. But still there is no response from any one. We are paying an exorbitant charges of Rs. 1200 per month, still after getting such huge charges, neither getting any internet connectivity, not any services, nor any support in case of issues.

                                My most of the official work is dependent on internet. Its a mental agony and need a quick resolution of this.

                                Reliance Netconnect — No connection at all

                                We stay in Bangalore and we got this Reliance Netconnect before some time. It is totally useless. No connection at any time and moreover those fools charge over Rs. 450 per month as the minimum charge. If rarely we get signal, the connection speed rarely goes beyond 1 KBps which is less than 1% of wha they have promised. This is a totally an under prepared product and is not at all ready to go Customers.

                                We live in a very respected locality in Bangalore where there are more Software Engineers than Householders but still we are getting such bad experience. Moreover the customer service they have is simply an useless crap.

                                  My mobile no.[protected] is all of sudden disconnected.Around 20 days back I selected to convert my CDMA to GSM,for which address proof & letter was submitted to Pandeypur Reliance Web World.But today i,e on 4-4-2012 the number was disconnected.I don't know the reason why the number diconnected.Kindly activate my number urgently to avoid inconvinience.

                                  I have purchased reliance Sim 5 month back number [protected]. and given all necessaries documents id proof and passport size photograph to mobile shop.in bommanahalli, the Sim connection is disconnected 1 week back, when i contacted to customer care. saying that we are not got the documents i want Sim to be activated.

                                    sir, yesterday( 4-apr-12) about 2115hrs i recharged with rs 75/. and on this recharge i didn't got any balance/benefit but retailer( Ankush telecom mob.no. [protected] ) balance was deducted and i HAD TO pay him rs. 75/-. .Earlier rellience used to give full talk time in this recharge but now customer-care telling that they have stopped rs. 75/- recharge so i had to pay rs.75/. to retailer without getting any balance/benefit because of wrong recharge and customer-care is denying to take my complain and they are disconnecting my call. sir, this is a big cheating. if there is no recharge available of rs. 75/. then recharge should not be successful. this is a 420 policy. at-least i should get some balance after service tax.

                                        I want some help for your end plz help me to convert in to Vodafone connection.plz take action action against Reliance Communications Ltd.
