I am a user of Reliance-Prepaid, by mistake a service pack is activate in my mobile & they deducted Rs.30 immediately for it. for unsubscribe the message show that to unsubscribe write unsub 2282 to send sms on 155223. I've already send 7-8 times sms on such no. for de-activate the service but always replay is ---Service is temporarily unavailable. Kindly try later. such service is activate on 11-.04-2012. Such no is registered with my Name-Prashant gupta. Please look this matter. how can i stop this service?

    this company is very ford because when i had call to a poor speed to customer care[protected] then they say that we will provide plan 500 5GB day

    and 5 GB night rental 500 and speed 3.1 and after some time they are say that you are not eligible to this plan

      Reliance Mobile — call rates is not updated

      Dear sir,
      I am use Reliance prepaid phone holding cell no [protected]. I have recharged on 7th April with validity voucher of 95. It's call rates is flat 0.99 Rs., but my call rates is charging with 2.49 Rs STD & 0.99 Rs local. I have given complaints to my customer care 0n 8th April & also my nearest reliance web world & they gave me a complained no. [protected]. Your customer support executive told that your problem will be rectified within 24-48 hours & they said to me that how many balance will be reduced between in duration, will be refundable, but it has been past 8 days and my problem has not been rectified till now.
      Is it service of reliance communication?
      If they are not able to solve the issue of customer then what is purpose of customer care?
      I need local& STD call rates of Reliance Mobile In Karnataka,

      I am in possession of Reliance GSM No. [protected]. When i make STD call, it responds "the other number is not responding". But when i dial the same number using Airtel, i get the line. The service of reliance is pathetic. Their Customer Care No. is always busy. Wud anyone listen?

        My friend Mr. Sudhir Kumar is using Reliance Prepaid from last 3 years. On 10th April 2012 he got a call from a Reliance communication center, regarding to convert his prepaid connection to postpaid connection, so he did. paid 250 INR with a promise to covert his connection in 2 days. But, till now its not converted. We tried customer care number also and they guys don't even bother to listen and disconnected the call twice, name of the executive on phone is "Mr. Satbir Singh". It was so annoyed with this type of behavior from such a big Company. The receipt which we got from the agent is with the name of "PHOENIX SERVICES" Address Govindpuri New Delhi. Worst thing is this, the Customer Help Line No which is printed on the receipt is going Switched Off regularly.
        Please help.....

        I have received call from +[protected].The contact person is Mr. Shekhar from Phoenix Services, Govindpuri and suggest me to convert my reliance number of 599 plan he drop me email regarding this. I've paid for this amount. But after this no plan is activated on my number and his all numbers has been switched off.

          I have taken Reliance wired broadband service in 2007. It was working fine till Feb 2008. In feb 2008 when i changed pla, i was not able to get internet service. so booked complaints to the customercare ( Total 5 to 6 Complaints ). Once their technical person came and visited also but he could not resolve the concern. Then i decided to discontinue this service. I filled the form services are discontinued and instruments are collected by company representative. While happening this company was giving me monthly bill with rental amount. As per me when i was not getiing service company should not send me bill for the same.

          What i should do? Company has send me last bill of 1247 in june 2008.

          Now in April 2012 company advocate from Delhi is calling me for case filling against me in Delhi court for not paying the bill amount..

            I am a student at bangalore and got a RELIANCE Prepaid No. [protected]. Yesterday night I recharged my no. for 55 full talktime, & morning I saw a 30 Rs. deduction for CRBT service activation. Then at 10:19 am a msg recieved for hello tune activation, all this without my permission & knowledge.

            Please register complaint against it and help me asap.

              sir/mam,

              i got a call from reliance communication channel partner(NET CONNECT COMMUNICATIONS,swargate,pune) offering postpaid no's with dreamy plans in rs.99 monthly rental and rs 500 deposite which was refundable with intercalling free between those two no.i bought two no's which are [protected] & [protected]..when they activated my no i came to know it was within rs 199 monthly rental plan and only rs.250 were deposited in each no's account as refundable amount.i made a lot of complaints to reliance office and customer care but they are doing nothing on it . on 14.4.2012 morning they disconnected my both no'saying that it happened because of stamp verification n u should go to the offce from where i had got the connection..i went to the office from where i got the no. but office head but she misbehaved and denied to ans my auestions and said it would b solved...they did this after my document was verified correctly...sir i have been cheated by this company.i had given my driving licence ,pan card ,n light bill photocopy as my documents...so i request u to kindly help me out..

              Reliance Communication — Wrong commitment and poor services

              Dear concerned,

              My complaint is regarding my relaince net connect plus.My concerned is that relaince customer care services are very poor and they provide wrong information and mentally harashed to customer.I wanted to disconnet my relaince service but they being retained me. They provide me 300 waiver when i ask for bill payment they told me please after 300 what ever your bill please submit . They insure me your services will not barred.After 2 days my services get barred. I called again customer care they told me our system not working we will call you after one hour but i didn't any call from there.It is not happened first time but before this lots of time it happened.Please suggest me and do needful.                   Today i.e.[protected] evening i received a miss call on my reliance number ;from [protected] when i called back a person talking in punjabi he told me that he is from Reliance communication and i have won a lucky draw prize money of Rs.10 Laks.I was astonished and then he told me to call a number in Mumbai supposed to be of his Chief Manager [protected] who will assist me to get it.I cut the phone immediately and searched in internet.I found that these type of calls are fake and made to many people.I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU ALL DONT PICK UP OR CALL BACK TO NUMBERS YOU DONT KNOW AT ALL SPECIALLY WITH +92........IT MAY BE HARMFUL.I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST RELIANCE TO CHECK SUCH TYPE OF CALLS AND GOVT. TO MAKE SOME WAY TO SAFEGUARD THE PUBLIC FROM SUCH INCIDENTS.

                  today i receive a call from [protected] . the person told me about a lottery of 25 lakh, told me that my no. is selected on portable cases from TATA to RELIANCE and he give me higher authority number by saying talk to them and get your money
                  he said that result will be announced on TELEVISION also...

                  SO I WANT TO ASK RELIANCE IS THAT LOTTERY ARE TURE OO NOT.
                  I have also received this call which offered 25 Lakh lottery to which I denied and the call was disconnected immediately.Plese be aware of such calls.

                    My wife, Mrs.(name removed), was a reliance broadband user & she requested to close her broadband account in December 2010. Following which, reliance personnel even came and collected the broadband modem after disconnection in February 2011 (ref. email copy attached). Today, after almost 16 months, she received a call from some lawyer # [protected] stating that case has been lodged against her and she needs to pay Rs. 5344 to Reliance immediately or to make herself appear in court / or face arrest as there were dues against her reliance account number [protected].

                    Even though,we agree to pay amount that can be reasonably which is limited to fixed monthly charge till the termination happened but I do not see any logic in this demand for Rs 5344 and I would like to bring your attention towards the larger issue.

                    First, Telecom ministry must penalise such service providers for harassing customers in such a manner. Second, service providers must clearly indicatepenalties and interest rate on every bill that can be charged in case there are some dues unpaid. Third, I found huge number of several similar instances against this company on internet, but still I find such cases happening unabated particularly from Reliance when a sound judiciary is in place in our country.

                    Overall, I feel that this is not the way customers should be treated.

                    Kindly accept our application (DOTEL/E/2012/06077) in consumer court to validate this attempt by Reliance to harass us by asking for significant late payment and interest charges & following up with such harassment calls. Looking forward to a fair decision which not only relieves us from any illogical charges demanded but also that penalises such operators for behaving irresponsibly.

                    I have received a call from the very same number ([protected]) today i.e. on 20.04.2012. This call was made after I received a call from Rohan Khanna, [protected] (Supposedly a senior council) in the high court of Delhi on 07.04.2012. it seems that he has filed a complaint against me for not making payments and he has received this complain from RCOM for nonpayment of rent against the broad band connection which was surrendered in October 2011.



                    His tone was brash and rude and it’s such a shame that while I have my relationship with reliance since 2001 i.e. over a decade, they can’t establish the credibility of their own clients. The guy threatened to drag me to court, that I would have to face penalty charges, would be arrested if I dint pay up Rs 1682/-.



                    What’s intriguing me is that I had received a similar call on 16.12.2011 from Deepak Sharma, another senior council stating that I had to pay up Rs 628 failing which the same threat was rendered as stated above. Back in December I thought that there might have been some miscommunication so I paid up Rs 628 called Mr. Deepak Sharma confirming my payment. He assured me that a NOC would be sent by the court dismissing your case and that this would never happen again but strangely the incident is repeating itself in April 2012 (on 07th and 20th April).



                    I had filed a complaint with Reliance Broad Band helpline no[protected], spoke to the Sachin customer care representative and his supervisor as well assuring me that they would look into the matter and that nothing would happen. This was on the 07th April 2012.



                    I surrendered the connection in October 2011, handover the modem to the reliance representative confirm that on a call with the reliance customer care service guys (I believe this service is outsourced), get a call from Deepak Sharma, make a payment of Rs 628 in December 2011 (which was paid – receipt attached) against a connection which I was to believe was closed/surrendered and unused and subsequently assuring me that I would not be harassed again but in vain only to get a call yet again on the 07th and 20th April 2012.



                    I would sincerely urge the reliance team to ensure that this sort of harassment stops and that customers are not mentally tortured to pay up for connections that have been surrendered and pay for services not used. I would like to use this forum to highlight that while we are willing to cooperate and as responsible and educated citizens ensure timely payment of all bills for the services that we have used, this is simply not acceptable.

                      Hi,
                      I am a customer of Reliance since quite some time and my mobile number is [protected]. I had activated Rs. 51 GPRS pack in my mobile which is supposed to get autorenewed every 15 days. I even got a message from reliance asking me to ensure sufficient balance in my account for the same and therefore I promptly got myself a recharge of Rs.100. My account had about Rs.87 on the night of 12/04/2012 when my mobile pack was to be renewed. I used internet services intermittently throughout the night and in the morning realised that my balance had reached zero. I then called up the 198 customer care which as per their practised and rehearsed reply told me that there was some problem with their system and that there was nothing they could do to help me. Here I must add that every time in the past 6 months or so that I have called the customer care, I have been told the exact same thing.
                      I would really like my money back in my account but I am sure that the damn server/system of Reliance must be "down" and they won't be able to help me. Lets just say that Reliance has lost a fan and a customer.

                        reliance mobile service provider has no proper network in the area...deducting money by activating some or other schemes without informing and once you complain they will return the money....recently i have recharged one Pack from there site with mentioned validity of 30 days but after recharge I received massage that this scheme is valid for 15 days then i spoke to customer care executive but they were not ready to launch complaint for that .

                        PLS DO NOT GO WITH RELIANCE MOBILE THEY ARE BIG CHEAT

                          I have been using Reliance - CDMA for the last 10 years. I converted the post -a paid connection to Prepaid in 2008. I also re-submitted the documents of my identity to Reliance in 2010 as TRAI ahd mandated it before the commencement of MNP in Feb 2011. I had applied to a special plan in mid - 2011. All this time, the phone was in my name.

                          But in 2011 December...i have come to know that its in someone else's name. The web store has been horrible in servicing.... The employee at Reliance Web World - Anjan Salakha - Mr Pradeep Gholap has also verbally abused me and was ready to physically beat me up also. Though the response from Reliance Customer Service Centre was better. They have been trying to help me but the situation is still un-resolved. the pathetic part is that the name and address are of someone else's but the e-mail address is still mine..proof enough that I was the original subscriber. Now the company says it cant be transferred to me as if the false identity is the actual owner and its my responsibility to prove that the number is mine.

                          Reliance Communication — Issue of my number to someone else

                          I have purchase a postpaid connection from Reliance GSM service. I have been paying the bills on time but suddenly my sim card became inactive. When asked at the reliance webworld, they said that the connection has been issued to someone else. My number was [protected]. I paid the bill for April and May'10.

                            Respected Sir,

                            I have a Reliance Netconnect Broadband Connection under MDN no. [protected] / consumer account no.[protected] since May 2011. I have received the hard copy of the bill only for the first month. When Reliance call centre staff asked me about my mode of bill information, I have requested them to send me the hard copy every month. But except for the first bill I have never received any bills for the following months. Since the package was a fixed amount, I used pay the bill amount without receiving the bill copy. Till 23 sep 2011 this was done. During October2011,I have not paid the amount on due date, due to my preoccupation at work. Within three days from due date for payment of bill amount, my connection was disconnected by the service provider. The speed of broad band connection was very slow and the net connection was not very useful, I have decided not to request the service provider for reconnection.

                            On 09th Dec 2011, I have received a Demand Note dt 06th dec 2011 from the service provider to pay the arrears bill amount of Rs 1679 within seven days failing which legal action will be taken. I have tried to contact the person, who has sent the demand note on mbl no given ([protected], [protected]) which was continuously busy, or when it rings no body to attend it. So I went to the Reliance World, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600040, on 10th dec 2011 and asked for the closure of my netconnect account. The agent at Reliance world asked me to pay an amount of Rs 1973 for total closure and wanted one request for closure in writing, which was done by me. I have got a receipt number IB [protected] for the amount Rs 1973
                            with a closure reference number [protected].

                            But again on 26th March 2012 I have received a fresh demand note dt 20th mar 2012 for Rs 1027. for the same HSD connection which I have stopped using. When the issue was taken up with Reliance customer care unit , I get a standard email reply that the issue is being looked into and one of their official will revert back to me. But without resolving the issue, the service provider continue to send the reminder for payment on email regularly. Also I would like to state that I get 3 to 4 sms from the service provider every day warning legal action against me. This puts me and my family in lot of mental tension.

                            On 02 apr 2012 at 04.29 pm, I got sms from 59111, stating that my service request no is[protected] and the issue will be resolved in five days. Not only the issue is not resolved, I am continuing to get sms reminders atleast three to four everyday. When the service provider was reminded about the issue thro my mail, no action taken till date to close the account.

                            May I request your kindself to look into the matter and render justice in the issue .

Being an automation engineer I knew what the problem was but Reliance broadband customer services took me for a ride every time when such a complaint arose and I had to finally request for a service termination yesterday. The network all of a sudden disconnects, intermittently during afternoon until late night. It is very very annoying when all of a sudden the net goes off while you are at serious work and again comes back at random. The complaint was lodged when situations became worse on 7thApril'12. Every time I call the customer care, I always get a 24 hrs assurance at resolving the issue and went on and on until 10thApril.

                              I suspect that it was due to internet congestion when a network or it's subnet exceeds its bandwidth or when the traffic is not judiciously distributed and allocated to subnets by the system administrator. The DHCP server was found not releasing a dynamic IP during the above mentioned periods and was causing the disconnection. Finally after lot of commotion and inconvenience they seems to have resolved it on 10thApril. I could see that my network IP which used to be 124.x.x.x has been changed to 123.x.x.x . This change has apparently solved the problem. In technical terms, a mediocre system admin would have been able to solve this by an IP change in less than 5 minutes. However, I have requested a service disconnection/ termination since such a service is not what any customer would expect when you pay around Rs1700/- per month (unlimited plan) for internet alone. I was their customer for over three years and of late, their customer support has deteriorated beyond tolerable limits. I was even advised by one of their customer support guys to go to consumer court to claim damages.

                              I am surprised that there seems no litigation in this country (frankly, I am not aware) to protect customers from such low quality service and big service providers such as Reliance get away with it. Is there any TRAI guidelines protecting customers from such situations?. Any advice on this is welcome.

                                today i am going to share about my experience of Reliance broadband services.i am using more than 9 months reliance broadband with pathetic experience. last 6 months i was not lucky enough to get continue any full months good service, i think with in last few months had done complain more than 50 times regarding internet not working, even 2 days back i com plane them through their CC technician & they told it will be resolve with in maximum 48 hours, though need another 4/5 hours to complete that 48 hours. previously they always told with in 24 hours, thanks God now they extend some time ins ted of 24 hours,& they are much technically strong when ever you call them they have i think more than 100 technical excuse, so they can tell you any one which they like most of the time.I felt lucky sometimes came to know in a day 3/4 kind of technical issue, & end of day i dint get connection & that connection i got after 8 working days, even i am staying at Kolkata, not even any remote part of India.I am using 1 Mbps connection & that I am not getting charity service from them, & since I took reliance connection I always been punctual for monthly bill, not even 1/2 day delay. & after that i am getting this service. & I think I am paying them for their service, as per they agreed to provide me that service & of course i don't demand any extra favor from them.Be a customer i think i have right to look that or demand . To be very Honest in Kolkata here is no cyber cafe open 24X7, some times i back from office let night & need to send report to my Boss's but every time wont possible for this Reliance excellence broadband service.So next day my office experience just Imagine !!! & i think i wish to let you know i am doing Small job in International BPO (Admin),i am earning my bread from Internet only,so its useful for me 24X7. i don't know when i will get connection !!!! but its really pathetic.

                                my user id no is[protected]. i have been use the service for 1 month. from past 12 days i.e 1st aug speed is too slow . i have lodged complain on that day and giving tence of reminders thereater. even new complaint also be registered but the problem is not resolved untill now. although its to be solved in 24 hrs only. on 11th i received a call from exec support but he also assured me only for solving the problem but nothing happened. its my final complaint.
                                kindly if you cannt able to solve this problem out, there is no other way to choose other service provider.

                                I have complained to reliancebroadband custmercare as on 1 march 2009 but not solved my complained and any response.
                                Reliance Broadband is the worst ever broadband service provider i have ever seen.The concernced people are also very rude and shameless.They are least concerned about the customer.

                                reliance broadband+ service is so poor among all broad services in the market.Its +services is going to - for all its users. Being to declare the fastest services its fastest services is mostly converted into high speed 1X SERVICES automatically which is highly painfull for all users...if this type of facility will continued for more time in the future then all customers get diverted to oher services
                                I have taken the reliance broadband connection vide I.D. No:[protected] and land line connection no. [protected]. I had requested the reliance customer care to Shift my connections to my new office. Last week broadband connection only fixed, but telephone is not working. I have lunched several complaints about to customer care of reliance broadband. But from them side till today no action taken to resolve my complaint. Even no one has called me up for any updates till date every time I am following up with them. Every time, I called up in customer care, I have to inform the entire story again and again to them and their reply is simple. There is no commitment level and no customer values. Totally irresponsible management. Please take necessary action in this regard. It is most urgent please.

                                Poor Customer Service

                                I have a Reliance Broadband Internet connection. My modem is not working for past two month. My broadband user ID is[protected] and Account no.[protected]. I was already told a lot of complaints to the Reliance Executives/staffs, their say today it will be clear sir. But they can not take my complaint, because my details are not updated in their systems; they will update it and contact me in 24 hours... I requested for disconnect my connection; I don’t like this poor service of Reliance broadband connection.

                                Subject: Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most
                                I am a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for the broadband connection (Reliance Broadband Service User ID :[protected] from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I always love to use the reliance Broadband services as they are really excellent and cost effective but only that your good reputation is being spoiled by Technical Team of Reliance Broadband Coimbatore. I write this letter to get your attention regarding the bad service and false claims of the Technical Team of Coimbatore. Since July 18th 2012 my broadband connection is not working due to ADSL Problem, I immediately called the customer care and made a complaint regarding the issue (complaint no –[protected] with the customer care executive promising me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. With the expiration of more than 24 hours (36 hours to be exact), I found that my problem is not resolved while the worst part is not any of the executive of technical ever made contact with me regarding this. When I called again and asked the customer care executive regarding the status of my complaint, he replied me that the complaint has been resolved by the technical team “as they had came to my home and resolved in person which is never happened and of course, a blatant lie as well. I repeatedly making complaints in a daily fashion since July 18th ( complaint Numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], as my problem is never resolved, moreover the worst part is that the Technical Team of Coimbatore is repeatedly closing the complaints claiming that they had resolved the issue in person (Even they never called me). So since July 18th to today, I am not using the internet service but instead even I cannot book for a Bill Wavier as they claim all the issues are solved within the time frame, only the issues which are not resolved within 3 working days are eligible for Bill Wavier. How sickening, because of the false claims of the Technical team of Coimbatore, I am frustrated and made a termination request on today ( Termination Request No –[protected] with the worst part the termination process would take at least 15 days which makes me to pay the bill for already not working internet of 7 days + 15 days amount. I am very sad. Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most.
                                Please take action against technical team of Coimbatore over false claims, and also help me get Bill Wavier since July 18th to the date of connection termination.

                                I have registered a complaint on[protected]complaint number[protected] connection was down for 3 days(on[protected], 4:58PM) When i contacted customer care, they said, this probl was solved on[protected] at 8.00pm. i was really surprised bcze i have checked at 10.00pm.

                                Funny thing is, I have got their first bill before they provide connection. (they refund this amount) its made me to go their cochin office, i asked them to show Installation paper which i signed, the lady was smiling, they dont have any paper like that, still i didn&#039;t see any of installation paper from reliance. This company believes what their team says, and there is no call back or inquiry.

                                This connection is not suitable for who works from home, This is only for Time passers
                                I am going to stop this connection by current bill

                                  My reliance cdms number is [protected].Some 3-4 days back I received a call from reliance customer care and they asked me whether i wanted to switch to postpaid.I found the postpaid cheaper for me so I said yes.Then after some hours an agent came to my house for required documents,After 3 working days i received an sms saying that my numer [protected] is on SimplePPS199n plan.Today it has been 2 more days after the sms frm reliance.I also called reliance customer care(*333) and they told me that they dont have any such information regarding me migrating to postpaid.I want to know how much time will it take for my prepaid to convert to postpaid.TY

                                    on the dated 30.03.2012 at 9:30 am, i was activete NET50 plan from my main balance.

                                    at 1:47PM, i checked by sms that i have 25mb and Rs. 25 /- on main balance.

                                    after that i disconnect my Internet.

                                    at 3:30 PM i checked that no data balance and main balance Rs. 00.04 /-.

                                    I also complaint immidetly in customer care. Compliant no[protected]. they responde action will be taken with 2days.

                                    sitt no action taken.

                                    afet 10 days i contact with them.

                                    one of the customer care replay at 4:00PM, that balance will be back with in 6:00PM.

                                    at 6:32 PM contact againe. one of the CC replay that "we are help less."

                                      I am very tired using Reliance GSM services as these people are unnecessarily deducting balance from my A/c. ([protected]).

                                      When I am calling their 198 Cust. Care these people are keeping me on hold for a longer time and when I discuss the issue they say me that you will get your balance return after 48 hours and not immediately.

                                      And after listening this when I ask them to transfer my call to their manager again my call is on hold for no reason then I myself have to cut the call.

                                      One thing I couldn't get i.e. mistake is done by them then why should customer suffer. Very bad and pathetic service and a very bad company who robs customer's money for their benefit.

                                      Sorry but if I would not get any results I have to go to consumer court.

                                      i never applied for a caller tune service but then too they claim the same and have cut my balance from the account.
                                      also when i tried to convey this to them they talked too rudely that its all your work and we are not concerned.
                                      this is the improper way to deal with the customer.
                                      this should be taken into account seriosly.

                                      Reliance comm. call center people are liars or they have been told to collect certain amount via caller tunes, sma shero shyari, or for other services whether you opt or not.
                                      one week befor and yestarday unnecarly they have cut my blance before this 5 and after 10 acoording to schme the 45 minute talk time they have cut .Befor i haven complained to deactivate whatever plan there they have told me, Sir we have deactivated the plan for which u where charge .But then also they have agani charge me, and the worst call center people they talk so rudley .
                                      they have given me condolence that a deactivation sms will come soon to u, till yet i have not recived.

                                      I am rohan singh(mob no-[protected]).I have a reliance gsm connection.earlier it was working fine.bt from past 15 days the company is unnecessary cutting my mobile balance.When asked to customer care,they said that i am using R-World and activating and deactivating various schemes,which i have not done.They are uselessly writing complaints and no remedy is done to it.Even when i am busy in my office work and not using my mobile,the schemes are activated on there own.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        My data card no was [protected].

                                        Due to lost of my card i had stopped my services through calling customer care and i asked him that i do not want to use services any more .. so please terminate my account and send me the remaining bill.

                                        The customer care executive asked me that the services are stopped and no bill be generated for this data card.I received remaining amount 1237.00 (not exact know) on my billing cycle.

                                        After some time i received a phone call from customer care that if i pay the 900.00 rs. then they will settle the account and for this i agreed and pay 900 through credit card and provide the receipt details to that person.

                                        I told him that I do not start my connection because i have lost the data card and do not want to purchase new one.For this she agreed and confirm me that no new bill be generated for this no.

                                        Now I received a legal call from RIM that i have to pay Rs.1937 remaining balance for the data card.I told him that how it is possible that without data card how i can use the internet (my data usage is zero in this billing cycles).
                                        I went to reliance store and complain for this but they told me it goes to legal and we can not provide you any help for this.

                                        I received call from legal and the language of the person is very abusive .I am shocked about this that how Reliance a big company treat his customer.

                                        Please provide me help regarding this .
