I bought a pre-paid SIM few months ago. Now it got lost today 22-May-12 at 7.20 pm . After that I called the reliance customer care support to block the SIM to avoid its misuse . But I was surprised to know that as per the reliance customer care executive " The SIM is not at my name so they cant block or close the SIM" I asked them so many times as it can be mis- used by any means but of no use. As that SIM is not issued on my name, I cant block it and stop it from being misused. This may be a data entry error and someone else name is entered at my number , This is not the end of problem yet.. The big question rises after that if this number [protected]( my lost number) has some one else name ,then which number is issued at my name and at my papers???????
My request is to reliance please check the hard copy that I have submitted while buying the SIM and block the SIM ..ASAP... to avoid it being misused.
And also Please correct the data of other SIM may be used by some other person ON MY NAME AND AT MY PAPERS.... Pleazse please correct the data ,,,look at the hard copy that i have submitted and do the needful.. Please block the SIM asap..

    Reliance GSM — false and confuse information

    Sir, I have connection of reliance gsm last night i used reliance costumer care services and again in the morning for the same reason but they give me a false and confuse information.Please do the best possibilites.

      Hallo sir/ Madam,

      I was a user of Reliance broad band connection since 11/01/2012 to 11/02/2012,

      My costumer user id :[protected],

      My plan is Rs. 99/- because I have very less use at my premises.

      Mr. Chetan Takkar (Sales associates, Broadband Dept.) has given me this connection..

      His Mobile no: [protected].



      As per this plan and Mr Chetan has been explained me:



      1) I don’t have to pay any installation charges only you have to pay Rs. 200/- only

      (He also didn’t explain me about Recurring cuarge which is Rs. 150/- comes in the
      final bill which i didnt received back.)

      2) The anti virus will come free for your one computer.

      3) 1-mbps seed you will get.

      4) 200MB free.

      5) Extra usage will charge -50 paisa per MB.



      As per company cycle company generate bill on 27th of every month, and Same way company submitted me a bill to my email address ([protected]@yahoo.co.in). That bill (Bill No. :[protected] is Rs. 1322.17/-. That is not acceptable, even I have used internet for 4-5times only for doing only emails (between 11 Jan to 27 Jan 2012).

      And download the anti virus which is free of cost with these services.

      Accordingly I have informed Mr Chetan Takkar for four to Five times, but till the date I didn’t received the fact in detail. now he is not answering my call also.

      In between I have called to reliance company helpline no: my complain No. is
      (complain ID[protected] and Mr Rahul from Mumbai has been attended my call

      on 2/2/12 , 8:30pm, next day I received the company call. According to that call the usage was there,
      But there is some problem in their system. I didn’t use these much usage, which was shown in my bill. So as per my termination request company disconnect my connection and also received their electronic devices from my premises,

      above information we already submitted in the company.
      we checked in the company, where is the fault?
      but company dont want to take any further steps towards investigation.

      they are only doing unwanted calls from delhi, (like they case on me in delhi court. some advocate is calling me on behalf of reliance company, they claimed Rs. 42000/- to me for the same case.)

      we also submitted the modem/devices also. against the submission of devices, company didnt give us any receipt document. only give us a discontinuing service letter.

      even when i personally
      went to their zonal office (anand nagar) nobody want to attend us and answer us, so i written the application same way and try to submite that application,

      but there is no person to collect that application and signed to my copy of application.now every 15-20 days there is unwanted calls from Delhi,

      so now we are suffering & disturbing a lot, so please consider my case, try to investigate the case properly.

      as per my investigation we call to the Mumbai helpline, the person who has given me the information that, the usage of 2000mb was there, on same day (11th Jan 2012, when it was activated) around 7pm to next day morning 11am. my office was closed (because of closing hours) after their installation and activation,

      that means the person who has installed the software, he is the only guy who know the password and username, so he has misused my connection only,

      Company has to check who was that person and stop to call me.
      but they are only interested in calling me instead of to investigate their system,

        To whomsoever it may concern,
        I am user of Reliance Broadband service. Initially I paid Rs 700/- , i.e. Rs 599/- for installation and 99/- for Freedom 99 Plan.
        My connection was started on 12th April 2012, and I booked a complaint for Plan Transfer to 499/- Night Zoom Unlimited Usage Plan.(Complaint no.[protected].
        On 16th April, I called Reliance Customer Care to know the status of my complaint, and on 16th April itself, the customer care representative told me that my plan has been upgraded to 449 Night Zoom Unlimited Data usage Plan and I can start using it from 16th April itself. So I started using internet from 16th April.
        But on 27th April, the bill was generated and was sent to my E-mail id, was of Rs 1656.38/- !!!!!!!!!!.
        This bill was not correct.Because I was using Rs 449/- Night Zoom Plan, and the Bill generated was of Rs 1656.38/-.
        So I booked a complaint regarding billing issue. (Complaint no.[protected].
        I got a call from Reliance Billing Department, telling me that I have been charged Rs 1038.84/- extra as Data Usage Charges. Because the internet usage I used on 16th April was considered under Freedom 99 Plan, and I was charged on per Mb usage. Whereas my 449/- Night Zoom Unlimited Usage Plan was effective from 17th April.
        This is totally wrong. I would not have used the internet on 16th April also, but I used the internet on 16th April ,because the Reliance Customer Care representative told me on 16th April that my Plan has been upgraded from Freedom 99 to Night Zoom 449.And I can start using it from 16th April onwards That is why I started using from 16th April.
        But now your billing department is saying something else. They are saying that my Plan of 449 Night Zoom was effective from 17th April.
        I am suffering a lot due to the misleading nature of your Customer Care representative.
        My issue has not been rectified till yet. Its more than 20 Days ! and still my issue is not rectified.
        The bill was generated on 27th April and last day of Payment without fine was 18th May. Today is 21st May. My bill has not been corrected yet.
        Please rectify my issue as early as possible. And correct my Bill.

        Reliance Broadband — unwanted extra charges on data usage

        Sir,

        Sub:- Broad band services - Settlement of extra amount 805.02 on Date usage charges for June month bill dated[protected] ref no[protected] –Reg


        I am using reliance phone number[protected] having broadband internet connection from more then 2 years.

        After seeing June month bill dated[protected], I observed extra data usage amount Rs 805.02 in addition to fixed Data usage charges of 800(plan 2mbps limited usage of 4 GB) and total bill of Rs 3145.67 (including data and voice) June month bill dated[protected]. Immediately same was informed to customer care centre and raised the compliant ref no of[protected] for reversing the extra charges of data usage Rs 805 and data usage details of period from 27-May-2010 to 26-June-2010. But still now you are not reversed and not received any reply.

        I am informing that June month my usage was less then 4GB (according data usage records of period May 27th to 26th June month). But according plan I can use up to 4 GB.

        Once again I am requesting you please make it reverse the charges as mentioned above. Take action as early as possible.

          I was using a Netconnect Data Card of Reliance with this number [protected], that data card always runs on hybrid mode. when i tell reliance customer care about this problem they refused to resolve this problem. when i purchase that they told me that it runs on 256kbps speed but it always runs on 10-20 kbps speed. also they send me extra bill every month.

          so i suggest everyone that never purchase a reliance internet connection, they are fraud cheater. when you purchase their connection that time they will make very big-big promises to you but after that they didn't pick up your phone, didn't listen and resolve your problem.

          to bhaiya kul-milakar bat ye h ki ye ek bahut badi chor company h, iska internet connection kabhi bhi jindagi me bhulkar bhi mat kharid lena nhi to ye company aapko barbad kr degi. internet ki speed bahut hi ghatiya h.maine reliance se badi chor company aaj tak nhi dekhi.

            hi my name is rupinderkaur live in house-no 3209 sector 27d Chandigarh. i am reliance broadband net connect user . from the last few days a problem has occurred in the landlines set which your(reliance) company has offered with the broad-band net .the landlines connection is not working from the last 3 or 4 days. so it is my humble request to u to pls repair our landlines connection and i shall be very thank full to u.

              sir i have reliance mobile with number [protected]. this no is used by my mother who is old and cant read sms on mobile. everytime reliance activates caller tune on this no and sends sms that i[censored] dont want this service then we should send sms to stop the debit of charges. as my mother cant read the sms everytime the charges gets debited and the balance gets reduced and lots of money is wasted and debited from our account.. We are been cheated by the company since years together and even we dont know how much money has company collected from us by such false practises. Even i had given complain of the same nature year back from my same account. more than 50% users of Reliance gives the same complaint about the company. Why is the govt not taking these complaints seriously and not making any penalties on company to stop such malpractises. this is regular practise by reliance to debit unnecessary charges from customers by some way of the other.

              pls look into the matter and help me to get my refund and also to make some rules for future that such wrong should not be done to anyone.

              Reliance Mobile — unnecessary debits

              i have a reliance mobile connection no. [protected] since long with life long validity, but before one year the company deducted amounts so many times from my recharge amount. i have lodge complaint at Gwalior office two or three times but nobody are ready to listen me.
              hence, before 9 to 10 months ago, the said no. are not in use by me. after that, the service provider reliance communications are shows debit balance in my account incresingly month by month without using the said mobile no. by me. so please persue the matter very seriously and clear the debit balance so once agin i can use the number.

              Reliance — reducing charges unnecessarily

              My balance is been reduced several times unnecessary several times by your executives only. They activate themselves & thus reducing the charges for that. Whenever I call sometimes they refund sometimes they not. I am not getting any good service from your customer executives. I have already said to them that I never activate any kind of ringtones,callertunes, etc. Then also they don't understand. I have said several times to stop the services if they are active. They say that we have stopped all the services henceforht your balance will not be deducted Then also my balance gets deducted.

                I have purchased this Reliance Netconnect based on the advise from a reliance store however since then I have very slow response in the Internet connection and also I have sent Email with regard to the slowness but no one from the Reliance Netconnect has attended my complaint. I feel this is the one country where the consumer is always ditched by the service providers and the Governments.

                  I was using reliance landline number [protected] in panipat (Haryana)since long time.on 30th june 2011 i have been retired from my govt. services and shifted at my home town in Unnao(UP) i have submitted state Change applicationin Panipat ww, guys at ww told me to submit this application at new city with your ID proof and address proof of new city.after shifting with my family i have visited nearest ww in kanpur as there was no ww in unnao,guys told me to submit all dues first.
                  i have asked the guys that i have not used this phone but they insisted me to submit all dues of 800 app which i have submitted.
                  but again they failed to change the city.i have visited many times and they guys didnt help me.at last they asked me to close my connection i have asked them to close after deducting my security of Rs 1000 with an application but they asked me to visit panipat for any assistance which is 650 Km from unnao. being a seior citizen i cant travel for this reason...i have called *333 call center to close the connection if they cant change the city...

                  But now i have been receiving threatening calls from reliance ...also a guy called me and used abusive language and told me to visit Delhi court as FIR has been launge against my name...i am frustrated nobody help me when i was moving at web world office.

                  I am suffering from a great pain..Kindly help me i have written many mails but nobody help me i can send u copy of my few mails ...

                    Since 12:30 pm on dated May 18, 2012 neither I am able to receive incoming call or able to make outgoing calls while on roaming and at present in Puri (Odisha), then I had to go all the way to Bhubaneswar from Puri which is around 60 km to fix the problem at the customer care. They couldn't able to address the problem. When I asked them to file a complain initially refused to do that as they told me the personal data about my Mobile No [protected] is missing in their database. But on my insistence, finally they lodged the complain Vide No.[protected]. But as of now, there is no response from Reliance due to which I am facing a lot of problem and my business relation with my valuable clients have severely affected.

                    I want justice and strict disciplinary action against the Company and a compensation of Rs.50,000/- for the inconvenience caused.

                      I am an old reliance prepaid subscriber based out of Pune. 10 days back I got an sms from reliance saying rechrge with Rs.498 and call to any local/STD reliance number for free. I recharged today but I found that I was getting any benefit.
                      Then I had a talk with one of your CSR, request number is: [protected]. He said I had to recharge the same day I got the message on.
                      But there was nothing specified in the sms that I need to recharge today then only I will get the benefit.
                      If this is the case then my recharge should have got declined and I should not have been charged.
                      CSR is saying my money is lost and I will not get my money back.
                      Will I get my money back?
                      Please do the needful. Waiting for your immediate response.

                        i m from jharkhand in ramgarh state . and the my problome is not a big problem i m doing recharge my reliance mobile number [protected] and then after 2 or 4 hour the company will be cut in 15 rupese then after 5 day the company will be also cut in 15 rupese . i m trying to coustmer care but he is telling i m taking Ur complains and he is not doing any work i m trying daily 4 - 5 times but the coustomer care is telling i will give ur money and the money is not given it is my complain of relinace..

                            This selva from Melpattambakkam, cuddalore (Dist), Tamilnadu. 15.05.2012, at 10.11 Pm, My Balance is Rs.123.29, I have urgent work in Internet, So I called the Reliance Customer care *333, and ask the executive activate the GPRS One day Plan (Rs.5) its activated in 10.12pm, after i got activation Massage from Customer Care. i start the Internet in 10.14 Pm, my Internet cut in 11.20 pm, So i check my Balance, shocked My Balance is Rs.0.09 Only. So i called the executive and lodge the complaint against Wrongly Deduction of main Balance in 11.36 pm . after i received massage from 3600 in16.05.2012 at 12.23 am you have successfully recharged your prepaid account, Your Prepaid account balance is Main 123.29. So i check my Balance Rs.0.09 only, Again So Many times i call customer care, they giving they all give different information and also they promise Refund the Amount before 17.05.2012 night 11.55. But 18.05.2012 check my balance is Rs.0.09 only, So I call the customer care they told they are not refund the Payment. So I lost lot of things and tension, time waste.

                                This is regarding Wrong balance deduction from my account.
                                All the service providers say that Customer is The King but in reality Customer is that neglected lot whose grievances are never redressed. On 16th of May 2012 I had Rs. 90 in my account and when I tried making a call I received a message that I have insufficient balance in my account, I then recharged it with Rs. 120. The next morning itself when I checked my balance it shows Rs. 90. I called up the Customer Care and requested them to tell the last five deductions made to my account, the person told me that I have activated 4 services and when I tried to tell him that I have not activated any services and there must be some mistake he refused to listen to me.
                                This is just one case, the same has happened to me around 3-4 times, and this is the Biggest drawback of Reliance Network, as soon as you recharge your account some services get activated on its own.
                                Kindly look into the matter.

                                Reliance GSM — Wrong balance deduction for 4th time :(

                                On 19th of March in the evening my Reliance Prepaid account was deducted by 30/- Rs, So i called the customer care the executive said me that some service through R World is been activated but it was so not true and i said to deactivate it and asked for my refund as i never did it. He have me a complaint number i.e.[protected]. And he said me in two days i will get my refund. Then next day on 20th March i got a message notifying me that my complaint has been processed then i checked my balance but i didn't get the money so i again called the customer care and now they are telling me that the service was activated by myself and i cant go for a refund. Then i talked to their Senior officer he also notified me that i cant get a refund.

                                The irony is if you activate any service you get a message about that offer and how much money you are been charged but i never got any such message. So its all clear.

                                And this time i am out of my mind coz this is not first time they have cheated me its 4th time this is happening to me so pls have a look at this and solve it soon.

                                i got a message stating that the money deduction was genuine but i totally disagree to it . . when i first launched the complaint the executive totally agreed that my balance will be refunded . . but what went wrong after two days??? Now they are telling me that it cant be refunded . . then why the hell did you commit that my balance will be refunded???

                                And on a clear note i never opened R-World or responded to any service calls. SO there's no issue of service getting activated by me.

                                And if a service gets activated on any mobile a notification message is sent to the number stating what service is activated and how much amount is deducted. But in my case no message was sent to my number and the money was deducted without any notification.

                                And i can't be wrong for the 4th time. Deal with it coz i never activated that service.

                                I just want my refund.

                                On 26th or 25 th May, 2011 reliance telecom cut my balance of around Rs. 30. My balance was 65 and after deducting the balance it was Rs 35. I called at call center. Their executive himslf said that the outbound officers have activated some services or some packs by themselves without my permission and cut the balance.

                                I want my balance back because this company has done the same thing many times before.

                                I had recharged my phone with 69 (Night calling pack Reliance to reliance) which gave me a additional benefit that when ever i call any other number that Reliance weather it be Local or National i will be charged Half of my base calling pack.

                                On 27th August 2011 (Saturday) i called upon a local number . . the talk lasted for about 20 Minutes and i was shocked to see that i was charged on my base charge i.e. 50 Paise per minute. It was supposed to be charged 25 Paise per minute.

                                I paid 5 rupees extra.

                                help me to revert back my balance which was wrongly deducted.

                                Reliance GSM — Wrong Deduction From The Main Balance

                                I have recharged my Reliance G.S.M. No.-[protected] on[protected] on 7:26 PM with Rs. 35/ in which I got 31.73/ core talk time and rest as the Promo Balance.After few minutes I called to a local RIM No.when I end the call the Main Balance amount shows me only 26.73/. I contacted the Customer Care to know the issue,he told me that a application has been downloaded from R World on 7:33 PM and therefore Rs.5/ has been charged against the download.But, I am dead sure that the R.World was not open on the mentioned time because the mobile phone was in my hand and there was no chance o[censored]sing R.World by others in any case.Not only that after some time I checked my Main Balance its shocked me with the balance of Rs. 19.73(approx.).At the same moment I again complained the issue on 198 they just told me that a service(Jokes Pack) has been subscribed by me. When I told them nothing has been subscribed by me. Although they unsubscribed my no. from the service and the charged amount was waived to my Main Balance. I thought I got the solution and assured myself that I am not going to charged further regarding any services or whatsoever which I do not use.But Unfortunately It doesn't stop I have been again charged Rs.5/ for four times against the G.P.R.S. usage. I have also complained the issue on 198,but till now I doesn't get the satisfactory solution from the Service Provider.

                                I am Satyendra Kumar Mishra using a Reliance Gsm sim card with a cell no [protected] since last 3yrs,
                                on 6 dec'2011 i got a sms at 7:23am in morning from reliance as ' your CRBT service has been renewed at Rs.30/-
                                Where I didn't applied for any such kind of services at all. For the same i Contacted their customer care executive Sharad Gaikwad and a call superviser Named as 'Kavita Gupta' who are seems to be dont have a proper Product knowledge, they just raise SR NO[protected] and give an assurance that will resolve the issue within 48 hrs.

                                I Properly remember On 4th or 5th of Dec'11 i got a call from Reliance Gsm marketing Department from Delhi a TME called me up to avail the CallerTune Facility on my cell, I diretly denied at that point of time.

                                This is not happening first time with me, even previously they have dedcuted the balance wrongly, after complaining for the same they reversed it back. But this time I just got an SMS That ' Your SR NO[protected] has been processed. Where I didnt get my balance or any conclusions for the same.

                                They cheat a people like us, then what about those people who dont have a proper knowledge to raise a complaint as well.

                                Kindly take an appropriate action against same.

                                There are wrong balance deduction from my mob. no. many times i was complained many times but there is response from reliance.
                                I had raised a compliant(SR#[protected] on 16th May for wrong deduction of main account balance.On 17th May I received an sms saying that the request has been processed.But still I haven't got my account balance credited.
                                Its was not unexpected from Reliance because I am using there services from last 7 years and I have experienced allot when I was using their blackberry services for 2 moths and after that I never used their Blackberry service .
                                Its not new for me by facing balance deduction without any reason.
                                As I have earlier notified them that from last two month in each 15 days Rs. 75 deducted .

                                When I have called to customer care and raised the issue they automatically disconnected my call without giving any explanation. I have mailed the same issue but still there is no response 15 April they have SMS me that issue is noted and will be resolved by 5pm but on the same night more Rs 140 deducted from my balance and this time from deduction from promo balance also.
                                On 14 April I have notified them that Rs 110 has been deducted from my account when I have checked there is no any WAS activated on my no. [protected].
                                As a result of that they have given me resolution result one more Rs 140 deduction from my main balance not only that they given bonus deduction Rs 5 from Promo balance .This is award of complaint, it is such a wow!!! from top company in India.I think this is the way of Reliance group to borrow the money from their customers.

                                Now I have only one option to switch on any other provider if problem remain continue.
                                I'm using Reliance GSM mobile connection. I've around 80 rupees balance in my mobile account but suddenly my account balance became zero today morning. When I contacted customer care they said it was deducted due to mobile net usage. I do not use mobile net and never enabled mobile data but they did not believe me and said they could do nothing. Reliance GSM did this kind of things several times before but when I contacted customer care they refund the deducted amount. This time they blaming me and denying their fault. This is pure fraud by them. I want my balance back.

                                    My mobile number is +91-[protected], i have recharge 599 plan for std mins(R-R) to my number, on 30th April 2012, but as i was not having the regular balance i have recharge my number from the reliance website where it was mentioned that on recharge of 47 rupees i will be getting 38.33 regular talk time. So i recharge my number with 47 rupees on May 15, 2012 11:04 AM. But after recharge i dint get any talk time instead my tariff plan got changed from 599 to 47(some plan).
                                    I have tried to reach reliance customer care both 198 and *333(paid one) so many times and every time they are telling some different stories, as if they are trained like that to play with the customers.

                                    so on total i was cheated by 648 (599+47 )rupees.

                                    the mistake is completely from reliance communications , how can they put wrong information on their official website which is for recharging the reliance mobiles, and why should common people have to pay for their mistake.

                                    This shows how Reliance is making money from the innocent common people.

                                    Is there anyone, who can make a note of this? by which i can get justice

                                      My Reliance Broadband is not working for past 15 days,in against of this I already lodged a complaint and my complaint no is UCS20109949. After giving more than 10 reminders for the same complaint, it still in the same condition and not working.
                                      I never saw such a pathetic service in my life yet.Now they wont even pick the call and even if they do so they dont have any solution.
                                      In agreement the Reliance mentioned 24 hrs support to customer. Kindly provide some solution.

                                        I am Baskaran from Bangalore bought Reliance Netconnect+ ([protected]) on Feb 2012 under the scheme of 3 months rental in advance + Device Free. The speed reliance claims is upto 3.1 Mbps (that means upto 384KBps). But in reality i am getting only 50KBps during the day time and night time after 1am i am getting around 90KBps to 120KBps. I can't wake 1am daily for browsing or downloading. Some times during night around 9 to 11 pm speed not even crossing 20KBps. Frustrated with this i have complaint and response is not ok, so after 3 months i am forced to switch to prepaid since it is not worth for money.Whenever i raise any complaint about speed they will ask me to change the OS. after complaint has been raised without my concern or without informing me, reliance closed the complait status as solved. Poor Qulity and Worst service
