Dear Sir
I have a broadband connection with Reliance Infrastructure Communications Limited.
On the 30th Mar 2012 I found the connection not working and made a complaint. Between the
30th Mar and today- 5th April despite making numerous other calls and even speaking to the
Floor supervisor of their help-lines the connection has still not been repaired and no technician has even come to
my house to see what the problem is.
Meanwhile the company continues to bill be the usual monthly fee even though it has failed to provide any service
between these dates. A similar incident took place a few months ago where the lines were again down for more than 12 days
and yet the company did not offer any re-imbursement for non service provided.

Reliance communications infrastructure ltd — Want Terminate Service

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Hardik Vasani A/C NO.is [protected].I want to terminate my internet services so I talked with Customer Service Reprenstative Anuj on 7th March 2011 Request ID is[protected].He informed me that my conncetion will terminate within 2 Days but still my connection is not terminate form company's end.
When I tried second time to terminate internet services for above mentioned A/C NO.CSR Kailash is using same line.Even Floor Supervisor Suresh Yadav is using same line Nobody is attending my Complaint,
Kindly help me and give me satisfactory result.

    Cstmr cr ne kaha aap 14rs ka 3 day wala Retair se RECHARGE krva lijiye.

    Mein retailr ke pas gya meine kaha 14rs ka recharge kr do usne kr diya or mere no. Par
    5p/200 sms ki scheme activate ho gyi. Jbki maine internet pack activate krvana tha.

    Meine *333 dubara dial kiya to unhone kaha ki 14rs ka paper recharge krvana tha jbki pehle mujhse kaha gya ki Recharge.
    Meine kaha ki mujhe wrong inf kyo provid ki gyi. Thn cstmr cr ne kaha sorry sir hmare adhikari se glti ho gyh bt hm apki koyi help nhi kr skte.
    Aap 198 par cal ki bt unhone bhi ye kaha hm apki koyi help nhi kr skte.
    Sir glti reliance customer care ki jisne wrong info provid ki
    Bcoz Rechare. Or papar rc mein jmin aasman ka fark hai...

    Mere pas 2 rs bche the 4 hour ho jane ke baad bhi koyi data nhi mila or jd main internet chla kr dekha to mere 2rs bhi deduct kr liye
    Or aaj 06.04.12 msg aaya ki aapke pas pryapt blnc nhi hai apki srvice activate nhi ho skti.

    Or sir ye fraud reliance company ne mere no. Par customer cr bhi bnd kr rkha hai.

      We have always paid all the bills on time. From last few days, we are not getting any internet connection in the above mentioned 3g card. There is no positive response from the Reliance outlet from where we bought this dongle. They ask us to raise a complaint via Customer Care. we raised a Complaint (Complaint no[protected]. But still there is no response from any one. We are paying an exorbitant charges of Rs. 1200 per month, still after getting such huge charges, neither getting any internet connectivity, not any services, nor any support in case of issues.

      My most of the official work is dependent on internet. Its a mental agony and need a quick resolution of this.

      Reliance Netconnect — No connection at all

      We stay in Bangalore and we got this Reliance Netconnect before some time. It is totally useless. No connection at any time and moreover those fools charge over Rs. 450 per month as the minimum charge. If rarely we get signal, the connection speed rarely goes beyond 1 KBps which is less than 1% of wha they have promised. This is a totally an under prepared product and is not at all ready to go Customers.

      We live in a very respected locality in Bangalore where there are more Software Engineers than Householders but still we are getting such bad experience. Moreover the customer service they have is simply an useless crap.

      i had new reliance internet conection (mdn card number [protected]. on dated 15/03/2010. but i have sorry to say that i have not conectvity till now . the customer care center person replied not Statistically .

        My mobile no.[protected] is all of sudden disconnected.Around 20 days back I selected to convert my CDMA to GSM,for which address proof & letter was submitted to Pandeypur Reliance Web World.But today i,e on 4-4-2012 the number was disconnected.I don't know the reason why the number diconnected.Kindly activate my number urgently to avoid inconvinience.

        I have purchased reliance Sim 5 month back number [protected]. and given all necessaries documents id proof and passport size photograph to mobile shop.in bommanahalli, the Sim connection is disconnected 1 week back, when i contacted to customer care. saying that we are not got the documents i want Sim to be activated.

          sir, yesterday( 4-apr-12) about 2115hrs i recharged with rs 75/. and on this recharge i didn't got any balance/benefit but retailer( Ankush telecom mob.no. [protected] ) balance was deducted and i HAD TO pay him rs. 75/-. .Earlier rellience used to give full talk time in this recharge but now customer-care telling that they have stopped rs. 75/- recharge so i had to pay rs.75/. to retailer without getting any balance/benefit because of wrong recharge and customer-care is denying to take my complain and they are disconnecting my call. sir, this is a big cheating. if there is no recharge available of rs. 75/. then recharge should not be successful. this is a 420 policy. at-least i should get some balance after service tax.

                Reliance GSM — facilities are worst

                first of there is a lot of problem in the network of it, i complaint to the company, they told me that it will be improved in the upcoming one month but its 2 and half month, no improvement is there.

                second, i recharged with rs 42 for std 400 sms, they are sent but delivery of these msg are not there.
                my phone number is [protected] my self sanjay chhibber on today from my balance 20 rs are taken .I did not activate any service yet they dedect balance when i contact costmer care they did not behave properly and talk in rude way so i requested to take some action regarding my complaint actully this hapenned for me 4th time so plz take some action

                Reliance Mobile GSM — WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

                I'm Shridhar and I have been using Reliance Mobile GSM service from past few months. Recently I had activated mobile internet pack of INR 51/-. When I activated the service thro SMS, it was not registered; I again activated the same next day by direct activation facility number provided by customer care (THE WORST OF ITS KIND!!!) since then my 51/- INR are being deducted everytime I recharge. So far, 204/- INR have been deducted in 2 days. After contacting Customer Care, I was told that a complaint has been filed for which I haven't got any complaint number yet. There's this guy called MR MEHUL who's not eligible to be a customer care representative. He's the worst, the most arrogent and irresponsible person. He simply hangs up the call on my face. What kind of customer service is this??? It's better not to have Customer Care service than to have some like this!!! Wake up Mr Ambani and show some responsibility and concern to all the complaints...

                Reliance should shut down IF they dont want to give services. NO customer needs Reliance specially when there are other good operators. Reliance sucks and is WORST network provider India wil ever have. And Best thing is their slogen was "KAR LO DUNIYA MUTTHI ME"... Ha ha thats really funny...

                Reliance — Worst in deducting balance

                Reliance is the worst network i have ever came across. This network is deducting balance telling some stupid reasons which we have nvr activated. Kindly take action to stop this balace deduction without ny reasons

                  I had bought Reliance internet connection#[protected] from a Reliance agent. His name was Dashrath Pote (mobile number:[protected].

                  He misused my documents and procured a cell#[protected]. Someone was using this cell[protected] using my id proofs. I came to know only after received the bill.

                  Reliance world refused to disconnect the phone without first clearing the bill.

                  I visited Akurdi Police chowky. The police officer who was present their called the guy who is using the number and reprimanded him. The guy stopped using the cell.

                  There is some Rs.1000 outstanding on the cell. Reliance has disconnected internet connection also. Why should I pay bill when landline was given fraudulently by Reliance people.

                  Kindly waive off the bill and restore internet services to connection#[protected].

                  It should be noted that Dashrath Pote has cheated many people in Pune and Reliance Pune is aware of the issue.

However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

                    I am M R Jagadeesh Babu purchased Reliance Netconnect+ Data Card from Reliance Web World, Vijayanagar, Bangalore on August 21, 2011 vide User Id.[protected].

                    After purchase I noticed that it provides low speed of 0.2mbps. Customer Care said that due to new introduction the product need to update some technical support and will be resolved on or before August 31, 2011. But it was continuing the same, again Customer Care told that it will get resolved on or before November 30, 2011 again on December 31, 2011 and so on repeatedly hearing from Reliance Netconnect+ Customer Care.

                    On March 12, 2012 on plugging Data Card Device it has given pop-up message as the device connected with speed of 3.1mbps but on checking speedtest reported 0.20mbps only also agreed by Reliance Netconnect+ customer care executive. Same day I have lodged complaint in this regard vide Ref.[protected]. Till today nobody visited my place to resolve.

                    On Mrch 15, 2012 spoke to Mr. Karthik Reliance Netconnect+ Customer Care Executive, even he said due to network problem Data Card provides connectivity speed of 0.20mbps instead of 3.1mbps.

                    Eventhough system not providing speed 3.1mbps have increased minimum monthly recharge from Rs.180/- to Rs.350/-. Which shows that injustice to the public and it is cheating by giving wrong assurance while selling the product and recharges.

                    Reliance Netconnect+ has programmed the device on resume to show pop-message ‘connected with 3.1mbps speed’, but it provides speed of 0.2mbps only.

                    Hence I have requested Reliance Netconnect+ Customer Care to refund Rs.2,469/- (Rs.1,399/- cost of device and Rs.1,170/- recharges).

                    Now Reliance Netconnect+ Customer Care replied that they are not going to refund anything as per their policy.

                    The company makes the policy for their benefit not Justice to the customers. This is 100% cheating done by Reliance Netconnect+.

                    Please help me to get justice in this regard.
