I have purchased this Reliance Netconnect based on the advise from a reliance store however since then I have very slow response in the Internet connection and also I have sent Email with regard to the slowness but no one from the Reliance Netconnect has attended my complaint. I feel this is the one country where the consumer is always ditched by the service providers and the Governments....

All the service providers say that Customer is The King but in reality Customer is that neglected lot whose grievances are never redressed. I am Baskaran from Bangalore bought Reliance Netconnect+ ([protected]) on Feb 2012 under the scheme of 3 months rental in advance + Device Free.
