My Reliance netconnect datacard number is [protected] and let me describe my issue as below.
I have been using Reliance netconnect+ since February and things were went well till i recharged for 800 unlimited on 29/04/2012. From the day i have recharged i have experienced very very less connection, but i didn't bother thinking some network issue,,,,but after 5gb high speed ( afraid there was no such speed i had received)....things went worse for even to open a web-page like gmail, yahoo it took much longer than the usual...even to download a 5mb file it took me 30 minutes...
Really cat and mouse game started between me and reliance customer care... i had spoke to several customer care executives and none of them provided the proper response rather than saying...
a) Clean the temp file
b) Disable the windows update
c) go to speedtest.in......etc.....
but no one try to listen properly the exact issue i have faced and provide the solution rather than saying we have no issue in the network.OK, let me come to the troubleshooting measures which i have done to avoid any executives down here to suggest me to do something...
1. I had cleaned the temp file.
2. I had disabled the windows update.
3. Even disabled the Bitdefender Internet Security.
4. Reinstalled the Netconnect+ Software.
5. Finally i have even completely reinstalled windows 7 in my i5 samsung R540 latop and tried nothing was worked out....Also i have checked this with my desktop as well getting the same speed of 5kbps/sec.....(Even in my mobile airtel internet i used to get 10kbps).I don't know what is happening with Reliance customer care team to provide me a valid feedback.....rather than giving me a compliant number[protected] after 3 days of my chase.Their response really depict me that they are happy to leave a customer our from their circle instead to retain one.
Finally i got a call from reliance technical department [protected] after my continuous follow up and got an answer that my reliance core balance is less, thats why i am getting very slow connection.(But sure i should register a statement here, on 27th April'2012 at 8pm before i recharged to 800 unlimited plan i had called reliance customer care and said i am going to recharge for 800 unlimited and particularly asked about my core balance whether i should recharge with some value but i got an answer not required everything is fine..And now they are saying me to recharge my core balance..ok, we will leave that).
I have recharged my core balance with 30rs and after that my connection is good..Thanks for the technical support team.
But this happiness didn't last more days. Again on 8th May'2012 i got the same issue as before that i cant able to open any webpage.
So, i reached customer care several times and got as usual answers like clear the temp file, install and reinstall the software.i done all but nothing turned out.
Again i called the customer care and spoke with Mr. Joseph at 00.35am on 9th May'2012 and requested him to forward to the technical care service but his answer is like i already getting the proper connection so we cant.
What is this?..the reliance customer care is becoming very poor nowadays.if they cant able to solve the issue at least they should forward to the respective authorities to get this issue resolved.
I have paid 800rs on 27th April and for several days i haven't used the net properly and my money is wasted.
Now what i will do for my connection and where i will go and ask? Who will answer?.
