    (i) We are having a reliance WLL connection[protected] since last 5 to 6 years and in this 5 years we have been facing lot of problems with the tele connection like fault of the instrument,Now the latest being of the fault in the instrument for which in-spite of repeated requests the owner of the reliance web world located at poddar arcade , varrachha, Surat. The complaint has not been looked after.The phone has not been used by us since last 240 days.
    (ii) In light of the above,you are requested to initiate suitable action against the company and direct them to change/repair the tele instrument at the earliest.
    (iii) An early action is solicited.

      Hello,

      I have a Reliance Datacard [protected]. When I have purchased, it was prepaid connection after that I want to convert it to Postpaid connection hence I visited to Reliance Webworld at Bajirao Road, Pune branch on 28 Apr 12 and asked about the procedure to convert it into Postpaid service. Also I have given all the required document (Passport xerox and Photo) and filled up the form and submitted.

      They told me that it will take 7 days to process the same. But till today (10 May 12) it hasn't processed when I asked to customer service people, I got the reply there is no such application or request they have received. When I am trying to contact to webworld through phone I am not getting any appropriate answer or at least what is the pending action which I need to do.

      Now the service center people are suggesting to recharge it so that you can avail the service. But why should I recharge it if I already given the application to convert it in postpaid and also wait for the sufficient time which the Reliance people told me to complete the process.

        Hello,

        I visited the Reliance webworld to purchase a Reliance post paid number in November 2011. My specific requirement was to make STD calls and thus got an STD unlimited plan of 600 p.m. I confirmed with the customer representative in Reliance webworld that there are No network issues around my residential area. As soon as I started using the phone I realised that the network is extremely poor.
        Over the past 6 months i didn't even make calls work Rs. 500 but ended paying around Rs.4000 as fixed calling charges.

        I finally visited the Reliance webworld on 9th April 2012 to discontinue the service. The CR agreed that there has been Poor network issues for a long time now near my residential area. He insisted me to call 198 to lodge a complaint of the same. I called 198 to inform about the issue and requested the CR to discontinue the number. However, The CR (Mr. Seth) took the complaint[protected] for poor network issue and assured that the same will be resolved within 72 hrs. I didn't get any response on this for next 15 days. Finally I called 198 on 23rd April 2012 to request[protected] for discontinuation as there was no resolution on complaint for poor network. The CR again tried to convince me to wait until the issue get resolved and offered a free engineer visit but i denied. I was told that it would take 15 days (9th May 2012) for the number to get discontinued.
        Later, On May 8th I got a call from reliance to again convince me to wait until the network issue is resolved and offered me a free engineer visit which I again denied and requested the CR to discontinue the number as per the commitment of 15 days (discontinuation date was 9th May 2012).

        Today is 10th May 2012, I called today on 198 to check why my number has not been discontinued till date. The CR told me that on 8th May again a request was taken for poor network and thus the number cannot be discontinued which apparently I hadn't requested. Now, I am told to visit the Reliance webworld again and it would take another 15 days for discontinuation.

        This is a clear case of Misguidance and extremely poor service.
        While, its an issue of Reliance service of Poor network, I am not able to make calls, I am assured for immediate resolution but No such adherence while I am requesting for Discontinuation. Eventually, I am getting billed every month, every day on a pro rata basis.

        Please help.

          I was using reliance datacard [protected]
          I was not happy with the services so i decided to shut it down.
          I went to reliance centre in sec-16 rohini.They said why you want to close ,,we will change your plan and varous things,but i somehow managed to convince them.They asked me to pay the money near about 2100 and my monthly charges was just 900,but still i gave them.I asked that this is last na,they said yes .after this you dont have to pay anything.
          But it has been 3 months they are regularly calling me and saying that you have outstanding of 700 then several days later 1500 then 1800.i always refused to pay the money.
          Please help me ,i am very frustated with this.

              I sri madhaba nanda sahoo have a shop named as “Madhra Communication” . The store is deals various mobile recharge vouches including Reliance GSM.. My complain is that :- my store is place in a Reliance distributor coverage area named as “Purusottom Agencies “ kajidiha, madhupatna, Cuttack.Odisha. The employees of this distributors Mr. Amiya Ph-[protected] has force me to activation some new SIM without document or duplicate document /fake document. Which is illegal, crime of Indian law and it is most dangerous to our constitution and Indian privacy . It is developed/ improve terrorism activates of India and also nasalize of our state of Orissa. So when I object this type of work to down. The Distributor or Mr. Amiya are disturbance /negligence to operating my store smoothly. The concerned Agent is not transfer E-Topup balance from that date for continuing next business .
              So I request to you kindly verify / search this type of illegal work and to tray to protect our Indian constitution.

                Hi,

                About 6 months back I purchased a Netconnect+ data card from Reliance with advance rental paid for 3 months.

                The data card number is [protected]

                Post the expiry of the 3months i discontinued to use the data card, however i still got the bill of amount 1200/- INR. I paid the same and formally closed the account by calling up the call center and writing mail to the customer care.

                Again I have started getting the bill demanding payment of 1179/- INR.

                Please note that I never used this data card post the 3 months advance rental period but I am being harrassed by reliance and their 3rd party vendors.

                Pls help.

                  Im writing here in regard to the MEID registration process of foreign
                  handsets with reliance.

                  I know that reliance does meid registration of foreign handsets in their
                  database.

                  But I have seen many people on the WEB charging for the purpose that is
                  supposed to be free from reliance. upon being asked these people tell
                  that they have to ""bribe your reliance officials"" to get the meid
                  registered.

                  I personally have bought a PALM PIXI PLUS from ebay and have been trying
                  to get its MEID registered with you for the last 11 days. I have already
                  been to The Web World(two of them) several times. each time im given a
                  time duration in which my request is said to be processed.

                  But I have not been able to activate my phone on their network.

                  This urges me to leave their network, and switch to another network.

                  i am having the same problem. even though reliance does not charge for meid registration, people on web
                  are asking for rs.1000 to rs 1500 for just registration. it is a total fraud.
                  even if they r actually working, rs 100 to 200 r more than enough.

I had to pay 1000 for registartion and activation, now again i have bought a new handset which i need to activate, i dont want to pay such an outrageous amount for just a database entry.

                  @ravi I got a call from reliance mumbai, after 2 hrs of conversation, the person told me that it was not possible.
                  Same here guys I am also planning to leave Reliance Network Just cause no one is ready to register my foreign MEID no. all they say is they have no clue how to get it done... It seems Reliance is run by a bunch of goons who are not ready to work until and unless you bribe them to get your work done..

                    My Reliance netconnect datacard number is [protected] and let me describe my issue as below.

                    I have been using Reliance netconnect+ since February and things were went well till i recharged for 800 unlimited on 29/04/2012. From the day i have recharged i have experienced very very less connection, but i didn't bother thinking some network issue,,,,but after 5gb high speed ( afraid there was no such speed i had received)....things went worse for even to open a web-page like gmail, yahoo it took much longer than the usual...even to download a 5mb file it took me 30 minutes...

                    Really cat and mouse game started between me and reliance customer care... i had spoke to several customer care executives and none of them provided the proper response rather than saying...
                    a) Clean the temp file
                    b) Disable the windows update
                    c) go to speedtest.in......etc.....

                    but no one try to listen properly the exact issue i have faced and provide the solution rather than saying we have no issue in the network.OK, let me come to the troubleshooting measures which i have done to avoid any executives down here to suggest me to do something...
                    1. I had cleaned the temp file.
                    2. I had disabled the windows update.
                    3. Even disabled the Bitdefender Internet Security.
                    4. Reinstalled the Netconnect+ Software.
                    5. Finally i have even completely reinstalled windows 7 in my i5 samsung R540 latop and tried nothing was worked out....Also i have checked this with my desktop as well getting the same speed of 5kbps/sec.....(Even in my mobile airtel internet i used to get 10kbps).I don't know what is happening with Reliance customer care team to provide me a valid feedback.....rather than giving me a compliant number[protected] after 3 days of my chase.Their response really depict me that they are happy to leave a customer our from their circle instead to retain one.

                    Finally i got a call from reliance technical department [protected] after my continuous follow up and got an answer that my reliance core balance is less, thats why i am getting very slow connection.(But sure i should register a statement here, on 27th April'2012 at 8pm before i recharged to 800 unlimited plan i had called reliance customer care and said i am going to recharge for 800 unlimited and particularly asked about my core balance whether i should recharge with some value but i got an answer not required everything is fine..And now they are saying me to recharge my core balance..ok, we will leave that).

                    I have recharged my core balance with 30rs and after that my connection is good..Thanks for the technical support team.

                    But this happiness didn't last more days. Again on 8th May'2012 i got the same issue as before that i cant able to open any webpage.

                    So, i reached customer care several times and got as usual answers like clear the temp file, install and reinstall the software.i done all but nothing turned out.

                    Again i called the customer care and spoke with Mr. Joseph at 00.35am on 9th May'2012 and requested him to forward to the technical care service but his answer is like i already getting the proper connection so we cant.
                    What is this?..the reliance customer care is becoming very poor nowadays.if they cant able to solve the issue at least they should forward to the respective authorities to get this issue resolved.

                    I have paid 800rs on 27th April and for several days i haven't used the net properly and my money is wasted.
                    Now what i will do for my connection and where i will go and ask? Who will answer?.

                    AirTel — very very poor and delay response

                    i have taken internet connection with land line telephone connection. I don't how one day, music portal subscription activated and 30 rs extra is added to bill. Even after this I paid 30 Rs. for some months and on aug 24th i gave muisc portal deactivation letter to airtel office. But yet it's not deactivated ane still 30 Rs. extra is comming in my bill.

                    Reliance mobile netconnect — Poor response

                    My name is Dr. Vinod and I have netconnection through data cable since 2007. Due to some problem in my laptop, i had to reformat it. So, I had visited reliance webworld in Rajajinagar, Malleswaram, R.T. Nagar, Sanjay Nagar in Bengaluru regarding my installation of netconnection through datacabale. But nobody in the webworld respond properly and they do not do the required job. There response with me is very callous and they treat me very bad whenever I go with this problem. This is my second compliant. I had given the same compliant in the month of January. The same thing has repeated once again in March.
                    i also have same Complaint.one day i aslo notices the some Music portal subscription = Rs 30 and Music portal topup= Rs 110 on my airtel landline bill.then i called the airtel cust support number .They refused to give me detail when this service was used or activated. They also don't have the coorect number to de-activated the service and refuse to take request to deactivate the service. still i am paying unnecessary payment of Rs 140 every month. i have Complaint to higher authories in airtel.but 2-3 months have passed i have not got their any reply.

                      reliance GSM consumer mobile number([protected]) am not getting the speed for internet(sped i get is about 2-3kbps) since 2 months i have complained about this thrice every time they take a complain and tell it would be solved in 3days but the problem is never solved in fact they reply me are u satisfied with our service your complain solved,they even asked me to do a 3G recharge still i didn't get speed and have refused to refund money for the plan they told me to use

                        A sales executive from appco Mr. Ravi kant Sharma comes to my office for sales of reliance 3g data card
                        ,i have purchased the data card from him , he gives me the security that it sped was 7.2mbps, but when i use it it speed was 15.00kps .after that i compliant for it several time but no response from that side

                        i have not use that data card even not for one time
                        please solve my matter

                        I had purchased a connection from Reliance that claimed to have 3G data connection. However 3G network was not enabled despite multiple complaints. The customer care services were close to harassment itself. The latest complaint # is[protected]. Without resolving my complaint, the SMS was sent that your complaint has been resolved and when I called back to ask the reason they refused to re-open my complaint and said that a new one can be raised if needed.

                        Not only is their signal very very bad but the customer care services are even worse.

                          I have a wireless landline of Reliance bearing number[protected]. The same is with me for almost 5-6 years. I had given a request of change of address of this number on 08th April in the reliance showroom of Grand Mall alongwith all the documents.

                          The company although changed the address in the records disconnected my number almost 10 days back without any reason and now despite my number of calls to the customer care and visit on a daily basis to the showroom, they are not able to start the number again. the services are so poor that no one in the company knows as to why they are not able to start the number again. I was in there showroom for almost 3 hours on 7th but no respite

                          I do not understand who can help me and how but the situation is pathetic. in the showroom there was junior level staff who tried their level best but of no use. people at back end sometimes do not respond and sometime they themselves are not clear. but the end result is that the number is not working and there is no one to respond as to what the problem is and how it would get resolved

                            My mobile number is [protected]. I am facing very slow GPRS speed in 2G. On 2G the speed is below 2-5kb/s.

                            Right now I have complaint against the slow speed in my area. Previously I used to get a good speed. But now its too worst. Kindly solve the issue. I have also complained many times on *333 / 198 but my problem is not solved ever.

                              I have made numerous rounds to Reliance web world Aundh, made numerous calls to reliance apellate authority and wasted a lot of money, time and efforts now in getting my bill rectified but I have got only the most uncooperative response.
                              Even though request was submitted for plan change on 22 october'2011 itself, the plan was changed effectively only in feb 2012, that too after repeated reminders. The bill for the past months november onwards is according to last plan only. Even though we have run around in circles for last 2 months...this bill is not getting rectified.
                              We have the proof of this email communication between reliance centres for plan change.
                              There is overbilling of rs. 2300. Why should we pay our hard earned money to fill reliance owner Anil Ambani's pockets.

                              Shame on reliance! Stop cheating customers! We also work hard for our money.

                                I was approached by your representative and I was given a Sim card No.[protected] and cell number [protected].

                                I was informed that the plan will be Rs.199/- + Service tax monthly rental and 600 minutes free + 100 sms free.

                                My sim is not activated till today i.e. 07.05.2012 and I have not used the sim yet. However, today i.e on 07.05.2012, I have been informed that the plan is already acticated and plan is that 100 rupees talktime will be given only monthly.

                                Hence, wrong commitments are being given to me at the time of selling sim by your marketing people.

                                Hence, I have requested on your customer care on today 07.05.2012 at appx 11 am. to cancel my sim. It is told that I have to pay Rs.67/-. I have not used the sim as the same is not activated. Hence, no payment is due to me.

                                Please cancel the above Sim card No.[protected] and cell number [protected]. I request that no further bill shall be raised.

                                If no action is taken an any further bill is raised, I shall approach the consumer court.

                                  I had purchased 2 CUG connections of Reliance from a reliance representative. The plan consists of free calls with CUG, free 100 local calls and 100 free local sms. But i have received a bill wherein they have charged me for everything and nothing is as per the initial plan shown to us at the time of taking the connections. There is no proper reply from the representative who had given us the connections.

                                  On visiting the reliance web world we were informed that CUG plan was not active on my numbers and that it is a personal card and not a corporate connection. I had logged a complaint, which was closed without proper actions. My numbers are as below:

                                  A month has passed and no proper actions have been taken. I have already received another bill with equivalent charges.

                                  Its been a trauma for me and I repent porting from Uninor and taking connections from reliance.

                                  Please help us in getting the correct plan and waiver of wrong charges on my numbers.

                                    I have a Reliance GSM prepaid connection(West Bengal). My Mob No: [protected]. I got a sms today(6Th May 2012) from RM-651234 That if I Recharge today with Rs.27 I will get 300 local Reliance to Reliance minutes free.Then I Recharged Rs.27 from Retailer but I did not get any free Minutes.I had to try many time wiTh customer care but The are not take any step.So please take a necessary step for solving my problem. My name is Malay Singha.

                                      This is Vishalkumar Meshram I'm using reliance broadband connection from past 3 years but form past few months i'm experiencing many problems regarding to the blocking of websites from reliance.from past few days i was not able to surf many websites and and on calling the reliance customer care i was told that Government of India has asked to block these websites also when i asked them to give this clarification in written they refused to do so even when i asked them to lodge a complaint on the same reliance refused to lodge complaint and as per my knowledge these websites are not blocked by any other ISP and reliance is imposing their dirty policies on consumers.It is a clear case of cheating. I'm paying 100% then i expect 100% it should not be reliance to decide which websites i should surf.Please i request you to immediately report this matter to TRAI too.And i really accessed all those websites on my other net connections too.I request you to please look into this matter as i feel customer cell of reliance are not willing to help nor resolve this issue.

                                        Reliance GSM services - Biggest cheater on this planet
                                        I am facing issues with my reliance prepaid number since October 2012. I topped it with Rs. 50 and without even making calls my balance just kept on decreasing till it went to Rs. 0.219 from Rs. 66+
                                        I contacted customer support through mail for atleast 20 times and they just kept on taking their own sweet time for responding. I had to raise this with Nodal officer through mail and calls and he also was not of much help. Only thing nodal officer always said is that they will raise the case and needful will be done at earliest. Once I even got a mail of credit back, but no credit happened till date. They just keep sending me useless promotional SMS'es and say that you selected them to enable VAs and hence your money was deducted. I told them to stop sending me any such SMS'es and still those continued and also I never tried to get any VAS pack.
                                        Now even through their nodal desk has reshuffled since Feb 2012, still I have not got my complaint resolved.
                                        Can you imagine case not resolved for more than 5 months.
                                        Reliance mobile is just stealing customers money and causing them harassment and wasting their time and efforts. Pathetic service as it sucks from their end.

                                        Reliance Telecom — illegal deduct money from prepaid balance

                                        Reliance becomes very unreliable. Me and my friend has not requested for any kind of value added service but they are deducting money money from our balance for various stupid kind of services like shayri. We activate Do not disturb service, still they sending us SMS. We register many complain to their customer care but we have not got any result. We become very frustrated. Please help us.

                                        reliance prepaid service must be closed and will be closed as early as possible, as i got information that after derubai ambani expired, is son anil ambani is worst and cheater and he knows to become rich by cheating the customers by doing illegal works debiting the money by themselves and telling that it as been done by customer, how he has born, is he a man or animal, from my wish he has not born to one such good person dirubai ambani and i thin he born for others, but ambani has taken him and developed him, but in return he cheated ambani by cheating the bussiness develpoment by cheating the customers and i finally request to close the reliance communications all services by government and put to be under illegal case and it must be done and will be done soon wait and see.
