Dear sir/madam

My moblie number is [protected], i am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i got "no default configured” message as a reply from 1900. I have proper balance to request for upc but i had never received the code. I made a complaint several time for this problem in customer care as well as the local reliance office, every time they told that it will be resolved in next 24 or 48 hours but still not it. I make call to nodal officer also but there is no response same answer only i got it., i don’t know why they are doing this, maybe reliance blocked the porting system, with this reliance wants the customer to stick with their poor network services. Now what to do? Should i complain for this to consumer forum to resolve this problem?

    Dear team, i want to submit a complaint & inform you about reliance poor communication gap or unmanageable services which i faced. I am using reliance (No. -[protected]). I want to migrate this service in prepaid (Convert postpaid in prepaid). Now i want to convert this number ([protected]) in prepaid. I have already paid my all amount in advance. After this process customer care told me it will convert in 5 days but 10 days have been left, its still not working. I have complaint many time in reliance customer care from my mobile, they all time taking 48 hours time for resolutions and after 48 hours no buddy inform or call me, every time i have to call at reliance. No buddy in customer care describes me in detail. Reliance is not able to convert postpaid in prepaid, so how can i solve my issue. I have already paid much more to reliance now i want to convert my number in prepaid. I will take legal action for this if reliance not supporting me. Kindly help me. I want to ask from reliance :- why u can’t migrate my number in prepaid? Why you not describe me in detail about this issue? No buddy call back me or inform me about my issue, every time i have to call…., why every time i call reliance? My all friends able to migrate postpaid connection in prepaid but why i m facing this issue?

      Reliance comm. – refund of post-paid connection deposit [t[protected]ays010z4672587]

      I migrated from post-paid to prepaid on 24th june 2017. The post-paid deposit of rs.1, 000/- is to be refunded with 60 days. I wrote to their customer service who allotted the above reference code. After that i have sent them so many reminders, but there is not even an acknowledgement. I wrote to their appellate authority. No response to my communication and follow-up reminders as yet from him, too. Both their cs and aa, have not even acknowledged or reacted to the delay in refunding the deposit, leave alone actual refund.

      I am using water 7s mob. there is two slots for sim i am using two cards rather there is no additional memory to use that is why i want to use pen drive but i cant use pen drive in it . so pl. send updates of the same mob. then i can use pen drive in it pl. under stand my problem .

          I am facing lots of issues with my number from last 2 months. I have called on care so many times but no solution is provided. The problem is so severe that even i am unable to receive calls as this is my primary number. So i have only 1 last option is that to switch my number with other operator and your company not providing me the mnp code. So if you did not solve this issue within 24 hours i. E mnp code. I will file a case against your organization for wasting my time and the problems through which i lost a huge amount.             I was using postpaid services on 3g network of your plan jalsa 299 voice unlimited.
            I visited my nearest reliance outlet for porting of my mobile no. [protected] from 3g to 4g. There i was told to take the new arp plan newly launched by your company, so i agreed but after having 4g service installed. Now i am getting msg to pay rs 1, 495 i. E, rs 1058 for arp & rs 437 for my previos month's bill. But the main problem is that they are telling me that the arp on my is done for 3g services for the upcoming 4 months. This is totally unfair.
            If your company doesnot divert my no. From 3g to 4g i am not going to pay a single penny and i may soon contact you through my legal advisor.
            Mistake is from your side, ivr executive called me and asked about my request done for arp i accepted my request but he doesn't asked for which services 3g or 4g.

              My reliance number is [protected] registered in the name of avishek mukharji. I am not getting any network nor i am able to make or receive calls or messages to my reliance number. I tried reaching customer care but the are also out of service. I went to reliance stores located in ahmedabad, they are also closed. Even jio centres are also not able to help me with upc code.

                  I am a postpaid customer of reliance communication, vide number [protected]. I have just received a message from reliance that they are going to close the services and disconnect the number from october 30 onwards.

                  Request you to please confirm why is reliance communication shutting their services. Also 4 days’ notice period is too short to completely shut down the services. As a customer, i will have to face lot of difficulties if this no. Is closed down. Please provide some alternate solution.

                    I am now trying to send sms port to 1900. Message is getting delivered but getting reply from 1901 with "insufficient balance” message and not getting the

                    I am using this number since many years.
                    Very disappointed with this service. Customer care also getting disconnected, so have no idea how to approach.

                    Can someone solve this on priority?

                        I, Bimal rastogi is using reliance postpaid sim from last 5 years.my mobile no.[protected] is suspended from 24 th of October.I have paid my monthly current charges of 582 by 25 th of October which i guess is not reflecting on my billing details.I have been trying to contact the customer service from the last few days but there was no response.All your redressal numbers are ### none is working for me though.As this number is very important to me and i am incurring so much losses i.e.monetarily and socially because of this.There is an outstanding balance on my account which i dont know how did it come, suspense for me so please solve that out too.please be kind and solve my problem within 48 working hours otherwise i will search for some other options.

So we are unable make any calls and alert from banks and so on. I desire to port the number from Reliance to Aircell. But this process also wants to sent the SMS. How we can do.                             Company has shut down thier service without any prior notice i have recharged all my family numbers and i am now unable to ise my numbers also unable to genrate unique porting code so my primary rcom number is now useless i dont want my recharge amount refunded i only want upc codes for 4 sim cards as these are primary numbers of our family and these are linked to our bank accounts e-wallets email accounts social networking accounts and many more and these services will be unusable for us & this will be very difficult to change the numbers on most of online stuff like these without one time password which is recieved on old number which is dead now please if any reliance employe is reading then plz email me @ [protected]@gmail.com

                                This is complaint regarding reliance number [protected]. Everytime i recharge my phone my balance is deducted with a message saying the balnce is deducted against my subscription for anchalvideoswsub. I dont know what the hell is this anchalvideos and i have never subscribed for such a service. This service doesnt get deactivated and every month around 10 rupees are deducted. So far 50 rupees have been deducted. I want this issue to be solved as soon as possible and want the money back that has been wrongly deducted.

                                This is the second issue i am facing with sim number [protected]. Since last two days people are contacting me asking if it is reliance customer care number. One person said that he got this number online for registering complaints. I dont understand what this problem is. So far 10-15 people have called and said that is this customer care number. Day before yesterday i registered complaint against balance deduction from my reliance sim in name of anchalvideoswsub which i never subscribed. Since then i am receiving calls. I want this issue to be solved as soon as possible. This is highly unacceptable.

                                  Given below are the complete complaint details that i am giving ever since i registered to the consumer complaint forum & each & every time my complaint has been marked as resolved without resolving the issue.
                                  This month again i got a bill from reliance communication.

                                  I was a subscriber of your postpaid network once but due to bad service & misbehavior i could not continue your service. On dated 20/06/17 i got a call from hzaribagh consumer forum regarding a case of 420 by reliance communication for a due of amount 6339 which i have paid on the same date and told by the advocate ishika sharma mob. No. [protected] that i do not get any further bill for the no. [protected] but again i have received the bill in the month of june & july too.

                                  So kindly look into the matter & resolve it asap.

                                  None of my no. Is in use since may 2017.

                                  Issue still persist & the same has been happened with me earlier too, that complaint about misconduct against their customer care service is given & without consulting to me they resolve the issue all of their own.

                                  No one from reliance customer care has consulted to me & also they have raised the bill for this month too.

                                      I requested reliance to rectify the problem and sent a mail on the 4th of october 2017. There was no reply.
                                      On the 5th of october i have sent a message from my no [protected] requesting for porting. I received the no and had visited jio. They issued me a sim card and informed me that it would work in 7 working days. I had mailed jio no of times and visited their store. They informed me that they have not received any communication from reliance.

                                        Hi,
                                        I got a message about offer telling on recharge of 152 rupees i will get 3gb internet data and 700 mins call.
                                        But on recharge i got 1gb 4g data and 700mins. I don't need 4g data. How to get that 3g data back on my number? This is second time i recharged with that pack and was not able to use that 4g data previously as my handset doesn't support 4g network.
