How would i make payment???
Valued customer since february 2006.

My mobile number is [protected]. My existing telecom service is reliance communication. I want to port my mobile number reliance communication to reliance jio. Many time i sent message to 1900 for unique porting code. But reliance communication is not responding for the same. And they are not sending any upc. So hereby i requesting you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Reference to my broad band connection can no[protected] and billing a\c no[protected] in the name of deepak rikhye. I have given more then 30 calls and emails sent to anil. [protected]@relianceada.com, and cc to [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@reliance.com on[protected] at 1.35 pm. Another mail was sent to [protected]@relianceada.com and cc to [protected]@relianceada.com on[protected]at3.41 pm. To disconnect my above said broadband connection after getting your worst services and no responce after doing many calls.
Again requesting you to disconnect my broadband connection and collect your pending dues.

We have got a reliance broadband connection my user id[protected] and my name is mahesh kumar kumawat. The internet is not working for 7 october to continue and we are unable to reach the company helpline. Companies customers care no. Always tell i am nothing help it is emergency purposes i am disappointed not properly problems telling. Kindly solve the issue. My mob. No [protected]

The phone [protected] is not working since several months.
The phone is not working and causing inconvenience and helpless situation.
The connectivity is not there since three to four months and the phone is not available for usage. Almost the entire month there will be no signal.

We are not able to contact local officials. Kindly restore connectivity

I am using reliance number. Two weeks ago they blocked all incoming and outgoing calls. I am not able to receive any calls from anyone. I made a top up of rs. 500 for three months unlimited calls. I used for 15 days only. After that they blocked my number. I am not able to connect customer care number. When i contacted a service center nearby, they told that they are going to close the network. Help me to get my recharge amount and my number.

It has been occurring from a month or two that the proper 3g network is not been provided in my area. I and other customers on my neighborhood has been suffering from this problem even though two towers are present within an area of 150 m. Actually it's has been noticed that when a subscription is made, the network is provided for 4-5 days and then the network doesn't support. I have already tried to make complaints earlier but no action has been taken so far. Whenever i used to call the customer care services, they cut down the call saying that due to emergency, the services are not available.

Hi my name is pavithra. Suddenly my number is not working. It is showing no serivce. I don't know what happen. When i'm calling to others the signal is working after signal is not their and it is showing no service. When i called to customer care it is telling the service is stopped. Plz tell me the reason y u stopped my serivce. Slive my service problem.

Hi team, i am user of reliance gsm vide mobile number [protected]. Earlier i was using this number with airtel network but reliance asked me to port my number with reliance and given me fake commitments. I ported my number with reliance and from day one i am facing so many issues. I raised so many complaints but reliance customer care team hasn't worked on those complaints. Now the worst part is that reliance has started charging unnecessary charges in my bill and their customer care is out of service from past one month due to this i am unable to connect with them to get the reason for those unwanted charges. I tried to hold the payment for last month because of this issue so that customer care team will call me and i can ask my all the issues. Instead of this reliance has stopped the services of this number because of non payment of bill. Sir/mam, i am in deep trouble because my this number is alsmot 10 years old and shared with my all the relatives, friends and more guys. I can not close this number but don't want to pay additional charges. My usual bill amount comes upto 360/- per month but for this month they have charged rs. 628/- and i am not informed from any resources or don't know the reason for this double bill amount. Wanted you to sort out this issues asap.

There is a tower behind my house. Now due to wiring of tower we are facing lots of problems. These wires are above our house and can cause an accidents. Please have a look on above issue.

We can not take any action without informing your technical guys. Please help us asap.

We will cut these wires by own but this will stop reliance services.

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that till now 37 rs amount has been deducted without any call/msg alert. I contacted customer support, but there was always server issue and they were saying to call later again and again. Continuous deduction made from dated 21-10-17 to 23-10-17 from my number - [protected]
I didn't use internet/calls/ msg and nor activated any services from rcom.
Now its showing 1.98 rs in my account. Please refund my money back.

My reliance broadband connection is not working from last week my user id is[protected]. I called customer care but it saws that our service is not available because of emergency.
I go to reliance customer care in ahmedabad but all customers care closed permanently no customers care is open and all customers care number were stop working not email working.
So i want my refund of 4000 rupees. Kindly do some needful in this matter

I have few queries against my postpaid number (+91-[protected])

1. I got a message that outgoing calls deactivated. Why so?

2. I have paid due amount ₹243.55 on 19th oct 2017 through reliance instacare app, amount deducted from my account, i didn't get any invoice for the paid amount

3. However i paid it and amount deducted from my account, in reliance instacare app it is still showing due.

I am reliance gsm customer. I want to change my mobile number company because reliance network not working in my area. But i tried many time for upc code but i cant receive upc code of my reliace mobile number [protected] and[protected]. For this matter i contact many time to my reliace distributor but problem can not solved. Current time reliance customer care is closed so can not contact to reliace customer care. Please solve my problem.

I have reliance GSM(Delhi) sim...3g service in not working/connected while in Roaming(Up E) with message "Remote computer could not be connedted".It seems like packet switching is not associated/ enabled ...Some months earlier this kind of problem never faced.either on Relinace APN or Aircel APN...Whenever I tried calling customer care service it always have been unavailable.It says due to some emergency you cannot talk to customer care representative.

I've sent porting request for more than 10 times but i haven't received my upc code yet. Contacted 4-5 reliance store but they are also not helping me.

Reliance has already shut down its services in gujarat and soon they will be shutting down their services in other states as well. But they are not at all helping their present customer to resolve their issues.

I have taken a new postpaid connection from docomo 2 months ago and for last 15 days, i'm getting calls from reliance customer care team asking payment for mr. Prasad. I have been telling them every day that i do not know anybody by name of mr. Prasad. I have asked them to remove my mobile number and stop harassing me as i'm not aware if someone else was using the same number before me. If this is not stopped i may take legal action against your company for harassment.

Dear sir, on the basis of aadhar card i issued a jio sim card on my aunties id. But due to lack of 4g phone the sim got blocked. But today when i called at that number the sim was not blocked someone else attended the call which means that number is still working and is reissued on my aunties id and i also did the recharge of 399. So kindly look into the matter of it and refund and block the number before if someone makes it's false use. The jio number is [protected] which is still working.

My reliance broadband user id is suspended. I recharged all the due amount instantly but user id is not activated.

Customer care is not available when i try to contact their representative they say because of emergency we can't connect your call to customer care representative.

Please help me asap and activate my user id.
