    2 mbps leased line down since 27.09.2017, results secr railway prs ticket counter closed. Complaint to reliance noc, comp. No.[protected], date: 27.09.17, comp. No.[protected], date:11.10.2017, comp. No.[protected], date:16.10.2017, comp. No.[protected], date:24.10.2017. But circuit not rectified till date. Complaint automatically closed by company itself without verifying from customer. Technical staffs not taking interest to rectify the complaint. Contact to mr. Avinash shenad, mr. Sumant at raipur, mr imran at durg.

        My no. Is [protected]. I am trying to get unique port code since last 5-6 month. I have sufficient balance. Whenever i send port [protected] to 1900, i get a reply as this service is temporarily unavailable. I called their toll free no. As well as customer care which charges 50p/3 minutes. But i get message as "aptakalin stithike karan sabhi sevaye khandit hai" i have also talked to the local store here. The guy says he have emailed to customer care but havent received any reply yet. Please look into this matter asap and send me the unique port code for my mobile no.

          My mobile no is [protected]. I recharged for rs.150/- and also put rate cutter for rs.57/- for availing call rate of rs.0.15 per call. But to my surprise balance amount keeps on reducing. I didnot talk actually. Why reliance is cheating and stealing a common man. Please reimburse my amount or else i 'll campaign against reliance. My attempts to contact consumer care were in vain

          Reliance mobile toer is not working in my area wood creek county, gananpathy colony totally tower down
          Today on 18/10/2017 I recharged my no.
          Recharged for 199 and still I can't call, it says recharge your number but it shows that no. Is charged.

              I am using my reliance postpaid number last two year about, and always pay my bill in time till now.
              But i am facing lots of network problem so i did complaint in costumer care 4-5 time in last 2 months. Every time he make fake promise.. Now i want port my number/surrender post paid number... But now i am facing in porting and sow error all time... I was go rcom outlet to surrender my number but they are saying we are unable to surrender or convert in prepaid.. I did pay advance bill and more 50rs extra,,, pls do needfull.

                The reason is that i have already shifted to reliance jio.

                I bring to your kind notice that i have no bill due from my end so far. I have to pay you only for the current running month (Until 27th or 28th october 2017) only. The bill which will be raised by you for the same will be honored by me, and payment will be done on or before the due date.

                The installation charges were paid by me during the installation itself. Hence kindly return back my advance / deposit as whole.

                Please don’t raise any bill or charges against me after the termination date mentioned above.

                  Sir i am using broadband net service last 3 years i am student and preparing govt job exam i am selected in exam i transferd in other city so my indore address not required internet connection so i requested you please cut my internet connection as soon as possible my address -17 d bakhtawar ram nagar near tilak nagar indore id[protected]. Connection owner name - kaptan singh solanki. I called many time customer care no but no response from your side so please cut my connection i paid september month bill please cut connection. I send many mail customer care id for cut connection but no response so i will not pay october bill because 15 days net not working and i already send maill and call for request disconnect connection please disconnect my connection.

                    My nmbr is [protected] i recharged this nmbr with top up 2 days before but today i checked my balance its come only rs 5 how it is possible. I don't have any value added services activated in my nmbr. I get scared to recharge 2 nmnths ago i recharged the nmbr with top up with rs 30 bt there also i don't got any help. Plz refund my money in to my nmbr. It is worst company. I don't recharged my nmbr again.

                      Still I didn't get any call or message from Reliance customer care. Bad service of Reliance at gajuwaka, Visakha Dist.A.P. We want quit from Reliance service. But no one responding properly and not closing services also. Really very bad service reliance. Anyone plz do the needful. Now reliance customer care not working and also not working network too. After few days they will show the some amount due from your service, you should pay, otherwise we will go through legal notice. So, somebody do the immediate action.

So 17cotober 2017 i was went to hanmakonda reliance mobile store i was explained my problem to them i given complaint i got a service request number[protected] solved in two days. The problem was not cleared again i went hanmakonda reliance mobile store in 21 october 2017 they told me again two days port code given. They given one number that mobile number is [protected] please call this number on monday so i called this number they not lifting my call, i called from [protected] to reliance care they not given clarity of my problem. So please give solution to my problem my [protected] number want port code i must want this number its very argent.                           I had buy new reliance net connect broadband 10 days before, while connecting net error comes as "cannot access serial port" please register this error and troubleshoot it early.                           It is surprise to say that for last one week, I am not getting signal. I changed the cell also, still no signal. I am phasing lot of problems. I find other also facing same problem.
                          I have several questions about mobile number portability and bills but I'm unable to reach the Reliance customer service department. I have been trying for past one week but it does not connect to customer care. Please help in porting out my number from reliance.

                                There is no response for sms being sent. I have sent it more than 10 times now. Its heard that they are supposed to provide it within minutes of porting request.

                                  Dear sir, on the about complaint subject we had made the payment through xportsoft technologies reference id is orxp[protected] for rs.352.82 on 12/10/2017, reliance mobile bill for the month of oct'17.

                                  But the amount is not updated in the reliance, now they disconnected my outgoing, who will be the responsible for disconnecting the network, i made the payment timely.

Also yesterday i recharged a 3g net pack of rs 193 but that too is not working. Even after trying almost 30 calls to reliance customer care they are saying due to some emergencies we are unable to connect your call to our customer service executive. Kindly do something.

                                      i complaint yeaterday against relience communication still no action taken by comp after investing they told us that due date has been reduced 18th instead of 21 without any pre information and now comp wants axtra charge too of late payment is this my fault that if company is changing due date ... by the way i have decided to change the company . if you may take any action on this than ok with that.. my no is [protected]

                                        I want to port my current reliance number to airtel. Reliance is not generating upc code for porting my number. Every time i text to 1900 for porting code. I got text "insuficient balance, please recharge to avail service" but i have 50 rupees balance in main account. Infact reliance care centre said we cannot do anything. This is worst network. Even i cannot port.
                                        Never go for rcom.
