I have a reliance broadband connection by consumer id no.[protected]. Since 15.10.2017 my connection is dead. Customer care phone numbers provided by the reliance are not responding. I have fed up. I want to disconnect permanently this connection as i have purchased a jio4 sim. Pl. Convey it to the concerned persons of the reliance communications.

I am from Mansarovar, Jaipur and connection are down here too since[protected]. I contacted the Jaipur technician and he informed since reliance didn't pay up the power company and they cut down the whole network. Cant even contact customer care to request cancellation.

    I am a customer of reliance my mobile no is [protected]. Few days ago here 3g network available though internet speed is so slow. But now here network (2g/3g) is not available. My mobile no is-[protected]. Because here reliance tower is not available.
    So please help me so that i and our villagers can use reliance network. My alternative no is-[protected]

    I tanweer alam using reliance smart sim [protected]. I want to port my sim but when ever i am sending the porting message every time message failed is showing.So please send me porting code as soon as possible.

        In half mouth i try to your customers care no. But not working your no. My user i'd[protected] user name mohit kain. I really suffer my broadband connection disconnected again again. Dsl line is not work occur disconnect again again i will try service no. But not work so i decide i want to terminate my reliance broadband connection. I[censored] not action my complaint then go consumer forum

          My reliance gsm no. Is [protected]. I made a recharge of 100₹ on 15/10/2017 but these recharge doesn't come into my balance yet. I also complaint the shop from where i did recharge the said there transaction is showing successful there might but error on company server they can't do anything.
          What do i do now??
          I get my balance or not please do something.

            I have done my recharge 19/10/2017 of rs.94 for data 1gb per day for 28 days but after 2 days the data seems to be 2 gb only balance 26 gb doesn't get updated to me properly and i can't even get in touch with the customer care when i try to call customer care to file complaint it says thank you for calling reliance and ends the call automatically. Pls help i have done 2nd recharge it also seems to be the same problem[protected]

            Number port karne ke liye message kiya G support karne ke liye code nahi aaya
            Now every places to remove reliance signals why? So what about reliance Sims coustomers please tell me no work my Sims our places so how to cal them.
            So to intemate our places no intimate I ask your coustomer to Port Sim jio I don't have smart phone what about me so please give me signal at least 1week

              I was looking for broadband connection on just dial, i got a call from
              Someone claiming to be reliance sales agent.

              The guy came and took my document along with 3month advance rs 3300/-, that was on 15th oct 2017 and
              I haven't heard from him or reliance ever since.

              His cell is either switched off or he has blocked me.

              I am going to call cops on this guy but also advise all to be careful about this type of fraud.

                I paid the pending bill amount of rs 2096 for my reliance number - [protected] to the official reliance store raghav enterprises on 11 oct 17. But the store has just kept my money & is not paying my bill citing reasons like system not working / concerned person being ill etc. Even after multiple visits & calls, the executive is neither giving me the receipt of my bill payment nor returning my money. This is highly unprofessional behavior by the store.

                  I am customer of reliance communication gujarat circle since last 10 years.
                  As the reliance communication has been stopped his service in last day of september month.
                  So i want upc number to port in other network. I have called millions time to customer care but they are not attending my call.
                  My mobile no is registered in each bank & every where due to that i am facing lots of issue.
                  It is clearly wrritten on reliance communication's website as below.
                  "dear gujarat customer, we would like to inform you that rcom's spectrum license for 2g services in gujarat allotted by dot, india, expires on the 29th of september, 2017 and hence voice services would stop after that in gujarat circle.
                  Kindly continue to enjoy our 4g data services or generate upc by sending sms port < 10 digit mobile number> to 1900 till 29th september, 2017. After that you can contact our call center number [protected] or 30333333 to get the upc & port out to any network of your choice. The upc will be valid till 23:59:59 hours of 30th october 2017 and you can port out your mobile number to any other telecom service provider till the 30th october, 2017."

                  So please provide me upc no asap.

                    For last 2 weeks my reliance number that is [protected] is not responding outgoing calls... Incoming calls are all right there is no problem in it... But i am not able to call anyone... Whenever i call it shows engage... Due to this i had to buy new sim to make calls but this one reliance number is very important as it is given in many important places to contact such as school...

                          I had a reliance 4g wipod connection. I had asked to cut the service and mailed the customer care for which they had asked details. I did not get any any response from them after sending the details. Now, i am getting my bill generated for 2 months continuously without even using it. Also a message tending to scare us that legal notice will be issued. The sim card is even not in use. The connection needs to be cut immediately.

                                I am a reliance postpaid customer since 16 years. And nowadays i was facing such a critical network issues. So i ported my reliance number to other communications.
                                I have paid all my bills on time and have a clear record upto today. But didnt get my deposit yet. The amount of deposit is 4000 or maybe 5000, i dont remember the exact amout as it was deposited 16 years ago.

                                Kindly refund my deposit.!

                                  I have prepaid 4g sim with no [protected] and using mi note3 anroid phone. For past one week i am not getting any signal in the bagalkot city of karnataka state. Does reliance communications has stopped giving services? If yes then why because you have the licence of 2021 and i am your life time customer. My this number is linked for otp to all my on line transactions. I am not getting any otp also as no signal is available. I can't make complaint to 198 or *333. Please reply at an earliest.

                                    It is really very frustrating - there is no network inside my house. No one can hear what i am saying as the reliance network is not picking up the signal. It was relatively better 6 months ago. Now, it is extremely bad. I am planning to switch to another service provider though i have been with reliance from day 1. Not only do i miss some important calls but also people are worried when my phone always indicates a "switched off" mode. I tried making a complaint just now over phone, but i get a recorded message says that there is some technical issues and hence they cannot attend to my call.

I complained about this 10 times but no has replied me.in last 5 days i emailed about this to care but no reply and when i try to call on complaint number it's never connect.                                         We are using your postpaid connect. We are not able to make out going call most of time we call your customer care no. 198 but not available your customer care executive all the time. Did you close your service? If you conn’t care your customer let us know we find other option. Because of your service we are getting in big lose who will pay that? Why you are make fool to customer.
