Dear sir,


I lost my mobile no. [protected] on Sep 15 2010 and I gave request to reliance outlet to block my SIM. I got the confirmation from the customer care the SIM was blocked on Sep 15 2010 at 8:03 pm. But when I called recently the customer care, they are not able to tell me about the date the sim was blocked on Sep 15 2010.

Can you please help me get the last call and last amount recharged...

One Representative named Mr. G. Praveen Yadav from Mahadevi Enterprises visited my house on 17th Dec 2011 and marketed about the Reliance net connect+. He collected a cheque for Rs. 1399/- drawn from SBI, Chandrayanagutta branch and numbered 838495 drawn in the name of “Mahadevi Enterprises”. This cheque was encashed on 24th Dec 2011. But till today, I have neither received the reliance netconnect dongle nor the money. There is no response...

I have 2 prepaid mobile connections from Reliance CDMA. Every now and then some scheme gets activated on my numbers and balance gets deducted, even though I had never opted for the schemes.

And when I call the customer care, they say that the scheme gets activated based on some logic which they can't disclose to me. The representatives are very rude and don't even inform you why the balance was deducted. Moreover...
