I am automatically subscribed to music(songs) of 30 rs. Per month by the no. 51234400 to my cell no [protected].
Please note that I do not want any typps of subscription in future. I will be highly obliged i[censored] UNSUBSCRIBE me from 45 minutes of song.(I have not listened song even a single minute) and return RS.30 to my account again.

reliance-cdma — automatically subscribed for callertuneswithout my request

my reliance cdma no is [protected], my prepaid a/c is automatically subscribed for callertunes without any request/selection from my side and charges were also debited on[protected]. On[protected], on my complaint to customercare they unsubscribed but refused to refund my balance.

such undue reductions & charges were also charged earlier on a/c of masala services & balance enquiry on *225.

so please lodge my complaint & do something for their injustice.

Reliance CDMA — Did not received balance

Sir recharged my phone with 105 rs on 7th jan 2010,I received the message, "recharge successful, special benefit will be credited in one hour", but i did not received any balance. I called several times customer care, they said to wait for 24 hrs. But after 24 hrs also i did not received any balance, again when i called customer care, then they said that i will not receive any balance... kindly look into the matter.

reliance-cdma — Refund of Rs.20/-

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Reliance Prepaid Mobile customer. I had earlier lodged a Complaint against wrong deduction of my A/c Balance and for its refund my Complaint No. is [protected]. Reliance has been deducted Rs. 20/- from my mobile balance on 17.02.2011 without any information. I am trying to call the Reliance Customer Care in several times for refund the amount (Rs.20/-) but they are disagreed to refund my amount than what should I do?

Refund my amount which was deducted by your company’s mistake and blocked all the unnecessary services which were activated by the Reliance Communication and stop all the marketing calls and hello tunes call and randomly selected mobile number calls. I am frustrated by Reliance Company’s connection now I am thinking about change my operator service.

Refund my amount immediately otherwise I will take necessary action against this and I have to disconnect the Reliance connection and in future I suggest everyone that cannot use the Reliance services otherwise in future will be facing many problems because I am facing many problems with Reliance connection.


Refund my amount and don’t stretch the matter further.

My name is Somesh Nath Gupta and my number is [protected]... caller tune got activated on my number on 4th may 2011.... but at that time, i was in assam, where numbers of other circle do not work... when i came back to delhi then i came to know caller tune is activated on my cell (15 may 2011) ....then i talk with snior officer of customer care .... (Mr Robin) He said do whatever you want I am not responsible..... And my balance was dedusted by 40 rs..
I got my reliance number recharged today. Suddenly my balance got deducted by Rs. 35. After I called the customer care they refunded Rs. 20 but said Rs. 15 will not be refunded back as you have applied for some bollywood plan, which I have never opted for. When I asked them to give me details of how did I opt for it they said giving any details is not possible.

they will just say

because they dont have anything to say, they just know how to deduct the customers balance and then they make excuse and false records

    From past 3 days, I have no signal in my mobile, and after continuosly launching complains the solution they had provided is wait for 3 days.
    It is Fraustating, I am really upset from there servise and if they cannot provide servise to customers then why they sell there products.
    bihar main reliance gsm gprs not working proprly. so, please solve this problem
    i am located at new bowenpally there is no sufficiant coverage.
    I am a reliance GSM user from Mumbai. Since today afternoon I am not getting any network on my number. And when called from some other number, my number seems to be switched off. This has happened quite a few times. I cannot even call the customer care because the call eventually fails to due to no network. How am I supposed to get a solution to my problem. Or are we just supposed to sit hand on hand till the time Reliance themselves do not restore my signal??
    I am from Maharashtra state ...Nagpur city...

    i am also facing same prob...from since afternoon 30 oct 09 i am not able to call anywhere...and no calls are coming to my number...

    So many of my friends also having same prob has switch to their 2nd no.

    but i have only one number because i was trusted the reliance company...but i was wrong...this company is also having no issue with customer's problem...


    two brothers are fighting and the customers of this company is facing all the hell of problemsss...


    if have any feeling towards customer problem then plss sort out this prob soon...otherwise no one will trust laterward on ur company...
    Even I am experiencing the same, no network coverage at all ..sice today afternoon. When called from some other no. it says switched off...and at times it shows simcard registration failed. All other reliance gsm users in my area are experiencing the same.
    What are the reliance telecom preoviders doing. Do they expect us to sit hand in hand... till they show some kind of mercy on us by setting things right.

    I have an GSM Connection ([protected]) from more then 2 weeks i am facing network problem when ever i tried to use customer services number it failed to connect .
    no signal in my mobil since i got up this morning...

    Relaince GSM is definitly having the worst network in india...

    im fed up of this relaince, its not first time i'm facing this issue, it has become everydays concern...
    since there is no signal in my relaince GSM phone i tried to call customer care from landline but i was amazed to see that there there no option where in i can talk to customer care guys and log a call...
    my phone no [protected] is showing no network coverage from at least last 6 hours and when i try to call customercare under ref. no:[protected]. they say this will be resolved within 14 days what am i supposed to do for these 14 days...
    since i have converted my prepaid mobile into postpaid it is not working in the roaming region.. my no.[protected]

    GSM — Not getting signal

    I am not getting signal . The other sims like airtel, vodafone,tata,aircel,loop mobile and idea are getting signal.

    Above problem is not only surrounding to her house But this problem exist in whole area of Pimple Shadagar, pune from 1 Jan 2012 and till date (17-Jan...)

    Not only relience mobile but also relience Data card network. we all are facing same problem.

    To be frank your (Rcom )service is one of the worst service in telecom providers.

    Even, I have complained on 5 Jan 2012 in customer care but same problem is still there with wonderful zero signal strength in whole area.

    Suggestion to Rcom : No need to solve, we have already submitted our request for PORT to other provider. Thanks for wonderful worst service.

    Suggestion to Reliance User: Change your same number thru PORT (MNP) to other provider. It will not take more than 4-5 days.

      I have purchased Reliance data card on Saturday (07/01/2012) through www.connectIndia.in online website. Also I have paid full amount from my credit card. Still the connection has not been activated. And I have not got any response from Connectindia. When I was called the person from connectindia who contacted me during proposal of purchase, (Ranvijay Singh - [protected]) his contact number was switch off and Reliance person (Mr. Edwin - [protected]) is not picking up my call.

      Ranvijay Singh from Connectindia online is the person who confirmed the connection has been activated within one day. However the commitment is failed.

      My suggestion is please don’t go with web portal for purchase anything. Once you did the purchase, you have to call and request for all further proceedings. But Before purchase, they use to give call frequently and push purchase their product.
      Please do not purchase Reliance Data Card from Vriti. This company is fraud.
      My case is also exactly the same. Neither connectindia nor that reliance agent is responding. Also connectindia don't have any customercare number. From connectindia side offer given by Ranvijay singh but the reliance agent is different i even don't know his name his contact number is [protected].

        I am one netconnect+ user having datacard id [protected].My contact no is [protected].They have one my service portal where I can check bill and other account related information.There my name is coming wrong and when it comes to billing my name is coming wrong.I created three service request in that portal and both of them were closed by them without resolving the issue and not even infoming me.[protected],15070512 these are the two of them which were forcefully closed.
        I called up customer care and they are expecting me to walk up at reliance outlet.If I have to do this then what is the idea of making online portal and customer care!!They are claiming that for name change I need to submit document.But point is I already submitted document while taking the connection.It's their folks who made wrong entry in database!!I am not asking for a name change.I am telling tO update same name whichever is there in the document against my connection.There should be a scanned copy against each subscriber.They are saying that they don't have this document now.This leads to a different meaning.Where is my document then?Are you misusing it.I need answer for this .If I don't get then I shall take this as document abuse case and take this forward to higher level.

          I Had Bought Reliance Net connect plus Data Card on 24 November 2011.It Is A High Speed Data Card with 3.1 Mbps Downloading Speed and 1.8 Mbps Uploading Speed. I was told by Reliance web world Executive while Buying the data card that. Its average downloading speed will be 400- 500 kbps But i have Never got speed more then 60 kbps. Its Really Horrible Thing ever Happened to me.. I Register a Complaint on Reliance Customer Care (Service Request ID[protected] .They Told Me that. there is Server Problem in my area and will resolve till 31 December 2011. But Its Not Done till today. Now They are Saying That everything is fine in there records. And their must be problem in your system. I told Them i have used in many laptop and in many location in my place but getting the same result. Its more then 40 days I am Having The Problem.

          Hello, reliance 3g service is bull .they only give you assurance but will never give you commuted service. soon they are thinking to launch 4G . i suggest please first take care of 3G. even photon giving good speed then reliance.

            I lost my mobile no. [protected] on Sep 15 2010 and I gave request to reliance outlet to block my SIM. I got the confirmation from the customer care the SIM was blocked on Sep 15 2010 at 8:03 pm. But when I called recently the customer care, they are not able to tell me about the date the sim was blocked on Sep 15 2010.

            Can you please help me get the last call and last amount recharged on my mobile no.

              I use a Reliance Netconnect broadband+ internet stick, for which I pay a monthly bill. However every month I also get calls from Reliance asking me to pay a "PHONE BILL" for a number I do not have. I have never seen/ used/ applied for/ owned any reliance sim card. I am a Vodafone user, and Reliance employees call me on my vodafone number every month asking me to pay a reliance phone bill. Every month I explain to them that they are mistaken and I DO NOT OWN OR USE ANY RELIANCE PHONE.

              On 7th of January 2012, a reliance employee came over to my residence and asked my family to pay up for my pending phone bills. I was out of the country and my family was unaware of this con-game reliance is playing. They asked him to return at a later date when I am in town. He refused to leave without the money, and after spinning long yarns he coerced my brother into coughing up the money, for which he also gave a receipt attached here. However as mentioned earlier, I HAVE NEVER OWNED A RELIANCE SIM-CARD/ PHONE IN MY LIFE.

                But from last 1 month my outgoing is barred. I met Reliance web world store for solution at Hadapsar , Pune .

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I had been using Reliance services for years and had been considering to continue with the same too, but for last some of the time the the experience i had with Reliance was a blow to my determination.

                    I am writing this as in reason to get refund of Rs.26.00 which have been cut inappropriately from my account(mob number:[protected]) for the sms pack(sms1p) that was charged incorrectly .

                    The scenario is as such, that on the evening of 6th Jan 2012 i recharged my account with an amount of Rs.100, and before recharging and after recharging i had tried to send sms for deactivation of my earlier sms pack that was (sms1p) but both the time message came with an error that was currently going on in your system. So i as an student of DSS(Decision support system) and AI(Artificial intelligence) i send a message to 53739 asking for activation of sms pack of Rs.56 (on the evening of 6th dec around 30minutes after recharging my amount with Rs.100), i got a message showing that recharge was successful and my sms pack has been activated.
                    So now i am sure that according to policies no two sms pack can co-exist at the same time, but this was the problem with your dumb automated system that recharged my account again for an amount of Rs 26.00 saying that my smspack(sms1p) has been activated again and i received the message at 6:19:03am on 8th Jan 2012, which of-course was much after i have already activated sms pack of Rs.56 (mob number:[protected]).

                    I am sure concrete action will be taken and Reliance will not fool around a customer for Rs.26.

                    I am sure i need not to go for further steps to get my problem resolved, and we can have a relation of years.

                      Hi Team,

                      I am using Reliance post paid mobile connection (mobile no. [protected]) since past 8 years and recently I had applied for MNP request on 25th December 2011 to change my network from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM.
                      The porting request code number is RM572192.
                      The necessary documents were submitted from my end on 25th December along with clearing all my pending dues and the request was raised online on Reliance system on the same day itself.
                      Ideally it should take around 7 working days for this request to be completed, however now around 15 days have passed and still the request is pending and in the system, it is showing that the status of request is still pending.
                      And now the staff of Reliance webworld express outlet (Dahisar outlet) from where this request was initiated in the system are not giving proper explanation for the reason for delay, instead they are appearing to me in a rude manner, which is not expected.

                      I would appreciate your immediate attention into this matter.

My SMS Pack Deactivated By The RIM Before Some Time I Talk With Mr Ashok From RIM And He Said Me that on Your Number Two SMS Pack Activated That's Why Your Balance Deducted By The RIM So Now You Deactivate Your Old SMS Pack Then Your Balance Will Not Be Deducted But When I Deactivated My Old SMS Plane Then The Reliance India Mobile Company Deactivated My Both SMS Plane( NEW AND OLD) So Please Do Some Thing Regarding My Complaint Now I Want To Reactivated My New SMS plane Please Do something Regarding my That Complaint, I Am Waiting Your Response Regarding My Complaint.....

                            Sir my Reliance GSM No is [protected],reliance company is automatic activated BIG Fat services on my this no,and he is deduct 5 rupees/day,so many times i have complain & company customer care is given complain no[protected] but not yet resolved in 1 month,again 5 times i was connect by reliance customer care on date by chandra 05/01/2012 but he is also not resolved my problem,& when i recharge my no then he is suddenly cut the my balance and also company customer care is told me ,or company is definetly return your cutted balance but not do this up to, i am in trouble,please resolve my problem.

Chandra is connect but he is also not giving satisfy answer,sir i am trouble and irritate by this problem,please resolve this.

                              One Representative named Mr. G. Praveen Yadav from Mahadevi Enterprises visited my house on 17th Dec 2011 and marketed about the Reliance net connect+. He collected a cheque for Rs. 1399/- drawn from SBI, Chandrayanagutta branch and numbered 838495 drawn in the name of “Mahadevi Enterprises”. This cheque was encashed on 24th Dec 2011. But till today, I have neither received the reliance netconnect dongle nor the money. There is no response from the representative Mr. G. Praveen Yadav whose mobile no is [protected]. This is highly frustrating. Please take the necessary steps in this regards and ensure that I will receive back my reliance netconnect dongle or money. My CAF NO is [protected].

                                I have 2 prepaid mobile connections from Reliance CDMA. Every now and then some scheme gets activated on my numbers and balance gets deducted, even though I had never opted for the schemes.

                                And when I call the customer care, they say that the scheme gets activated based on some logic which they can't disclose to me. The representatives are very rude and don't even inform you why the balance was deducted. Moreover the same thing happens again and even after assurance that they won't deduct my balance in future.

                                I am feed up of calling the customer care every time for such unwanted schemes getting activated.

                                    I am writing this email as I am so much frustrated with the outstanding service provided by Reliance Customer care and Reliance Web world outlets in Bangalore (especially Marathahalli and Indra Nagar offices).



                                    This complaint is regarding my Reliance broadband connection. On 28th December, 2011, I placed a request for migrating from Post paid broadband plan to Pre paid broadband plan. I submitted all the required documents including my address proof in Reliance Web world office located in Coimbatore R.S Puram. The SPOC in that office told me that migration will happen in 5 days duration. Also I paid Rs.1946 as the bill amount till Jan 5th, 2012. However, the saddest part started on 30th December, 2011 night, my broadband got disconnected.


                                    Meanwhile, I moved to Bangalore . Now I am not able to use my data card from past 6 days. I contacted Marathahalli and Indra Nagar (Bangalore) Reliance web world offices to get this fixed. They asked me to contact Reliance Customer care. When I spoke with Customer Care executive they are redirecting me back to Reliance Outlets. Nobody is responding properly for my queries and they are not ready to take the ownership of the issue. Every single person is trying to escape from the problem and they don’t have the intention to fix the customer problem. I am bounced like a football between Reliance Web world office and Customer Care but ultimately my issue is not yet fixed.

                                    Could someone take the ownership and help me in getting back my net connection.


                                    I am not able to refrain myself from saying this that BSNL customer service is much better than Reliance Customer service...

                                      i have purchased reliance netconnect+ approximately a month ago.they had promised that the speed is gonna be more than 1.4 mbps.they said that upto 5 GB the speed will be upto 3.1MBPS.though it has never reached more than 1 mbps yet now.the speed has been consistently between 16kbps to 70 kbps.i have spoken to many people in reliance and they have given nothing but emotional statements and promises which have never been met.whenever i speak to the customer care they have system update,technical issue.some of them have even said that the technical issue has been for over a month.a representative said few days ago that she is sending an engineer at my home,however i have still been waiting for one.they don't have any complaint department,don't have any manager on the floor.sometimes they say that i need to speak to the one i bought it from.when i speak to them they say that you need to speak to the customer service.this is absolutely ridiculous.i have paid them 2500 for absolutely nothing.i am a student and without Internet my life is uneasy.they made thousand promises in the beginning and have been making so far.but i have got absolutely nothing.i don't know how many times i have phoned them because of this.my phone bill of this month is doubled in comparision to my regular bill.i think i have made one of the worst decision and biggest mistake.they activated it 4 days late in the first place.i mean i am disgusted.i am loosing precious things of my life.they don't wanna refund my money even.i don't know what to do.please help?

                                        I have a Reliance Smart prepaid connection bearing no-[protected], the company give a recharge of 195 with the facility of 500mints R-R, 500mints local, & 500mints R-R night pack (11pm to 6am). but today 04/01.2012 i make a call to Reliance no-[protected] at 11pm for 49 mints but they deduct the mints from my general 500mints not from the night pack. the Reliance co. has misleads the common people of India by giving wrong information and cut balance with out reasons. i have a hardly request you that you took necessary steps in this matter and serve your country and Nation.
