My balance is always cut without and have no cause

my mob. no. [protected] name is anuj ahlawat many time the service provider cut my balance
i a m gajanan .i am ushing realance conection. balance cut atomaticale ane time & ane wheare.
I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted from my Prepaid Account Balance.

When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.
I called their cust care service. They are saying that i have applied for caller tune, and that's what their record says. They are given the time / date also when i applied. But i am 100% in the said time and date i was not even using my handset, and it was kept on the desk.

I strongly feel that this is a fake request made by them only and to deduct our balance, to make out more money.
my cell no. [protected].my balance has been cut with out any reason .so check the detalis and refund my balance.

My balance is always cut without my permission, on 5.9.2011 i was recharge my mobile no [protected], my balance is reduce above Rs.30.00 in the morning why you cut my balance, tell me a cause of reduce in my balance. I was not subcribe any other can cut my balance
16 sep. 2014, 8 rupees cut from my mobile.my mobile number is [protected].i had called to customer care. they said that your balance will be return to you.but today date is 25/9/2014. i did not get my balance.they received not my phone yesterday. my request code is[protected].

My mobile no is [protected]. It is the second time, reliance cut automatically my entire balance 40 rupee by activating some r world item . when I contact customer care they say that it was activated by me. But it was purely not true.
please do something so that I can get refund my balance. It really disappoint me very much.

    Dear Sir,
    On 08/08/2011 I gave Broadband no.[protected] for repair
    at Reliance Communications, Karwar, complaining for frequent
    disconnection.
    It was sent for repair to Mangalore.When I received back found it is
    not detecting in USB. Again complain was taken on 18/08/2011, complain
    no.[protected] and sent for repair.

    Till now their is no response from retailer or from service center.
    Its a Worst service in Indian industry.
    I had very good service at Belgaum retailer. Felt it could be Good at
    all places.
    It turn totally disaster.
    I am looking for some legal solution for giving faulty product and
    long delay in warranty service.

    Consider it at most important and give the repalcement at the earliest.

      this is vishal soni and my mobile no. is [protected].my problem is for our telecom company reliance communication GSM service. Actually i was using 1 paisa sms plan of reliance before last 1 n half year and my amount of this plan automatically deduct in my main account balance and company ll also inform me about deduct of the rupee before 2 days but last time it is 12 sap. the company not give me any type of msg and call for my renewal of my plan. and company ll not deduct any kind of rupee in my a/c unless i have that much a/c balance in my main balance and charge me for 1 rupee and 50 paisa for 1 sms. i ll also call to there customer service executive since 12 sap. at 12.38 am. so plz help me.

      and one more thing is that this plan 1 paisa sms had not stop ever,i was complain it very much time but they are not stop

        hello sir

        I have purchase reliance netconnect on sep-02 2011 by paying 2500 for three months subscription free and modem they said that the speed will be minimun of 3.1mbps as shown in the adds it worked for exactly 6 days on sep-07 2011 i got an error when try to login saying an authentication event has occured . so i called the representative from whom i purchased this netconnect asked him about it he promised that the error will be rectified within one hour but none happend its been 1 week no one will take care i called the manager of particular netcomm and told him he said he would rectify this with in 1 hour but none happened my data card no is-[protected] it is giving a lowest speed of 4kp to 0.65kp per sec for download its merealy worse. i called them every day every day they say the same answer i want my net speed back as promised. i will never recommend reliance to use for net i will tell every friend of mine not to go for netconnect reliance they are just making money that alll no one care if we complain.

          I have given a request change my mobile service ([protected]) provider from Reliance to Aircel. I have received a confirmation call from Reliance Communication Mumbai. I have given all due payment and I have payment receipt also. But, Reliance Communication still not hands off my services to Aircel.

          I have very frusted to Reliance Communication Services last three to four month. I want to change my services any how.

            Hi,

            I am using the Reliance GSM service last 3-4 years, but now a days i am very fade with the Reliance GSM Service. Daily i got a 8-10 times promotional Call & SMS from Reliance. For this i do an SMS to the 1909 no. & i tried many times Call for DND activation but every time error coming "buffers too small" like messages. I tried on Reliance CustomerCare also but all times its not connected. And this is the big problem of Reliance that his Customer Care is not connected.

            I have to activate an DND in my Reliance GSM Service.

              On 3rd of this month i have rechrged my relience gsm sim card phone no [protected] with Rs100/-. After three days i checked my amount there i found around 40/- less in blance. I tried so much to contact coustemer care. The no they have given *333, one of the employee from this company attended the call and she told me this is not the no please call 198. I tried so many times but it was not connecting. the answer ( dear coustemer all excutives busy with another calls wait for more than five minutes) this is the message i was recieving all the day, i wexed so much with this company. This is the third time i am facing the same trouble. So kindly do me a faver. When i recharged they cut amount with information.
              I am a teacher working in Govt sector, after recievin g the salary i have an habit of recharge with 100/- or 200/-. After facing this problem i stoped to recharge my relience gsm sim.

                am using Reliance Gsm in last two year, last week 21.08.2011 i am recharge in you number [protected] in RS.29 rupees its plan is NET GPRS , after recharge, when i use internet
                within 10 minutes my internet is disconnect and my account balance is .05 paisa .. before using net my balance is 79 rupees
                then i am call to reliance customer care .he will give me a request number[protected].
                and hi told me that u will receive all benefit within 2 days ,,but i have not receive any massage , and any balance ..i have try many more time in costumer care but i am not receive any good response ,, Plz tell. what can i do

                i receive a call form Mumbai R Com he tolled me your balance will be credit your account within two working day ..but i am not receiving in this time....

                  i Dont know when will reliance telecom improve its network but the reality is the company has the worst network.This is my 10th complaint about the same issue.you can check it in your database.
                  The network in my area i .e the heart of the city Kathua is pathetic.
                  The network range of tower college road-B which is hardly at few steps distance from my place goes on fluctuating & call get disconnected after every 5 minutes.
                  This is really very frustrating for me.
                  Please look into into the matter and provide me with the relief.

                  i have a complaint for worst network i am using ril GSM. i have a reliance tower near by my house (200mt or 300mt distance) but i hardy get. do something

                  1.customer care service is not upto the mark.
                  2.without giving option to activate or deactivate the service. services are made activated. I am the recent victim of the faulty services.
                  3. besides having full network coverage calls are not connected.
                  Its true . Even i m using the same RIL GSM. Its worst network even in MUmbai MIDC area. I don't understand if its not coming here in MIDC. then wher it will come .net month i will change the network.
                  its worst network & worst company . I m using this network since last month, every day i m facing new network problems. 2day they r saying that u can't call to STD BSNL calls till13th non due to network problem. I don't understand that why they using the slogan that India's no.1 Network. I want to know that how can i put complain against these fake networks & telecoms service companies.

                  I'm an old customer of reliance and now using the GSM services but it grieves me to say that your network services in my area ( Vivek khand 2, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow) is very poor since last two month.
                  And now form the last week almost more than half of the time my cell phone showing out of service ( no network coverage), due to that I and my college friends facing a lot of problems in communication.

                  So either you please repair the network services of the area or we are bound to change the network for better communication.

                    MNP offer withdrawal without any notice.
                    My wifes' IDEA GSM connection changed in to Reliance GSM .Offer is 1/2 paise per second. Now my tariff is one paise per second. It is cheating. Withdrawal of the offer, without any notice is not acceptable. Please retain the offer half paise per second.

                      I Have been using my number 9343xxxxxx since last 5 years and paid more than 4 Lakhs in terms of my old bills. It was postpaid number later I converted it to prepaid number. I have this number in all of my important accounts. One day when I lost my mobile , while trying to get new sim from reliance web-world , I came to know that it is in some other person name and now I cannot get it.

                      I don't know the other person but I have all legal proofs of number belonging to me. A service can be no more bad than this. Thanks to reliance to bring all bad names to sector.

                      Other incidence wanted to tell ,...Reliance web-world have introduced new mobile phone series coolpad which are nothing but cheap ...poor quality phones good for nothing even basic voice is not processed properly. The same handsets are praised by all reliance web world representatives to trap you.

                      I would like to draw your attention that I am using post paid connection of reliance.Since last three bills they changed my address of billing to a location where I have no relation.When I reported the thing to the customer support no. their executive overruled that you have to visit web world and apply for change of address.
                      I shocked; why should I suffer for their fault? I also added if you changed my address with my consent then you should have such application but the guy not ready to listen to me;He was continue forcing me to visit web-world.I am a professional. My time is valuable for me who should pay for this mistake.

                      I faced a similar situation where my address was changed without my knowledge or consent and was asked to visit a web world to get it changed. I called up cust srvc n told them that it is not my job and also if i dont get my bill i will not be liable to pay it. then after a few days someone called me up and changed the address on my acct without any verification documents, just updated what i told him. Cust srvc is a big joke in India! Dont know whats more in store.

                      Recently bought Handsent micromax Q35 from reliance Web World. It worth a try if you want to know how bad quality a phone can have. Bought it from Reliance Web world cunninghum road Bangalore, after 4 days when I went back to store with complain about very poor voice quality ...They simple did not help ...asked me visit service centre.

                      Pls visit Reliance web world, if you have extra time, money and energy. Always buy phones of good vendors like Nokia, Samsung, LG .

                        my mob no [protected] wasgiven port no RM 417342 valid till 23-09-11 as i had got a call from mr ganesh thrice saying that ur calls has been activated at .30 ps & currently i got a call 3 days before saying that ur call rate has been activated at ..30 paise std & local from 26 august but i checked that call rate is still ...50 ps the old rate.                         Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        my rel mob [protected] had been given port id RM 389261 valid till 07-09-11 for which i havent got .30 paise std & local calls as promised by reliance executive mr ganesh & forwarded by pawan instead they gave me night calls at that rate which i was told were free now its time that i shift to idea which is offering .30 paise per minute std & local calls for lifetime without charging anything bcos reliance has sent me an sms saying that u r not a retailer as i ll shift my both reliance nos [protected]/85 which is cuurently with me to idea network or tata docomo which is equally good at once reliance was the best in call rate & network but now both have come down also i ll recomend people to shift to idea whom i told them to buy reliance if any queries pls call me at [protected] / [protected]
                        no complaints has been solved till date i think its a waste of time bcos they havent resolved tell them to call at [protected] / [protected]

                            I asked reliance authorities to disconnect the connection permenantely by writing mails with 16 remainders to mail id. Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com
                            But they did not respond. 2 weeks passed and another billing cycle started. Then they charged me 1300 telling its unlimited plan after disconnecting :)

                            I did not pay the bill as i did not use even 1 MB. they put 2000/- extra fine(not sure how???)

                            Got lot of black mailing calls telling
                            1. case lodged against you in patnala high court delhi. come and produce your proof before magistrate
                            2. case filed in bombay high court

                            Why reliance is BEGGING AND BLACK MILING PEOPLE FOR MONEY???? Ambani is the 3rd richest guy think he is aspiring to become 1st richest guy by spoiling his name and loosing customers.

                              this is 3rd time i am complaining about reliance communication as there is 2 connection with the different Id in my office i.e.[protected] &[protected]

                              In[protected] since last 6 months i am complaning of Phone not working it is completely dead there is no dial tone in the line

                              same is for[protected] from 9 july it is completely dead

                              for both the id i dont know hw many times i hv raise complain but till date n time i hv not got any reply from company nor solution

                              so sir u suggest me wht should i do as i am loosing my business phone calls from both the no., it is great mental tension for me when i hv to dial any land line connction i hv dial it from my mobile u just think of the charges which i hv to pay for phone calls,

                              sir pl do need full as i am facing great trouble with the Reliance Communication, for the mentioned Id i hv talk to all executive, make a phone call to customer care, talk to nodal officer n even to Rajkot Division manger Mr Joshi.

                              Every one is just posponding my complain in each n every call all r saying we hv forwarded ur complain to consuled department.

                              sir pl suggest wht i do i hv annually printed stationary mentioning this both no for my business contacts n just look out hw old is the no.

                              with all this also i am company is sending me bill n i am paying before due date even though i hv not used service of company

                              My Post paid number [protected] is not working since last two days.
                              I have a Fixed Wireless phone which is not working (No.[protected]. I have tried desperately to register my complaint using my BSNL phone but in vain. I tried the number[protected] given at the back of the bill and I got the message &quot; No telephone is working with this number. I could not find a correct number to complain on their website also. I could find numbers only to sell their products and services but not to register a complaint. For this reason I am unable to use the service for several months. When I tried to register my complaint using IVR after choosing several options and entered my phone number I got the message &quot;the number you have entered in not correct&quot;. I wish I could talk to a customer care executive directly to book my complaint but I could not find such option on the IVR, When I was lucky to talk to one, he or she gave me a different number to book land line complaints but it did not work. One such number given to me was 30339696.
                              I have emailed my complaint a few days back but I didn&#039;t get any response so far.
                              I hope my complaint will be addressed by the people concerened at the earliest.
                              It is ironic that a reputed Telecom Company&#039;s service is so aweful.

[protected] by reliance GSM company dt 6.06.2011 in evening. i am in very loss by closing my number. i am business man. so i am requesting for open mobile connection in 8 hour otherwise your responsibility any losses. i am write this TRY also and others.

                                  i am using reliance gsm for a long time.earlier the schemes were very good but now the schemes are very costly.earlier tha sms pack was of rs 19/- and now suddenly they have increased that pack to 39/-.roaming msg scheme is also deducted in that pack.so you are requested to kindly take appropriate action on that and solve the problem of that costly service.

                                    i m from bandel,west bengal...i m using smart a connection for communication ...my phone no is [protected].........Actually my balance is being cut off most frequently without any notification .....on enquiring from the customer care, i m getting only the negative remarks.....Reliace gsm service activate itself the callertune without my want and deduct off a huge amount without any notification...i have already activated the DND service, then also facing from such frequent problems........ i urge to the concerned authority to take some positive steps and take some actions against reliance gsm service....... i m not going to use this service anymore but i want justice from the concerned authority..........
                                    i called to the number [protected] from my reliance number [protected]. while callin the number, the voice message used to say plz check the number and deducted my balance. i tried form another network(idea), the number was invalid but didnot deducted the balance. i called up customer service but they misbehaved with me. hung up my call twice. the customer care executives names are Pratik, sashikesh.

                                    Today on 10th may 2010 Reliance GSM has activated a service 5 packs/ month without my knowledge and when I tried to complain regarding this your customer care executive has kept my call on hold for long time and even didn’t bother to reply for my query and finally disconnected my call.
                                    Sir, I don’t know how they activated this pack when I am not using any mobile set from last more than 5-6 months which can support television programs,
                                    I was using 1 paisa per sms scheme but they deactivated this service without any reason and activated this service for which I never claimed to avail this facility, please help me because I am trying to complain it but your customer care is so bad in behavior that every time they irritates and never solves my complain and even not bother to register it as complain.So request you that immediately deactivate this pack and refund my money to my account.

                                    Recently, i did not started the service of caller tune but the company charged me the normal rate of caller tune of Rs. 10 /-
                                    Then i lodged the complain in customer care ( Ref no[protected]
                                    But they did not refunded the money
                                    So i request you to look into the matter
                                    Also they talked rudely. And when i called 2nd time the executive told that dont call unnecessarily or else i will disconnect the phone
                                    i agree with your complaint. this is the cheap policy of reliance to deduct balances of there customer unreasonably.wchich is a rutien habit. and this is only how they became the richest. it happens every month. this is the third time i have lodged a complaint of no profit. the same idiotic reply. "you will git your balance in three days" .God only knows when these three days will arrive. imagine Rs.20 per costumer per month.
                                    A pack is automatic activated on my gsm no [protected], without my knowledge.
                                    when I contact to cutomer care they told me that u have activated some pack and rs 30 is deducted from ur balance, but neither i have receieved any call nor i have activated.
                                    according to them pack is activted on 11th of sep , but when on 15th morning when i tried to make a call then it says that u have insufficeint balance.
                                    then i check my balance which is minus 3.15 rs, I was shocked that why my account is in minus state.

                                    so I call CC and they responed me as above mentioned.
                                    The executive give me a complaint no[protected] and says that I have unsubscribed ur pack and ur balance will be returned within 24 hours, but later night i received a msg that ur complaint has processed , so i check my balance but it was same in minus state.
                                    so again today morning i called to customer care and asked about my complaint, they told me that u have complaint after 48 hours of activation so we are unable to return the money.
                                    After that I contacted to floor manager and also he gave me above explanation.
                                    my point was-
                                    1. why no confirmation msg was sent to me if I have activated that pack
                                    2. If i activated that pack then why I am unsubscribe that pack without using
                                    3. I rearely use this no for making calls as it remains in home, so why I am going to check my balance everyday to know whether my balance is ok or not.

                                    Then floor manager says that sir I am agree with u but I am unable to help u and alos told me that u have still using the pack(what the hell as CCE earlier told me that he has de-activated my activaed pack), so again I request him to de-activate that pack.


                                    so now can I get my balance back as It has earlier happen with my another number of reliance GSM.

                                    This things also happen to me 4 times. One time a got back the money, but I remaining 3 times I did not get back the same.

                                    I dont knw what is the problem with R-GSM service, Why they do the thing and try to convince the user that user has activated the same. CC just escape from their duty and even they never take a complain and give a complain no.

                                    Also the CC repeatedly try to convince that we have activated the same, we are using mobiles frequently even we are using internet, laptops, so u r not chind to do such silly mistakes unknowingly.

                                    Please take care about this.

                                    I have a reliance gsm mobile connction and that's no. is [protected]. i have activated tha RJ-47 plan on my number which provides me the SMS pack which is rupee 1/- for first SMS and than 499 SMSs free for whole day, thereafter i didn't need any additional SMS pack to be activated. But the company activated a SMS Pack on my number without informing me and 1 rupee everyday is being deducted from my balance.
                                    when i talked to the customer care number 198, the customer care representative Mr. Banshi Rajput (as he told me) was not able to satisfy me even he was trieng to make me fool. first he told me that i sent a massage to a third party numberso the balance was deducted when i refused to do like that then he told me that an SMS pack has been activated on my number and i can only deactivate this service , when i asked about refunding of my deducted balance he replied that my deducted balance can not be refunded.

                                    Here i just want my deducted balance to be refunded and take a strong action against the company (Reliance communications) that activated a service which is not required and did not inform me about that service.

                                    I use a Reliance gsm sim in Bhopal. this month they deduct 60 Rs without any reason. After complaining to costumer care, they are saying that all things are deactivated but still deduction of RS is on it's way. I am fed up of this service.                                       I Bimlesh kumar yadav reliance no [protected].i have been using data net pack. which was recharge for one month from 9 aug 11 to 9 sep 11.i have recharge with Rs 100 on 5 sep 11. On 7sept 11 they deducted 120 from my balance. i have register complain with no[protected].they say it was deducted for net surfing. i again resister complain, no[protected],but reply again is same. even thier 198 and *333 customer care is not taking call. on 9 sept i again recharge net pack with RS100 and talktime with RS 50. again they deducted RS 43 from main balance .
