I have mobile no [protected].
I had submitted the following complaint after which the company refunded Rs 10/- but immediately thereafter they have started another service "OneLoveTips" for which i have not subscribed and they have deducted Rs 30/-. It seems that the company is not at all interested in giving any talktime on my recharges. Kindly take up the matter with the company.The company also does not ask for any confirmation from the customer via call or sms as required by TRAI vide their standing guidelines.

"After recharging the phone (topup) a vas service was automatically activated for which Rs 10/- is periodically deducted. On being contacted, the customer service informed that the service has been activated through REN mode. Since I have not activated the service, I do not know how the REN mode has started the service. It is very strange that the customer service resorts to using abbreviations for replying to complaints. Moreover, they never give any message that the deduction for the service is due. The amount is simply deducted from the account. No confirmation message is sent to the subscriber for deduction of the amount also. It is there fore clear that the company wants to cheat the customers and deduct the amount from them without their knowledge. I request you to kindly take up the matter with the company & get the amount s been deducted since my last recharge refunded.Also there is no convenient process for deactivation of the service. While the activation happens without our consent, to stop the service they ask for a lot of details. They should inform how to stop the services using sms method only."

I am sending this email on behalf of my sister and the phone number is [protected].

On the above mentioned phone number value added services have been activated namely

1. CRBT services which is known as caller tune services.
2. JOBS ON PHONE Services.

without any authorization and deducted my account with Rs. 60 /- when i tried to contact the customer service on *333 the representative Mr. Vimal Kumar who was very rude and he just deactivated the services for which i was charged and when i said to refund the amount for the same he hung up the phone saying its not possible and moreover he said complaint cannot be made regarding the same.

for further information i was charged for this service on 9th October 2009 and the same day call was made to the customer care of reliance.

And this kind of situation is not happened only with me but with two of friends named below:-
1. Animesh Kabra - Mobile No. [protected]
2. Chetan Gupta - Mobile No. [protected]

so this a request that without our authorization do not activate any value added services on these numbers and if possible then refund the charge which has been deducted without our prior permission to the above mentioned mobile number and improve the quality of customer care services.

Reliance Prepaid Mobile — Activation of value added services without any consent and deducted my account for the same

Always write a mail to nodal officer of Relaince customer care. If you dont get satisfactory response...then you can write to DoT customer griveance cell (email address is on RCOM.CO.IN is available)

while you have stated that the problem has been escalated and a quick resolution team is working on this, another VAS Service has been started without consent. In fact I am so fed up with your attitude that I am porting my number to another provider.

I have already mentioned in my mail below, that i approached the sector 11, Panchkula store, but they didnt have any answer to this. Do you want to go to them again to get harrassed. Believe me, i will go to the agencies outside your preview, if i get one more illogical reply from you like this. I am getting replies from you as per the below mail, which dont have any logic.

        My Relaince GSM Mobile no [protected]



        i am a pre paid customer of Relaince gsm. my daugher went to musoct i am calling regulalrly my
        daughter of late @ 9/- call/minute surpsisingly after 30/8/2011 we have called three times after
        e recharge of 100 . i am getting credit of 90.66 and when i called muscot on 31/8/2001 for 2.59
        seconds the call autometicall disconnected and charged 75 /- with put tax. when i complaineed
        198 after 3 hour it got connected and customer executive says, there is no balnce in my account
        where as i am having 11.60 in my account. many times i tried *333 no repsonse they says we dont
        have information contact 198. when contacting 198 after 1-2 hours repated trying the phone autometically
        disconnected after discgust if trying i kept mum.

        to day also same pronblam we called the muscot once again for 2.59
        seconds the call autometicall disconnected and charged 75 /- with put tax. when i complaineed
        198 after 3 hour it got connected and customer executive says, there is no balnce in my account

        this Reliance people are chating and no response hours toghere. i have sent SMS for no portability
        there is no response till date the licenced relecommunicatio / media mafia is eating common man money
        no resopne from any body,

        in the light of above before taking any reliance phone beware of rude and looting behavior. i am getting
        Free BP with the relaince serivce and call center

            Hello Sir/Ma'm,

            After waiting for very long time would like to register my PF complaint on this site,Please look into the matter-

            I am Pranjal Shah form indore-MP was worked with "Reliance World-BBC"(Reliance HR Services pvt. Ltd..I had resigned my job from reliance on 31st dec'09.

            After 5 months of my resignation I had applied for PF with my colleagues.my colleagues got the PF but I have facing one problem from my end is -
            "ON THAT TIME I HAVE MENTIONED MY SALARY ACCOUNT OF HDFC BANK FOR THE CREDIT OF PF.AFTER THAT IT WILL BE CONVERT INTO SAVING ACCOUNT AND THEN IT WILL BE CLOSED FROM THE BANK DUE TO NON TRANSACTION.
            SO AROUND 3-4 DAYS AGO PF AMOUNT WILL BE RETURN DIRECT FROM THE MY ACCOUNT.(I DIDN'T GET).

            Then Mr. Jaysankar.k(Reliance PF Consultant In HR-Bombay) suggest me for reapply.as per our conversation I have send all my required docs to the mentioned address and of the name of Mr. Jaysankar.k ... on dated[protected]One Application,Passbook Photocopy,One Current Account Cancelled Cheque bearing IFSC code on it.)And After Send a docs I had word with Mr. Jaysankar.k,Told me that within 40 days I will get PF but till the time I didn't get.

            "THEN I HAVE TO CONTACT TO PF OFFICE VASHI-MUMBAI FOR THE DETAILS -AS PER MY CONVERSATION WITH MR. SHEKHAR & PA Mam,TOLD ME THAT HE HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENT FOR REAPPLY OR MAY BE IT'S LOST.....

            BUT MAIN THING IS THAT I HAVE A ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT OF THE RECEIVING BY PF OFFICE ON DATED 21/12/2010.BUT TILL THE TIME CONDITION IS SAME.

            Sir Now I m very frosted by this because no one is ready to talk properly in PF office.I don't know what is going on ??????and I am from Indore as not able to go Mumbai for face to face conversation.
            I have tried to speak to any responsible person by phone on this no's[protected],27814315,27810352,27812095,27812811....but no one is ready to pickup a call.I have tried on this no. MANY...MANY...MANY TIMES.
            if BY CHANCE any body picked up a call then he told me for call after a week OR he has not received my document for reapply BUT TRUE IS THAT HE HAS RECEIVED MY ALL DOCUMENT ON DATED 21/12/2010 AS PER THE RECEIVING I HAVE.

            So please help me & suggest me what can I do???

            Also please check the attachment of the RECEIVING of my document by PF office.

              I took one ad on Broad Band connection , I Stop the service Due to network problem. I am requested to Customer Ex. To stop the service , but he cant stop.after that I destroyed the Broad Band. But he send the bill..

              The connection was not terminated by the company and they are still generating the bill and harrassing me by making calls ([protected]-Arun Verma, Advocate, High Court) on my cell and threatening me by saying come to the court to attend the hearing as he has not cleared the dues of his Reliance Broad Band and on my son cell as well and asks me to either clear the bill or be ready for the legal proceedings.

                I am Rupinder Singh From District Bathinda ( Punjab ).....I had bought a reliance number first time no. [protected] (Prepaid) about 15 days ago......but it was in working position only for a day....when i contact customer care ..they asked for new id ..i gave...but it is useless....i contact Area Manager ([protected]) for many times ...but he didn't give any satisfaction reply...Plz tell me any solution ...what should i do ...I m not satisfied with this "ghatia service of Reliance"

                  I had a corporate connection([protected]) which i had subsribed to last year. It's a 3GB corporate plan which entitles to me a discount of 250/- every month. The billing plan is 850/- of which after the discount i pay 600/- every month. I have had no complaints with Reliance connection and have been a contended user till last month.

                  Around 8th July i had called up customer care and upon my request they had changed my plan to 1GB Day - 10GB Night plan. The tariff is the same as 3GB i.e 850/-. And i had specifically asked the customer care agent whether my discount would continue with the new tariff and he had replied in the affirmitive.

                  So i ended up using 3GB data plan from 1st July to 9th July and 1GBDay10GBNight plan from 10th July till 31st July. The total bill should have come as 850/- as i have stayed withing the downloadable limits as specified in my data plan. And with the corporate discount, i should end up paying 600/-. However, the discount is not mentioned in the present bill and the amount is showing as 877/-.

                  I had called up customer care and spoken to 3 customer care agents who were not able to help me and all they could say that they would raise a complaint. A complaint had already been raised and i was promised a callback from competent authority within 3 days. However it didn't happen. And the customer care agents were unable to transfer my call to any available supervisor inspite of being on the phone for atleast an hour of which the majority was holding the line to get to speak to someone.

                  I have also emailed RcomNodal officer, Rcom Appellate authority , corporate care, netconnect guys but with no success. I would get a standard reply to my mails saying that the issue has been registered with a case id and would get a reply within 3 days. After waiting almost a month, i have finally gone ahead and disconnected my connection in frustration.

                  I have had a harrowing time with Reliance Netconnection and wouldn't like anyone else to undergo the same as it's downright frustrating and insulting also.

                    So after this error i contact to Customer care on 198/*222 but they say that my document is not updated for this number [protected] so i contact many times to Reliance Mobile Store L Block Connaught Place New Delhi from where i change it But they say that info is Updated

                    So Please Do Needfull .which that i can register it in myservices

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had purchased Reliance Broadband+ data card postpaid connection a year back. I had been used this till two weeks back where I wanted to change my postpaid connection to prepaid since my usage was very limited. Hence I gave a letter as requested by Reliance web world people and they said it will take a week time to change to prepaid connection. They also have asked me to pay my unbilled amount + rent for next 7 days. I have done the same as asked by them hoping that it will be converted from post paid to prepaid in a week time.

                      But it has been more than 2 weeks so far and my connection is not changed to prepaid. When I call and request to the Cutomer Care (Netconnect), they are not responding properly and asking me to go to web world again and again. They have registered the complaint and the reference no is[protected].

                      Now I really feel very bad about reliance communication and the kind of support what they provide. This would be my last connection with reliance and I never come back to you. Thanks for all your support and services.

                        sir , today i recharged 249 smart gsm, but my balance is only 100R.s, u know this is festive seasion offer to 249 recharged than i want 221 R.s , its not good sir this is chited by ril gsm to me. my no. is [protected] and voucher no[protected] and secret code is-915337 please judge me.

                        My father has got a smart number ([protected]). By mistake the sim has got blocked and asking for PUK. I am trying to get connect to customer care executives, but all the time during day it is shown that number busy, and when i try during night no customer care executives take up the call.                           I had a Reliance Smart mobile connection since last 3 years.
                          Recently a week before I switched (PORT) to Airtel connection, since then no call from reliance network come to my phone and the system says to the person dialing me that "please check the number you have dialed". But I can make call to any network including reliance network.

                          Isn`t it cheap if done intentionally by the reliance smart.

                          Please see if anything could be done

The service is pathetic and they always give me a turn around time stating that this service will be stop within 8 to 10 business days. But asusual I am still receiving these messages continously. If this continues they I will change my network provider. I have been a loyal customer with Reliance for more then 8 to 10 Years.

                            I am a busines man and these kind of messages disturbs me alot.

                                Issue is that:-

                                At 19-Mar-2011 I had put a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com to cut and close my broadband connection because my job location get changed and I have to leave Indore till 25-Mar-2011. I had got return mail with complaint number Service Request ID[protected] at 2:15 PM. In this mail it is also written that one of our executives will contact you in the next 48 hours. but no one came or contact me to disconnect my broadband connection. After 2 or 3 days I had also call to customer care to made new complaint for disconnecting my Broadband connection through mobile [protected] and again got a new complaint ID (forget). after 5 months on 16-Aug-2011 at 12:00 noon a phone come from mobile number - [protected] said that he is Dharamveer calling from Indore Police, he has a warrant to arrest U (Bhagwat Prasad Pandey) and also said that He has some paper to FAX and If he FAX the papers to Delhi than U (Bhagwat Prasad Pandey) have to pay Rs. 65000/- and also give a mobile number [protected] a lawyer to talk and settle the case in Indore. I had call on Lawyer's mobile number - he said deposit Rs.3300/- with in 30 min otherwise U have to go to delhi to deposit Rs.65000/- next day i.e. 17-Aug-2011. after that I call to Reliance Nodal Center Bhopal and told all the matter, they put the mail to their account department and suggest me to not wary, nothing will be done by police, but Mr. Dharamveer (Mob - [protected]) calling again n again till 5 PM and threaten me that I m sending a FAX to delhi. Same Day 16-Aug-2011 I went to Reliance Broadband Office at BCM Hieghts and talk to Mr. Azad he said Pl deposit Rs.1050/- and Telephone + Modem. I went to deposit Rs. 1050/- same day at Reliance World, Sayaji Plaza, Vijay Nagar, but he entered Rs.1150/- I dont know why he make bill of Rs.1150/-. after that I have to pay Rs. 1150/- and deposit Instrument on next day 17-Aug-2011 and take all necessary documents from Reliance.

                                Now my Questions are :-

                                1- Person calling from mobile number [protected] named Mr. Dharamveer is a original police man?
                                2- If NO, than How any normal person threten the otherone become a policeman?
                                3- On 16-Aug-2011 reliance person got my mobile number, Why they not call me between this period (25-Mar[protected]Aug-2011).
                                4- Lawyer said that Deposit money within 30 min. Is it possible ? when I already mention that I am outside from Indore.

                                In this type of situation anyone imagine what my condition is on 16-Aug-2011. I take leave from my office and running here and there to solve the issue where as mistake is not mine, not able to think what to do due to Mental Pressure. Till today 19-Aug-2011 I am not have normal heartbeat. If any unwanted issue will happened to me than who is the responsible.

                                Pl tell What I do.....

                                What is the punishment of mental harassment.? How much I claim against this,
                                I have faced the same problem. Can anyone suggest a way out?
                                put complaint in consumer forum.
                                Offcoure, the mistake your side .You sould not pay the money to them because they put mental presure to you.Ask them to send court notice we have proof na then we will put additional case to realincae broadband after no body will not take reliance broadband
                                Even I faced the same problem, they called me on saying that i didn't pay the bill for the connection which was terminated 3 years ago, i'm pretty sure that i paid those bills, but i'm not confident of securing those bills, but finally i got those bills and termination connection receipt, i think its better to proceed legally against reliance.

                                Please help me, in deciding which is the better way to go through consumer court or cheating case in direct court.

                                    It is such a Pathetic Experience with Reliance Communication. I bought a reliance SIM - GSM from Reliance Communication - Gandhi Bazar, the owner of franchise if Mr. Prasad & executive who gave the SIM card - Raghavendra. We took the SIM, & it took 20 days for the SIM to be activated after submitting all the necessary documents at the first attempt. On 21st day- i.e 1st day of SIM activation we are being charged Rs 285/- Rental & some additional Services like Jokes & other stuff - which we never subscribed - another Rs 60/-. We tried calling Prasad- Franchisee owner & Raghavendra- Store Manager( this is the title he told), they didnot respond to us at all, we then somehow contacted Nodal Office - spoke to some Rashmi, on[protected], she told it is reversed the amount which is charged unwantedly. She assured that. Then this month when we get the bill, we find that she has falsely promised, when we call back on the same number, number of times, they told that she is away from the desk, later one guy call - Munikumar picked the call, when asked for supervisor, he said- he is the head of reliance communication-nodal dept, he could not even speak proper english nor could understand me.

                                    I have spoken to Nodal Office of Reliance with other people like Pathisha & Ramya - ref Number :60278427, they told in 2 days they will resolve, now they are pushing us from pillar to pillar. I would reconnect the number & throw the SIM away, the question is Network like Reliance which tries to project so much is cheating customer like this. They only somehow sell the SIM, & then keep charging Customer illegally for the rental when the connection was barred from their own end, some additional services which were subscribed.... Pathetic Customer Service & Cheating Network is RELIANCE COMMUNICATION. We are suffering this for last 2 months & till today no solution.

                                      I am a customer of Reliance(CDMA) for more than 5 years. Last year I had activated the 1p sms pack for my number [protected] and it costs Rs. 19/- per month and it auto activates at the end of every month. Recently i didn't feel need to use the 1p sms service so i wanted to unsubscribe. So i sent the message for deactivation i.e, Dact Sms1p to 53739, 30 times but in vain. The reply that i got every time is as follows:-
                                      "Dear Subscriber, your request could not be processed. Please try again later. We regret the inconvenience. Reliance." Despite this they have once again activated the 1p Sms pack again. I tried contacting the customer care but my attempts went in vain. So please kindly help me in this regard.
