My name is Radha Shyam Senapati.

My place of residence is Bhubaneswar, Orissa.
I have applied for changing my telecom operator from Reliance to Airtel on 19.08.2011 at 4.48 p.m, by fulfilling the necessary requirements like paying Rs. 19.00, sending SMS to 1900 and filling the form. After that on 20.08.2011 at 4.17 p.m I received a message showing that my request for porting the mobile number ([protected]) to Airtel has been received. Again on 24.08.2011 at 16.06 p.m, I received a message that my SR No- UCS8796237 has been processed. But till date my telephone operator has not been changed to Airtel. Due to this, I am facing problem in using my mobile number.
Already 21 days have passed the date of my first application to change the mobile operator from Reliance to Airtel without changing the number, but everything is going vain. Even I have also made telephone to both the Airtel office and Reliance Office at Bhubaneswar office, but nothing positive is done in that matter. The Airtel office executives are saying that the Reliance office is not releasing my number, so the Airtel office cannot do anything. Please do the needful in that matter urgently.

    Sir/ Madam,
    My name is Bhavil Jain and I had been using the Reliance Broadband services since 1 year.
    My Reliance Internet Service User ID is[protected].
    Till mid-May 2011, the service was superb and I have paid all the bills on time without delaying even for a single time! I was getting great service so I paid for that service. As simple as that.

    But on 1st of June, the ADP was taken off from my area, i.e., Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, without even informing me! I had already started facing little problems by the end of May anyway, so I had started complaining in the customer care of Reliance Telecom. And once the ADP was taken off, the net was obviously not working. And as I was not informed about it, I kept on complaining in the customer care, kept on calling them, as if I don’t have anything else to do!

    Finally after visiting their head office 2-3 times (please note:-the head office is on C.G. Road which is 20 kms away from my residence), I got the answer that the ADP in my area has been removed. When I asked them the reason, they told me that I was the only Reliance subscriber in this area and so maintaining an ADP just for one subscriber was getting too costly for them! Then why do these people keep coming to our homes and insist us on taking their services when they cannot even afford an ADP??? There is a thing called COMMITMENT to a customer!
    At least they should’ve informed me that they are removing the ADP!
    But no! They wanted me to loiter around here and there to find out why my internet is not working!

    Left with no other choice, I made a termination order on 13th of June. AND I WAS DECENT ENOUGH TO PAY THE PRO-RATA CHARGES FOR INTERNET USAGE TILL THE 31st of MAY, 2011!!! I will never let a service go unpaid. But I will never pay for NOTHING!
    I called customer care to cancel my services and stop charging my account. They said they will revert back to me, but they didn’t. I kept calling but they never called back. Even I left the whole case then. If they aren’t bothering, why should I bother? And obviously if there is no ADP, then how can they charge me? NO ONE SENDS A BILL FOR NO-SERVICE- it is BASIC LOGIC! Which I don’t think people at Reliance understand, because I still used to get bills from them! For what???? For the services of another company, that I am using, right now?
    I even called the customer care centre when I received the 1st bill after the termination, i.e., the bill for June, 2011. How is that possible! When I didn’t get any service, when I have cancelled the subscription, then what are they charging me for? There is no ADP set up in my area, then how am I getting service?!
    Lately, again, I have been getting calls from their side. They are asking me to pay the bills due. I have paid my bills regularly for the period when the service was available. Now I am using the service of another company and I am paying their bills regularly. Why should I pay Reliance bills!??!?
    If you go to the reliance broadband site and enter my user ID, it will say “ID SUSPENDED” then what are those bills for??? I am not getting any service whatsoever! On top of that, they are asking me the complaint no. of the termination I had filed. Reliance, one of the biggest companies in India, is so incompetent that they can’t even keep a track of the subscriptions that they should cancel when they rip-off an ADP?
    When a company removes an ADP, it removes all the subscriptions attached to that ADP. How hard it is for the reliance company people to comprehend such a simple thing?
    And the way their employees talk on the phone! They are now threatening me to take this issue on a legal level. What rubbish! THREATS??? That low Reliance has gone down to? A company so huge, and this is way they mint money out of people?

    Now should I get police protection? Because hearing such threats on the phone, that too from RELIANCE, I am worried for my safety!
    I am an Indian citizen, the rules that apply to you, the same rules apply to me and to the company.
    And I am human too, the same logic runs by my head as Anil Ambani’s.
    So tell me, why would you pay for a service that you are not even getting? Or is a new invisible-non-functional service by Reliance that they are charging me for?
    And please answer one question for me: Unless I am God himself, how on earth can I be using their service, IF THERE IS NO ADP IN MY AREA?

    Please save people from Reliance and its money making strategies.

      I am pankaj kumar from Patiala (Punjab), I have already submit complaint against Reliance Mobile, I am thankful to you for this purpose. It is submitted that my Number [protected] port-in with Reliance Mobile already submitted a complaint, that inform your goodself no further action taken by the RM Company only one time call and said checkout the status of number and call you back. Therefore, 3-4 days ago no call or no message have received so far from the Reliance Mobile and my number is deactivated. Kindly help me Sir.

      Respected Sir,

      It is submitted that I have Mobile No. [protected] (old BSNL) and port-in with Reliance Mobile. This number is only making calls only three months after the porting request. Later on, without any notification my number disconnect by the RM. I have filed many complaints in Customer Care and near Web World (at Patiala) and this regarding I submitted my Identity Proof but no further action. I further request to Web World and they asked the number showing is active, but my number (sim) is not working proper.

      I am harass this kind of act by the RM and launched a complaint in your favour. Kindly take necessary action against Reliance Mobile.
      I am very much thankful to you.

        i am sending request for upc code for portability in other company from 6 months but i have not get the code. my balance is deducted from my account for a message, message is also delevered but the cone never comes. i am very dissatisfied from their interction. many of my interview calls are missed bcoz of o network. i[censored] help me then for roviding me the upc code for porting, otherwise i will case in consumer forum against reliance communication. my rliance no is [protected], my alternate no. is [protected]. i[censored] solve this problem i will be very gratful to u.

          Hi,
          I am another unhappy customer who has been cheated by Reliance Communications. I applied for a new Wired Broadband connection through Reliance, the executive was calling me hundred times to get the money and the documents, finally I gave Rs. 1870 and the documents around 4 weeks back, that was a saturday and he confirmed that I will get the connection on Monday. Now 3 to 4 mondays passed still no sign of connection, whenever I call the Executive he doesn't even pick my call anymore, his name is Yuvaraj and his contact number is [protected]. Could somebody help me to get my Money back, The reference number provided by Reliance if CAF : [protected]. I just need my moey back and planning to lodge an FIR against the executive today.

            Hi,

            This is Pradeep, i bought a 898 3G plan on two week back. At that time File host websites like mediafire, rapidshare, megauploading was opening and was abe to download the data from those websites at very good speed around 300-400kbps. The same downloading speed i was getting while using torrent.
            But on 8 aug 11 when i try to open the same file host websites like mediafire,rapidshare, megaupload etc i was not able to open those websites and still not able to access it. when i tried to downloading some files from the torrent i was not getting more than 10 kbps Using reliance 3g dongle with 3g plan.

            if such speeds caps to be fixed then there is no need to buy the big money plans for 3g.

            please clarify the matter

              i purchase 3g net connection for the reliance net connect,and recharge with rs.103 as a frc recharge of internet 3g,and company commited that the 3GB data will be recieve within the 72 hours but after 72 hour when data didn't recieved, so i called to the customer care of reliance for the problem. but they said your complain take by the reliance and it will be resolved after 48 hours but after 48 hours also data didn't recieved and i called again they provided time for resolution 48 hours and again problem didn't resolve,and till now i didn't recieved my data,
              so please help me as soon as possible

                My Reliance GSM Number is: [protected]

                Reliance has deducted Rs 30 for some CHAT PACK Activated on dated[protected]

                This scheme is activated without any kind of permission from my side

                I launched complain again this with Reliance Complained Customer Care(198) SR No.[protected]

                It is processed on same day and Result: we have not deducted any amount wrongly !!

                As per data, they are saying that They have called for CHAT PACK & than after this scheme activated

                I am using Reliance from many years. When I purchased SIM card, I have activated DND on same Day & My number is in DND list

                So there is no question of any promotional call or sms from company. I not received any Promotional Call for this CHAT PACK

                I again called to Customer care Talked with Mr. Pritesh Kadam (Supervisor - Gujarat Customer Care) he refused to take complained again & saying that we have not deducted any amount wrongly. I also explained him that how it is possible if any number in DND list & you call them for confirmation of this CHAT PACK !! But he refused to take my complained again & refused for any refund as it is not possible in this pack.

                I am totally disagree with this

                I know only one thing any amount wrongly deducted than it must be refunded to customer again.

                They are deducting money wrongly. In last 4 months, I have launched so many complained for deducting wrong amount. Record available with company.

                Reliance is wasting customer's important time & money by activating such kind of scheme.

                I request you to Give me my Wrongly Deducted Amount Rs.30/ as I have not activated any kind of CHAT PACK

                Hope for Justice from you people.

                Reliance — RS. 30/- DEDUCT WITHOUT ANY ACTIVATION

                Hi,

                I have reliance prepaid connection using smart. My mobile no. is [protected]. In 28 August 2010 they had deduct rs. 30/- without any activation. Their customer service is very poor. I tried several time to contact them but can;nt success.

I have already complained to the reliance customer care against it before 1 months my complain number is[protected].                     Reliance Netconnect blocks all file sharing sites like www.filesonic.com,www.wupload.com etc.All other ISPs (BSNL,Airtel,MTS) provide these services.Reliance blocks these services with out any notice or govt rule.This way reliance cheat their valuable customers.They hide this information while giving the connection/Advt.So please aviod reliance netconnect for Internet services.Reliance shows their netspeed through this 'fraud' technic. please pass this info to your friends to escape from this kind of cheating!!!

                      This is to bring to your notice that one of Reliance Broadband's sales man named Mr. ANIL SINGH, (Mobile no: [protected] ) had visited my place on 6th July 2011 at 1:00 pm. He explained me about your 300kbs unlimited combo plan scheme Rs. 500/- for free Installation unlimited. after a week Mr. ANIL Came and took a ADVANCE CHQ. OF Rs 500/- And installed the line on the 23 of July 2011 for unlimited download, After That time I had called Anil to get the Recipt of the chq. Take refused to provide along with the letter of the plan provided to me.

                      I then send a email for the same which there was no responds of the same, after that received a bill of 1,132.96/- for which I am not getting any proper respons for Reliance broadband even after writting to the for the last 15th days


                      Now the plan scheme is changed and I told in the email that there is on such plan, or that it is in the system there is a different plan , I would like to know why am I to suffer of the same even after I am writting to them from the plan but they were the one how have not replyed to my email. by alway a new person will email the same thing that there is no such plan as of Rs. 500/- and that is in the system What is the next thing to do please advice.

                      I am not intrested in paying them that much since the salesman had done the deal with out any letter or form signed by me

                      This is to bring to your notice that one of Reliance Broadband's sales man named Mr. Arun Kumar, (Mobile no: [protected], [protected] ) had visited our office on 16th April 2010 at 1:00 pm. He explained me about your 300kbs unlimited combo plan scheme and stated Rs. 500/- will be charged for Installation. That time I told him that we are buying this connection only for static IP address mean while we are using other service provider’s hi-speed internet connection, and he told that you can get the static IP within one week after installation and I’ll get you the static IP address after installation, and also mentioned that as installation will complete just call me on my number (which I’ve provided you before) and I’ll apply for you static IP Address Myself. He also mentioned that in case if I am unsatisfied with your services and inform about the same within one month I would get the installation charges of Rs. 500/- reimbursed along with the internet connection being disconnected. If I use the services for more than one month, the amount of Rs. 500/- that I had paid for installation charges will get adjusted in my first month bill amount.


                      And installation completed on 19th April 2010 at 2:00 PM. Now as per discussion I had called to Mr, Arun kumar that installation has finished and please apply for my Static IP, he said ok give me some of your details like login id, connection owner name, date of birth, etc… and I gave it. And after next two day latter I called on your customer care help line number for just follow up for my request. That time he told me that sir you can’t get static IP on your current Plan, and also asked him that now what should I do? He told me that if our Marketing person really applied for your static IP then please ask him for your request number. And then I called to Mr, Arun at that time he told me that I’ve already applied for your static IP connection, I said OK then can you provide me the request number he said ok, but now I’m on the way and as I reached to my office I’ll send you the request number by SMS on your mobile no:[protected]. At that time I said OK no problem. And that’s the my last conversation with that person and till that day he didn’t answering my call.

                      For this issue I’ve also raised complain against Mr, Arun kumar on 23rd April but till the date I didn’t get any response from the Reliance Broadband.
                      As requested by you I had forwarded the details required by you to to investigate the problem. As on date I have not heard from you but, my internet connection has been disconnected by your office without informing me.

                      I still await your promt reply from you and your investigation dept.

                        I am TAKSHINAMURTHY Residing in AVADI. My Reliance Data Card No: [protected]. till now up-to 7 Months i had used Reliance Net-connect broadband services. For the First three months i got assured speed But remaining months it has gone worse REASON "Congestion issue in our area" they apologized and took up-to 4 months till August 31 2011 to rectify it. I was awaiting for that day to get good speed but after August 31 no improvement in speed only 30kbps i was getting. this is the act of reliance even after registering lots of complaints 1 complaint/week regarding some or the other issue. Now reliance Technical team inspected my speed and sent a screen shorts to RF Team. Now they ask more 2 months time till .October 31 to reprove there service. This is the act of fooling a customer. I have mailed the Nodal officer no use. I had decided to put this matter to "International Consumer Rights Protection Council (ICRPC)" Since I was harassed by your service.                           hi, i have ported from reliance cdma to reliance gsm three to four months ago. from 23rd august onwards my outgoing has been barred despite sufficient balance being in my phone (approximately 168 rupees) . i have called the customer care many times . they took my complain but have not solved it . so i asked them to let me port out of reliance . they gave me the procedure but i cannot send a message because my outgoing messages are also barred. my no. is [protected]. my email i.d. is [protected]@gmail.com . meanwhile they have asked me to submit my proof of address and photo i.d. for the third time in the last six months which i will do tomorrow.

                            My telephone no-[protected] activated on 27.08.2011. But one message received for deposit of document even though earlier submitted the document through retailer.So, again I submitted the document to retailer for handed over to provider.
                            But today my telephone was deactivated where as the amount charged more on that Sim.It is found that after charging the amount service provider doing the Sim deactivation & cheating to customer for which I faced problem.
                            Therefore I request your good self for giving me the solution for doing the needful.

                                I am using Reliance mobile prepaid connection with the mobile no as [protected]. I had taken the mobile connection in Jun 2010. It was initially charged for some amount. Then all of a sudden, I got a SMS stating that my balance had become very low and I need to charge it for using it further. When I checked up with reliance, I was told that I had activated some pack. I don't remember doing any such thing. However, I thought that I must have done and so I did not charge this account for nearly a year. In the interim it was showing as having a negative balance of around five rupees or so.

                                I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A NEGATIVE BALANCE IS POSSIBLE.

                                Anyway I left it at that and recharged my account for Rs29 or so on 24 July 2011 form which the negative balance amount was deducted and it showed me the balance amount of 24 rupees. I have SMS from reliance stating this. After a few days, I received a SMS stating that my balance has dropped to 2.4 rupees. When I checked up with reliance, I was told that I had activated some pack for which the amount of 20 rupees was deducted.

                                This was not correct as THIS TIME I HAD NOT ACTIVATED ANY PACK. I have sent them so many mails regarding this refund, but all I have received in reply is stating that it is being looked into and now I have received a mail stating that my complaint has been actioned. IT HAS NOT BEEN ACTIONED AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND OF MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. This reply also I have received after sending them mail at least twice.

                                Please advice on further course of action.

                                After submitting the complaint through your media what course of action will you take place? How we come to know that you are taking action against the said complaints. What is the use of submitting the complaints if not taking care of. Give us the reply

                                I under sing user of mob no [protected] reliance, I observe that reliance is deducting lot of money without any reason i havre seen they charged me aginst caller tune, astropace, song renewal and sms pack without subscription of all these services, In Mango were I am stating call drop problem is continue. So I made call in custumer care but I nor received any satisfactory resposese. Ihope lot of person are facing this problem.

                                  I am Deeipauk.My mobile number is [protected].I have found my moblie tariff has been automatically changed by reliance network(since aug 13)without indicating me.They have promised me to give a tariff of Re 1 per 3 min,but now they have changed it to Re 1.20 per 3 min.I have already raised a complain about this in this forum last week(date:16 aug-approx) but no action has been taken.I didnt even get a call from reliance network reg the complaint.
                                  Please do some thing,I need severe action to be taken against this.

                                      At present i am not satisfied with the services of reliance smart mobile network that's why I had filled the portability form from reliance smart to idea on 12.08.2011 after 15 days of past the reliance smart has not given me permission to port to idea. If they have any type of problem in my identity, they should have to make some correspondence to me but after 15 to 20 days have past they doesn't make me any talk. my regional office of reliance smart in Bhilai is having very poor behavior and they are not taking our customer care phones to reply.
                                      Please make this porting as early as possible.

                                        Hi, i am using reliance GSM (Mob. No.- [protected]) from last year. But every time, anyone product services is automatically activated without my permission. 4-5 times i have deactivated these services like cricket update. but after 2-3 months, it's automatic again activated on my mob. no. And my balance is reduce day-by-day. I am very scared, how i handle this issue. i already complained to customer care, but after 2-3 months, it happened again and again. So, please resolve my complain as soon as possible.
