Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that,as i told you earlier,i have been cheated and harassed by one of the Fraud and irresponsible leading mobile Operator of india i.e Reliance communications.I really got a false commitment from one of the Reliance Executive named Miss.Sunita dated 09.02.2011 at 15:46 pm from phone number:- [protected]. Although she was nice,humble and soft spoken and was very keen to solve my issues regarding my Reliance GSM number [protected].During the telephonic conversation, she told me that i will get a refund of Rs 180 within 24 hrs, as i mentioned earlier Reliance has deducted and looted my hard earned balance consistently from October 2010.And she promised that my some so called stupid services packs which i never opted such as COSMO INDIA TODAY PACK and COSMO LOVE PACK will be Deactivated.
So she lodged two complaints i.e[protected] and[protected].That same day i got only Rs 120 as a Refund of my false Deductions instead of Rs 180 as told by Mrs Sunita..I mean they have really played with my patience now.what is Reliance doing??Dont they afraid of being charged for fraud and scam??They really breaks customer trust.I will surely take serious legal action against Reliance Communication.They really should be taught a harsher lesson now!!Today i got a call from Reliance from that same number i.e [protected] and [protected] at 16:50 hrs but i got no response from them..I have been using Reliance GSM number [protected] from so many years and that sort o[censored]ncare, and non-commitment is totally intolerable.I want my Rs 60 REMAINING balance Refund at any cost and want to get Deactivate my both PACKS too!Am again appealing to the whole nation and honest Mobile subscribers to Boycott Reliance.The way they have treated and harassed me has made me sick.Am not getting sincere reply from Reliance.Is this is the way to treat a loyal and old subscriber??Please Please help me out..I really want a complete satisfactory Resolution now. I want honest justice..!!

mene 2 yeas pahle reliance ka rd point liya tha. mere se kam suru karne ke liye 2500/- sequrity ke tor par liya gaya tha. or kaha gaya tha ki jab bhi ap kam karna bandh kardonge to apke 2500/- vapas kar diye jayenge.
sir mene kam shirf 6 manth tak hi kiya uske bad chhod diya. aj tak kam chode hue muje 1/6 years ho gaya hai or muje apne rup. wapas nahi mile. mene reliance ke sare office chakar kat kar pareshan ho gaya hai. koi hal nahi nikala hai. so plz help me

    Dear Sir,

    I took a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Connection no. [protected] with Tariff Plan CDP250 (Monthly Charges @Rs 750), A/C ID or Relationship No.[protected] having credit limit of Rs.2300/-.

    I paid my 1st bill no.[protected] dt 27.08.10 of Rs. 640/- within due date of 14th Sep,2010. My Next Bill No.[protected] dt 27.09.2010 of Rs.2943 was due by 15.10.2010. My net was disconnected sometime between 27th Sep to 30th Sep. I made payment by 3rd Oct,2010. After that I requested for activation to Mr. Mahendra (Reliance Guy who sold me the Broadband) who, in turn, advised me to make on-line request. I did but lines were not re-stored. The travails I had gone through is written in the attached mail below.

    After all this happended, one guy was sent by Relaince people in Jan, 2011 at my home who discussed everything with my wife and requested to get the connection back. But since we shifted to another service provider by end Oct,2010 we refused. After that I got one abusive call for payment of outstanding amount of Rs. 1900 something from a girl caller. I said that since Reliance has disconnected on their own and did not provide any service thereafter, I owe nothing to them. I also demanded back the cost of, their costly broadband hardware, which had been an additional useless liability thrust upon me by them.

    Now, after a one months lull, I got a call today on 10th Feb, 2011, by a lady from mobile no.[protected], saying that she was a lawyer and representing a case against me for non-payment of Rs.1900 something amount. She threatened that if I don't pay up by 1:00 PM today I would have to appear at Tees Hazari Court on 11th Feb 2011 and that I shall be jailed.

    I am subjected to so much pressure/threat for no foult on my part I am totaly shaken. I request the Consumer Forum to take my case and save me from these people.

    Dear Sir,

    It is indeed very surprisingly to see this bill. You have disconnected my services 2 months back even when I had paid my first two bills. I tried/requested/begged but all went abegging as your officers refused to start the service. I made so many calls (I can send you the bills), so many e-mails but got no justice from you. NOW I UNDERSTAND HOW RELIANCE WORKS.

    If you don't have details, let me explain everything to you. BUT I REQUEST YOU TO FORWARD IT TO MR. ANIL AMBANI. My painful story with Reliance is as under:

    I got your Net Connect Broadband connection in July 2010. I paid my first payment of Rs. 640 in time. My second bill was of approx Rs. 3000/- . I paid it within due date but by that time my connection was disconnected without any intimation. After paying, I requested to resume my service first through telephonic service request and followed it up through e-mail (service request no.[protected] etc. In one e-mail Mr. Naeem Shaikh wrote, "Kindly note that as per our database, services of your Data Card has already been activated". When I tried to connect I got the message the "remote computer did not respond". Then I contacted the person (Mr. Mahendra) who had provided me the connection. He said that connection was not restored. I again made a request to restart and I got the reply from Mr. Suresh Nadar to contact nearest Reliance Mobile Store. I argued and sent a reply that he should have sent his person and also that in case he could not do so, I may switch to another service provider. I got no reply.



    Meanwhile I again contacted Mr. Mahendra who, in turn, talked to his bosses (Mr. Amit Kumar and Mr Ajay Saxena). He informed me that my connection was not being re-stored as there was some outstanding amount against my address!! I talked to his boss and to his boss’ boss and explained my position that I was a new tenant in the flat and that I had already given flat lease agreement (for rental) as address proof. Mr Saxena assured that the connection would be re-stored by the time I reach home. It never happened. On following days, I kept them requesting / begging but all fail deaf ear. They said that it was their internal problem and they will resolve in few days by issuing affidavits and blah blah blah.



    I even thought of going to the Consumer Forum but I had no energy to fight these immobile people. Ultimately after 20th Oct, I approached Airtel and got a new connection. Now I am very happy.



    I would like to say that only Mr. Mahendra was giving me the correct feedback and tried to help me out. He even offered me (in his personal capacity) an alternate data card on a new address.



    Now, I request you to take away your data card and give back my hard earned money as your people have made it useless and caused me tremendous hardship.

      I had subscribed by mistake to PICALERTS SMS service. I lost my balance due to it. I tried to unsubscribe, but failed miserably due to unavailability of proper unsubscribe option. Having got stuck I had to forcibly discontinue using my Reliance GSM Mobile no. [protected]. I only used it for sending SMS by refilling it with monthly SMSPack. I was least bothered about PICALERTS.

      But now things have changed. Reliance insists on maintaining positive balance, otherwise sending sms are not allowed. After a gap of more than 6 months (approximately), I refilled the main balance with Rs. 100/=. To my shock today I got this SMS from PICALERTS

      You have been charged Rs 30 for 30 days & successfully activated on News-Picture Alerts. To unsubscribe visit http://61.16.174.213/unsubme.

      I tried a lot to unsubscribe but couldn't as http://61.16.174.213/unsubme was not at all available. Trying to reach it wasted lots of my time.
      Kindly help me in this matter.

          If Reliance cant give seamless service in area like karvenagar ,Kothrud,Warje how they promise to give service in rural or other upcoming sites they claim.

          Payment:
          Reliance people keep calling u for payment, on telling the bad service,either disconnect the call or just assure to log request or tell that 'We are responsible for Payment only, not service'.

            I have given transfer application from CDMA to GSM within Reliance on 25 Jan, As per Reliance Customer Care, MNP Request received on 06-02.

            Main Problem faced by me today from early morning is I am not getting any call from any number.

            My Incoming totally stopped while Outgoing is working

            Msgs on Calling to My Mobile Number [protected] is "The Number you have dialed does not exist. Please check Number"

            My other Number is [protected].

            I contact customer care, they are not taking any complained and saying that there is no problem with your number

            I am using this mobile since last 2 years & it's very much important for me.

            Now what should I do ?

            Reliance not transfered my mobile number to GSM from CDMA & they have stopped my incoming call more than 15 Hours without giving any information.

              Reliance Mobile — sim not activated even after 10 days after submitting docs

              I've applied for MNP from airtel to Reliance CDMA. on 26th Jan 2011 I submitted the request to Reliance Web World office Jabalpur where I submitted my documents & Porting No.
              On 4th Feb 2011 Airtel port out my number [protected] from their network, but till date my number doesn't activated in Reliance CDMA.
              From then I'm continuously following with Reliance Web World / Call Center/ Reliance office at Jabalpur & Zonal officer at Bhopal, but they are not helping me out. Every time they try to pass their responsibility to another.
              its already 14 days past my number is not working.

              Kindly help me out in this.
              I applied for MNP from airtel to Reliance GSM on 27th Jan 2011. While submitting the application in Reliance Kharadi Outlet I mentioned that my Unique Porting Code AZ383731 shall be invalid by 08 Feb 2011. Unfortunately with lot of persuance the outlet submitted my application on 02 Feb 2011. I received a SMS from Reliance on 02 Feb stating that we have received your application and shall be processed shortly. My Mobile Number is[protected], MNP from Airtel to Reliance. But it is unfortunate that nothing has been done. I apporched to Nodal officer Pune, but no response or update on the subject. On 11 Feb 2011, Reliance officer Mr. Manoj replied [protected] that the MNP will be completed by 11 Feb 2011. It is rediculous that on 12 Feb at around 1930hr I received that your application recived by Reliance and it is under process. After around two hour I received a SMS from Reliance that due to invalid Unique Porting code my application has been rejected.

              This is same on the part of Reliance like organisation. You are feeding some useless chaa who does not know the norm and regulations - how to process the application... rather due to lack of knowledge, responsibility, lazyness ... leads to loose the valued customer who wants to enter and join hand with the Reliance. May I request Reliance COM CEO/MD, please do not leave such type of elements in your organisation. They want only to sale off new SIM at a cost of Rs. 25 for MNP. Now they have switched off their Reliance mobile also.

              In view of the above Reliance can assess the status of your customer care.

                I had applied for Mobile Number Portebility from Reliance Service to vodaphone network, As Reliance coverage is much poor and after long follow-ups to them nothing was happen. thanks to MNP facility has just started. I did the same. As per new operaor Reliance not cooperating to switch my number from their network to Vodaphone network without any reason. As a retention process Reliance executives also threten to me by saying that you will permenently loss/find block your phone number if you did the same. I would like to know why reliance not offering best service or not releasing my number by MNP process

                  I using Reliance mobile CDMA since reliance started their mobile network. Due to handsets i have requested reliance to migrate CDMA POSTPAID to GSM POSTPAID through Mobile Number Portability service. They gave new SIM, and got a confirmation message to use also. But after loading the SIM it is worked as PREPAID with the initial balance of 10 Rs. After that The SIM is not at all workiing. Now the CDMA, GSM both sims are not working. I gave a compaint but since 5 days , there is no response. They are unable to resolve. Planning to migrate other network. My contact [protected](which is not working) EMail : [protected]@india.com

                    I am a customer of Reliance India mobile. my Mobile no. [protected]. yesterday sms pack renew automatecally, why I dont know. two days befor I already charge sms pack rs.19/-

                    I talk with customer care, but not getting proper reply or suitable answer.

                    they are doing own work not follow to company rules. they automatecally activated Caller Tune, SMS pack, Miscall alert and shariya pack. why .... Why..... customer are not intrested in this thing.
                    but company making money doing this things. so many people suffer from this things.

                    kindly do the needful as early as possible

                      I took a New Connection From Reliance GSM in Dec-2009. The Number Which i got was [protected] Sim No[protected].
                      i was using this number without any problem and suddenly the number stopped working 2 months back.

                      On asking , why it stopped they said you need to submit the documents and your number will start working.

                      I submitted the documents still the number is not working. and when i tried calling on that number i found that the number has been freshly issued to other customer.

                      Please look into matter seriously.

                        I am Suman. I am using Reliance GSM service. Without my knowledge some scheme is subscribed. I have not subscribed that but i am getting cricket alerts and this time my balance got deducted by Rs 10 weekly(i am not sure bt regularly some amount is deducting from my balance).I have tried to customer care bt i am not able to contact them with their customer care no [protected]. So plz llok into the matter and do the needfull.

                          1. Reliance Netconnect Brodband connect disconnect even though bill paid
                          2. Payment not shown after 2 to 3 day of submission in their system.
                          3. If they are taking hole amount of previous bill why the hell they have disconnect it again.
                          4. Keep calling to customer & bothered even if they are busy.

                            I have reliance netconnect broadband connection with high speed 3.1 Mbps. But I never get speed of even 0.5 Mbps. I tested internet speed using speedtest.in as proof to send Reliance. It always comes between 100kbps to 200kps.

                            I rarely get a chance to talk to customer care service because it is always found busy. When I get chance to talk to customer care executive, they failed to resolve the problem. I lodged the complaint of slowness but never attended.

                            I am totally fedup with the reliance service. Please help.

                            I have few complaint no. like[protected] and[protected] etc.

                                This is to tell you that, i rasied a issue back 2 months ago in Dec 2010, but till now no one has taken any thing seriously, I will the customer care and they will ask the same details everytime and then say wpur dept will look into it, and then finally no more response. No one is serious to resolve to issue. They always keep saying that within 48 hrs your issue will be completed. Bu nothign happens

                                The problem: I am relocated from mumbai to trivandrum and for lst 2.5 months i am not getting any tower in my area (Kazhakuttom, near techno park, trivandrum). The signal is very weak which is between 0 or 3. And i am getting bill every month even for not able to use my internet.

                                I want to know, how much telephone call should i make or how much time do i have to get this rectified. And why should I pay the bill for the same.

                                  First of all Please add KOLKATA in your District option,

                                  My complaint is I want to number port out from Reliance gsm (smart) to Vodafone, I aplied with the UPC on 23rd Jan 2011, first they reject and then I re-aplied again but Reliance GSM (Smart ) is just take my complaint (1597808 dt 23.01.11) and started doing delay the process for port out of my number, the request being not solved till today[protected] I speaked there Customer Care regular but they are replying the same line everytime " your request is on solving mode". some time they are not even replying properly and disconnect the phone. Even their Nodal and Appellate Officer said they can't help. Neither they provide good service nor processing port request properly. Please take some strong action.

                                  I want switch your service to another service operator,
                                  Could you please tell whats the process to do above.
                                  RCOMs customer care is very poor they doesn't know what is the actual problem. At RELIANCE STORE we have to listen another reason, on phone to CC they giving another reason it means they don't have coordination amongst their own. How can they provide good services nither network coverage, calling rates are same as IDEA, VODAFONE, VERY VERY Poor Customer Care.

                                    I am the subscriber of Reliance cdma Mobile Number [protected]. I have opted to port my number to gsm.
                                    As per the procedure to send a SMS : PORT [protected] to 1900 on sending it i get the response to your request could not be processed, please try after some time.. For it i have called the customer care three times but they too are unable to help.
                                    Please help me for get upc code...

                                      Sir I stay in Hanamkonda. I took the Reliance GSM connection 2 yrs back and my mobile number is [protected], till then I am suffering from connectivity. After introduction of the MNP I opted to quite the Rel GSM and registered with 1900 and submitted my aplication with BSNL mobile on 31.01.2011. I have been given with a sim card and said within one week the number will be transferred. It is already one week and nothing has been heard from both the operators. I request you to resolve my issue immediately.

                                      I have been using my uninor number for more than 6 months & I applied for MNP with Reliance on 21st and got confirmation soon.

                                      My Uninor connection was discontinued on 4th Feb'11 and till tdy the reliance connection is not on.

                                        I had applied for Mobile Number Portability from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM for my Number [protected]. In spite of sending all details and sending Application on 28th Jan 2011 noting has happened till date. As per my Understading this was supposed to happen within 7 days MAX..
                                        Reliance- It has been more than 7 Days... Is this ever going to happen or is reliance not interested in servicing existing customers and wants to concentrate only on new customers. I find this very exasperating and moving forward might switch over to other Service Provider.

                                        I had applied for Mobile Number Portability from Reliance BSNL for my Number [protected]. In spite of sending all details and sending Application on 29th Jan 2011 noting has happened till date. As per my Understading this was supposed to happen within 4 days MAX..
                                        My mnp is complete but my outgoing services is not yet started its 8 day still cant make outgoing call my mobile number [protected]
                                        My MNP was not successful. I dont understand what happened. I was switching from Docomo to Reliance GSM, I had submitted all details after 6 days Docomo got cancelled but reliance not got activated. Its already 12 days completed but i dont have neither docomo nor reliance. I had talked with reliance care and they said that we have some technical problems & we had sent mail abt ur issue and require 48 hours to get solution.

                                        Reliance Mobile — Number not Activated after Mobile Number Portability (reliance CDMA to reliance GSM)

                                        I Mr. Bhavesh Jain have submitted my documents on 28th Jun 2011 to shift my reliance CDMA to reliance GSM of number [protected] by using MNP. But, they have not yet shifted my CDMA no. to GSM.They have blocked my incoming calls from my CDMA without giving any notice. I went to reliance world and even tried to call customer care almost 100 times but no one is doing anything for same and not giving a valid reason for the same.                                         Hi,

                                        I had applied for Mobile Number Portability from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM for my mobile Number [protected]. I had already submitted two time application in this regard and also found UPC code for two time on 08th July 2011 & 26th July 2011 (UPC Code for second time is RE466145) but both time UPC code has been expired due to unknown reason.

                                        I do not understand what's going on.

                                        I am very upset with the services provide by Reliance staff of Varanasi branch ( Kuber Complex and AGR).

                                        Kindly take this matter on urgent basis.
