I purchased an Acer Laptop. With that the Reliance offered the Free Data Card subject to the minimum rental of Rs. 750/- per month. At the time of providing data card they got Advance Rent for one month, but later on they did not adjusted in my subsequent bill and discontinued the services. After that they continue to charge the monthly bill. When I asked to adjust the advance rent paid, no proper response came forward. After that I did not paid the bill. Then they summoned me a court notice. I replied that notice with documentary proof. Even though I am receving the threatening call saying from such and such court for criminal case is being filed against me. This is malpractices adopted by the company to cheat their customers and pocket a huge amount alongwith the harrasment of the customer. I think they also have political support
I too experienced the same issue, i took acer laptop and paid intial advance around 800 for data card, after I used it for one month i requested them to terminate connection and was ready to pay any dues, however staff at the rworld said the initial payment of 800 would be adjusted against the bill and i need to pay anything. but even after that i continued to receive bills and when i contacted again they said to ignore bills as billing system might not have updated. but even after that i continuted to receive phone calls that they would initiate legal proceedings against me...I might pay the amount, but deifntely reliance will never be again in my goodlooks.

    Iam Using the No of [protected] Last 1yrs 3month in Postpaid using 4 month back iam give the request for pre-paid conversion on customer care on 1st of jan 2011 then iam got a call on 14th of jan 2011.one of customer care executive conveyance me for plane changing.iam told to customer care executive please convert the pre-paid that executive told to me ok iam call u later.after 15th of jan 2011 my number as been bared then iam make the call to customer care executive iam tell my issues then he tell me no sir u only tell me for termination request.iam not give for termination request. only prepaid conversion without my knology my no as be termination iam not given any request for termination iam signature any documents for termination.

      yesterday my balance was one rupee in the evening.. i didn't call anyone from my cell and the last call on my cell was on 21:03.. then i messaged my friend and to my surprise my balance suddendly went to minus 9/-
      i called upon to customer care on 198 n he said me that i dialed a number because of which my balance have been deducted. and my micheal jackson pack have been activated. i asked him whether he can tell me which number have i dialed, he said that he don't know.
      i had same problem about one month back and i called costumer care.. at that time they said me that my micheal jackson pack have been activated because i sent a message. and at that time they deduced my 20 rupees. when i asked for the number on which i sent message, they said they dont know.

      i m using reliance from 7 years. bt in last 7 days, operator deduct my balance 5 times without any reason. when I call customer care, they have always only one answer our system not working. pls call after half hour. I tried again and again, bt there is no any resulation for my problem. so I request u, pls resolve my problem. thank u

        SINCE LAST FOUR TO FIVE MONTHS I AM BEING CHARGED FOR LATE PAYMENT EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN REGULAR IN MY PAYMENTS BEFORE DUE DATE. MY CHEQUES ARE DEPOSITED MOST OF THE TIME
        AT RELIANCE RETAIL OUTLETS AND SOMETIMES AT BILL PAYING AGENTS
        I HAD DROPPED MY CHEQUE AT RELIANCE MOBILE COMPANY'S RETAIL OUTLET IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER 2010 AND I HAD PAID EXTRA PAYMENT IN MONTH OF OCTOBER,2010 VIA CHEQUE AND ONLINE TO AVOID DELAYED PAYMENT DUE TO NO FAULT OF MINE
        SINCE I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE BILL FROM THE COMPANY BY COURIER.
        MY REGULAR BILL IS RS 320/- BUT I AM BEING CHARGED RS 375/- FOR
        JULY,2010 , IN JANUARY,2011 AGAIN RS 370/- FOR LATE PAYMENTS
        WHICH I REFUTE AND DISAGREE. THE RELIANCE RETAIL MOBILE AND LANDLINE STORES ARE ALSO NOT AT ALL CO-OPERATIVE EVEN THOUGH IT IS THEIR OWN COMPANY'S BILL PAYMENT THEY DO NOT RECEIVE OR ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS DROPPED IN BILL PAYMENT BOXES PROVIDED BY RELIANCE INDIA COMMUNICATIONS
        ANILBAHI AMBANI GROUP OF COMPANIES . I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THE REASON FOR CONFIRMING RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS MADE IN TIME.

        Telecommunication - Land Line Services — Online Bill Payment

        Dear Sir, I own a BSNL Landline connection in my name. I do payment online & as per policy I am eligible for 1% discount on the subsequent bills, but for the past bill Dec 2009 it did not credited in Feb 2010 bill, now Feb 2010 bill has to be credited in April 2010 bill, which I do not know whether will it happen. Also, there is no detailed billing available online as well. We use online services, because, everyone knows it is a himaliyan task to get things done in a governmetn office. But metro customers are provided with the same. We assume whether rural/urban when use online, we have to be treated at par equally, is it not? Can the service provider redress the problem at the earliest.

        I am having mobile no [protected]. I asked for reduction in landline charges for 50 paise per min.comapny agreed and now I am being charged at Re1.30 per min . Please recalculate the bills of last two months and send the fresh bill.

          This is to inform you that I am old user of Reliance prepaid no.[protected]. I am using Reliance mobile services since last 1year. But now I am facing problem in Reliance prepaid services. I am using 1p sms service pack. I renewed this service for 1 month on 17/01/2011 around 1.30 pm by paying 26rs to reliance subscriber. But in the morning of 18/01/2011 this services is automatic renewed for 15 days after deduction of 13rs in my balance. So i paid rs26+rs13
          =39rs for 1p sms service for only 15 days. When i told to customer care for my inconveniced he refused to refund my money and behavior of executive toward my problem is very shamless..When i was renewed my service than what the need to renewed automatic renewal of service after my renewal.....this shows the bad service of reliance. Please help me.
          i just want to refund of either rs26 paid to reliance subscriber or refund rs13 which is deducted on my balance and renewed my service for 1 month. pls do something as soon as possible because it not a just amount but its a inconveniced faced by many customer.

          Dear, I am also facing the same problem.. In July 2010 only once i got my SMS activated on my Reliance Prepaid no.[protected]. After that every time it automatically renews. On 27th Feb i requested tham to stop this facility, they put the request for stoping this facility. But it stoped just after deduction of Rs.26 on 01.03.2011. I could not use the SMS facility even for 2 hours and it stopped.

          I talked many a times with customer supervisors, but they don't even talk on this matter... Plz help me some one... should i go to Consumer Court????

            I was activated the Missed call alert service via the SMS <M> to 51234. on 12 Jan 2011.
            till now i am not able to use this services.means i have not receiving any alert from reliance.
            after a lot of conversation and complain to your customer care executive, still the problem is as it is.

              My name is Rajneekant. i am using Mobile No. [protected] for last 06 months which has been taken on my mother's voter id card. The mobile no. belongs to Bihar. But due to some good facility which is provided on Bihar circle by reliance service provider i am using this no. in roaming in Gurgaon.Since i am doing job in Gurgaon. I had recharged my no. with rs.99 internet pack on 13 Dec 2010. The benefits of this internet pack is i can use 03 GB data in 30 days of recharge. But on 14 Dec 2010 i had lost the internet facility on my mobile no. i had been making complain to customer care executive since 14 Dec 2010. But one customer care executive named Mr Nilkanth lodged my first complain on 24 Dec 2010 and assured me that one of our customer care executive with in 04 days but no customer care executive talk to me with in 04 days. Then again i made a complain on 03 and 07 Jan 2011. But no customer care consulted me with in given days. Those complain no. are

              I made calls to customer care executives and supervisors of reliance GSM more than 50 times but nobody helped me. everybody gave me assurance that your problem would be solved only and told me that i was forwarding your to our high authority level and we would deal your complain with hi priority. one of reliance customer care executive consulted me on 09 Jan 2010 and told me your problem had been resolved and due company technical problem in Gurgaon you were unable to use internet facility on your No. and handset. He told me that you could use internet facility on your mobile by 10 Jan 10 at 1800 Hrs.but that assurance was false and he company E-mail id. when I sent an E-mail to company that still i was unable to use your internet facility on my no. Then one of reliance customer care executive named Vishwas Shedekar on 11 Jan 2011 and again he gave me assurance that u can use internet facility by 1800 hrs on 12 Jan 2011. 12 Jan 2011 was the last day of my internet pack.when asked him about those non-used days.he replied me that company will neither refund your days nor money. he Gave me the wrong information. The contact no.[protected] of nodal officer of Bihar circle which was incorrect. Again i Sent one E-mail to company about the solution and satisfactory answer regarding non-used days. Then I got the same answer by one of reliance customer care executive named Resume Kadu and Namrata Bhosale on 17 Jan and 18 Jan 11 Respectively. Now they told me that you can contact to Mr. Saiyed Haider Nodal officer of Bihar circle for better solution of your problem. They gave me so much mental stress and wrong information and they had made wrong promises with me. That's now i want justice and Rs. 50000 compensation money due to mental stress which i got towards company.

                On 16 January 6:00 PM services of smart (Reliance telecoms) to my number [protected] has been stopped when i inquired i got to know that there is a complete network failure because of which I have missed lots of important business calls and incurred losses worth 10 Lacs. This is not for the first time many instances are noted when i cannot make outgoing calls neither can receive not only from my home but areas around. There is no prior intimation of such disturbances the customer care cannot be reached at such times they have taken there customers for granted. i want to file a complaint in court and ready to do all formalities until i get the compensation and satisfactory explanation. Please accept my complaint

                  I am using reliance data card ([protected]) in Ghaziabad (UP).

                  As i called so many times to customer care, that from the last 45-50 days i am

                  not getting connected to internet through reliance data card. I have 5GB

                  download plan and able to use only 100 MB in last month. Customer care executive

                  always excuse me that this is because of some technical problem (conjunction)

                  going on in this area and will be resolved in sometimes, and the last date given

                  to me was 15th January to resolve this problem. But still I am facing the same

                  problem.

                  So I already raised request for full waiver of last month bill and got

                  confirmation from executive, my complain no is[protected]. But still i am facing

                  the same problem, So i am not going to pay any bill for January month also.

                  Daily i called to customer care and waste around one hour for only complain and

                  never get any feedback from customer care side.

                  I am very dissatisfied and frustrate with your service and never expected this

                  type services from Reliance or any other service provider. You are only making

                  fool to customer and are the worst service provider in this i purchased your

                  device in Rs. 2000 that is totally useless for me. I am really ashamed to

                  Reliance and also myself that i am an Reliance customer.

                  I would want this to be taken on priority and resolved at the earliest.

                  Reliance Data Card — poor, disappointing and harassing service

                  Data card # [protected]

                  I got data card connection on July 1, 2009.

                  The reliance people called us and gave CAF No [protected]

                  They told my Credit Limit was Rs 850.00

                  But they disconnected my Internet connection for just Rs 242.00 and didn't inform me.

                  I paid Rs 300.00 on August 10 at an outlet. Till today,[protected], I have not got my connection. I went to

                  to Reliance World, Cunningham Road, where I had purchased the Data Card. The told that the bill I have

                  paid is not reflecting in the system so they can't do any help to me. They told me to go to the same

                  outlet where I paid the bill. I wrote a complaint and asked endorsement and they told that they can't

                  receive the complaint and give acknowledgement. The manager Mr. Prashant told me to go to the head

                  office in MG road. I now repent for not taking BSNL Broad Band Connection.

                    I have paid for the activation of an SMS pack on the 8th Jan 2010. I have also received an SMS stating that your account is recharged but till date the pack is not yet activated....

                    On calling the call center and complaining about the same... call center staff do not provide any assistance and just keep on diverting the customer here and there.....

                    One complaint of mine is registered three times... but in none of the case solution is provided.

                    On visiting the web world (hajiali) where I have made the payment.... the staff assured that the matter will be resolved in 72 hrs..... but all in vain.... Today is the 5th Day and no results..... On calling the incharge of this brance he says.... "Please do not bother me on call I am not here to assist you on phone come to the branch if you have any issue...."

                    My serious concern is this the way the RELIANCE STAFF behave with its customer.... SAD really SAD..... Nothing just a Mental Torture to the people opting for Reliance products....

                    I have already spoken to all the people concern in Reliance but I am not getting revert. They are only registering complaint and saying that it will take 3days... 2days...
                    Today 10 days are passed but no revert received yet.

                      My name is Puneet Mishra. I recharged with a sum of Rs 39 (sms pack) on 11/01/2011. But still the balance is still deducting from my main balance. I recharged from the site www.rechargeitnow.com and I have the proof of this transaction which was successful. I already complain a lot of time in Customer Service but they are not responding. Sometimes they put me on hold, and sometimes they transfer my call to another number but no one is listening my complaint.
                      Now what can I do please help me.............

                        they said u get purchased new reliance gsm connection and get free 200gb internet
                        browsing & downloading free but it is fake.... because firstly its service is chargeble &

                          Subject: Prepaid number suspended with Rs. 60/- even after recharging in time.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I would like to keep in your notice that my Prepaid Reliance smart number "[protected]" is suspended with Rs.60/- even after recharging timely. Instead of 6months, I was given the validity of one monthly only.
                          Even after complaining many times I was misguided with various complaint numbers and those were closed without informing customer(me). Last two nos are "[protected]" and "[protected]dated 17/01/2011 lodged by Harinder" and given one email id to complaint again without committing to get back, and that is "Rtlnodelofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com"

                          Hope you will do the needful, so that customers' are not being cheated further.

                            Hello,

                            I am Shashank, I have taken new Reliance GSM postpaid connection on 8 Jan 11. They have taken Rs. 500/- for the Activation Charges and Sim Card fee. After that they have activated my services. The verification was happen on 10 Jan 11.
                            After that I have got the confirmation call on 11 Jan 11 at 12.41pm from[protected]. At that time they asked me about my address and other information(like about plan, bith date, email id etc) I told the address but they have done the wrong entry of my address instead of Flat no. 18 they did Flat no. 8. Actually all the necessary document has submitted at the time of taking the connection. Then they called on alternate number(my brother mobile number) which I have provided them and asked for Flat number he also told them that Flat number are 18.
                            Then they deactivated the services. When I called to customer care they told me that you have to resubmit the document. I am ready to do that also but since I am working in Mumbai and I have taken the connection from Pune, I am unable to submit the document at Pune.
                            When I asked for can I submit the document to any Reliance Webworld to customer service agent, then he told me that you can submit the document any of the Reliance Webwold.
                            So I gone to Vashi Sect 12 Webworld to submit the document then they told me that you have re-submit the document from where you have taken the connection.
                            Now from last 8 days my service is deactivate and still I have to pay for that because it is postpaid connection.
                            FYI : Already I have Reliance landline and CDMA postpaid connection.
                            My new GSM number is[protected].

                              I am Zaverbhai Patel and i got a Relince GSM Connection Nearly before 1 year on mine documents only but now in relience they are saying documents are incorrect how it is possible? How Documents can be changed?
                              You are there to help me so can you help me out for this issue or not?
                              Please Help me out from this issue because i don't on which documents my sim is as i gave mine documents then only.
                              If i have any complain and i call from any other number then they are not giving me any kind of information.

                                you have subscribed me to tunes service without my request and also deduced Rs.12/- on date 16/01/11
                                previously you have also deducted Rs.30/- on 6-12-10 and also similar short of deduction of Rs.30/- has taken place many a times without my knowledge.and on informing to your executive.we get a reply that your system is not working properly and you r not in a position to refund the same though the request for refunds are intimated to customer care service within 4 to 5 hours of my deduction.so please refund the above mentioned amounts and intimate me about your action from your side at an earliest and when you are going to stop such type of business to avoid future judicial proceedings for this short of disturbance in your service.

                                Deducted Rs 30/- on 6/12/2010 with out information & complain was not registered though repeated request was made in reliance smart consumer care & same type of deduction was also made thrice but the amount was not refunded by the company and becoming a regular practice of deducting without prior intimation and no complain is registered by reliance smart consumer care after repeated request which clearly indicates fraud.
                                so do kindly do the necessary to poor customer like me.

                                  Continue with the below problems and contineous followups, yesterday i saw my account balance(mobileno.[protected]) is reduced by Rs5.
                                  I called the customercareno.198 and loged a complain.Today i got a message(Srno.[protected] has been processed) and got the refund of Rs5.
                                  Again when i checked my account balance at 10.20 PM, i saw a deduction of Rs3 from my account.
                                  I called the customer care again and talked to Mr. Dev Vandare. He informed me that i have activated some service pack by dialing *123#09* which i checked from my call history and is totally wrong.These people are doing it purposefully, because they know that nobody will check Rs3.But this is a serious offence.

                                  Reliance Prepaid Connection — Unauthorised deduction of account balance

                                  My prepaid service provider Reliance is deducting money every other day from my prepaid account balance for callertunes which i never download. I use my phones only for incomming calls & no othe use even then they have deducted money twice in last 3 days for callertunes which i never downloaded, old & bakwas songs were attached as my callertune which i never asked for.

                                  Reliance GSM — unauthorised deduction from prepaid account balance

                                  In the first week of september 2011 i recharged my prepaid account (mobile number [protected]) with the denomination of Rs 50. Since i was in roaming outside9 my home network i switched off my mobile and kept the sim outside the fone for 3 weeks. But when i swiched on the phone on 22/9/2011 i had lost Rs30 from my balance. I contacted the customer care. They told me that some pack was activated, due to some technical error and that it will be deactivated and balance would be restored in 24 hours. since that did not happen, i contacted the customer care again on 23/9/2011 and then they informed me that my comlaint had not been registered with them and the amount would not be restored.

                                      We have the reliance mobile connection of reliance for last 2 years and the no is [protected]. For last 1 year we are facing problem that the company is deducting money for activating different schemes without our conents. We have launched the complaints for so many times and every time they have informed us that in next 48 hrs you will get your money back.

                                      We are suffering this problem for last one year approx and lost almost Rs.1000/- and faced alot of mental torture. Every time going to Reliance communication and complaints and there is no solution. Again talk to customercare but no further solution.
                                      Recently on 12 jan 2011 astranaut pack activated on my mobile by reliance communication mistake
                                      i called customer care representative they told me to call after 6 hour after 6 hour i called they told me that server is down.then after that whole patna city network gone for one day after that i called them they are telling after 72 hour we cant help you and cant refund my balance they gave me nodal officer number which is switched off.sir there is no mistake from my side then why should i suffer and they are not willing to help me.
                                      I request you to kindly take actions agianst this and help me to get reimburse the money and peace i have lost.

                                        My name is Kamal and my problem is that main apna CDMA number GSM main convert karvana chahta thaa iske liye maine Reliance customer care se UPC code Mangwaya lekin wo koi UPC code nahi de rahe main 15 din se problem main hu. Please take a suitable action.
                                        Same prob with me...They are always sending "Please try later" message and deducting 3/- per SMS !!
                                        Till now my 12/- has been wasted and I am not able to get UPC code ..R-CDMA sucks !!

                                        When I visit Reliance mobile Stores first tell try again we will see after 48 hrs.
                                        After 48 hrs I again visited tell me bring u r mobile handset.
                                        Visited with handset then same person say I have no time check with other person.

                                        Go to other person she said I send u r request wait for 48 hrs
