Hello,
I am Shashank, I have taken new Reliance GSM postpaid connection on 8 Jan 11. They have taken Rs. 500/- for the Activation Charges and Sim Card fee. After that they have activated my services. The verification was happen on 10 Jan 11.
After that I have got the confirmation call on 11 Jan 11 at 12.41pm from[protected]. At that time they asked me about my address and other information(like about plan, bith date, email id etc) I told the address but they have done the wrong entry of my address instead of Flat no. 18 they did Flat no. 8. Actually all the necessary document has submitted at the time of taking the connection. Then they called on alternate number(my brother mobile number) which I have provided them and asked for Flat number he also told them that Flat number are 18.
Then they deactivated the services. When I called to customer care they told me that you have to resubmit the document. I am ready to do that also but since I am working in Mumbai and I have taken the connection from Pune, I am unable to submit the document at Pune.
When I asked for can I submit the document to any Reliance Webworld to customer service agent, then he told me that you can submit the document any of the Reliance Webwold.
So I gone to Vashi Sect 12 Webworld to submit the document then they told me that you have re-submit the document from where you have taken the connection.
Now from last 8 days my service is deactivate and still I have to pay for that because it is postpaid connection.
FYI : Already I have Reliance landline and CDMA postpaid connection.
