Gauresh NarkarFor you kind information, both net connection and telephone were not working since 21st Oct 2010 to till date. Not sure how are you saying its resolved. I am repeating...I AM OK IF YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING SERVICE TO ME BUT DO NOT DISTRUB ME BY MAKING PAYMENT REMINDER CALLS FOR THE BILLS (FAKE BILLS) FOR WHICH RELIANCE DID NOT PROIVDE ANY SERVICE.

NO ONE KNOWS WHAT OTHERS DEPARTMENTS ARE DOING. THIS IS THE WORST PART I HAVE OBSERVED WITH RELIANCE BROADBAND. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR NOT PROVIDING SERVICE.
