Issue: Number ([protected]) Not Migrated from Postpaid To prepaid services from last around 3 months.



I have a Reliance GSM connection (cell number: [protected]). It was a postpaid number. I wanted to convert it to prepaid number. So I went to Reliance store in the month of November 2010 at Grand Mall in Gurgaon and asked for the conversion. All payment were completed. The customer care executive Mr. Rajesh took the required documents and assured me that it will done in 24 hrs. After 24 hrs outgoing calls got barred on the number. I called him Mr. Rajesh, he said once the number conversion will be done, outgoing calls will be active soon.



After 2-4 weeks of follow up with him (going to Store & calling him), outgoing calls were still barred. So Mr. Rajesh asked to change the SIM card, so did I. But after that also calls were barred. He asked me to recharge the phone as well. I recharged 2-3 time at the store & via Internet.



After 1 week, I went out of the NCR for 1 month. When I came back in January 2011, I noticed that calls were still barred, so I went to store again. Mr. Rajesh were transferred to another store and Mr. Joginder were there and he asked to change the SIM again. So did I again and also I recharged again from the store only. But no success, phone outgoing calls were still barred. After doing a lot of follow up with Mr. Joginder, he said He has sent the mail to concerned department. They will resolve this issue ASAP. But after 1 week calls were still barred.



I called Mr. Joginder ([protected]) again, he asked me to call Mr. Abhishek ([protected]) from customer care to resolve the issue. I called Mr. Abhishek and ask him to resolve the issue, he promised me that he will check with his technical team & will revert back to me in 1-2 days. After that call he never neither picked up my call nor called me back. I even sent reminder messages as well.



Outgoing calls are still Barred till Date. Please do the needful ASAP. My contact details are as follows:

    Dear Sir,

    SUB: DEDUCTION OF RS.49/- WITHOUT ANY PRIOR PERMISSION.

    It is humbly stated that Rs.49/- have been deducted from my account without any prior permission from my SIM account bearing no. "[protected]". When I enquired about it through the Customer Care, they have not given me complete explanation. I want to know on which basis they have deducted the above amount from my account.

    It is not the problem of myself only. This practice is being implemented all the present day.

    Sir, It is the cheating of the people of Inida and this practice should be checked.

      R/Sir,
      After several request to the mobile service provider 'Reliance Smart' each and every month they are deducting money from my actual recharged values in terms of caller tune charge without taking any consent from me. Even after several request they don't bother to my request. This has already been informed to you in my earlier complaints.After your initiation the company man contacted with me that the incident will not happen further.

      But, in the month of Feb'2011, Reliance Smart has further deducted Rs.25/- on 4th Feb'11 and Rs.30/- on 16th Feb'11.

      Sir, Kindly look into the matter so that this type of cheating may not happen in future.

        my number [protected] has been not recieving calls from last 5-6 days .whenever anyone calls on my number automatically call is rejected from my side.i had calls customer care for assistance but they said that you have recharge your number .while my number have lifetime validity .and i had not recharged from since 15 days . because of this i am facing very critical problem .please cure it as possible as it can .

          Hi,
          I have tried several times to generate my unique code for Mobile number portability. Every time i message on 1900, i get a reply "Your request cannot be prosessed. Please try after some time" . I am trying this for last 15-20 days regularly but same is happening. I have asked the customer care, they have created several requests but close without solving my problem

          please tell me what to do.. i am very much frustrated. I have all the messages and complaint numbers from reliance communications.

            dear sir
            i have reliance pre paid connetion. my ph no. is [protected]. i activated sms pack of Rs. 19p.m. so that my sms cost 0.01paisa. but i want to deactivate it now. i sms DACTSMS1P & also DACT SMS19 many times at 53739 but this facility is not deactivated till now, each time i get the msg that my request could not be procedded, pls deactivate it.

              I am Shailendra Kumar Singh ([protected]) GSM. I am very fed up from Reliance Service. They always deducted my balance without any intimation or information. Many times I call to customer care for solution but they told me that the balance was deducted for bala bala reason we can’t refund you deducted amount.
              Recently on 12/02/2011 I had recharge my mobile from Rs. 50 the deducted all Amount and when I want to call customer care they told me that balance is deducted for jokes pack but till now I have never get any information SMS or call. Reliance Company doing fraud so please give my amount back and stop this type of fraud

              Reliance Mobile — unfair trade practices

              i had availed a sms pack for rs 49/- on 8-12-08 and as per the offer i will be able to send 1000 local sms. Unfortunately on 25-12-08 i receieved a sms stating that my balance was running low and that there is only 5 Rs. i had more 100/- balance at that time. on enquiring with the customer care they informed me that sms will be charged on certain national holidays. This condition was not informed to me by the company. this is an unfair trade. but to my utter dismay even after days of this incident i was loosing my balance whenever i recharged. in short i was not able to send 1000 sms. This was a kind of cheating by reliance. So viewers be beware of such fake offerrs from reliance.

              Reliance Communication GSM — amount deducted thrice in my a/c wrongly

              My Self Nitin Vijayvergiya, R/o jaipur, Rajasthan.
              I have a Gsm Connection of Reliance mobile. Co. has deducted thrice time a sum of Rs. 80.00 from my a/c for services which i don't want and no any request send by me.and they also not response to me for this.               with deep regret I wish to inform you that I am a Prepaid connection holder and my mob # is [protected].
              Since today morning I have been receiving unsolicited calls on this No., secondly all of a sudden the balance amount has been deducted without making any call. You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to restore my balance deducted without delay. Reliance should not indulge in unfair trade practice else it is will loose its customer base.If prompt action is not taken this matter will be reported to TRAI and I will go for a change in the service provider.Hope to hear from you soon.

                Main relince ki sim use kar raha hu, aapne isme ek service provide karwa rakhi thi 19rs. pack ki, isse recharge karwane ke baad ek msg ke 1paise lagte hai, sie/mem yah pack pahle 11rs. ka tha fir aapne 19rs. ka kar diya, par ab is service ko band hi kar diya hai, main ek new sim or li thi us par 19rs. ka recharge karwaay par uske baad bhi mere balance kat raha haia msg bhejne ke, plz sir/mem is service ko band mat kijiye or ise fir 11 rs. ka kar sake to kar dijiye, kyuki main or mere jaise lakho lovers jo relince ki sim use karte hai unke liye msg ke thuru apne patner se baat karne ka yahi ek acchi service thi, my dear sir or mem agar aapko meri yah complaint mile to plz meri or mere jaise lakho lovers jo aapki sim use kar rahe hai unki help kijiye, main aasha karta hu aap jaladi hi is complaint par accha or humaare fever me desision lengi,

                  I've recently taken connection of Reliance GSM,my no. is [protected].But after taking the same and recharging Rs.110/- I'm facing a peculiar problem.Whenever I recharge an amount sms comes for the confirmation but after 2-3hrs when I check the balance it shows zero balance.I recharged Rs.110/- on 9th Feb'11 and Rs.100 on 13th Feb'11.During these times I called customer care and told them about this problem but each time they told me to call after 2 hrs as there is a system updation going on.As a customer I do not understand how a system cannot be working from 9th to 14th feb'11.I called cust. care for more than 10 times and it's adding to my irritation.Pls help.

                      I have been trying to disconnect the Reliance netconnect services for the past four months but all our efforts and calls went unnoticed. Finally on 27th September 2010, when Mr. Sunil Murkar came to collect the bill we spoke to the executive and told her that we have been trying to disconnect the services and that this will be the last bill that we shall pay. She gave us a confirmation that our services shall be terminated and to avoid too much trouble we just decided to pay the bill even when we were not using their services and to end this matter. Mr. Murkar told me that there is no need to fill any termination letter and even when i was returning the USB he told us there was no need for returning it. I was suspicious so I told him to sign on the receipt stating that the termination letter has been collected on 27th September, 2010.
                      Even after that I received a bill for bill period 22/10/2010 to 22/11/2010. I was extremely irritated and called the senior executive who gave me a termination number[protected]. He also told me that i wont be required to pay the abovestated bill and that soon i will be receiving a termination confirmation call from Reliance which i unfortunately never received
                      In Jan, 2011 I received another bill for bill period 22/11/2010 to 4/01/2011. On 15th January, 2011 I received a notice from an Advocate, Mr. Shadab Peerzade, wherein it was stated that if i did not pay the bill of 1477/- civil and criminal proceedings will be initiated against me.
                      I called the nodal office on 30322222 on 15th January, 2011 where i was told that the termination date was mentioned as 22/12/2010. I asked him to send me a mail with these details but he said that was not possible. He filed a complaint in their system and gave me the ID number[protected].
                      There is no coordination even within Reliance Communications which is very clear from the fact that even when their system shows the date 22/12/2010 as the termination date i was sent a bill for bill period till 4th Jan 2011.
                      After talking to him another lady from Reliance called me asking if i was ready to pay the bill and when i plainly told her that the matter has to be sorted she told me to meet in the court. I feel this is ridiculous and a disgusting way of treating consumers. They are just harassing us by doing all this.

                      Reliance Communications — Mental Harrassment

                      Sir/Madam

                      Myself Mithun Kumar Shinde. I had a Reliance landline phone connection[protected] with a fixed monthly Rs. 500 plan which i terminated in october, 2007. My billing month used to startfrom 15th to 14th of next month.
                      I requested for termination on 13th oct, 2007 before the start of next billing month. I settled my bill, submitted my phone and my security deposit of Rs. 1000 was adjusted in my final billing amount. The concerned person from the webworld told me that its easy because you get your deposit immediately and Reliance communications would not have to issue me a deposit cheque. So the concerned person called the customer care services and told everything about deposit settlement and termination of
                      connection. He gave me final bill receipt and next day i got a call from Reliance communications customer care that your account is settled and the connection is terminated.
                      But i got a shock next month when i got a bill of more than Rs. 500 on my name for a connection which was already terminated as a pending amount. So i wrote a note on the bill about the termination and sent it back. But again next month i got the bill with a higher amount this time. So I called the customer care and told them about the bill. So I was told that my connection was terminated and you send that bill back to us.
                      But the bill kept coming every month end. Now after 6 months bill I got a letter saying about a pending amount of Rs. 1529 and my connection hasn't been terminated yet. So I called customer care services of Reliance that what is this all about and told them everything about termination.But they are saying that your number is not terminated yet and I should show them the termination acknowledgement receipt which the webworld person never issued me.
                      So now I am in an awkward position because they are saying that bill amount will rise every month if you don't pay it.
                      So please solve my problem and make the company pay for my mental harrassment.

                      Reliance Telecom — Bills sent even after payments are made

                      To whom so ever concerned,
                      I have paid my bills ages ago and was promised that the instrument will be collected by one of the Reliance representative, till date appx. a year has passed and no one has turned up, what turns is the relaince bill. I have giving the complaint in writing fthe same to our nearest reliance gallery yet no one has bothered to collect the instrument. On calling customer care and giving the cheque details the representative assures you that someone will come to collect the instrument, forget about collecting the instrument the collection officer crosses the limit of being unpolite rather than checking the records... Its one of the horrible services I have ever experienced and would strongly not recommend anyone to use it either. The reason I am writing this today as I again have recieved a bill of which payments are already made.
                      sir, I'M Lalit, sir, maine 12/06/08 ko A.J.Televenture Bulandshahar (U.P.) se 750/- wala cupon no. [protected] kharida tha. jo ki 12/06/08 ko hi recharge nahi ho paya A.J.Televenture Bulandshahar se contact karne par unhone bataya ki abhi ye cupon server par load nahi hua hai do din bad karna. do din bad bhi recharge nahi ho paya. cotmer care se baat karne par unhone apne area office me contact karne ke liye kha per whan se cupon ke bare ma koi information nahi mili. so i requested you ki PLZ mujhe is cupon ki details jaldi bhejne ka kashta kare. thanking you. Is sambanth main mai pahle bhi complaint bhej chuka hun par abhi tak koi details nahi ayee hai.

                      RIL — unwarranted billing

                      I was a reliance customer using their internet services and I had requested to cancel my connection 12 June 2008, when i approached the local office in Shimoga in Karnataka to disconnect their services they then said i cant cancel for 6 months ( i had taken their connect in Feb-March periodso they wanted me to continue till August) and refused to hand me the termination form.I had not been given any information or brochure copy. I complained to their nodal office and they asked me to approach their local office for termination form. After i approached the local reliance office they said they had run out of forms . Since I would be out of station for 2 months (JUNE -JULY) I mailed to their nodal office again and informed that i cant follow up again and to please advise their local office in shimoga to cancel my services as i I had NO balance then. Till now i have not been given the termination forms. From June onwards my family is using Airtel connection and reliance still continues to bill me. I have sent around 6 mails to Reliance Nodal office but have been replied only twice and still i get their bills i have informed reliance that i am not their customer anymore. Now i have a huge pending bills from Reliance because the Local reliance Office refused to cancel my account and does not hand me the termination form. If you require i shall forward my mails I had been sending to reliance Nodal officers to you. Please advice me how to proceed to handle this issue.

                      I have been using reliance postpaid [protected] since october 2008 till date and opted 440 plan(Free STD and Local RIM to RIM 24*7) and i keep on making payment on time and when i come to know that my bill is generated wrongly then i complained so many times in customer care but no action has been taken so far ..though i am complaining since feb 2009 and asking CDR (call details request as good as itemised bill) to make sure that i am been billed correctly but no action has been taken so far and complain is geeting closed in the Reliance system without providing any services to customer. Just because of this i am been harrased by mental and financial both. I am surprised that i have been charged on RIM to RIM CDMA where as i am supposed to get this services free. Please do the needful and look into the matter.

                      Reliance Communications — Termination of our services without notice !

                      Dear Sir,

                      Brief about our Service Provider :-
                      Company : Reliance Communications.
                      Our Relationship No. : [protected]
                      Our Mobile No.. : [protected].

                      We would like to inform you that the company has discontinued our service, with out giving us any prior information.

                      Our last bill dated 11th April 2010. is been fully paid. and today [20th May'10 ]we have received one more bill dated 11th May 2010, by courier.

                      But the company has discontinued our service from 5th May 2010 onwards.

                      We have approched their customer care divsion in Pune on 6th May 2010, and have registered our complaint with them,. they had promised that, they would be in position to re-start our service effective from 7th May 2010 onwards.

                      But neither their services have started, till 18th of May 2010. so therefore on the same day, we checked up with the customer care, over phone, but now our customer id and phone is deleted from their record. and their is no entry against our number.

                      We would like to request you to kindly look into this matter as this modes operandi by such a renowned company is really worrying and distrubing. It makes us more unsecured against such operator.

                      I hope you would understand the agony faced by we as a customer.

                      Reliance Netconnect — Mental harrassment for outstanding dues even though termination was requested

                      Hello Sir,

                      I was holding Reliance Landline number[protected] at 74, City Centre, Near Swastik Cross Roads,
                      C.G. Road, Ahmedabad - 380 009 in the name of Kalpesh Kishorbhai Shah. I had requested termination of connection on 23rd January, 2010 & at that point of time, the customer care executive told me that my termination will take effect within 14 days.

                      Somebody from their legal department calls me on daily basis & threatening me of legal action. I have told that i am ready to pay all the legitimate charges but please provide me copy of the bills so that i can take a look & i will pay all the charges which are legitimate. I also went to Reliance Web World at Vasana, Ahmedabad but they also didn't co-operated. Is it fair enough to threaten any customer without even providing copy of the bills for outstanding amount.

                      Reliance Communications... is simply worst.. I would like to suggest all of you that never go for the Reliance services. They are cheaters and never solve any issue. They always harassing the people.
                      They have only one line to say "your problem is escalated and our team is working on the resolution" but I doubt whether they have any team working on customer issues or not.

                      They did same thing with me also. I am also suffering from the same. Now I spoke with one of the advocate to send them the legal notice for harassing and sending the false billing.

                      And soon i am going to file a consumer case against reliance for deficiency in service and can claim compensation for harassment.

                      I totally even i have received a legal notice from Mr Shadab Peerzade saying that my amount 1121/- is pending of July month however i have done my portability in September by clearing paying all outstanding balance.He even mentioned that i they have repeatedly requested me to pay my bill but i haven't thats not true i havens got a single call from them.
                      I am clueless and dont know what to do.
                      A letter RCOM/CRO/AUG-12/3336 Dated 04/08/2012 was sent to me from Advocate Shadab Peerzade on instruction of his client Reliance Communications..
                      In the subject matter please note the following :
                      1) I was a customer of Reliance Communications for more than 12-13 years. My Account Number was [protected] and MDN No [protected]
                      2) On 12th March 2012, I requested for porting of my Mobile service under Porting request number RM744462
                      3) My porting was approved by the Reliance Communication on 22/03/2012. An SMS to this effect was sent to me by Vodafone at 01:03:34 AM of 22/03/2012
                      4) My services with Vodafone was started w.e.f from 22/03/2012. An SMS to this effect was sent to me by Vodafone at 11:40:56 PM on 22/03/2012.
                      5) Hence since 22/03/2012, I ceased to be a customer of Reliance Communication. No calls were made on Reliance network nor any services of Reliance Communications were availed by me thereafter under the said Relationship Number.
                      6) My first call from Vodafone was made on 23/03/2012.
                      7) I paid an amount of Rs. 271.00 in Cash on 27/03/2012 to Reliance Communication.
                      8) A bill dated 25/04/2012 (Bill No.[protected] was sent to me. In this bill I was asked to pay Rs. 279.78 (rounded off to Rs. 280.00).
                      9) This bill was raised for period 25/03/2012 to 24/04/2012 and included Monthly Rental Charges, RWorld Rental and SMS Pack for the period mentioned in point (8) as above.
                      10) It is worthwhile to note that in the same bill it has been clearly mentioned that my previous dues of 271.27 has been paid as pointed out in point (7).
                      11) So I was asked to pay for the period when I was no longer customer of his client as pointed out in points (3-6).
                      12) I was sent another bill next month number[protected] Dated 24/05/2012.
                      13) In this bill I was asked to pay Rs. 280.05 of Previous Bill and 223.82 of Present Bill totaling to Rs. 504.00 This is the amount for which a legal notice of recovery has been sent by Mr. Peerzade.
                      14) Needless to say that this Bill, as before, was also for the period when I was no longer a customer of Reliance Communications.
                      15) Fed up with continued unwarranted and untenable reminders / bills. I sent an email to Reliance informing that I am no longer their customer.
                      (Reliance=[protected]
                      16) I again sent them another email ('Reliance=[protected]').
                      17) From the context of the mails, it may be noted that one department of Reliance was unaware of other department's doing. They were non cooperative to say the least and expected me to take troubles to prove that I was no longer their customer.
                      18) There is total lack of inter departmental communication in Reliance Communication.
                      19) I have time and again asked Reliance to inform me the exact date of termination of my services. So far I have not received any definite answer. In fact they have openly admitted that they are unable to furnish the information.
                      20) I have received an email from Vodafone which clearly mentions that my services on Number [protected] were started on 22/03/2012. (Vodafone Service Request Number:[protected].)
                      21) This again proves my point that the above mentioned bills raised by Reliance for Period 25/03/2012 onward is illegal as at that time I was no longer their customer.
                      22) Complaint No 'Reliance=[protected]' and 'Reliance=[protected]' have also been made.
                      Based on my complaint on www.consumercourt.in, RCOMcare had assured that customer service team will get in touch with me on this matter. On 27/08/2012, at 14.38 I received a call from +[protected]. I was busy in a meeting and hence the call was missed. I called back on the number at 14.46 but the number did not have receiving facility and I got a message that the number should be checked. I called Reliance Customer Care at 198 but they were not able to help me. At 19.08 Miss Neelam called me from [protected] and told me that she is calling from Reliance Communications Social Media Team. She had not read my mails and she was not aware of my problems. She promised to call me later on after doing her research. She called me again on 28/08/2012 at 16.51 Hrs. She was non committal in nature and said she needs more time to get into depth of the matter. On 29/08/2012 at 10.45 AM, Mr. Sandeep called me from [protected]. He discussed the whole matter again with me and promised to give me a call later on after talking to the seniors. He called me again at 14.50 from same number and informed that my case has been resolved and I need not pay any money. However, I insisted a written communication of Apology that the matter was wrongly initiated and they have rectified their mistake and no dues are recoverable. Because a Legal Notice by Mr. Shadab Peerzade had been sent to me, I wanted a letter from him that the matter is closed and his legal notice stands null and void. Mr. Sandeep flatly accepted his inability to provide me a written reply and hence the matter still is not resolved.

                      My complaint is against Reliance sales executive who sold connections on phone call, below are the details what i m facing from last week

                      On[protected]afternoon) I received call from Sales Executive from Mobile Number [protected] asking me to purchase new Reliance Number, i was need new number so i ask for good and unique numbers with suitable plans for me then he send me mail with four unique numbers with list of Plans (mail received from ID nisha kumari <[protected]@gmail.com>;, I decide to buy two numbers of my choice called backed him to send two numbers of my choice.

                      On[protected]afternoon), The Executive (field boy) visit my premises handed over me two Sim Cards and pick the required documents from me with Connection charges of Rs 850.00 of both connection and informed me the both sim will be activated after 48 hours from now. He also give me two receipts of both connection mentioning amount i paid for connection with CAF Number [protected] & [protected] for mobile numbers [protected] & [protected] respectively. (Executive Number +91 [protected])

                      On[protected]:30pm) I inserted one sim of Number [protected] to my phone and called to different number to check whether it activated or not, Bell rang to another It was activated i was happy but when i checked the number on display screen on other's phone, I was shocked the number was totally different as i paid for I called several times Both Sales executive and Field boy both were not picked my call & Second Sim was at my home so when i returned to home i inserted that Sim to another mobile for check, It was deactivated. I waited for complete 48 hours from purchase.

                      On[protected]Morning) I checked again it was still deactivated, I realized that i have been cheated. In afternoon I called again to Sales Executive this time he picked the call i told him about every problem he understands my problem and ask me to give him some time to check the matter, He called back me within 5 minutes apologies and assured me to solve my problem & informed me that next day executive revisit your premises by 10.00 am and exchange your Sim with New activated Sim of Right numbers i paid for. That give me some relaxation.

                      On[protected].(Morning).I send text to Sales executive for reminding today visit and Was Waiting for Executive...till 11:30 i called sales executive several times, he didn't picked or called back, I called again with different number he picked at once I told him about that executive not visited right now, he replied that he just left from here towards you and he will reach you within 20 minutes. But till evening the executive not visited my premises.

                      In Same day afternoon i Got Online chat with Reliance Executive Mr Sandeep for 40mins i told him about every problem he advised me to call again and again to executive who sold the new connection to you. He added it is very difficult to change number of Sim and you should wait for 48 to 72 hours, i said ok and asked for Reference number of our conversation for future correspondence he was hesitating to provide me the same. I requested several time then he give me the reference number [protected], i thanked and request him to forward my request to concern department.

                      In Evening : I called again Sales executive he picked and replied the executive met with the accident that why he is not able to visit, then i understand his problem and ask to send another executive then he said tomorrow is holiday(sunday), I will send executive on monday, Still i was believing in him cause i don't have another way.

                      On[protected]Sunday), I received Welcome call on my Disputed Reliance Number from Reliance (Mumbai) +[protected], Executive Asked for Kalpana Saxena i replied there is no Kalpana Saxena, then he said my disputed reliance number and asked are you using it, i replied Yes but this is not number i purchased from Reliance, I explained matter to him he also belief that i have been cheated by him and added more of the cases came from Sales by tele calling, i asked why Reliance not taking action against him as they spoiling their goodwill, he not able to respond, he advised me to visit nearest web world but due to seven days working schedule still i am not able to manage visit the Web World.

                      On[protected]Morning) I called to Sales Executive. Someone else picked the Call I asked for Mr Yogesh (As i came to know his name from last call made on[protected] He replied in threatening tone that i buyed this number couple of days ago and received several unexpected call on it so you also don’t dare to call this number again. I understand that this is a new drama from them, after few minutes i called him again from another number and asked for Ravi (Fake name), he asked someone else that some asking for Ravi, He replied as he got from other that Ravi is Dead, I asked for Yogesh he said he was his brother he also dead in a funny way and asked who are you he said i am their third brother. I asked for address he replied Kabristan. I realized that this a totally waist of time to expect any favour from them.

                      During several conversation with Sales Executive i asked for their address some time they replied Gurgaon & some time Delhi Connaught Place.

                      Now I don’t need the exact number for what i spent my money and time & but i want Company should take action and every that kind of person get punished who make fun with Other's Money and Time. I think for company their growing turnover matters than customer satisfaction.

                      Please refund my money with comensation for harrasment from Reliance.

                      infact some impersonation is also being done by these guys and can someone highlight on what happened after the legal notice email (are they sending legal notice or is it an email; seems like something fishy in their emails too).

                      Have been getting threatening mails from the same Reliance collections team, such as below. The bill was generated after I disconnected my number . Request number is[protected] I don't owe reliance anything.

                      List of people complaining the same thing here and an SMS to that effect had been sent don't know how Reliance is dealing with their online reputation with such people adding to their own company's issue.

                      I too recieved one such Legal notice from Gayathri who does not speak like a lawyer but claims to be one. Reliance is a big fraud company run by collection agents and blackmailers The woman name is Gayathri phone number is [protected]/[protected]
                      I faced the same issue and that too was happening for more than a month. Daily there were 2-3 smses and mails for legal notices.

                      Finally I wrote to the appellate authority and all possible members from the authority. Also attached all the communication I had been getting as Legal Notices.

                      Reliance responded and confirmed that those were done from Reliance only. So, Reliance has give the contacts to those so called collection agencies for collecting the outstanding amount.

                      Finally there was settlement done and I received full and final settlement letter.

                      It is really sad to say that a company like Reliance is following such practices to shell out money from customers by harassing them and making no difference between good or bad customers.

                      I've been using their services since over a decade, and they do not hesitate to treat you like this.

                      Would never be using Reliance definitely in future and neither recommended anyone using same.

                      That time, When i received many emails and some noticed .. and again notices ... i replied to Mr. Anil Ambani personal email and company email including Cc to Reliance info..

                      I sent approx 15 emails continue as reply of each email received from this advocate..

                      Belife me, withing 10 min, they start calling me and asked to stop sending emails to Mr Anil Ambani.. i received different different calls to stop sending email. and after that .. everything stopped.

                        replaced after submiting, verifying your identification documents hard

                        but replacement is not done by me so my sim has been replaced by whom
                        permission. MR ARYA is not ready to give me any request or complaint
                        number.
                        When replacement is not done by me so why my sim has been replaced
                        and how with out any document.
                        If some crime has been done from this NUMBER who is resposable for this.
                        So please give me reply.

                          I have made complains many time but its of no use. They just charge my account Rs.10/weak.
                          Though the service was de-activated by my last complain, but its again activated.

                          Reliance SMART GSM Mobile service — Wrongly charged of unwanted service

                          I, Goutam Bhowmik holding a Reliance SMART connection in Kolkata. My mobile number is: [protected]. They had activated a service for which I never applied. They deduct Rs 49.00 for the service. They start the service after deducting the amount and sends a SMS which says we have activated the service and if you want to unscribe it, please send a SMS to the number mentioned. But, unfortunately nothing happens after the SMS is sent to unscribe the service. When I and my wife talked to the customer care for several times they keep on denying about the deduction. Later when I mentioned about the consumer forum they rudely says... "Do whatever you like to do...." "We are not bothered if you go to police too..."

                          The Reliance Smart GSM prepaid service provider has illegally deducted "RS 12" from my number [protected] for which i did not subscribe(caller tunes ) on 26/07/10 at appro 6.30 am the sameprovider deducted "RS30" on 27/07/2010 at 9.30 pm from the same number for renewing the caller tunes which had not been subscribe by me . I have complained for this on 26/07/10 and 27/07/10 respectively.
                          I had talked with more than 5 consumer executives of Reliance GSM SMART prepaid service. They didnot book my complain (name of the executive: Manmath Sahoo (he was on duty on 27/10/2010 at 10.42 pm)).

                          when i contacted the customer care ([protected])further their representative,Manmath Sahoo took the phone and without further explanation,repeated the same old story of not refunding the money and without accepting their fault he cut my call.THIS SHOWS DISRESPECT OF THE COMPANY TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER.customer who pays for the service will show the angriness to the company for cheating him.

                          This is my third respective complain regarding the auto-activatoin of music serviceby the company it-self.
                          Though I have made several complaints in the customer-care also, and they assured me that the service will be de-activatd in 24 hours but still my account is being charghed Rs.10 per weak.

                          Reliance GSM — illegal money deduction by reliance gsm service providers

                          Dear Sir/Madam ,
                          mobile number [protected].I want to lodge a serious complain against reliance GSM service {M.P &C.G} circle.on 30 march unknowing my balance Rs.30 is deducted when i asked customer care about this he answered, my masti pack has been renewed and it was activated by my side in last month. But I activated nothing in my no.When i asked him the mode of request ( as in had i messaged them or called requesting for it).He deactivated the service but said cant refund the money.This is simply cheating the customers. This is not Ist time I suffered many time and i felt helpless.
                          Kindly take necessary action so as to stop harassment of customers.

                            I have applied for MNP from Reliance CDMA to reliance GSM on 24th Jan at a Reliance Web World. I was told that it would take 5 -7 days for the GSM sim card to be activated. It has been 3 weeks since then and the porting is not yet done. My CDMA service has also stopped working since a week. I have called the helpline many times and they have no answer.

                              Reliance broadband stopped providing broadband service in my area from Oct 21st 2010 due to techincal problem.
                              Due to disconnect between operations, billing and customer care, despite of giving lot of complaints, Reliance is sending bills and following up with me to pay the bills.                               Reliance Broadband — Without providing the service, bill generated.

                              I'm Chandra Reddy Tadi from Hyderabad.

                              I’ve taken Reliance broadband (Tariff plan – WICF400) and Telephone (Tariff plan – WFLC50) plans. Suddenly, the service stopped working for more than 2 months I made complaints to local Reliance people, but the problem was not rectified. But they sent me bill of Rs.1668/-.

                              Let me explain the situations happened so far:

                              In June 2009, there was problem in Reliance BroadBand Services in our area (Miyapur, Janapriya, Hyderabad) and when I Called our local Reliance guy (Vasanth Nagar Branch - [protected], Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh), they informed that there is problem in APC / APS power box and it will take 10-15 days of time to make it set. But I never got my connection back in working mode.

                              I called them again and they informed that they will not provide any service between 7.30PM to 9.00 AM. As I’ve to go to office on weekdays, I requested them to come on Saturday, but they didn’t. When I called them they used to reply with silly answers that they went out for lunch, already our guys are on the way etc.. kind of replies. Here these guys wasted 2 Saturdays of my time.

                              When I gave serious warning to them, they asked me to contact a reliance guy ‘Mr. Ramu’ who is on the duty in our area at that time. When I called him he said that he is not working for reliance but working as a Medical Representative. But I clearly sensed that he is lying.

                              Suddenly one day, an Airtel guy came after 8.00 PM and said that Reliance guys informed him that I’m facing problems with Reliance net and so he came to give new Airtel connection. When the reliance guys are very clear that I’m facing problems with Reliance net, instead of they coming and solving the problem, they sent an Airtel guy. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED BY THE CUSTOMER FROM RELIANCE.

                              In the mean time, I used to call RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE, but unfortunately it always says that ‘All our customer support are busy now, please wait for sometime...’ and it used to play all the Reliance advertisements. I used to wait 10- 15 minutes, but no one answered my call. Sometimes they said that they will get back to me, but they didn’t.

                              One fine day, a new Reliance guy came (who don’t know that I already had Reliance connection) and starting explaining different broadband plans and the HIGH-LEVEL QUALITY services provided. After listening to all, I’ve explained him the situations happened so far, and requested him to solve the problem. Then, he replied that I’d taken connection from a DEALER and he is directly from RELIANCE and asked me to go to Reliance branch which is at NIMS, Hyderabad. And, he provided me a new RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER[protected].

                              When I called to that new RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE number, they replied that the account is already suspended and they can do nothing, unless the due bill amount is paid. But will send monthly bills regularly with updated amount even the account is in suspended mode. And, then said there is no alternative solution unless the total bill amount is cleared.

                              Every month these guys are calling whether the bill is received or not, but not even a single call, whether the service is good or not.

                              Please advise.
                              I am a customer of your broadband services and really sorry to say that I am finding difficulty to make payments. All your drop box address mentioned in your bill are false. What I found in my local area all drop box centers are either closed or shifted or not working. Even the two numbers I have of your executives are switched off, and there is no response from your landline number I have. So how could I make payment. Plz give me someone's number so I can call him and make payment.

                                Wah wah reliance kya bat hai services ke liye to kuch kaha hi nahin ja sakta. Mai reliance ka landline use kar raha hoon, mere uper koi due nahi fir bhi meri incoming outgoing services ward hain. Maine 10 feb ko payment kiya tha jo reliance ke pas reflect bhi ho raha hai but meri services kyon band hai. Kam se kam 50 bar customer call kar chuka hoon vo log to customer ko kutta samajhte hain bas bhaukte raho. 2 g services chala nahin paa rahe hai call karke dinbhar bolte rahte hai switch kar lo hamare n/w par jo ki ladkhdata rahta hai. After sale services are bery bad connection bechte samay muh fadke ghar me ghus jate hain lekin bhechne ke bad bhul jate hain.                                   I bought Broadband connection in +3000 INR Feb 2010. I have been continuous sending complaints to all the levels - Customer Service / Netconnect / Nodal Officer / Appellate Officer / Mr. Anil Ambani Office on the poor speed & Frequent Disconnects, i am getting and number of other consumers who are facing the same Issue of poor speed and frequent disconnects.

                                  I have been getting mails and engineer visits and then everything boils down to one statement - we are updating our services in this area - i have been hearing this since last year - and have been paying for Broadband whereas not getting better speed than a Dial up.

                                  marketing claims made by them are for about upto 3.1 Mpbs - is all lie - I am not getting even 10% of it. several screen shots have been sent which resulted in nothing but agony of waiting.

                                  I hereby submit that Reliance is cheating with offerings and do not mention "plz check the low efficiency area' before buying. Golf Course Road / Sector 14 area / Sohna Road / all Sectors of DLF & Sushant Lok area is all low areas - question is what actually left in Gurgaon

                                    This complaint is regarding my Reliance GSM mobile no [protected]. From the past one month, I'm facing the automatic deduction of balance from my account. Some packs are automatically activated by the service provider without my consent.
                                    On calling the customer care ,they blame us only by saying that we might have activated the packs by sending the SMS .
                                    I'm fed up of the unsolicited messages, phone calls and the deduction of balance from my account.

                                    Kindly sort out this issue, or else I'll have no other option left than to port my number to some other operator.

                                    RELIANCE GSM PRE PAID CONNECTION — WRONG DEDUCTION OF CHARGES

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My wife has a reliance GSM pre-paid mobile No. [protected](which is gifted by my brother in law-Mr Ajay Kumar Sahu) and it is a life time SIM and every month Rs 40-50/- is deducted from pre-paid account for some services. We made several calls to customer care[protected] but they did not pay any heed instead of promise to stop the additional services for which Rs 40/- to Rs 50/-deducted. It is more than five months.

                                    Lastly I am approaching you on behalf of my wife for redressal of greivances.

                                    Reliance GSM Prepaid — Wrong Deduction Of Balance

                                    Firstly they deducted 30 rs and activated some pack on their wish from my reliance prepaid [protected] , when i call to customer care for wrong deduction , they deducted 51 rs 2 times so total 132 rs they deducted .They are cheating with the customer they are deducting balance on their wish , on continuous complaint they are not entertaining. My complaint numbers are[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] . I will advice to Indian country people. Please do not take any mobile connections from RIM .

                                    This is the limit of cheating, they again deducted 51 rupeess, very bad service from Reliance, they by their own wish deducting balance, and speaking to customer care they give very poor response .My mobile number is [protected] .
                                    I will suggest everybody stop using Reliance services ..

                                      Subject :- Complaint for having “ Caller Tune “ when I have not activate and deduction of Rs.10/- from cell no. [protected].

                                      I am Bubub Tapadar, a prepaid customer of Reliance Smart GSM West bengal Circle’s connection with my number being [protected]. I have been facing problems with the Caller Tune Service, which I did not require but is automatically activate by system.
                                      I immediately called customer care for de-activating the same and refund the amount debited.But the customer care executive don't give me any positive response and cut the call.When i called back they don't received my call.After a few minute i called back again,at that time they receive my call but they don't talk with me,they were talking themselves when i am online.If i activate caller tune then you deduct Rs. 30 from my balance.Then why you deduct Rs. 10.

                                      I want to know that who gave you people this right to subscribe any ridiculous caller tune to your customer mobile phone and deducting any amount by your own. This is very unfortunate that the leading business origination of India is proving itself a leader in not satisfying its customer rather makes people annoyed. I would like to stop this collar tune from my mobile phone now and refund the money in my prepaid at the earliest. Other wise the matter will be taken up with concerned ministry, TRAI and published in the web to herm your credentials.
