Sir,
I have activated the SMSDD sms pack earlier in the reliance gsm no. [protected]. The service deducting Re.1 each day from my account. Now I dont need this service. I visited local reliance customer care but they could not de-activate the sms pack. Now I want to de-activate the sms pack as soon as possible. kindly de-activate the sms pack and oblige.

I am unable to deactivate SMSDD on my reliance gsm number ([protected]) inspite of several msgs i did to deactivate it....
kindly deactivate the service as soon as possible..

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

    my self jagat acharya i have one complin against your CSE name RAHUL PARIKH at vadodara who make a fraud work with me. he give me one connection on my name jagat acharya user id no.[protected] but he asked me give 500 rs. and get 1gb free in 99 rs. rental and my 500rs. is refunded after disconnect. but when i used your plan i understand this 500rs. is installation chage and not refunded and 99 plan works only 2 hours. so i want to give take action against him and close my case.

      I'm logging this defect on behalf of my friend. She has been receiving unsolicited calls from a reliance CDMA mobile #: [protected]. When tried to trace this number over internet, I found that the location of the operator is MadhyaPradesh and around Bhopal/Raipur. It's been very disturbing and annoying with this caller.

      Please help.

        sir i m using a reliance CDMA mobile connection. actually before few months i went to the reliance web world, sonkh adda, and reliance web world, bhuteshwar also for convert my connection from postpaid to prepaid because that caonnection was not suitable for me. then the reliance employee told me that if you will stay with our reliance connection then we will give you 100rs. per month. in first 2 or 3 months 100rs. deducted from my bill but after that full charges apply on my bill and there was no deduction of 100rs in my bill. then i told this thing to reliance employee (reliance web world, sonkh adda) then he told me that from the next month 100rs. will deduct from your bill. but till now there is no deduction from my bill. plz help me to solve this problem.

          my name is dr.sajal kumar negi.i am writing this complaint against reliance dealer in gtb nagar north delhi near g t b metro station.i am basically from himachal n have come to delhi as i am preparing for civil services examination(ias).

          7th months back i went to this above stated shop for havin a connection of post paid reliance net connect broadband connections..so as i went there,the dealer asked me to give my id n i willingly gave a copy of my DL.but they refused me to give post paid connection coz my id was of himachal n asked me to take prepaid netconnect connection.as i had no other option i had to spend 3500 rps for buying the instrument n then activating it.then they told me that if i use it for 6 months then may be i have a chance to get the post paid connection.

          now when 6 months have passed ,i called them again ,not once but twice but there ans were rude.then i personally went there n wasted my valuable time again,as they refused me once again..this time i told them that i will give my passport copy plus my billing address copy n also my rent agreement copy.but with no benefit .

          my grivence are that ,what kind of rules this company is having,denying a citizen within his own country,infringing his rights..my right to access information,my right to happy n comfortable life,my right to to get cheap and best services.
          the irony is that i am showing them the most legally accepted n the most authorised document not only in this country but the one which is accepted globally for identification..bt still denial ..it feels sad.
          is this the way any citizen deserves to b treated in his own country..i am not any criminal nor some crook n nor having any criminal or civil cases against me that i will run away with there ``reliance connection ``.

          plz help me in my grivence handling,n get me fully compensated for such allien behaviour done against me.my heart sinks when i think about such nonsense n feel its my responsibility to come forefront n remove this evils.

          this is really a big harrasment,
          i had to waste so much of my time n money n above that i still have to waste my energy in dealing with this instrument..

            I am using reliance gsm service. my no. is [protected]. Last night my balance was more than 30 rs. Today morning i got that my balance is only 4rs . I called customer service for an enquiry .And they told me that "shero-shayri" pack has been activated on my pack .I had not activated any pack like this, i dnt know how this type of pack get activated automatically. when I told them to return by 30rs back. they told that they cant do this.

            I want to know that is this a service a company like reliance give to customer.

              First of Reliance Telecom Service is WORST in the World.
              My Mobile no is [protected].
              I have requested for MNP from CDMA to GSM on 24th Janauary 2011.
              Till today the MNP not executed while my all INCOMING CALLS also not coming since 6th Feb 2011.
              Now from last six days all of my INCOMING CALL Barred .No incoming calls coming on my mobiles from last six days.
              I have also complained about it but nothing result.Also i sent eamil to Nodal Officer on 11th Feb but NO ANSWER.
              I am owner of company so got heavy loss in my business by this bad service.
              Also I have 100% Export/Import business. So I have got the loss of approx USD 25000 in last 6 days.

              Also I am thinking to file a legal case against your company because no any step taken to solve my problem even 6 days over.

              So please urgently look in my matter …

                Value added services which i have never subcribed I want to know why it is so???????????????????

                I have so many times contacted to your customer care but they never give me proper ans related to my query they are alwyas saying our system is not working properly or system is under maintance if is it so than why you are running your customer care??????????????

                I have so many times complained related to this kinds of issue which i face in your customer care

                Last week on 6th feb'2011 your supervisor commited me to call me after 6 hours but still nobody have contacted me related to issue......

                1) I have not subcribed for News pack than why it is charged??????????

                2) I have not subcribed for any caller tune services but than also it is automaticlly activated to my no.............

                You can check my account form 2008 to till for further reference to know the charges which you have wrongly deducted & Want back my money which you have wrongly deducted till the date.

                  After getting UPC , I applied the MNP service on[protected] from IDEA to Reliance CDMA network. My UPC code is IYBAN238. The Reliance sending the following message in my mobile on dated 27 Jan 2011 “your request to enroll mobile [protected] in Reliance Network, it will be processed shortly”, and after that my mobile no. is closed on dated[protected]. But problem is that till now my number is not activated by Reliance Company. I am consult local officer Mr. Vivek Naidu at Reliance CDMA office, Jabalpur but there are no response by him and I am sending mail also Customer care & Nodel officer Bhopal but every where no response. So Please Help me. Because my important mobile no. is closed from[protected] and I am suffering my important work.

                    I have purchased Reliance net connect broadband+ product for fast net speed. As per their advertisement and marketing strategies they are saying their device can provide speed upto 3.1 mbps but i am gaining normal speed of max 64.9 kbps. I have mailed to the mentioned mail ids on their site datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com and netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com. They are mailing only by saying they are working on it. I have received many people from the same mail ID as answering person but they are only saying that they are working on it. i want to know that what they are doing? my device is working with very normal speed upto 70 kbps speed. and more embarrassing thing is it is leaving networking during work to 0% signal strength. I want you to please interfere into this and do justice for me.

                      My mobile number is [protected]. There is problem in the number that a balance of Rs. 30 is deducted from my Prepaid account.The balance is deducted sometimes for Voice Chat, sometimes for Mera Wala Gana and so on. When I call Customer care to lodge a complaint I am told that it was activated from my side. This is happenning after every 3-4 days since a month. You can check the details of the number also for confirmation. I am really frustated by Reliance and If my problem is not solved soon I am going to lodge a Consumer Case in Consumer Court.Please reply

                        We bought a Reliance Netconnect data card from Reliance Webworld in Aundh, Pune. The device was working way below the advertised speeds of 3.1 Mbps. It was giving us only around 7 Kbps on an average. It was known after complaints that there is not enough network coverage in the area where we live(Aundh). After 4 months the data card itself started malfunctioning and it got disconnected after 2 seconds of getting connected. After complaints at the webworld (which is the most customer unfriendly place post-sales) we couldn't find an existing service centre in Pune. we had to call the online support which seemed much better in this case and gave us the numbers. We finally located it and it was a dinghy place to be precise. The owner was taking care of all the hardware complaints(ranging across service providers). He did some tests and told us it was a hardware issue and needs to be replaced. We waited for 3 months to get a replacement calling this fellow and customer support but to no avail. The device never got replaced and we had to buy another modem for our needs. for the three months, the reliance bills kept on getting generated without any usage. It took half an hour to 15 mins of our time every 10 days to explain the issue and get the bill cancelled. We even tried to convert the plan from post-paid to pre-paid to keep this as an option whenever it got repaired but they asked us come on different dates for this to work. Online support directed us to webworld and vice-versa. It was frustrating to the core. To top it all reliance has billing dept., and recovery dept as two entities who have no communication exchange part from the bill, they kept on harrasing us. finally we got a call from a recovery agent named Mrs.X(she was not willing to disclose her name) asking us to pay for our usage or face legal action. It was a threat and to our surprise reliance had already removed our data/name/details from their database. Fact remains that the so called recovery department is repeatedly asking us to pay for something that we have not used and payment would be against what. Isn't this illegal? Reliance doesn't feel a single customer is worth any value but everybody knows a single spark neglected can burn the house down.

                          I am a new subscriber of reliance india mobile No-[protected] from three month.I am a senior citizen and I have taken connection for my pesonal use.I have no required of job at this stage but I am very much disapointed to get the message from RIM message no[protected] that"Thanks for subscribing job on phone"on 06.02.11.Where as I have never subscrived any type of such unused subcription.My balance on 07.02.11 was Rs-48.73 but after getting a message from Rim on 11.02.[protected] my balance reduced upto Rs-30 that is 18.73.I have tried to connect to the customer care regarding the same to deactivate but have failed to connect

                          I think this is a new policy which is adopted my the mobile subscriber by chitting they are doing it.
                          So I therefore request to take legal action against the service provider to refund back the amount as deducted.

                          Your earliest action against the above mention matter will be earniestly soliciate.

                            My name is SHARAD KUMAR and I have been using the BSNL number [protected] for a long time now.
                            I made a request to reliance to port my number from BSNL GSM to RELINCE GSM.
                            I submitted all documents along with the porting code on 1st Feb

                            Till now, my new sim does not work.
                            I also received a message from Reliance saying that my number will be processed sortly for 2:13 hrs on 1st Feb 2011.
                            5th Feb also, my new sim is not showing any network.
                            Moreover, people are finding it difficult to call me on my BSNL number.
                            I have called the reliance customer care more than 30 times and everytime they have the same answer that your request is in process. and some costomer care told your dodumet does not submit but i submit our document in RELINCE WORLD.
                            Even the representatives in Reliance World, govind nagar, kanpur are highly irresponsible and are not ready to even talk about the issue.

                            I'm tired of calling reliance customer care.

                              I have a Reliance Net Connect+ broadband plan with maximum speed 3.1 Mbps.The plan allows me to use 1 GB in day and 10GB in night. The details of the data card are

                              I have two issues with the service.
                              Issue 1:

                              Right from start of service, till today I have not received a single bill. I called the agent Mr. Gupta from whom I purchased the card and his supervisor more then 3 times and reported them the issue. I requested Reliance people to send me bill at least on my mail id for which I communicated my mail id via SMS to these persons 2 times. But they did not updated the records. I communicated same thing to customer care 3 times and billing desk 2 times. But neither my information was updated nor I got any correspondence on my mail id or postal address.
                              Moreover, in my bills there are late payment charges added, despite the fact that I did not received any bills or notifications for bill till today.

                              Resolution requested for Issue 1:
                              All late payment charges imposed since start of service must be reverted.
                              The information about my address and email id should be updated in records on an priority basis. Bill should reach me at least on mail.

                              Issue 2:

                              For the billing period 13 Dec 2010 to 14 Jan 2011, my data card usage recorded are .070 GB in day and 14.8855 GB in night. While in last six months, from the time I purchased service, I have used only less then a GB including day and Night. Only Nov and Dec bills show high usages, which were actually less then allowed limits. Since as per Reliance, usage in night time exceed the limit of 10GB, amount of Rs 2501/- is added in my bill. And from 2,Jan’11 service was stopped from Reliance despite the fact that billing was not done and due date was 1 Feb.11. I did complaint in reliance customer care 2 times for this issue and both the time my request was forwarded to billing department.
                              Complaint 1 (Service Request No.[protected] dated 01/02/2011

                              The billing department person told me, the billing is right and I can check my usage in myservices portal. He closed the service request. He claimed that there is no chance of any type of mistake.
                              Complaint 2 (Service Request No.[protected] dated 04/02/2011

                              When I visited data usage section on the site, I found the details (attached in this mail). Please note that the data usage recoded are not possible. For example on 24/12/2010, as per the records, I used 2.76 GB in 8 seconds start time being marked at 22:43:08, which is impossible even with full speed. When I reported the same thing to billing department in another complaint they responded there is a mistake in the time but usage are correct and also promised me to send the details on my email address. But I have not yet received any email till now. I am sure my usages has not crossed the limit and there is some technical issue in billing.

                              Resolution requested for Issue 2:
                              The charges for mistakenly recorded data transfer should be reverted.
                              The rental charges for time period in which Reliance kept service halted, should be reverted.
                              Correct statistics (data and timing of data transfer etc.) should be displayed on my service portal and mailed to me as well.
                              Broadband service should be started immediately and next billing should start from the date services are restored.

                              Reliance Data Card — Wrong Bill Charges for Dec 08

                              This is for your information and further action that I have taken a data card around one year back and during this period, I have suffered a lot due to several problems. This time also, I was not able to access the internet through the provided data card between 2/12/08 to 12/12/08. I complaint about it and requested also to the customer Care Excutives during this period. Inspite of requests and complaints, I was told that this is the internal problem of Relieance and due to some technical issue, this issue came up, but when I got the bill for the month of Dec 08, found that the charges have been made for the entire month, whereas while contacting the Customer Excutives, It was requested and reminded them also that this period should not be calculated, while preparing the bills and the same was agreed & ensured.

                              This is not the first time, I have faced this proble. earlier also 3-4 times I got the access bill and whenever I complaint or requested it took at least two months to get it resolved. Each and every time it's sort mental harrasment that we customer follow up for not to send the excess bills and keep on waiting.

                                Hellio,

                                We have purchased Blackberry Curve 8530 CDMA handset by paying full amount and have taken reliance 299 BB plan,

                                In this plan we get to use only email (send and recieve) and no browsing via relicance network, at the same time this handset is WiFi enabled, so when we are at office or at home or at Airport we can use WiFi Service and Browse Internet.

                                But since we have taken 299 plan Reliance has blocked our browser completely in our handset, due to which we are are not able to use WiFi service,

                                When we spoke with Reliance customer care they informed us to take 1099 plan so that they will enable our browser on our handset, which is totally un-ethical and blackmailing becasue we have paid full amount for this handset and we are entiteled to use WiFi on this handset and WiFi network is our personal network and not of reliance.

                                How can they restrict us.

                                    Myself Chinmaya Mohini, Having a reliance GSM (smart) having no. [protected].
                                    3 day before, i got 3 msgs from relaince that, u've speak to mr.XXX(name forgotten) and ur complaint is being processed. at night i got a msg that, my complaint has been processed. the next day one msg came that, "you have successfully subscribed to CRBT services but no balance deduction was there. After a while a msg came that, your account has been recharged with rs. 20, amont payble is Rs. 20. but when i saw my balance, the balance is as it was, no increament of any amount. again today i got a msg that, my CRBT subscription has been renewed. and then my account balance went to Rs. -1.03.
                                    FYI i've never speak to any customer care executive during those days.
                                    never subscribed to any CRBT service.
                                    and never recharged my account during these days.
                                    so, from where did those msgs came, why i've been subscribed to that service???
                                    when i called to customer care, at first network busy, network busy is being heard, and when my call is forwarded, it's said that i cant speak to customer care executive as my balance is negative and their charge is Rs 0.50/3 mins.
                                    so pls kindly verify the matter......

                                      My mobile no.[protected] was with vodafon but before 24days I have switched to relinace but unfortunatly vodafon service discontuned and reliance is not activating my sim without any valid resion. My new reliance cdma sim no. recruc[protected] is provided by reliance. I have visited reliance webworld ring road surat so many times. I am not getting proper reply from mr. Hiran passwala and Mr. Prashant Chaudhry. I have also try to call Ahmedabad office [protected]. But I am not getting Mr. Sudhir Bahaduri. I think I have commeted a biggest mistake of my life.

                                        Dear Sir /Madam,

                                        I have reliance CDMA Connection for many time My number is [protected] but yesterday reliance deduct my balance. I call to customer care no. 198 & *366 customer care executive inform my balance debit due to my activation of my feeling service but i am not request for this service after that i request to you pls remove all service on my number and in future no balance debited. but reliance will be deducted my balance per month. So pls resolve my problem and reverse my amount.

                                        Reliance is the worst company in the mobile services .
                                        It always do like that.I also hunted by it in the same way.

                                        Corrupt company and corrupt customer services..nonsense.

                                        better to be with ur number with negative balance. and use new number of other company.

                                        I do that with all my 5 reliance numbers.
                                        when i call to customer care approx 10 times...

                                        they say that ur balance will be returned to you within 48 hours and closed my complaint...no return

                                        again in my 4 th call they say that u are not eligible for the return amount.

                                        in 5 th call they abused me and said that we can not forward your call to senior dept.
                                        we dont know our escalation matrics...

                                        at last they say that ur documents are not completed...we can not do anything...ur number is new number.(i am using this number from past 15 months.)



                                        ...vary good experience to be with a bad company...i will close all my numbers.
