Hi,

I had purchased 3G data card from Reliance Webworld on 31st January, 2011 with 500 MB plan. Everything was perfectly fine. After 10-15 days, service was deactivated. On asking Customer Care, I have told that I have exceeded the limit of 500MB and need to pay around Rs.2000/- to get it activated.
Fine, I paid Rs.2500/- on 19th Feb, 2011 at Reliance Webworld, Fort (Fountain) in the evening. I have been told that the service will be activated within 3 hours.... I checked at 11.30pm night as i had to sent some urgent business emails... (status: Not activated - NA), I spoke to Cust Exec @ 1.30 am who said he had forwarded (rather ESCALATED) the request and the services would be resumed in next 3 hours. I said FINE. Next day Morning... Status: NA. On talking to Cust Exec... request has been escalated the services would resume in 3 hrs...(the whole day I spoke to them 3/4 times). Even on Monday visited Web World 3 times... Status NA.

Even after having paid Rs.2500/- services after 55 hours services are not activated.

i just bought new reliance 3g sim, and jst used 1 day...after that i m not able to connect to the internet.it's showing a problem of connection not available..what to do now?
Hi i am suffering from the same problem that u went thru. I would like to know how was the service after that . finally what happened do you still continue to use it.Because i had even approached the appellate authoprity but he is never available on phone as well as never replies to our mails.PLz ur eply will be highly useful

    sir,

    Three months back I have lost my pendrive. I suppose someone has found that pendrive. I have my resume softcopy in it. suddenly since a week i have been receiving abusive msgs from [protected], [protected]. My cousin blamed that person and a day later i have got missed calls at 9.30 and 10.30 pm from [protected]. I jus ignored. later in the morning again he gave missed calls and atlast called me. He said that one of his friends gave him my pendrive and he even addressed me with my name.so i got confirmed that they found my pendrive. Later when i told that i will complain, from then he switched off his mobile. i think they have circulated my number sir. now another person is msging me unnesesrily [protected].please do help me sir.

      my name is SUDIPTA DUTTA using Reliance prepaid GSM connection with no. as [protected]. At midnight, of 20.2.2011 at around 1 am, my balance from my RELIANCE PREPAID GSM CONNECTION SIM was deduded without any reason by Rs 30. From the morning itself, reliance customer care were giving the excuse of system upgradation and didnot gave solution for my problem. Finally at almost 8:30 pm i was informed by customer care executives on asking, that it was because i activated some news pack. which is so not true. hence i want my balance back for that issue.

      Reliance Prepaid GSM — Barring Network 9015839637

      I purchased two GSM connections numbered: [protected] and [protected] on 3rd May 2009 in the same name on the same id. ID proof and photo for both the connections were submitted to the dealer, Raja Communication Maliwara Ghaziabad. [protected] is working fine but the other one [protected] is inactive since beginning, It worked only for 2-3 days. On complaining to customer care vide complained no.[protected], no solution is made. On visiting the local outlet, it was informed that ID needs to be submitted again to the dealer. I submitted the ID to the caption dealer again on 5th sep. 2009. But till now, the connection is not activated.
      You are requested to please either activate the connection or make refund the amount balance lying in the account. You can consider the quality of service provided to the customer by your esteem company.

      Reliance PrePaid GSM — Pathetic Consumer Care

      Hi everyone,

      I have been using this service for the past 1 month, and totally regret it . First off, I bought the 42 rs SMS pack, after which my SMS still gets deducted from my main balance. To complain this, whenever I call, the usual response is "our system applications are down, please call after 30 minutes". That is the STANDARD RESPONSE. Also, I get promotional calls even after applying for DND, that too when I am roaming, and they cut the money from my main balance, can you believe it...HA... I get the STANDARD RESPONSE even for that complaint. They never seem to give me a complaint number.

      Is anyone gonna speak up for this or we just let it go like we are so used to.

      Please for heaven's sake don't go for this service. Go for a service where customer service is better.

      Reliance GSM Connection — Balance deduction

      I am using R-Com GSM connection. On 22th may 30 Rs deducted from my talktime balance and i complained to customer care on 27th may. But i did not get my balance yet. Whenever i call them on customer care they people talk to me and say to wait and if i say them to forward my call to their senior then they disconnect the call. I want to know that to whom they are running buisness? how they are so big with ignoring customers. R-Com is very good as a telecom industry but their service level is not so high as it should be. People know reliance as a trustable brand but what they are doing to us? I do not use Vodafone because i do not trust them and not only me there are a great number of people who do not like Vodafone. Vodafone run only in rural areas. And the conclusion is that i want my money back without any more delay. Please suggest me if i can do anything more online to get it back .

      Reliance Prepaid Mobile GSM — UNNECESSARY CHARGING DOUBLE

      MY NAME IS RUPIN LAIWALA FROM SURAT AND I ACTIVATED MESSAGE SCHEME OF 39RS/MONTH WHICH IS AUTO-RENEWED AND LAT NIGHT IT GOT AUTO RENEWED AND MY 39 GOT DEDUCTED BUT WEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE IN THE MORNING THEY DEDUCTED 39 ONCE MORE WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION AND NO CLARIFICATION WAS GIVEN FOR THAT AND WHEN I HAD TALK WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT BUT IT DID NOT HAPPNED.
      IN SHORT INSTEAD OF 39 THEY DEDUCTED 78..... WHICH WAS QUITE SHOCKING FOR ME...!!

      despite my repeated attempts to tell reliance to STOP d sensex service alert which they themself have activated n keep charging me every few days. m a college student and my balance keeps goin to negative n caused me a lot of trouble. i was stranded outside once for 3 hrs thanks to reliance . i am sick of calling them can they KINDLY take the pain to spare my balance n for their information i do not UNDERSTAND sensex !!!!       Reliance Prepaid GSM — Money deduction

      I got an SMS that cricket updates subscription plan has been activated on my number [protected] on the 5th of Sept. I had not raised any such request. And i was tolsd that i would be charged a fee of Rs. 5 per match... I called up Reliance Customer care complain department. I was told that the plan would be deactivated and my money would be refunded.


      Yesterday. i.e on the 5th of Oct i suddenly recieved cricket updates. On calling customer care i was told that the plan is still active on my number. A total of Rs. 10 has been deducted from my balance on 2nd and 4th october.

      My problem is that these people subscribe these plans without the customers permission. Deduct money from their balance and blame the customer saying that the customer has activated the plan..


      Please help. As it is not a matter of Rs. 10.. But i feel cheated by reliance... They must be doing the same to several innocent customers...

      Action must be taken against them...

      Reliance Prepaid Connection — illegal deduction of money

      I, shivdutt kumar singh, i staying at assam and using Realince prepaid connection with no. as [protected]. Yesterday they deducted Rs 99 from my account without any facility availed. On asking the customer care they informed me that I HAVE DOWNLOADED JAVA GAME WORTH 99, which I have not. I was continuously calling at their complain no. 198 between 8.30 pm tp 9.30 pm. But no customer executive helped me. They repeatedly said that they will connect to their Supervisor, but didnot do that as well. Kindly help.

      my no is [protected] my balance deduct regularly i am not activate any plan for which i have to pay i call to customer care but due to bad network problem my call disconnect during calls a try several time on 198 and [protected] but no any satisfactory answer network is so bad many time in between talking to some important point due to network my call disconnect in my home network is not satisfactory network is third class and first class from bottom please help me for better network and refund my deduct balance
      This has happed to me and my friends.We are going to file a case in consumer forum.

      within 2 months rs90 had been deducted from my balance without any fault of mine.
      I have complain for more than 10-15 times still there has been no solution from their side

      I Mr.Vijay Panchal and my mobile no. is [protected] i have ported this no. from idea to reliance GSM connection.
      In last 2weeks around 40 Rs. were deducted from my account.

      Reliance has activated a caller tune without any confirmation to me. and i didn't receive any calls or single msg from the reliance.
      Even though i had talk to the customer care, the reliance employee not answering properly for the problem i am facing. however at last i have got the deducted amount in my account from reliance by continually followup from 2days.

      From today morning 08.12.2011 reliance is deducting the call charges from my account though i am using the R2R unlimited free (599) scheme. i have raised the complaints via customer care *333. (Complaint No. is[protected] i m not sure it will be solved within 48Hrs.
      Nothing is beneficial o[censored]se this scheme. it will be better to use other network.

      I am really facing too much problems from reliance service.

      Kindly do the needful.

      Reliance prepaid GSM connection — Unfair balance deduction

      Dear Sir,

      I have been using my reliance no [protected]., for last 1 year. and have been a vivid user of the sms pack worth 39. This time as on the date of auto renewal my balance was low. So next day i recharged my a/c with 125 talktime and a easy recharge for SMS pack worth Rs.39 on 16.4.12. But again on 17.4.12 my balance was deducted by Rs 39. to renew the SMS pack. Now, why should they charge me again when i already renewed the SMS package. Kindly refund Rs. 39 as it was unfair.

        My Mobile No.[protected], I have taken this service when the company launched and as on date i am paying all my bills and other charges promptly.

        Suddenly without any intimation my no barred on Jan 31,2001 and when i went to webworld annanagar they are telling that you have an outstanding of Rs.721.00 on the old tel. no. which surrendered on 2005 and now in 2011 they are asking to bring the proff. I dont know that whether its right to ask.

        Secondly i checked with them that has the backend office people slept for the past 6 years, also there is no such intimation for this running years.

        I am a business man and i need to get compensation for the mental torture i had.

        How to close this issue., anyone can help me out.

        sir my no. is [protected] and i have submitted my documents twice to the reliance office and then also my number is barred for the third time when i ask customer care they tells me that my document has not reached to them some are saying that my document is found wrong but with the same document i am using my reliance cdma and broadband service. this shows that reliance is misusing my document. sir may i request you to please see the matter and look after it i will be very much thankful to you

        I am having a reliance gsm prepaid Sim. its service barred due to unattended call on verification. its OK. I have resubmitted my Id proofs in Reliance outlet as per their request. It been 5 day now since i submitted the IDs. still the service is not activated. my number is [protected]. I hereby request you to resume my service as soon as possible unless i am switching to some other service provider.
        I said that we are not available at home and the number [protected] in the name of Gautam Sawhney was switched off for last 4 months and its only rent outstanding not usage. No one has misused your connection.

        so will I be issued a new number or as your mail states this relationship is over? I did get letters at home but how is this possible that someone from your collections division never called me on my alternate number and no one visited my home to leave a message. There was a care taker available at home and he confirmed that no one came home.

        What do I do with the handset which I bought for my mother @ 8k (SAMSUMG RELIANCE CDMA PHONE)?

        I am really disappointed that the relationship is being looked at from a short term perspective? How old is this relationship?

        Please let me know some solution. None of your notices claim that the number will be terminated and you cannot do that without my consent. Do you see any usage in this number? It is all rent so this is a genuine case my dear. If I wanted to default on purpose then I would have atleast used the phone which I dint.

        I want this number reinstated and I will pay all overdue + late payment charges in next 48 hours.

        Hi Team,

        I have Reliance connection with no. [protected] in my name. A month back I have recd a SMS from Reliance to submit the documents for verification purpose. I know it is for our security and verification so I did submit my Driviling License Copy & Phto to Reliance World, Sanjay Place, Agra. The person taking documents told me that it will be updated in couple of days. But to my surprise, I kept on receiving SMS to submit documents again & again. When I enquired about this in Reliance World the person told me not to worry about it & your connection will not be hampered due to this SMS. And today, I recd a SMS from reliance that your service is discontinued due to non submission of document. I am really not haapy with the service of Reliance Communication & going to file a Consumer complaint for this toil which company is giving to their consumer.

        Few of the things/ issue faced by me in Reliance World also.
        1. At first instance nobody is ready to help consumer. I don't know why company has employed those person.
        2. On submitting the document I asked for receiving so that in future I can show a proof but the manager of reliance world was not willing to give the receiving but was ready to fight with consumer. I am really not happy. It has been given rise to frustration.

        Infact, I am waiting for Number Portability to come so that I can shift from Reliance to Airtel or Tata.

THIS KIND OF THINGS IS DONE EVERY TIME WHEN I DO RECHARGE THE VERY NEXT DAY JOKE PACK SERVICE IS BEING ACTIVATED THIS PROBLEM IS FROM LAST MONTH & IT HAS HAPPENED TIMES WITH ME.             i would like to draw your attention towards the non functioning of reliance tower site in our area due to the negligence of your staff members who r not doing their work properly. we are facing the problems for past 15 days. they are not pouring the diesel in generators and when asked about the reason then they convey that the site would be closed for a unspecific time. so, i kindly request you to look upon the above given matter n do some strict actions against the culprit officers n force the start of site towers as soon as possible.. we will be very much thankful to you for your noble deed......

                  I have paid Rs.1093.69, on 11 JAN 2011[Receipt No. - s[protected]] even if I am not using your broadband from last 7 month and also Terminate service at the same time, Still you are sending bill to me every month. No wire in my area from last 7 month I have complained lots of time for the same, few of complain ids are [protected], [protected]. That was not resolved and still not resolved.



                  I got call from Advacat Avinash Gupta ([protected]) on 11thjan 2011 that if I was not pay this much amount then he is going to register case to high court judge. He suggested me that pay this much small amount do not make it legal issue and terminate your connection and give me your payment receipt ID today, I have done as per directed by him. He has given me assurance that he will be applied for the refund to the refund department and your service is deactivated from today.

                  That was the issue and I forgot and leave up that issue, But still you are sending Bill to me!! Why?

                  I just want to ask

                  1) Give me the last six much uses log with date time and bandwidth.

                  2) Your executive was came my home for bill collection, who has also checked that Brod band connection Wire of Reliance is not available in my street. (Actually that wire is broken from the street and someone has taken away that wire from the road, So I have registered complain 5-6 times), No complaints are resolved yet.

                  3) After 2 month I got call from the Reliance Mumbai account manager that my issue resolution is not possible, so we are deactivation your connection and I was agreed.

                  4) After 7 month, I got call from the Advocate Avinash Gupta, he is going to register your case in the high court. I have paid all dues on the same days.

                  5) I got Bill on 28th fab 2011 of Rs. 213.49, for what ?

                    Worst Part : to get the issue resolved, to try to escalate problem to senior Team leads and managers, I today waited 1 hour and 20 minutes .This is the way Reliance treats it's customers .

                        on 19-02-11 in evening,i need urgent recharge so i called my fri. who is frm delhi & i said him 4 recharge 2 my no.,he bought 3 recharge coupon of 30-30-30rs & he gave me scratch no. of dat cards by msg,i dialled *368 n recharge all 3 card 1 by 1...n i listened recharge successful 4 all 3 cards,after dat i checked my balance but i saw there is no balance in my account,after dat i called 2 customer care n talked 2 mr. ravindra who is senior executive,but he said these all recharge has been done on any other no.,i amazed 2 listen dat bcoz i listened recharge successful on all 3 cards on my no.,i talked 2 retailer but he said i m nt able 2 help u n talk 2 c.care,now i m not Prime Minister who will fight from all...but i m poor n can do anything 2 get thes all recharge ammount,i complained against all o[censored]r departement 2 ur seniors but no action had been taken by ur seniors,bcoz of dat,i came in more depression..
                        ur all senior executives is telling lie till now...they r not able 2 tell me truth or solution of this problem ...
                        here,retailor's shop is 2 far but still i went here but he didn't give any response & said talk 2 customercare ,now i m going in big problem...

                          Dear Sir,
                          I had applied for Relience BroadBand connection in December 2007. My application was accepted and company gave me its connection. I started using the same. I was receiving double bill for the same service. I registered my complaints for the same. and company constantly revresed the bill on my request but didn't stop issuing double bill.
                          Therefore i decided to disconnect the connection and talked with the customer care office for the same. my complaint was registered twice by number 67299007 and second complain no. 69242853.
                          We were assured of the disconnection on 17/06/2008. We also had given complaints in writting to their collection agency PACE and thier representative Mr. Rupeshbhai whose mobile number was [protected].
                          They were constantly making mental torturing to us. So we had finalised the same via this written complaint and call to customer care.

                          Last year we have received a advocate notice collecting for the outstanding amount due after august 2008.
                          in both the bill. Our connection was disconnected before the same and we have never used the connection thereafter. To day we have received threat to pay due on both original as well as duplicate bill.

                          We contacted Relience' Companys Subhash Bridge, Ahmedabad office as their office address were mentioned in our connection activation report. They send us to another office to Shahibaug. They told us to go to C.G. Road office. and they send us to ADAG office at Prahladnagar Garden 6th floor. on 6th floor they send us to 7th and people at 7th send us to 1st floor. Officer at 1st floor send us to the office at 3rd floor. Then office said that though you have applied for one connection two connection been alloted to you. and hence two bills were sent. You must pay both the outstanding. and they send us to Thie C.G. Road office once again. The C.G. Road office again check the records and verified the details to be mistake and send us back to Prahladnagar garden Office. Where the same office denied to do anything. We asked for the higher authority to discuss. The said authority behaved with us rudely and said even tear off your clothes nothing could be done.

                          we are attaching here with the documents for your references.
                          to stop further threats for the amount, we already have submitted our amounts for the both the bill. but this complaints is made for justice.

                          FYI : Request for Disconnection is required only by Coutomer care office which was also done in due course but we didn't have any proof rather then these numbers.

                          in 1st account we never paid any amount but they have adjusted the amount frequently.
                          in 2nd statement we have closed the account on 9th of Aug 2008.
                          After these dates we never used the connection and all the customer complaints were registered before the dates to disconnect the connection.

                            I, Pawan Golchha resident of Mira Road(Thane), Mob: [protected], purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ for Rs.1599.00 from Family care project (Mira Road) Agent Name:Rahul Jha. to start a business for my wife online on 31st January 2011 and since then I am getting a speed which fluctuates from 14kbps to 110kbps which is very poor and we are unable to deliver the service properly and we are facing a loss of business and want a reimbersment for it of Rs. 50,000.00, as they say that its 3.1 mbps it should be not less then 512 kbps.

                            Since day one I am launching service request they are saying that there is some network problem in the area and finally on 16th February'2011 they said that they will send the engineer to my place within 3 days and if the issue is not resolved then theywill refund the amount. and when I called them on 17th they provided the no of the Nodel officer Mr. Tilak Chaterjee, when I called the numbera lady picked the phone and said that Mr. Tilak Chaterjee is not there and she will resolve the problem. and also said that she will send the technical engineer within 5 working days and when i argued that already I have launched the complain they said me that they will send the engineer within 2 to 3 working days which is going to over today i.e 18th February'2011 then she said that she will send the team on priority basis.

                            Please suggest me how to move forward and how will I get the amount for my loss of Business.

                            This is a common experience for anyone residing in India, as issues doesn't gets solved & all what we get is TAAREEKH PE TAAREEKH.

                            The rowdy attitude of reliance customer care is well known to all of it's consumers. still they use it. the moment a decision is taken regarding irresponsible & ill mannered behaviour of the service provider & its staff the business license of such provider should be revoked & the assets of such company should be seized, then aucvtioned to any other enterpreneur who intends to provide proper service to customers.

                            The day Govt of India issues a directive in favor of the consumers in India, that no company can keep giving run around to customers & must provide a realistic SLA for the issue resolution. if the issue continues after that a company is liable to pay damages to consumer as the purpose of taking the service / a customers business got impacted.

                            I, Pawan Golchha has received the bill from 29th January till 26th February of Rs. 800.31 but when I explaind them the usage goes like that.:

                            1) I purchased the Netconect on 31st of January. then how the bill should come from the 29th of January.
                            2) I loged a termination request on 21st of february. Why it is being charged till 26th February.
                            3)My usage was from 31st January to 6th February (i.e for 7days) which was of 499 monthly plan and then I switched to 725 plan unlimited from 7th February till 21st of February (i.e for 15days).

                            Apart from this issues how should I will be reimbursed for the amount of money which I lost in the business. i.e Rs. 50, 000.

                                I am Nishikant D. Kamble, Reliance Communication customer using a Reliance SIM (Mob. No. [protected]) since 1 and 1/2 year. Since 2 months, whenever I recharge my SIM, company deducting my balance and when I call to customer care they told that I subscribe to some value added services but I didn't subscribe to any value added service. Every time they send me some messages of value added services and I avoid to subscribe it but they automatically subscribed the schemes and stat deducting my balance . Every time I call to customer care but it takes long time to connect them.

The executive at the office gave me the bill for the data card of Rs.1750/- and asked me to pay the amount. Where i doubted and asked about the higher price. They said that the price is Rs.1750/-

                                  3). I paid the bill to Reliance web world . 5, Civil Line, Sagar M.P. Tin No. [protected] and the Bill No. 66

                                  4). I told him that the price is less for Hi-Speed but he denied. I asked them to sell me a Broad Band data card, because of the higher usage. I needed the higher speed Broad Band and higher tariff plan for the office work. which was not available with them and they told me to purchase the same and committed for the good speed. I paid the aforesaid amount and they committed for the high speed up to 153 Kbps.

                                  5). Reliance Net connect Data Card is a USB Modem and the model is ZTE AC8720.

                                  6). The Instrument was sealed pack and they have destroyed the MRP tag by pen. So we could not know the real price. The data card was 6 months old. I got the old one even if i asked about the latest Data Card.

                                  7). I got the Post Paid start up kit with MDN No. [protected] and the serial no. RRSUK[protected].

                                  8). I asked them not to activate the kit because i still doubted the speed. And send two messages and called also to stop the activation to the executive and asked him to change the Data card and to get me the and to change the same

                                  9). But they activated and I am using the Data card and the speed is extremely slow.

                                  10). It takes long time to open any of the official or un-official mails.

                                  11). I fail many times to download attached letters on time. Since it is taking too much time I want to get
                                  reimbursement for the value of my extra time it has taken for the extremely lower speed.

                                  12). I am not satisfied with the Data Card and the service of the product hence I want to get the refund for the Data card and want to return them back the same.

                                  13). Since I have not even used it for a month so I want to stop using services and want refund.

                                  14). They asked me to talk to Reliance Customer care no.*355 and misguided me for Net booster which is again a fraud. I talked many times and downloaded Net booster, But for our vein it did not made any change in the speed.

                                  15). Kindly guide me and Support me for the issue.

But they've subscribed me to 'Missed Call Alert' service without noticing me and charging me for that. I want them to unsubscribe me from all VAS including 'MISSED CALL ALERT'.

                                      dear sir,
                                      I have been using reliance phone since i was in Ahmadabad.
                                      but as soon as I came to Mumbai we were told by the really talented sales mens of reliance care that the charges wont be different.. as roaming was made cheaper and as soon as the bill came it was a huge one now when we decided to change the roaming service to the local one they asked us to be patient and said that the number will be changed but its been eight days but they still haven't taken any steps more over whenever we call the service center the people in service center either keep us on hold for long hours and wait till we drop the phone or they give us wrong numbers to contact on when we say we want to talk to some senior person....
                                      well we have been to the office sever times dispite of which there are no steps taken by the company.... I really think the company has taken the disadvantage of our patience our complain number is[protected].... please help us cause if you dont I think no one can stop from reliances dream of looting the whole world and "KAR LO DUNIYA MUTHI MAI" become true... Well i must bring to your notice that I truly am out of choice but to complain you...
