Sir I have two postpaid connection of Reliance telecom . My cell no. is [protected] & [protected].
Sir I like to change both of my conmnections from postpaid to prepaid .Sir for the same I have visited there offices at bathinda many times but there was no response from them .I have already cleared all my pending dues as per their guidelines but again they are creating scene for the same .According to them I have to run this connection for minimum 6 months. Kindly suggest What I can do ?

    I am very unsatisfied from the Relience service. They automatically activated my services and my balance is dedecting week by week. I called at customer care (*333)many times but no one pick the call. Call was disconnected when reaching to talk with a customer care executive.Customer Care servise is so bad, no one talks to resolve problems of customer. I really don't know what to do and thinking to off this Simcard forever or go for higher complaint
    Reliance is advertising his 3G service but his old 2G service is also so silly. At some time or some places there's no network of Rliance GSM cards. They are just providing quantity but not QUALITY. mob no. [protected]

    well I am totally disagree from your servises yr. Sorry i didn't pick ur call. but They again doing so, activating services and deducting balance..
    Last time i got rs10 only in my balance after complaint but didn't receive other Rs30 in my balance which was deducted because of automatically activated servise.
    And again i complaint for same reason.

      Hi All,

      Please help to resolve the issue, as we are continuously facing network issue with our reliance GSM number – [protected].

      When we make any outgoing call, it won’t get connected easily, we have to call 8-10 time to a number. Along with this, if call gets connected, then it will disconnect automatically; this happens frequently.

      Further, if other person calls on this number, he got error message – number you have dialed is switched off/ number you are trying to reach is not reachable.

      Also, a symbol of 3G is reflecting. This issue we are facing since we are getting this symbol from last 9 days.

      Along with this, I want to remove the advertisement tune of reliance 3G activated on my mentioned number ..

        Hello Sir,

        Reliance GSM Service is the worst service that I have ever seen. Always network problem and the most problem is automatic service activated and deducted money accordingly. They deducted my 20 Rupies and when I have complained to customer care they told me its not possible to refund your money. We can off the service.

        Please help me to figure out.

          I am user of Reliance CDMA which no is [protected]. I am not like CDMA service so I want to switch my number to Aircel. I msg from CDMA handset "PORT [protected]" to 1900 but just after see "Msg not sent".

          What I do ........... while i register 5 time complain in Reliance customer care and via mail. but their are no positive response.

          It problem is not only with me it's with many people................. Why Reliance have not want to switch his connection to another...........?

          I am user of Reliance CDMA which no [protected], I msg from CDMA handset "PORT [protected]" to 1900 but no reply the mssge. call rate is high compare to tata docomo, we request 30paise per sec and R to R free monthly rental only 200. We have an offer is same as DOCOMO

            my balance is reducing day by day without my knowledge, and i have not applied for any services. they are automatically start the service from there side. and i even don't get any msg for that your subcribe for ete service..
            i have been contacting the people of coustomer care from 25 days, but they are not taking any action against... so plz do the need full and refund my balance.

            Reliance (Smart GSM Services) — Discontinuation of Mobile Services

            I have taken a connection of Smart GSM Services, No is [protected] on 11 Nov 2008 from Genius Mobiles, Annapurna Road, Indore. I deposited ID and Address proof documents at Smart GSM Office at Annapurna Road, Indore for early activation of the connection. The connection activated on the next day and deactivated on 20 Nov 2008. I inquired from Customer Care and found that the necessary documents which i have deposited at Smart Office at Annapurna Road, have not been delivered to Smart Services Main Office which was the cause of the deactivation of the connection. I visited the Annapurna Road Office of Smart and found that they have not submitted the documents as the SIM No was not mentioned in the documents and they did not have the SIM No. I informed them the SIM No on 25 Nov 2008. They promissed that the services will be revived within 24 hours. However, today i am complaining on 29 Nov 2008. Till the time services have not been revived. Kindly do the needful as it defame the name of Company Reliance Smart GSM Services. i had the faith in the services of the company. Kindly get into the matter and improve the efficiency level for providing the best services to the customers. It will certainly prove to be helpful for the company, its growth and its reputation.

            I have a reliane smart conection mobile. Recently Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my account. I contacted customer care. They told me I have activated astro pack service. But it is out of my knowledge how this service has been activated. Now please advise me what can I do?
            I, SHUVA ROY, residing at Champahati, South 24 Parganas in West Bengal. My mobile no. is [protected]. On the basis of your SMS regarding 250 free sms per month in lieu of Rs.20/- per month, coming through my mobile, I have confirmed to you via sms on 17.09.2009 and accordigly activated on that day at 10.20.05PM. But from 25.09.09 no sms could not send to any mobile. I have tried more often to contact with your Customer Care Service. But your poor network and overall most embarrassing service could not make it possible to contact with ur executive. Totally, Rs.40/- already have been deducted in two stages. My request is to look after the matter with urgency. Otherwise revert the amount as already deducted to my account. Your expediency is highly solicited.

In recent time Smart network is activating various services in the name of Cricket, Love Tips, General Jokes, Adult Jokes, Horoscope, Stock, News without consent of the customer and deducting Rs. 30 for each service. It is sheer robbery by Smart. Customer can not know which service has been activated and how to deactivate it as there is no proper Customer care service at all. Deactivation of such services is very lengthy process. Please help me to deactivate the above cited services (if already activated as I don't know). My balance is reducing substantially every month.

            Reliance GSM Service — Automatic Deduction of Balance

            Dear Sir

            I am a user of Reliance GSM Service (Prepaid).

            On 05.05.10 at around 6.20PM I recharg my balance by Rs. 50/-. After recharge I got message from 52811 that "Dear Customer your account has been recharged with Rs. 43.33 Amount payable is Rs. 50 Thank You. Reliance" After some time I checked my balance and surprised to know that my balance was reduced by Rs. 10/- (approx) and by next morning my balance was Rs. 2.72. I do not know without making calls and SMS how the balance got reducesed.

            In the morning I talked to the custemer care on *333. When first time call to custmer care, I informend that, Your balance is reduced due to making call on [protected]. I told him that I have not made any call on any number and custmer cut the line.

            After some time I call again to the custmer care, now I informed by custmer care that SMS made to 4579 @ 50paisa and also told that I could not tell you all digit of the number which SMS made by my Cell No. ([protected])

            I lost my all 50/- rupees. I recorded all conversation in my phone both of custmer care. All the database is one but why I got two different information from one service provider.

            Please look in this metter and take naccessary action.

            Relaince communication is automatically deducting money from my account balance in the name of Simple music gold pack although i have not applied for it.This is the second time and Rs 25 had been deducted from my mobile twice this month and the last deduction was on 31st oct.
            Customer care is behaving in a very bad manner and are not ready to give any response.
            Moreover i have talked to Mr Chetan Swarup(senior advisor) Gurgaon center and he started usiong abusive words.I am Deputy General Manager in DIstt CO-Operative bank Kotdwara and my mobile no is [protected]

            Reliance GSM — deduct balance automatically

            i have reliance gsm number (mobile no - [protected] ) .but surprisingly on between 3rd may 2011 to 6th may 2011. it is Rs 40.00 was deducted from my main account balance and no custemer care executive was able clarify the reason till now. reliance is known for its good quality of service on every aspect and this incident really hamper its image.....
            RCOMCARE ...yr service is worst ...I not get any return balance ..but today night around 12.10 another time deduted my balance rs-12...i think yr service is worst..

            today (7-may) reliance customer care calling me for about consumercomplaints ..he says that amount deduted because yr gprs charged ..but i not access any internet...

            Madam Neelam, a reliance agent called me from phone [protected] on 09.08.2011 and told that by default some amounts were deducted and assured that it would be refunded.She also assured me that all unwanted services will be deactivated. So0n after
            there was a message from 59111 asking the opinion about the agent.definitely i responded positive.
            To a great surprise on 10.08.2011 no refund was credited to my a/c, but another Rs 30.00 was deducted for the unknown reason.
            I don't have time to be after complain.If this time deducted amount is not refunded, go to hell.I am going to throw out the SIM card.

            I am a reliance mobile user since long but recently undue deductions have been made to my mobile no's Reliance GSM no':[protected] and reliance CDMA No:[protected] . I have tried several times to contact reliance customer care regarding this but not succeded.             sir, my no.is [protected]. i have made complaint previously also on 16/11/2011, for which i got the waiver through SR no.[protected] on 1/12 2010. but on 3/12/2010 at 11.00AM again 15 Rs. deducted from my balance( previously the balance was 96 and after deduction it is 81RS.) . this thing is repeatedly done in my account as was done in september2011 then november 2011 and now in december 2011 without the activation of any service. now i want the answer that what this service providers want to do? they are repeating this mistake of deducting the balance again and again.
            i am fade up and very much dissatisfied with their services as they are repeatedly doing such deduction.
            reply , credit the balance and ascertain me that this thing will not be repeat in future.

            Hello sir,

            I am Suman from bhubaneswar. I have been using reliance gsm having number [protected] from past 5 years and I am not at all satisfied with the kind of service I am being provided.

            Today also 30 rupees deducted from my balance. I got a message that "you have been successfully subscribed dyk service". I got the message when I was sleeping. Every time I complain your customer executive and they are saying that it will not happen again but result is big zero. I want my 30 rupees refund plus 100rs for such a mental harrassment which you are providing every day for choosing and using your service.

            I complain it to the customer care 4 months before when I was facing this type of problem again and again but still I have to suffer a lot so its my request you to take some action against them so that user like me won't have to face this problem again.

              Dear Sir,
              I purchased reliance’s prepaid connection before 5 months back since then I recharge my connection so many times. But since its activation, they deducted much for value added service such as Ring tone pack, sms services. While I didn’t subscribe for such services. When I asked for the proof from reliance customer care ( that I subscribe such value added pack) they replied that they don’t have any proof.

              this loot practice is going on and on. They once again deduct some charges and I am sure that such unfair practice will continue in future also. So…..
              My expectations are as below…
              1 I want all my money back which they deduct for value added service unethically and unlawfully since it activated.
              2 Before activating such services they should take consumers’ written permission and not by SMS or phone call.
              3 They should maintain proof for activating such services.
              4 Reliance India mobile should give written assurance about ALL the charges.
              5 Fine such mobile operators who deduct any amount from customer without their written permission.
              6 There must be 100 times higher charges as FINE to the mobile operators for unethical practice, mal practices, unfair practices and deduct amount without the written permission of customer.
              7 very rude behavior of persion replying the call on complaining.
              8 Strong customer care service must required.

              I had recharged Rs 14 for @5p/sms pack three months ago (Mobile No. [protected]). After knowing that the pack is a auto renewal pack, I requested our customer care for deactivate this pack two months ago. but no result. Unnecessarily Rs. 14 charged for this pack in every months. But why??
              So, I request you for deactivate this pack and also refund my balance because this was a wrong transfer. otherwise I will changed the network system.

                We have discontinued the internet broadband connection few years back, and today we receive the phone call from Court of Rajasthan than you pay your outstanding amount of Rs. 2611.00 our else you have to come to Rajasthan. When we talk with Reliance Web World ( Complain no.[protected] they say that you pay now and we will collect the modemand, we will wave off the charges. This is harseshment is the charges were to wave off than why court is involed after 4 year ( last bill paid is on 23/12/2007) there is no communiction in last 4 years and why company has filled the case in court of Rajasthan and making hareshment and compeling to pay money.

                We had paid the payment by cash Rs. 2611.00 wide recipt no. S[protected] OTC Code:- 05008.
                Receipt show that our connection is still active , our Account no. [protected].


                We request that we recieve the amount refuned and also letter from Reliance Communicaion that there is no legalality pending against us.

                  i have taken a reliance prepaid connection (no[protected] - bangalore region) only for making call to my native place in kerala with plan of 1rupees for 3minutes.. all other incoming call will not attending yet now. some of the irritating call (that must be advertisement calls) from the nos came today (26/01/2010) from the nos [protected],[protected],+[protected] etc starting from 93. by seeing this nos starting with 93, i will cut the incoming call. so there is no chance to activate any package or facility that reduces my balance. i have never send in my life regarding to activate this type of any package. i have not activated any chargable service/package to my mobile no
                  on 26/01/2011 at 5.15pm i checked my balance and it was Rs55.13. after that i made only two calls, one to [protected](it have duration about 8minutes) at 8.35pm and another to [protected] (duration is about 21minutes - costs 7rupees) at10.33pm. after this call the balance is Rs17.14. Immedeately i contacted to customercare at 10.56pm.
                  when i contacted to reliance customer care , they said that some packages (some ganawala and some other package) was activated from my mobile by me. but i am 100% sure that i have never activated any kind of chargable packages to this my SIM number. i have never activated this type of packages through my SIM card in my life. i took this connection inorder to save money when makes STD call. so it is clear and assured that the company had deducted my money without my permission. i have knew that most of friends who have reliance connection had got some type of sms and deducted amount from their balance. the company do this type of fraud in all numbers, but some peoples question them. if not they get lakhs of money from this fraud job. why this kind of reputed company like reliance do this type of cheating and fraud to their customers. so please refund the money that is deductted from my account. do needful
                  this type of case (that is deduction of money ) was happened in my husbands mobile (no [protected] kerala reliance). after some enquiry that amount was credited to his account. here is the same case happened to my account also.
                  we have nothing to couterfeit them because they says some techinical
                  words. we, the common men, how knows the activities of the company.
                  when i contacted to the customer care, they deativated all the chargable packages and services from my mobile. so it is clear that they (company)can activate and deactivate any chargable packages /services without the interation through my SIM. if they (company staffs) could deativate a service/package without the interaction through the SIM , that is using their software, it is 100%sure that they can activate any package to any SIM. so once again i assure you that i have never activated any packages/services to my mobile no. it is clear that sir there is some hidden modules in their software to activate this type of chargable packages in the customers mobile nos, to deduct 1 or 2 rupees every day from the customers balance who makes too may calls and too balance. Using this softwares their staffs activates the packages to my mobile no / or activated by their software itself. any way make enquiry on this matter sir. you are also known from this that the company can deativate and activate any thing to my SIM without any interaction through my sim, ie, by not sending an SMS from my mobile, or not attending any advertisement call from my mobile, or not pressing any *# etc from my mobile. so eventhough the mobile with this SIM was off, then also they and activate any type of chargable package/service to my SIM and can be deduct the money from my balance. to this is the case of a cheating the case and the case which is coming under the cyber crime. after every call i have checked my balance because my husband was cheated by reliance like this. so i noticed this cheating to me.
                  so take neccessary steps to credit the deducted amount to my account as early as possible. when i reported it to customer care it also deducted rs 1rupppes. it also to be credit to my account.
                  also provide me the details of the techncal activities/or procedures that i done/adopted to activate the packages said by your staff that is acivated to mobile no.

I start my business with Reliance cdma since 2005 and my etop recharge is reach al most 50,000 per month on Jan,2009. But in these days it drops almost 12,000/-. reason that in our city distributor registered Dsr in customer's mdn and take a charge of 1500/- for one year. I have do several complains to TSM , SM and although cluster Head but I have got no responce when I complaint to Distributor then he said if you can want to do business with me then do otherwise leave. Some time before SM take some action and deregistered all nos in Oct,10 but now they still start and tanda distributor also sold dsr's to customer. I think in tanda 500 dsr's are working. my all customers are move to direct distributor point or the agents distributor are set for this. All Ambedkar Nagar Distributor " Awadh Info Comm , S.S. Info Comm , Vinay Communication and Bharat Traders are doing this". I have given some mdn's which are same as I said please do somthing for these things which destroy our and company bussiness -

                      I am using smart connection from 2009 till the date my no is [protected]. I am fed of this company terms as they deduct balance from my account whenever they want. But now government as done facility as Mobile portability number so that we can chosse our operater with our choice. But when i send msg PORT [protected] to 1900 they always say dear customer your request could not be processed pls try after sometime.

                      After complaing two times to the customer care they give me the complain no[protected] and[protected] and said that your complain will be resolve in next 24 hr but till now not any action has been taken.

                      More over when i try to contact customer care they say that u cannot make out going call with your number pls contact customer care.

                      company also deduct balance from my account when ever he wants and its network connection is also poor.

                      I want change my smart connection to Bsnl but i cannot change it.

                        I bought the Reliance Netconnect connection on December 12, 2010 with user# [protected]. The representative committed me for the excellent network and good speed. However after used the device I found the network at my home is fluctuating or coming and I am not able to use it on my desktop. I called the customer care regarding the same problem and I did not get the satisfactory reply. Than on December 29, 2010 I sent an email stating the whole scenario and on January 01, 2011 I got a call from Reliance representative on the same problem.

                        The representative asked me few question and came to the conclusion that because of the conjunction in my area i.e Uttam Nagar they would not be able to provide me the committed network. He told me they are working on it and was not sure how much time it would take. I asked him than why your company is using slogan "India's no.1 Network" this is totally fake statement.

                        Now being a good customer I have paid what they asked from me, however they are not executing there committed services. If I am not able to use the device or services from the very first day than why I can not ask my money back, or either provide me the network at my home.

                        Please provide the network at my home or take your device back, because it is of no use if your company is not able to provide the services as described and selling the devices using fake commitment.

                          Hello everyone, I would like to share my recent experience with on the Internet service providers Reliance Broadband in Maharashtra Pune. I shifted to my new residence in Dec'10 and prior to that i was using tata indicom internet for over 2 years with absolutely no issues and was satisfied with the services. In my new place tata indicom was not able to provide connection due to some issues hence the only available option was reliance broadband (reliance had some tie up with the builder so only their connection was available to all residents). With no option available i had to apply for the connection. They offered me free installation provided i paid 3 months advance rent to them which i did basis the high speed commitment (1mbps) they offered 24*7.

                          The journey of disappointing customer service started right from the time i applied for the connections. At first to push the sale the sales executive promised me installation in 24 hrs but after multiple follow ups they finally installed it only after 10 days. That too after me escalating to highest levels and numerous phone calls.

                          Along with the installation came a free landline which is a sham as it never worked from the day go. And to add humour to this on complaining the engineer shamelessly told me " Sir why do you want a landline, leave it as you have a mobile phone, use the internet and it would work awesome"!!!

                          Within a week's time my internet stopped working due to frequent disconnection issues. On calling the customer service number and long wait time they told me they would register the complaint and get back to me in 24hrs. I knew they would not and only after 2 days they called and said we are still investigating the issue.

                          To my luck I caught hold of the installation engineer who was at my neighbour's place for installing their internet. He came and checked the modem and said its faulty and replaced it immediately with a new one. All fine and internet started to work again finally. Next 2 weeks all fine and great untill last week when it again stopped working. I called customer service and they registered my complaint on Monday and said it would be done in 24 hours. Called on Wed again and they said would take another 24 hrs and would get back to me. Despite calling them again on Thu and Friday they kept using the same old script"Sir I have forwarded the complaint to highest authority and sending them an email as well, our rapid resolution team would cal you back" I am sorry for the inconvienience caused.... The whole weekend went by and frustration just kept on adding with this pathetic service provider...

                          Untill today when i called them up again and they said an engineer would visit my place by 3pm for sure. He did but only after 6pm. He checked the DP box outside the house and solved the issue in flat 4 secs... How well the wire was disconnected from the main society outlet box... what a shame...

                          Anyways since i had no option i have to live with this disappointing customer service and network provider...Though i must admit the internet speed is good but only when it works.... Please Mr Ambani the entire reliance communications team needs serious lessons on customer service and satisfaction... We are in 2011 already...

                            I had made two payments made in the month of nov 10. The details of both the bills are as follows:
                            1. Bill dated 12.11.2010 of Rs. 470/- (attached bill scanned image)
                            2. Bill dated 20.11.2010 of Rs. 470/- (attached bill scanned image)

                            Now bill paid on 12.11.2010 is not entered by there employees in their system and company is asking me to pay the bill again with interest of approx Rs. 130/-.

                            On this i had made number of request to broadband local officer, customer care and regional incharge through mail. Even one of their employee took the photocopy of the bill dated 12.11.2010 and still they keep sending the mail to pay the bill again.

                            I wish to know that why do a customer pay any bill which he/she paid and had the bill original copy.

                            I wish to know, that is there any law to pay a bill for twice.

                                  This is to inform that I had got one pre-paid broad connection on 31.3.2010 and paid Rs. 2206 in advance. I used the connection for three months and due to renovation in my shop i had stopped its usage for the next six months. Before completion of 6 months I had already informed for termination my connection but the sales executive told that at least though your connection is prepaid i need to pay for the further months. Due to frequent phone calls and mental harrasement i paid the bill no.[protected] dated 11.11.10 on 18.11.2010 through cheque no. 340974 and again reminded to terminate my account on payment of bill. Since last two three days we are getting harrassment calls for the company executives to pay the bill of dec also and threats that we will send notices if you donot pay. I clear that I have not used the connection still why such mental tortures and threats are given to me. Can anybody charge the price for the thing which i am not using? Can any prepaid connection requires payment of bill? I want to get back money paid by me for which i have not even used the connection and further inform the details of my connection.                                     My reliance data card was terminated as I was not used from last 6 months.When I contacted in reliance web world,they asked us to contact service center to change the datacard. I did that and I went for the activation, they said the card is not working.Again I went to Service Center to cross check and they confirmed that its working perfectly.
                                    After that I went to the reliance web world and said its working fine.Then they tested and said that the old number is not working and we need to request for new number. It took more than 20 days to get the new number but I didnt get the number and card is still not usable. Whenever I called them, they are saying today we will provide but after few days .. they are not taking the call itself.

                                    I spent 2300 for the datacard and its all waste now. The customer care also not given any suggestions to escalate this to higher level.

                                    I Have a reliance modem number is [protected], its validity is over do we have have any web page/sight where i can get the validity increased and the also top up my account.
                                    i have your R Connect modem no.[protected] who is not connecting now days i told this on your R world(rajnagar ghaziabad) and they told me that its validity is expired and so i told them to start my modem then there was a man named rajneesh sir, the whole department was dependable on him which does nothing and gone out from there for a long time nearly 1 hour i was waiting for him but he didnot come then other man of your department check the modem and something mail to his senior and told me that he will call me but today three days are gone and i have not receive any call so i am not happy with reliance.

                                    Reliance Web World — No proper response

                                    All the people working in this web world are irresponsible people. Spoiling Reliance's name. I gave a request to port my Reliance CDMA to GSM on 22nd Jan 2011, today its 10th Feb 2011, its still not processed from this webworld. I contacted the customer care and they told me that no request has been passed from Web world side. So i gave a complain on them.Finally, they said that these people in the web world have missed all the proof documents i submitted. Funny people. I have now send a mail to corporatecentre.[protected]@relianceada.com.
                                    They are not worth to have this franchisee.

                                    Reliance Connect — not getting proper response

                                    I sent my all require details before 20 days to consern represantative ( Mr. JAIPRAKASH) but very funny to know he absolutely forget to submit. And shamelessely he is telling me after 20 days. When i purchase RIL NETCONNECT they called me atleast ten times as they want to start their billing procedure. But now they are not ready to responds a single call after 20 days when i am in problem. I asked fro their nodel officer nos. their reperesantative is unable to give. I search on net but actually i am failed. It is relly surprising.
                                    I am a permanent user of reliance GSM. From back few days it has been found that my balance is deducted continusly. I have already complained to customer care no. and it was feedback to solve problem within two days (recived a sms as SR no.[protected] on 4 feb 2012 ) . I waited for more than 15 days but problem could not resolved . when again I called to that customer no.(no. 198) it has been found that not possible to solve your problem online, you will have visit R world for this. when I asked address they unable to tell.

                                      I have taken reliance broadband plus wire less (modem) internet connection in the month of February – 2010, the internet registration number is [protected], Name. V .Shravan Kumar Varma that time reliance people have informed that their network does support 20 times faster internet with speed up to 3.1 Mbps.

                                      In the month of July-2010 I realized that their speed is not up to the mark, I am getting very low speed less then 50kbps and there is frequently disconnection was their in my location.( Area is Ameerpet -Hyderabad city. Andhra Pradesh)

                                      Regarding the same issue continuously I am making the call to customer care center to get solutions for my problem, every time the customer care executives are informing that there is some consumption and network issue is going on at Ameerpet area and which will take two working days to solve the problem, since six month’s has completed but my problem not yet solved, To day also I spoke to customer care executive and they have informed the same thing.

                                      In this six month’s I couldn’t utilize my max usage limit (My maximum usage limit is 10 GB Day and 10 GB night but I have utilized only 3gb to 6 gb including day and night because of their low speed and the same time I got 100% bills’ from the Reliance broad band plus dept). I have asked my money back for my unused/remaining data,

                                      Customer care people given nodal officer number and asked me to call Mr. NANDAN BABU or Mr. Vivekananda for money back

                                      I directly went to nodal office for my money back issue but the both of above persons are not available at their office and I could not get them on the phone also , I am request you to please help in this issue

                                      Dear Sir.



                                      Your people have been charged correctly for the billing period[protected] to[protected], I couldn’t utilized your benefit o[censored]sage limit. Because of your poor speed



                                      I am getting less then 50 kpbs speed instead of 3.1 Mbps, Six month back only I have made first complaint regarding this issue, I visited your nodal office and same compliant has been given your Hyderabad nodal officer, But above said problem not at been sort it out



                                      Now I am requesting you to please refer my first mail correctly and refund back my bill amount

                                        I have Acknowledge number Form No.60:Bar code number [protected] about the documents resubmission on 29/10/2010 at vijayawada branch.

                                        Without any prior information out going calls barred know in lose my business now I will go to consumer form to get help for legal action,waiting for furture ur response Pre Paid Mobile number [protected] i was in 299 Plan it is also lose to me

                                        Subject: Pathetic Service rendered by RIM.


                                        Respected Sir,

                                        Hope you are doing well.

                                        The subject line is self-explanatory about the service rendered to me.



                                        I applied for the connection (Mobile number- [protected]) a month back (Approx). I have submitted the documents asked by your sales person. One fine day a lady called me and asked for my superior stamp & signature on the letter which I submitted along with the application. I agreed on it but no one turned up. Again I received the call from the same lady (after 10-15 days) asking for the same. I agreed on it and fulfilled the requisite (on August 19, 2009, if I am not wrong). I thought that I have fulfilled the requisite.



                                        Yesterday i.e. August 21, 2009, my above-mentioned mobile numbers incoming & outgoing was barred (around 11:30 AM) without any prior intimation. I work in AXIS Bank at Manager level (heading the operational activity for entire East region) and the mobile number for me is o[censored]tmost importance as the same is given to all my departments & also to our premium customers.



                                        I called your help line number for the same. They informed that there is some technical issues going on and the same will be rectified by 2 PM. I waited patiently till 2:15 PM. But when the issue was not rectified, I called the help line number again & I was informed that the same would be resolved by 4 PM.



                                        But when the same was not rectified till 4:15 PM, I called your help line number again & asked to connect to the highest authority available on the floor. The floor in charge Mr. Avijit Kumar said no one senior to him available & nether he tried to help me. Arrogantly he said, call after one hour. I tried explaining him my situation but in vain. I said I am ready to wait till the senior comes. You will not believe what he did. He conferenced the line with another customer, who has lost his SIM & was trying to block the same.



                                        I got furious on the same & moved out of office and went to Reliance House (Kolkata) & asked for the highest authority. I was shocked to hear that he is not available & no one was able to help me out. I spoke to Sanjiv Kumar Sharma (CCAMB), Shantanu Sarkar (CCAMB) & Shomit Basu Ray (Store Manager) but in vain.



                                        Then I happened to meet Mr.Samir, who co-ordinated with someone & activated my number (around 6:30 PM) for 24 hours.



                                        Now the point of explaining the whole scenario is as follows:

                                        Written explanation on the above.
                                        Quality of customer service rendered.
                                        Time wasted by me in doing all this.
                                        Loss incurred by my organization.
                                        Physical & Mental harassment suffered by me.


                                        How are you going to compensate the above?



                                        If I do not get any / proper reply on the above, I will be forced to go to consumer forum.



                                        Lastly, I am not going to use the number any more nether will pay any thing. I have given Rs.400/- at the time of application. You need to adjust the same against the calls made by me. If any thing needs to be paid after deducting Rs.400/-, please confirm.



                                        I have already applied for VODAFONE connection will suggest every one (known to me) not to keep any relationship with Reliance.

                                        Awaiting eagerly your reply.
