SIR THIS IS ALSO REGARDING MNP ONLY.I HAVE APPLIED FOR PORTING FROM RELIANCE NETWORK AS ITS SERVICE AND NETWORK WAS TOO POOR AND NON AVAILABLE IN MY HOME N OFFICE TOO NOW THE SITUATION IS THAT MY DETAILS ARE ADDED IN AIRCEL NETWORK BUT STILL I SEE RELIANCE NETWORK AND MY INCOMING CALL AND OUTGOING N INCOMING SMS IS STOPED.I HAVE COMPLAINED TO AIRCEL N RELIANCE CC BUT BOTH R POINTING FINGERS AT OTHERS ONLY SO WHAT TO DO.I AM LIKE A HANDICAP PERSON WITHOUT MOBILE CONTACT.307

Reliance GSM Mobile — mnp complaint

sir i have transfer my mobile from bsnl whose number is [protected] to reliance gsm mobile but from last 15days my number is not working please tell what can i do regarding this at my new number [protected]

    Dear sirs
    I am a subscriber with a mobile number: [protected] (Reliance)
    I had applied for MNP on the 21 jan with a unique porting code number: RWAAL2JT and had applied for transfer to Airtel.
    About 7 days later on the 29th Jan i got a message from 1901: Request Rejected by Donor due to: There are subsisting contractual obligations from the subscriber Agreement." and the request for transfer is rejected.

    I am shocked as to how casually the total MNP is written off the the entire process of transfer is cancelled.
    This is the truth of the MNP at the ground level and i would request you to kindly take some proper action so that this facility is not made a dirty joke.

    Pls take appropriate action on the same.

    .
    on 25.01.11 i got message from RELIANCE my request is received. application is under processing.

    01.02.11 I GOT MESSAGE FROM VODAFONE YOUR REQUEST CONFIRM FOR PORTING

    after 14 days still now my mobile no IN VODAFONE THERE IS NO RESPONCE FROM RELIANCE

    about to give me my complain number and they gave me UCS1938276, still dont know what action has been taken for my MNP request which is already taken on 27th Jan, 31st Jan 2011.

    Airtel Nodal officer, Applette Authority already confirmed that there is no problem in their end.

    Request to let me know when my problem will get solve? orelse I will take legal action in short time.

    Dear Sir,
    I am a subscriber with mob no [protected]. MNP was applied & I got porting code number RW162233 on Feb 14.. On 16 Feb sms received was - request for porting your mobile number to airtel has been received and your application is in process.. On 17 Feb another sms was received stating - request rejected by donor due to :There are subsisting contractual obligations from the subscriber agreement.
    I am totally unable to understand what type of contractual obligation a prepaid customer would be having. Kindly look into the matter so that fast and appropriate action can be taken.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I was going to cancel my connection with reliance netconnect (no: [protected]) but I was told by the reliance retention team that i would be getting a waiver of part amount for the previous bill if i accept their HSD card by paying Rs.2000 along with which i was supposed to get a plan of 1000 mb usage free at 350 rs rental.To which i agreed.
      But after the bill was generated for the month of december i was shifted to the plan of 512 mb usage free for Rs.400 which was against the plan provided to me.
      I had complained to the customer care on:
      6/1/2011 complaint no.: [protected]
      8/11/2011 complaint no.:[protected]
      To which they said there is no such plan available for the HSD card though their retention team officer had himself told me about the plan.

      Please help i had to pay unnecessary extra amount for being cheated.

      is closed about 6-8 months ago. I did not received any bills since then. Suddenly this month I got a bill
      At the closing I paid all the outstanding amouint .

      Then how did I received bill

        hi,
        i am ankur gupta
        i want to change my mobile no reliance gsm to reliance cdma or one other idea no into reliance cdma. but as per your customer care inform me or best of my knowledge mnp charges is 21 rs (include S.T). after paying that 21 rs. i will receive a reliance cdma blank sim with same old no or all the befits also l(ike free sms or 1year call rate 1paisa per sec. or 3 month half paisa per sec. call rate)
        but your reliance world which is situated in jagadhri (pin 135003) asked me that your mnp charges is 20 rs+ 25 rs. for sim + 58 rs for per sec. billing or no other benefits you will receive after mnp.

        Pls take appropriate action on the same.

          I had called Reliance Customer Care for a new Netconnect (wireless broadband) connection on Jan 2nd, 2011. Reliance had sent an executive named Riyaz (Phone number: [protected]) on the same day. Riyaz sold a Netconnect instrument to me for Rs. 1500 and promised unlimited usage for a month. After 10 days o[censored]sage, the instrument stopped working. When I contacted Reliance Webworld, they asked me to re-submit the documents for address proof and ID proof. I called Riyaz and resubmitted the documents. After resubmitting the documents, the net connection worked for a day. I experienced the same problem again. Now, when I call the executive (Riyaz), he does not answer my calls. And the representatives at Webworld only ask me to keep resubmitting the documents.

          So, leave alone unlimited usage for a month, I haven't been able to use Reliance Netconnect for a month after paying Rs. 1500 and submitting documents for ID and address proof twice!

            I have applied for reliance broadband connection on dec last week and now it is more than 1 month since I had applied. there is no response from the customer care and always they keep on sending the same 'your complaint escalated messages" without providing any help. Better don't apply UNRELIABULLANCE services ever.

              I am using Reliance postpaid connection from last 1 year. My number is [protected].
              Now I reside at New mumbai and I submit my new address prrof documents in reliance Store on 1st Jan 2011. Still date I can't response from reliance that changed of address details regarding same. 4-5 times I called to customer care executive for above said request, But they doesn't give proper reasons for this.
              Reliance communication now providing pathetic service. & its customer care executive are lower than pathetic they don't know how to talk with customer & how to resolve the customer complaint.

                Sir,
                I am a reliance prepaid customer. My no.is [protected]. I was getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. i requested before but till now its not working So i requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile Now they are disturbing me continuosly all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms'es(Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls &sms as it starts from morning 8'o clock till evening 8'o clock. During roaming also they used to call and disturb. I dont know whom do i need to contact to get rid of these junk calls. I have sent some 2-3 complaints to reliance regarding this but in vain.

                      Today we have sent a request letter for cancellation of Broadband 3GB Reliance Netconnect Plan with immediate effect to your Reliance office at Shreewardhan Complex, Nagpur, which they have declined to accept. We therefore have sent the scanned copy of letter to datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com for doing the needful.

                        I purchased new device of relience for high speed connect in Jan, 2011. From the date of purchasing I am neither getting proper signal nor speed. I tried to contact customer care with issue but as per them they have congession in this area and they cann't commit when they can fix this issue. I asked them to take this device back and return my money. As my requirement is high speed connection and moreover many times even connectivity is issue.                           myself punit rathod, i have purchased reliance prepaid card ([protected]) about 5 months ago and submit my photo & licence as proof of id and address.

                          after few days of purchase my incoming & out goind service was stopped, so i called to customer care they told me your service has been stopped because of non receips of document so submit the same.

                          i submit 2nd time my document to reliance web world jamnagar adn after few days about 7 days all the servece was started, but once again......!!!!!!!.......! my service was stopped because of non receipt of document..!..!........!.......!

                          AGAIN 3rd time I submit my document , after 4-5 days service was started....
                          then after 1 month..... Again Again AND again......... the service was stopped because of DOCUMENT.......!...........!...........!

                          Now I 4th ( FORTH TIME.....!!!!!!!.............!!!!!!!!!!!!) submit my document on last thursday till the service have nor started.........!!!!!!!!!!!!.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                          so pls..... pls.......pls .........give me answer when my sim service activated.

                            I have been using Reliance GSM prepaid connection. It really has got a disastrous network coverage. Whenever I get into my home, the network just goes off and I have to go out of my home to get coverage which becomes so annoying at times.

                            I also complained by calling on the reliance customer care center to put up a network booster in my area so that I and all those staying at this location can have a better network coverage. I also suggested, as another option, to do some modulations with the network towers for this area. But, until now, there has been no response for this issue.

                            It wouldn't be meaningless to say that if this problem is not resolved by the company at the earliest, the Company can start counting its days in this business segment.

                            Hope my words are seen, appreciated and welcomed.

                            Looking forward to a quick response from the consumer retention department of the Company.

                            i had a complaint that the locality in which i live has poor network that is at vapi, gujarat. due to this problem some times the call is being disconnected while having a call.

                                  i was shocked to see Reliance is capping their connection for 3g connection.

                                  negotiated QoS means that the max you will be getting

                                  So In short I wont be getting more then 8900 kbps download and 240 kbps upload(its kbps not Kbps)

                                    I brought reliance net connect yesterday at 2 and I was told that the broadband will be activated by end of business hours i.e. 5:30 pm and reliance people will call me for further details, but as expected after I purchase they didn't turn up. The sales executive gave me false commitment and upon continues trying to reach thought phone to sales executive Venkatesh, he was not picking the call and tomorrow being holiday they are not activating.
                                    Reliance Net Connect : Worst customer care

                                    I took a Reliance Net connect+ data card on 23rd May 2011 for internet connection. I submitted all the required documents The contact person said it would be activated on the same day. It did not happen and when I contacted later they told me that it will take 24 hrs to activate. In fact, it took more than 24 hours to get internet connection. I was able to get connection for few days (around 4 days) and all of a sudden it stopped working. Then the nightmare started.

                                    It started showing error while connecting like "error 628: connection was terminated by remote computer ..", on repeated trying it showed "remote computer did not respond". I tried contacting customer care, local contacts for reliance net connect to solve the issue. No one was helpful. Some of them were saying "it would be activated with 2hrs", "it would be activated within 24 hrs", etc etc. None of them worked and it was all to make a fool of the customer. Since them, i am calling, talking to all these people to get the problem resolved. One call to customer care told me that the verification had not been done. I wonder how it was done even while submitting all the documents.

                                    In between, another reliance net connect local agent told me that they need the latest address proof document (latest electricity bill) and I replied that I would send them the latest one (Month of June 2011) as soon as I receive it. I had send the same on 7/June/2011 and called/SMSed them to notify the same. They callously replied that it would be activated by next day. Till now (8/June/2011), it is not activated to connect to internet. I am getting the same error.

                                    I have been calling, sending SMS for so may times to get this problem resolved. No one seemed to care about this. They just care about selling the data card and adding a new subscriber, their service ends there. Few others give false promises like "within 2hrs" etc. Whenever I try customer care, it is always busy and the customer care officer does not seem to take note of what all I have to say. Some times, the customer care automated message say the wait time is 60 sec, infact I have to wait for more than 5 minutes to get a customer care officer.

                                    This is a classic example of worst customer service. All they care is selling the data card and adding a new subscriber. They all tested my patience to the limit. They have no commitment or care about customer problems. Why should I wait for 2+ weeks to get an internet connection which is less speed (practically) when I can get a broad band connection {10Mbps LAN] immediately. How does one feel if they take a phone connection and they wait for activation for 2+ weeks to make a call. They are making bad name for brand Reliance. Worse all, they all made lot of error for the entry for my name, email etc in their system. That too even when I gave all the details correct.

                                    I have decided that if my connection does not get activated by tomorrow, next I will be calling the customer care to close the connection. There are various options available, why should I wait for some which has no concern for customer care?

                                    Enough of Reliance, also that would be my feedback to all those who I know.

                                      I have received acknowledgement from Reliance for CDMA to GSM and same cell no. The SMS says that new GSM sim card is active for the same number. But this does not provide network coverage and giving message that SIM card is failed.

                                        I am using reliance broad band plus (reliance net connect) since last one year. My data card No.[protected]. When i puchased this broadband plus, i was conviced by reliance representative that the connectivity will be 100% in goa within next couple of week. I was not getting the proper connectivity of broadband plus since the date of its purchase. Most of the time i am not getting conectivity at all. After one year also there is very poor connectivity.

                                        Recently i have lodged a complaint in the helpline (complaint no.[protected]
                                        When i contacted the helpline, i was very shocked to hear the answer from the reliance representataive that the connectivity will not be improve in future. Even they suggested me to go for TATA Photon or any other option. This is the way, this reliance is dealing with the customer.

                                        1) Give me the last six much uses log with date time and bandwidth.

                                        2) Your executive was came my home for bill collection, who has also checked that Brod band connection Wire of Reliance is not available in my street. (Actually that wire is broken from the street and someone has taken away that wire from the road, So I have registered complain 5-6 times), No complaints are resolved yet.

                                        3) After 2 month I got call from the Reliance Mumbai account manager that my issue resolution is not possible, so we are deactivation your connection and I was agreed.

                                        4) After 7 month, I got call from the Advocate Avinash Gupta, he is going to register your case in the high court. I have paid all dues on the same days.

                                        5) I got Bill on 28th fab 2011 of Rs. 213.49, for what ?
