[Resolved] Reliance Communications — complaint against customer care executive | |||||
I called customer care to reduce my call rates because they are very high. The executive of cust. Service told me to erecharge a amount to reduce my call rates. He sent a message also on behalf of company in this regarding. That is a proof that what he said to me. But when i recharged that amount nothing happened like he said to me. Company recharged my a/c for five days only that recharge amount. Then immedietely i called back to customercare in this regarding. But sen. Executive of customer care bhagwan singh gave an irresponsible answer to me. He said that our executive told me wrong information. But he can not do anything and i have to bear all the charges. I did everything as executive of company said to me then why i bear the charges. Please solve my problem and take an action against the executives of your company. Once again i called to company to register complaint. The executive akhilesh kumar told we don't take complaints. I have all the call recordings also. My number is [protected] and [protected].
