Dear concern,

Myself sushil choudhary and recently brought reliance mobile connection on 21st july, 2017 (Postpaid). Since 21st july, reliance signal is very much poor and pathetic over here and number of times my calls rejected due to this.

I just want to know what kind of services you are providing to the customer? When i brought this connection by mr. Avinash - +91 [protected] (Great india communication, 169/3, 2nd floor, govindpuri, new delhi - 19, e-mail - gic. [protected]@gmail.com) he said the plan is 399/- only and in 10 days, they have generated for rs. 791/- bill with advance one month rental which was not communicated to me.

Now, i am very much disappointed with reliance services and i want to convert my reliance mobile number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid connection. I am not getting any satisfactory response / remedy from the customer care. No customer service to help or to resolve my query. I will take a print copy for my record and any future legal process.

I am also dropping an email for the same.

I want immediate action on this.

    I had an offer of ₹93 on my mobile no. [protected] in which i was supposed to get 1gb data /day but i didn't get any of it instead i got 1gb data for 5 days that too also not working...
    I tried a lot to contact customer care but my call get disconnected after they say thankyou for calling in reliance customer care
    Please look toward this matter as soon as possible

Lekin abhi bi net nahi chal raha. Aap batao mai kya karun, last option ab court hi hai, bahut time waste kiya hai mere reliance care walon ne, mai phone kar raha hoon 15 din se aur aap log customer ko bebkuf samjate hain

          Dear concern,

          I would like to inform you that i want to convert my reliance mobile number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid connection. I am not getting any satisfactory response from customer care. I have visited the near by relaince communication store frequently but it was always closed.. My bill is generated every month regularly but i am not getting or allowed to use any of the services. No customer service to help or to resolve my query. I will take a print copy for my record and any future legal process.

          I have also dropped an email for the same before a week but no response.

          I want immediate acting on this.

            Sir / madam, we in the family holds reliance mobile numbers i. E. [protected] / [protected] and[protected] with post paid plans. I would like to inform you that this month's bill for all these numbers, the operator has on its own changed the plan and also made inclusion of advance rentals in the bill.
            Sir, the operator has barred the outgoing called of my mobile no.[protected], although i made payment of monthly bill leaving aside the advance amount.

            Sir, all these years we have been making payment every month without fail. However, it is very surprising to see the bill with advance rentals. I called the operator's customer care and appellate authority also. But they mentioned that i have to pay advance rentals and it will get adjusted next bill.

            Sir, i wish to inform you that to pay the advance rental, from where shall i get the advance money. Sir, i cannot make advance payment and such practice of advance was never occurred earlier for bill payment. Sir, your kind intervention is requested as when i talked to office of appellate authority of operator, one ms. Sunita stated that until you pay the advance, you cannot port your number to other operator also.

            Sir, i made the payments for the month leaving aside advance amount. Sir, this is totally not acceptable and the act of the operator forcibly imposing advance rentals in my all bills is incorrect.

            Nevertheless, due to above queries faced by the reliance franchise, the nearby reliance franchise shops have been kept closed by the franchise due to public threat / commotion. Sir, the operator's customer care lines are always busy and the representatives without talking in between put off the phone mentioning i am not heard.

              My name is gurmel and regular customer of reliance postpaid. I am using reliance since 8 months from delhi. Now, i have been shifted in himachal pradesh and wanna port my number and i am trying to port my number from last 15 days but unable to port. Although, i have paid full payment of bill. When i called reliance customer care, did not get proper answer of my query. So, i am requesting to you please help me to port my number as signal of reliance is very week over here and number of times my call rejected due to this.

                I am valued customer of reliance from about 1year, having fixed jalsa plan and getting fixed bill of 457 rs for this service.in the last month got bill of 947 rs and when i talked so many times with different customer care executive they accept that they have not given any intimation for new plan updation and directly charged 411rs extra as advance rental of plan updation they don't give any prior intimation for this plan and charged this advanced rental in this bill they are accepting this is a mistake but not ready to write complain.. Please resolve this issue.

                  sir my name is kiran kumar I am using reliance sim since 6 mouth when I call to any Bsnl number it shows some error and doesnot get connected when i call customer care also it show also it shows same error please solve this issue
                  Please see to it that my number [protected] is having serious network issues and no mobile data is working with this particular connection.

                    I am highly frustated. Even after submitting all documents my incoming and outgoing has been barred 4th time. I have been repeatedly visiting reliance service center but no one is helping me. I am really feeing so much regret for upgrading to 4g.
                    Once calls were active, then again in 4days withheld. I am really tired now.
                    When i visit center no one help me, when i contact customer care they ask to submit documents. They are just blaming one another but every 4th day the incomig is getting barred. I have so much important work and all important calls are getting missed

                      Im kavin. My mobile number is [protected]. When the sales person from reliance met me, i asked him a postpaid connection. He collected from me rs. 300 as deposit amount and activated the sim.1 year passed away and later i came to know that sim is a landline connection sim. When i went to the reliance nungambakkam mobile store @ chennai for disconnecting this number, they replied to pay the bill amount. When i suppose to pay my bill i asked to refund the deposited amount rs.300. But they said that they are not responsible for that, you should go and ask the sales person. I said that sim was activated by your reliance company and that sales person charged me by wearing your company identity card and you are cheating me. But there is no proper action. Hence finally i paid all my bills fully but still now i didnt get my disconnection status still now. They may be getting ready to generate next month bill and making to pay. So kindly please take proper action against reliance telecommunication.

                        On dated 5.7.2017, a fone call came to my mob no he said that i m speaking from reliance and asked me to get port my mob no in reliance. He said my name is sudhir. He also gave me one contact no - [protected] n whatapp me the name plan 4g lte reliance jalsa reloaded offer plan @ rs 399. He told me all ur call (Incoming /out going free) local or in roaming and 15 gb data will be provided. He asked his field runner to deliver sim card. He charged me rs 300/- and advised me it will be adjusted @ rs 100 in monthly rental. He provided me a slip written with reliance communications channel partner. Great india communication address : 169/3, 2nd floor govindpuri, new delhi 19. Now on[protected], my mob no got ported from airtel to reliance. Now with in 5 days a sms of bill of rs 448 is recd. I am very much surprised to see that how these people keep on cheating. Pls help me what should i do? Who is this sudhir and also a call was recd by me from a lady member from mob no - [protected]. Now when i asked her and told all the scam she said i left the reliance co.

                          I would like to inform you who can my plan change without my information. My monthly rental and plan are freedom 350. I received 1137 bill amount this month with another monthly rentle which i can not pay this much of amount. When i word with customer service they are disconnecting call now first agent and senior agent word with me. Once senior agent transfer call to escalation or manager he put me on hold and disconnected the call i tried to call again but tgen disconnecting my call after ivr and ring they answered and hangup. Is this the way to treat cuatomer. I send an email [protected]@relianceada.com but no reposnce from their side as well.

                          Is this the way to treat customer first hangup calls once he tried to contact second do not listen what i say just a single answer i received every time you have to pay. Finaly i have to say i do not want to pay this much of amount its fake. I am not going to wait till last date of payment ur service is great.

                            I have recharge rs.111 yesterday, today it has been reduce to 90 why they are deducting from my main balance. I have neither activate any service. Plz it's my request solve this problem as sson as possible. It's better you refund my number back. I hope you guys will not let me down. Please take some action please.                               I am using reliance postpaid connection from 2010. My plan is rs.249. Usually my bill ranges between 300 to 380 every month, but this month i have received rs.839 bill.

                              They have mentioned as rs.411+tax, as a advance monthly rental charges. I visited to reliance outlet, regarding the charges and they said i have to pay the same bill, but there is no clear information about this with them.

                              So, i decided to port to another company, but they said i need to pay rs.839 plus current charges. And they have changed the plan to rs.399 without informing us.

                              I had mailed this issue to [protected]@relianceada.com on 25-jul-2017, but i have not received any replay from them.

                                This is my reliance mobile no. [protected].
                                A postpaid connection with rental of rs 350 freedom plan.
                                But my last bill generated with rs.750 rental plan. I had not request to change the plan. But without my permission it has been changed.
                                When i called to customer care nobody gives my proper response and put my calls on hold or disconnect the my calls.

                                Yesterday i got a call on my no. And he said that he is calling form consumer dept. And ask me about my debit card details. Then i said to him to connect me on IVR then he disconnect the call.

                                  I cant send messages from my reliance prepaid no since one and half years. I am tired of requesting every officers of that company but all went in vein!!! No resolution till now!!! Whenever i am sending messages its showing 'error'. I have been complainig to higher authorities like nodal and appellate but no change could be found!!! Even the cust care no is closed yo me! How can i contact someone to solve my problem???

                                    I write this because, many time i complaint my number [protected] barred by reliance without my complaint or permission. I called reliance customer care on 28 july 2017 morning 10am around for balance deduction. After that i never called for any purpose but at 11:00 am july 20, 2017 by no. Barred. I complaint against it many where but nobody resolved it. Reliance customer executive forward me to reliance mobile store for solution & reliance mobile store executive told me that he has no any authority so he transferred again me to reliance customer care. This incident are going to passed 5 days. I am totally mentally disturbed because of i used my no. [protected] since 2006. 11 years passes i am regular user of this number. My everything every detail like bank account, aadhar card, professional life everywhere my this number registered. Facing too many problem couse of no outgoing call/message/net. Only incoming facility available.
                                    When trying reliance customer care my no. [protected] cant connect to executive but when trying another reliance no. Call connect to reliance executive. When i discussed about matter they told me call my no. [protected] then they unbarred my service. But how many times i explained them my no. Not connected to reliance customer care. Too disturbed with reliance behaviour.
                                    I attached conversion between mine & reliance store executive, they clearly told that they where not to do anything. I am mentally disturbed.

                                    i shailesh verma, From Raipur Chhattisgarh (India). i write this because i am completely harassed by reliance GSM. My number [protected] is barred by reliance without reason on 28 july, 2017 morning 11am. i never told or rise any complaint for barred my no. but they did. i complaint about it many where reliance customer care, reliance store, reliance social team, reliance gravience, everyone just passed matter one to another where.
                                    everybody told me call customer care at my no. [protected] then they unbar. But i clearly explained all of executive, my call from [protected] has not connect to reliance helpline 198 or [protected]. when i am trying another reliance no. or other companies no. call connect to executive but from no. not connect. so how i will, this incident going to passed 7 days. i used this no. since 2006 regular user. facing many problem by this incident. reliance grievance executive told me wait some time then your call connect to reliance customer care 198, but going too many days problem remain same. reliance social executive told me give some time they will resolved problem but problem same. facing such issues continuously.
                                    what can i do? everyone did this just wait or passed there where.
                                    harassing me. in my no. only incoming facility, all facility not worked, my banking related work, my professional work all is stopped. because of my every personal professional things provided my no. [protected].
                                    what can i do. everything possible i do.
                                    please resolved it. and unbar my no. so i can mentally relaxed. at present i am mentally disturbed by reliance gsm.

                                      I ported my number from vodafone to reliance. I got a call from this number [protected]. This number was from reliance. A guy name sumit gave me a plan in rs 299.in which he told me that 15 gb data and incoming outgoing will be free all india for one month cycle.
                                      But now after one gb data under this plan they are charging 50/p per mb for net data. And now i chcekd my plan and i came to know that they gave me plan retention_499.

                                      I am trying to reach customer care but not able to connect.
