incoming and outgoing withheld 4th time

I am highly frustated. Even after submitting all documents my incoming and outgoing has been barred 4th time. I have been repeatedly visiting reliance service center but no one is helping me. I am really feeing so much regret for upgrading to 4g.

I have recharge rs.111 yesterday, today it has been reduce to 90 why they are deducting from my main balance. I have neither activate any service. reliance postpaid excess bill

I am using reliance postpaid connection from 2010. My plan is rs.249. Usually my bill ranges between 300 to 380 every month, but this month i have received rs.839 bill.

They have mentioned as rs.411+tax, as a advance monthly rental charges. I visited to reliance outlet, regarding the charges and they said i have to pay the same bill, but there is no clear information about this with them.

I cant send messages from my reliance prepaid no since one and half years. I am tired of requesting every officers of that company but all went in vein!!! No resolution till now!!! Customer care service not working.

I want to discontinue my reliance broadband service. I have tried to call customer care multiple times waited for 40-45 minutes each times yet no one picking up call. Tried recharging talktime rs. 125/- on 21st july'17 via online, however amount got debited from my kotak bank a/c, but the recharge was not done. After contacting reliance customer care, i was told that payment not received from kotak. But on contacting kotak, they confirmed that reliance has received amount with transaction ref# m[protected], however recharge not done against same.
