Dear sir,

I have tried to port out my rcom number [protected] gujarat into jio. I have tried 3 times and every time it has been rejected for wrong donor.
Rcom says it has not recd any request to port out. This is surprising as i have ported from airtel and vodafone into jio and they have gone smoothly except rcom.
This company rcom is not letting me port out my number. Please advise where to file a complaint against rcom

      My complaint is not resolved against network problem. When I contact d customercare they don't know, and they have to do nothing. And their opinion is porting out. Nice resolvation. All of them cheating with fraud excuses.

        My mob no is [protected] and sir i m fed up o[censored]r services yesterday the balance of rs 73 has been deducted from my ac and it is showing - 4 rs as ramaing balance i complained to cumsmer care service and my complain no[protected] more than 24 hours hass happend but no action has been taken. And also there is no data balance in my ac but i did the recharge if rs 93 for 1 gb per day but there is no data balance left now. Plzz pay may balance back

          Sir my reliance number is [protected]. I recharged with rs 156 on 27/07/27.
          This recharge gives me 10 gb 3g data for one month. But when i used 700mb data, my internet is stopped when i checked my data balance it shows 00.00mb. Why? I tried to call customer care number but it never connected to your customer care service. Please give my remaining data balance.

            Dear sir,

            Mobile no: [protected] plan freedom 350

            I am having above mobile (Gsm) no [protected] with the freedom 350 plan.

            Since last two days i am receiveing sms for billing of rs. 885/- with intimation that
            "your tarriff paln is jalasaunltd_399.",

            I do not understand without my consent / confirmation how my plan has been
            Changed from freedom 350 to jalasaunltd_399..

            Inspite repeated calls to your call centre on *222, not getting satisfactory reply.
            "it was replied that without your consent back office has changed the plan"
            (The phone calls to *222 are recorded with us)


            Inspite of my repeated request to call centre, they are not revising the bill, and
            Forcing me to pay the bill of increased new plan tarriff bill i. E. Of 885/-.. (The
            Phone calls to *222 are recorded with me)

            I say that without my consent how can you change the plan and raise the bill..???
            I have not given any consent...

            Kindly send the revised bill, other wise matter will be referred to "trai" and
            Consumer redressal forum (Court) at your cost and consequences...

              My mobile number is [protected] of r.com. Reliance communication deducted rs.5/- from the main balance without any cause on many occasion in one month and till now rs.40/- deducted from my mobile balance.
              This is the unfair practice of r.com. Though no service is activated. And when i am trying to find out the reason from website from my account their is no transaction details available on rcom website in my account service.

                Sir last 22 july i am complaint in your complaint dest againest my complaint than ii got a messege on 29th july that you have been subscribed to hdygoddosti - sub 07 for 7days. And my 07rs has been deducted from main balance.
                This is fraud by reliance. I have not subscribed any survices.
                When i called customer care first time they told that server is down, please call after 2 hours. And then after i am unable to customer care. I got reply that please use self care services. I have tried daily to call but always got same reply to use self care services.
                This is intentionaly fraud made by reliance communication.
                Please help and refund my money. Reliance communication must be panalised for theire fraud activities. Sir my last service request number is[protected]

                  मै आपना सिम को पोर्ट के लिए request किया था तो बिना जानकारी के प्लेन चेंज कर दिया
                  जैसे मेरा मोबइल [protected] प्लान 299 का प्लान में 412आया और मेरे द्वारा 600 भुगतान भी किया गया और इसमें बिना जानकारी के 999 का प्लान जोड़ के 1411 भुगतान करने बोल रहा है और अभी 870 भुगतान करने बोल रहा है और रिलायंस कस्टमर केयर से कोई सहायता नहीं मिला और मेरा सिम बंद कर दिया गया

                  मेरे समस्या का हल नहीं हुआ है और मेरा फ़ोन का आउट गोइंग बंद कर दिया है 1 सप्ताह होने वाला है ये रिलायंस कम्पनी अब तो मेरे फ़ोन का नेटवर्क भी बंद कर देता है जिससे मेरा फोन का सही से उपयोग नहीं कर पा रहा हु
                  इसकारण ये है कि 870 भुगतान करो उसके बाद आपना सिम port कर लो बोलता है जो कि में उपयोग किया नहीं उस राशी का भुगतान में क्यों करू और बार बार पैसा के लिए फोन किया जाता है और सर्विस के ले लिए कोई उत्तर नहीं मिलता
                  आपसे निवेदन है कि जो कि मेरे साथ गलत हो रहा और अन्य रिलायंस कस्टमर के साथ ऐसा धोखा हो रहा है

                    I requested for number porting, so got call from customer care and she insisted to continue with reliance and assure that they will resolve network problem and in same plan they will provide add on 4g service. But now they are asking for 4 month advance and worst case they discontinued outgoing services.
                    I have called customer care and ask them for reason they just keep my call on hold and disconnect after 45 minutes. It's happens 5 times.
                    I don't want to continue with reliance as advance rental services but they are forcing to pay advance for which i have not user services yet. It is purely harassment.

                    Then got call from social media team they said visit to your nearest store and change your plan from advance rental (Which is activated by rcom team without any intimations) so visited store and they refuse to do the same replying it is done by customer care team then please contact again to customer care. It's just like you're passing ball from one to another in between customer is get suffered.

                        Under instruction from and on behalf of rcom having its office at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, kondhwa, pune 411 048

                        1. Rcom is in the business of providing telephone/data card service, and you have availed the services, from rcom signing the caf form hereinafter referred to as “the agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by rcom and availed by you from time to time.

                        2. Rcom further states that as per the running account maintained by rcom total principal amount of rs.1128/- is outstanding against your, caf no:-[protected] rcom herein has inform time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.

                        3. Rcom states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by rcom you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which rcom is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate legal proceeding against you.

                        4.in view of and under the circumstances stated hereinbefore, rcom do hereby call upon you to make payment of the said sum of rs. 1128/- only together with all further interests that will accrue due thereon till date of payment by you to me within three (1) day from the date of receipt hereof, or else be present at our office on 29thjuly, 2017 at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, pune 411040 contact person r j shaikh [protected] e-mail:-rcom.                           Sir my no [protected] had been a wrong balance deduction of rs 21 along service activated anchalvideowsub by system mistake on 18.07.2017, i tried to communicate your executives regarding this bt due to some technical issues in your system till 8_10 days, i couldn't disscussed it to rcom.. I had deactivated this service on 20.07 and also noted to u within 24 hrs on consumercomplaints.in from the time on which service was activated to my no. Bt couldn't got solution regarding complaint till now.
                          So sir plz pay attention on this complaint noted to you second time and assist me by refund of balance rs 21,, one of this type service shemmoviesub60 was also activated by mistakenly along wrong balance deduction of rs 60 before 4 months and i was attended with a call back assistance nd refund of balance which was wrong charged.

                            Sir i have previously on 21st of july complained about connection not working via email with full details of my complain on customer care at email id: [protected]@relianceada.com and since then also no action have been taken from their end to resolve the issue

                            Today i. E., on 29th july when i called customer care to know the status of complain the representative says that it has been resolved from their end on 26th july but i can tell you that nothing has been done on my address about the connection

                            My connection is still dead

                            On today's call when i requested her to take another complain about that the representative disconnected my call from their end

                            My previous complaint no.:[protected] was of dated 19th july at 20:58 hrs

                            After that i received another system generated complain no.:[protected] on 27th july at 15:34 hrs which i have not lodged and next day i received message that complaint has been resolved

                            My latest complain no:[protected] on 29th july at 15:12 hrs

                            I request you to if you can please make my connection in working so that i can move forward with working condition connection

                            No reply from reliance communications for complaint not on calls, not via emails, etc then why to keep such type of service

                            today at 11.40 am i have received a message from 52811 that SR No.[protected] has been processed
                            but my connection is still dead.

                            today because of that i have to complain again

                            latest complain no is
                            SR No.[protected] on 2-8-17 at 13.26 hrs

                            i also received a call from[protected] and the executive from that side says that their technician is not allowed to enter our society premises but this is not correct at all because when i asked the management about that then i got the answer that the matter has been resolved between the premises management and the reliance communication about the issue and after that only rest all connections have been started

                            i request you i[censored] can make my connection start then please do that
                            and if it is not posiible for you then please answer me about that

                              My name is ravikumar g used the reliance net-connect 3g dongle ([protected]) of reliance communications from july-2012 to may-2016. I had called the customer care of net-connect and informed them to disconnect my net-connect on 28-may-2016 with immediate effect, ie, saturday.

                              Inspite of many times informing them to disconnect my connection over phone they failed to do it because they will loose my monthly bill. Later in june-2016 i have started receiving the calls that i shall migrate to 4g and shall deposit rs 1000 to get new 4g-device and the existing device will not work from june-2016 end. I was not interested in migrating to new plan so i didn't go for it.

                              June-2016 month bill also i received for rs 1149 on[protected] even though i didn't used it. Then i called netconnect customer care asked about why it is billed to me. They says since the dongle is active during this period it is billed to me. But i never used in the month of june as i have already asked them to disconnect and also reliance started deploying 4g and 3g devices were not working. Many times during the month of june and july beginning i received the many calls from reliance communications customer care for payment of rs 1149 for june month.

                              Since i received threatening call from reliance i paid the same on 05-july-2016 (I do have proof of the same as i pay online). Again from august i am receiving bill receipt of rs 1149 (For july), september rs 1779 (For august) and october, november -2016 as rs1916. Also i received the calls threatening that they go for legal action if i do not pay pending due rs 1916.

                              They already know that i do not wish to continue for 4g and paid my last due for 3g dongle even though i didn't used for the month of june-2016 in july.

                              How can they (Reliance communications) can send me bills when they deployed the 4g and i had 3g dongle that doesn't work on 4g?

                              I keep receiving the threatening messages (Sms, e-mails) that i had to pay a due of rs 1700. We can clearly see that they are cheating and threatening here with different amounts (In mail they said rs 1916 till october 2016) now in sms they say rs1700. Why this discrepancy in amount first of all?

                              I had even received a message on[protected]:30 am saying "i shall go to lok adalat ballery court for legal action of section 406 and 415 ipc by 10:00am today".

                              Why should i go to lok adalat?
                              Is it their offer to me for being a loyal customer for almost 4 years and paid the dues on time?

                              How can a person go to court by 10:00am if message received 11:00am?
                              It shows their cheating business tactics clearly.

                              I do had few friends that had the same problem. Even though we inform them to disconnect the connection a month prior they don't do it and had started threatening calls to pay.

                              Attached is the screenshot of the payments i made during the entire usage tenure.

                              Please help me in getting rid of this problem.

                              Reliance Communications already had my mobile number. I don't use any other numbers.
                              It is shame to their business doing these kind of threatening calls and messages.

                              If I am not loyal customer I will not wait for these many months patiently. I really don't want to go Reliance Communications directly or indirectly during my life again.

                              Rs 1700 is nothing for me if I used their dongle for the period they claim in the bill.It will be bad reputation to their business only.

                                I am bhushan karkar using [protected] no. From more than 2 yrs with 275 rs monthly rental plan, as i requested port request and clear all dues on 19th july 17 but these time they send me bill with 599 plan which is 1122 rs.
                                As per my conversation with customer care executive my existing plan was changed without my confirmation and for that they charged some advanced amount.
                                It was done purposely as i am trying to do port to another service provider.

                                    No the whole amount is approx of rs 500 which supposed to be refunded. Plz check again. Please explain me why did the money was deducted again from the main balance. This is so disappointing.
                                    With ref to service request no.[protected] i had logged a complain regarding the deduction of money from the main bal for internet usage. I had recharged rs 200 on 24th jul 2017. Then again i had to recharge rs 300 on 25th jul 2017. My net pack was activated of rs 348 in which i was supposed to get 1 gb everyday for 28 days. On 26th jul 2017 the deducted bal was returned to me then again it was deducted the very next day. I have even mailed you people regarding the same but no action was taken. Again i had complained on 28th jul 2017 with ref[protected]. They are saying they dont have any information regarding the things 2 days back. Iam really pissed off with this service. I think i should discontinue it.

                                      I krishan kumar is a costumer of your company having number [protected]. Using this number from last 5 years in roaming area. I had a plan 239 special roaming plan but reliance company changed my plan from 239 to 199 jalsa plan which is not beneficial for me. Even then they did not inform me about the changing plan. By this matter, this time my bill was hike and i am not able to pay this bill amount. I called so many times to your executive but they did not resolve my problems. I wrote three times to your app but they also not solve my problem.
                                      I request you to change my plan as before and adjust my bill according to old plan otherwise i will complaint to consumer court and send you a notice by court
