1. Getting excess bill rs 255 @vas, may service preactivated in sim.
2. Tollfree, cus. Care. Live chat not responding... Even tried 15-20 times and 20 min long but no services exec. Person picked the call... And disconnect
3. Irritating
4. 198 even not picking till 20-25 mins.. And get auto silent..
5. Required correction the bill so that i made payment earliest.

    Some tele-marketing representative named suchana mob no [protected] offered me a post paid plan 399/- with 15 gb data and 800 minute call. But after porting my no they given me 6 gb data. And not responding call. Now for keeping the number active i have to pay the bill for at least 3 month. I have talked with the customer care. But nothing will happen. Reliance has nothing to do. Please be alert.

      My mobile number is [protected]. I want to book a complain against the company since they have added advance payment in my bill kindly please see to the matter. We wont be paying the extra amount since there was so notice or any kind of application of change in plan. The company has changed itself. Please send me the fresh bill we the revised amount as per my old plan. Otherwise we wont pay the amount with the advance payment. My complaining booking id is[protected].

        Hi,

        My number is [protected], rcom. I am using this no from a year. I have recently changed my circle from delhi to chennai for same no, same service same plan with rcom. Relience store manager in vellacherry said that my number got ported in chennai circle on 27-june-17. I am using my new sim for same number got from chennai reliance store. On 22-jul-17 i got bill of 1150.98 inr. Generally i used to get bill of 600 inr every month with high usage. This time i didn't used this number much. Then how come it comes this much. Plus when i do login in insta care, it shows details of my delhi circle. When i went to the reliance store, they said we can not help you on 24-jul-17 as invoice has not been generated. I filled complain every where, but reliance people are not answering properly. I need to solve this. I need same plan of 499 as previous with similar services in chennai circle and i need refund of my last 2 bills.

        I got a call from mr. Rahul from consumer care, he don, t know how to talk to a lady, he was talking to me with vulgarity. He has cancelled my complaint saying that"he dont want to resolve it". He was not talking properly and respectfully with a lady. Kindly support or else i will go in court for service and for mr. Rahul's vulgarity. He called me from [protected] number.

        I again got a call from gurgaon, new delhi from [protected] from mr. Agarwal. He is saying that he is ready to pay me my refund. Then he asked my bank detail, debit card number and expiry date etc. I gave debit card number (Not correct one), he initiated the transaction and sent me the otp (According to him). Then he was asking for otp so that they can grab my money. Then he was asking for the name of bank i am using and expiry date of the card. When i didn't share the detail he told me that if you will not give me the otp, i can not return your money. He thinks i am illiterate. He said he is rejecting my complain.

            Hi,

            I have been getting calls from reliance team for bill payment while i do not even have their connection since 2 months. I had been using there broadband service for over 6 years and during the installation process i deposited a security money as well.

            My connection was discontinued on 11th june, 2017. I do have a notification with me which states my complaint for disconnection has been processed. Now, they are harassing me to pay 2 months pending bill i. E for june 2017 & july 2017.

            I haven't even received back my security money. I am even ready to settle the dues (If any) as per my billing cycle against my security money but they are not listening to my requests. They are instead threatening me to pay the bill which i do not even owe.

            Please advise.

My number [protected] is barred by reliance without reason on 28 july, 2017 morning 11am. i never told or rise any complaint for barred my no. but they did. i complaint about it many where reliance customer care, reliance store, reliance social team, reliance gravience, everyone just passed matter one to another where.
              everybody told me call customer care at my no. [protected] then they unbar. But i clearly explained all of executive, my call from [protected] has not connect to reliance helpline 198 or [protected]. when i am trying another reliance no. or other companies no. call connect to executive but from no. not connect. so how i will, this incident going to passed 7 days. i used this no. since 2006 regular user. facing many problem by this incident. reliance grievance executive told me wait some time then your call connect to reliance customer care 198, but going too many days problem remain same. reliance social executive told me give some time they will resolved problem but problem same. facing such issues continuously. i have every conversation record.
              what can i do? everyone did this just wait or passed there where.
              harassing me. in my no. only incoming facility, all facility not worked, my banking related work, my professional work all is stopped. because of my every personal professional things provided my no. [protected].
              what can i do. everything possible i do.
              please resolved it. and unbar my no. so i can mentally relaxed. at present i am mentally disturbed by reliance gsm.

                  I ve taken one walky from dealer who had taken 2000+2000 plus gst for walky set & special no ([protected]) for my shop at gd 151 saltlake city sector 3, kolkata - 700106..

                  From the day of activation the same is not working beside door & working outside the door where distance between those area only 8 ft.. Might its indoor coverage issue as per technical terms..

                  Registered complaints 3 times from call center where time taken averg of 27-30 min every call and when i asked to give ph to senior they cut the line.
                  Every sr closed without resolution without my confirmation... Nothing changed from the day... No one visit or called...

                  Not funny part is that reliance sent bills and more over barred my line..

                  I ve mailed to local cto but after that one person visited and assure for resolution but still nothing happened...

                  This kind of service need to be stopped or company need to be shutdown from govt... Or if this only for kolkata then these set of staffs need to be replaced asap...

                  This company same like cheat fund company... Req authority to investigate and take necessaries actions..

                  Though from Reliance we got call but still issue not resolved and its open without any ETR. also they are asking to pay the bill where as we could not use the same after activation date only. even I ve loss a huge business loss due to this. also from reliance team they are forcing me to pay the bill which is pathetic communication & unethical.. they raised another SR[protected] on the basis on the same.

                    In july 2017 itself, i have faced the problem many times and got the amount waived after complaining the issue with reminders.

                    Last credit was given on 31/07/2017 and to my utter surprise what i found that again on 03/08/2017 my account was debited by rs 3/- (Three only)

                    What my feelings is that we need not to search beggars on road.

                    The shameless beggars are sitting in front o[censored]s in the top faces of india.

                    Dhirubhai ambani's son being a billionaire begging for rs. 1, 2, 3, 5, etc.

                    Come forward for begging or else refund the amount back in my account.

                      My phone number is [protected] unnecessarily it's showing roaming and deducting charges accordingly.
                      I have recharged pack rs. 97/- and still charging rs. 1.20/min instead of 20p/min. I have charged data pack rs. 157, 700 mb, got the balance also for 14 days. But internet not working. Pls resolve both the issue and extend the validity period. I have made many co. Plaints, but no solution. Lastly i will change the operator & will go to consumer forum.
                      And i have paid a good amount with no fault of mine. It's quite weird thing to happen. I have tried several times to talk to reliance customer care but i don't understand why even they call it customer care when either it's difficult to reach them or there phone is busy. Kindly fix the problem.

                        Sir i thanks have already sent you many mails regarding my case but you can't reply me and don't want to solve my problem instead disconnected my broadband connection also... I have terminated my landline phone in march month and gave the request to change my plan from 799 to 699 at that time and again requested to change the plan many times..                           I had purchased a reliance 3 g sim, which i had inserted in my smartphone and tower signals were visible, but after a few moment, it disappeared and didn't came, and accidentally my phone also created some technical problems, for which i had to take it to the service centre for repair, but after some days when i got my phone back and inserted the sim again, there was no connection, when i complained to the reliance store they said the sim got dead, kindly restore my sim, the no.                               Hi reliance team,

                              My name is sarfaraj md. I've three reliance connection one post paid ([protected]) and two prepaid ([protected] & [protected]).
                              My permanent address is nandigram, east medinipur, pin-721631. From nandigram bus stop to my home distance is 2.5km. Since last 2 months there is no signal from reliance and sometime it came just for 1 sec. Now i'm suffering lot because of signal issue.

                              In this situation i don't want to port the nos. Please increase the signal power.

                                my name is aniket dattu dhumal, i am ur postpaid customer,

                                I regullarly paid my payment by cash or credit card.
                                One day 29 june 2017 on thursday i got a message by relaince.
                                "15gb free data for a month espicially for you.Pay your postpaid bill now via http://bit.Ly/2rknljr and enjoy benifits" all mention in will send image.

                                I paid my bill by credit card. But after some days my net connection was turn off by reliance com. Till today.
                                Then i called our customer care no. And told that all about things.
                                But the customer care person who told mi that, "this offer is not allow to our sysytem, so u ignore that."

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, My Post Paid with Reliance Communication Mob.No.[protected]. From June-17 onwards, they (Reliance) have changed my plan to Rs.299 and have raised a bill of Rs.1295.15 paise unilaterally.

                                  I have made 14 reminders to their Karnataka appellate authority regarding the same but my plea has fallen on a deaf ear and as an ordinary citizen I have been bullied by the above corporate 'GIANT' by disallowing my 'Out ward calls and even my incoming calls and SMS disconnected since August-17.

                                  Eventhough I am their customer since more than a decade and a 'Prompt bill pay master' without a single day delay and mostly advance bill payer have been treated in a most 'Disrespectful and deceptive' manner.

                                  Kindly do the needful and help me to get the 'damages' as well as my phone connectivity with due apologies for 'Harassing mentally and troubling in my social and work connectivity by taking undue advantage of the 'Spectrum and approval of the Govt. by promising to provide a 'Genuine' service to the citizen of this country among whom I am one (R.K.Laxman's 'Common Man')

                                    I am using a reliance sim from last 2 year.. Bt the unknown person was call in reliance and take my call log from reliance. Nw i am stop the complaint for call log. But i want delet my call logs from reliance so that in future no one can take my call log from reliance. Please do not give my call log detail to any. Please take the action as early as possible

                                      From the very beginning (Dec-2011) RELIANCE has been charging excessively. Its agent had visited my house requesting my favour to subscribe another number, although I was already using one RELIANCE NUMBER with which I was totally disappointed, because of frequent disruption midway through a call. Many well-wishers had advised me to throw away the RELIANCE SIM to the dust-bin, because of its unethical practices to the level of cheating innocent subscribers. Yet when the agent nearly touched my feet I obliged him by taking another number (as above). This was supposed to be a Rs.149 Post-Paid plan on a CDMA device, without any VALUE-ADDED SERVICE. And I started receiving bill of around 180-190 including Service Tax. So far so good. Seldom any calls were made from this second device for the first 6 months.

                                      But soon its intention became clear. Its service began to deteriorate. Call disruption was frequent, and billing went on increasing, although calls never exceeded 50 minutes talk time in a monthly cycle, it began charging on FLIMSY value-added service without obtaining written consent from me. Within a year billing rose to nearly Rs. 300. It still was so up to May-2017.

                                      In Jul-17, they suddenly billed around 840+, showing a month's advance charges, knowing fully that it is ILLEGAL, because TELECOMMUNICATION Company can collect in advance only in PRE-PAID CONNECTIONS. Apparently, the purpose is two-fold.
                                      (A) To bind the fleeing customer by collecting illegally advance amount.
                                      (B) To amass as much money as possible and dump the money in foreign accounts, before Courts declare the Company as BANKRUPT. The management know their Company has no future, so this is the last effort to ditch the Indian public.

                                      As a telecommunication Company, it never looked like a professionally managed business entity from the very beginning. It is known for the following manipulative practices -

                                      1) In the name of Customer Care (Support) it has unskilled / unprofessional staff who cannot be accessed in 9 out of 10 attempts, and for that you may have to wait a horrific 30 minutes or more on a call. They are expert in draining out your patience so that you are forced to withdraw in a huff and never raise any SERVICE REQUEST, as is required under the rules made by T.R.A.I.
                                      Customers (most of them don’t have the time, patience or skill) have no option but to send their grievances through an E-mail at the address available in their monthly Bills. But here too, the Company has started ignoring the mailed complaints, threatening customers that they have NOT MADE COMPLAINTS PROPERLY at all, and hence they are BOUND BY AGREEMENT TO PAY TILL ETERNITY whether you get the service or not.

                                      2) Its manipulative practices are the best in the criminal world. It does not provide you with the record of discussion and agreements, if any, arrived at in a telephonic conversation. So, by simply dialling you, it shows that you have consented to a higher CASH paying plan, without your knowledge. Moreover, Pre-paid or Post-paid, it comes out with big plans (stealing from the brochures of other telecommunication companies) but it does not have the technical infrastructure to offer what it promises, and dupes the customers of their hard-earned money.

                                      3) Its record of accepting PORT OUT in Post-Paid Plans, is ridden with controversies. Once you are in its grip, it will violate all T.R.A.I. Rules to forcefully retain you to its fold. It will offer all excuses, even when it owes money to the customer, it will show vice versa, and WILL NOT ACCEPT PORT OUT. Even migration from POST-PAID to PRE-PAID is seldom allowed. There are numerous instances of cheating by the company on this score too. I am one such victim. Although, I have learnt from my mistakes, and have alerted all my contacts that I may leave the Reliance fold any moment, be prepared for that.

                                      4) Its network strength is one of the poorest in the country. Except Metropolitan cities, and their suburbs, it has less than 50% coverage in the rural India, which they never agree. For example, it has no (or poor) network in UTTARAKHAND, J&K, North Eastern States (including North Bengal, Sikkim). Its internet service / speed is also the worst among the lot.

                                      5) Its Grievance redressing system is infested with duping the public. It will simply act or respond publicly (specially in public domain) as if it is working out amicably on all complaints and resolving complaints, but in fact, it has no intention or infrastructure to serve or attend the aggrieved public.

                                      6) Of late it has started hiring criminals, for threatening disgruntled customers leaving its services, with fake legal prosecutions. They are threatening over phone with dire consequences. For this purpose, as per reports, they have even enlisted the favour of some local police force, in some notorious belts, on commission sharing basis. That's why I have not disclosed my Phone number, although I am prepared for any threat from Company's hoodlum force. There are thousands o[censored]nresolved grievances pouring from various websites.

                                      Therefore, I have decided to launch a CRIMINAL proceeding against the Company, before its Management tries to flee the country with the booty.

                                      Let's hope to stop this trend of victimising public, who have suffered financially, psychologically, socially, etc. in the name of telecommunication service.

                                        I had main balance and data balance in my account. I use to surf internet regularly from my data balance. On 1st august, 2017 i found that my main balance (Rs.47) becomame zero and some data balance remain in my account. I have contacted reliance customer care on 1st august, 2017 at 10:45pm. The concern executive assured me to refund the deducted main balance to me within 48 hours, but the executive has not provided any complaint number to me though i insist for the complaint number. The next day on 2nd august, 2017 at 06:43pm again i contact reliance customer care, i talked to dipti debnath. As per dipti debnath (Reliance customer care executive) i have not contacted reliance customer care on 1st august, 2017. She said there is no calls from me to reliance customer care on 1st august, 2017. She also denied to give any complain no (Recorded the conversation is availble on my phone). But as per reliance customer care executives the calls from any customer is recorded in their database. How they deny my call records. After the last call to reliance customer care, i have tried several times to contact reliance customer care i could not connect to reliance customer care. They are not attaining my calls because they identified that they have to refund the balance to me.
