Hi there,

I am on advance rental plan.
My bill was generated on 23rd december, 2016.
Bill was for 24th december 2016 to 23rd june, 2017. It’s an advance payment of 3209.64 inr.

My internet was closed for many days during the previous term for which i had paid in advance. So i got several calls from their side asking to pay the bill. I asked for refund. The guy with whom i talked for the last said me “company has accepted my refund request. And now i have to pay only 2846 instead of 3209.64 “. To this point i agreed. I asked for written proof. And that guy has sent me the mail. I have that mail with me.

The guy mailed me on 8th february. I paid the amount on 11th february, 2017. Still services were discontinued. So i called them, and they said that my account got deactivated on 7th february. If the account got deactivated, why you do call and send mails to me after that and ask for payments?

They said, as an account is deactivated, now there is no chance of continuing service. I will get my money refunded via cheque within 45 to 60 days. (As per company policy). I agreed to the same as well. According to my calculations, i should get the cheque by 8th april. But i didn’t. So i checked with them, they said cheque is not credited by company yet. Company is in loss, mumbai headquarter is not refunding any amounts as of now. It will take some time. I thought to wait. This took so long that i am writing this to you on today 29th july, 2017. Still i haven’t received any cheque. During this period, i have gone through so many calls and many visits to the company quarter at ahmedabad. Every time they gave a commitment, and none of them got fulfilled by them.

The guy with whom i talked at reliance broadband, ahmedabad center said, it will be given to me latest by 15th july, 2017. Still it is not given. Now i am calling him, he’s not receiving. Even none of the number from company (Ahmedabad center) is reachable. It says “the number you’re trying to reach is currently switched off”.

Now, i tried customer care as well, they said no userid exists with the same number.

I don’t know what should i do? Visit the mumbai quarter?

    In this connection it is intimated that the relience post paid net plan was purchased by regional office, haryana state pollution control board, regional office, opposite civil hospital, sonepat during year 2012-13. The regular payments were being paid by department. The relience no was [protected]. I transferred from the said office during year 2013 and plan still continuing. Now the notices for payment are being recieved on my mobile no for payment of pending rs 1404. This was official plan and hence you are requested to issue the bill on the name of regional office, haryana state pollution control board, regional office, opposite civil hospital, sonepat and the email id is — [protected]@gmail.com as i had already transferred from that office since long back and not send any notice/message on my mob no [protected] please. Shailender arora.,, on 23.07.17 i made payment through paytm to sh umesh yadav mob no [protected] received through this site as he contacted and asked to make payment on this mob no. But since till date the messages are being received through relience for making payment. This shows the payment of rs 1404 /- i had made on 23.07.17 not made to relience till date. Pl do needful.

      I have been trying to contact reliance for disconnection of my service as we are leaving the country. It has been one week that i am trying to call the customer service no. Annoyingly i am being kept on hold for 7 seven mins and still there is no response. Post this i have emailed on '[protected]@relianceada.com'. However, there is no response on that too.

      My subscriber id is[protected]. And i have been billed for the months aug-oct which i am not going to pay.

      I got a call from your customer service executive saying that he can only help to guide the process. The process being a) Pls call the customer service no or b) pls email on the official id.
      I tried explaining him that i am doing both since a week but there is no response, that is why I escalated. BUT He only kept on repeating the same thing (keep trying the no) saying that this is the only authority he has and cannot help me further.

      ASTOUNDING RESPONSE!!! SALUTE TO YOUR CUSTOMER SEVICE!!

        I (N nookararaju) have a post paid connection in your network. There is a aproblem for your network authority. I need to change my mobile network for other company, in this process i send the message for port, your telecaller talking to me for this issue, and change my mobile bill plan, but with out explain bill plan details for me, and with out confirmation how to change my bill plan. At present my mobile bill was generated for new plan. Why should i pay the mobile bill. Please solved my problem.

              My plan was changed without informing and company refusing to refund money. False assurance given by payel that money will be refunded. Servers are always down and we are told to call after 2 hrs and this happens a lot of times. Also do not connect to senior executives for a lot of time. Finally have raised a request again for account closing. Again money will be refunded only after 60 days and this money was charged without even having the courtesy of asking. Overall bad service and lack of integrity.

                I have recharged rs-32/- on 26/07/2017 but this balance is not included in my main balance & it’s still showing rs-6.20.
                Further, i had recharged rs-30/- on 23/5/17 but approx. Rs. 10 had been deducted from my balance, why? Before that also my balance became zero & i have no idea why this amount is deducted from my balance.
                Please provide your customer care executive contact numbers as, i had tried all your toll free numbers but there are no option provided to contact them.

                        In this both number the plan is 0 rental activated but last month without inform me the plan is converted of rs 199.in this action i complain in customer care the complain number is[protected] for this nu [protected] and[protected] for this nu. [protected]. Customer care executive has been saying that your problem is solved in 72 hrs. Also same complaint have registered in national consumer help line and complaint number is 367435. Please note that still i have facing same problem please check it and do the needful.

                        Please solve this matter as soon as possible other wise i will not pay the bill and no late payment fess.
                        I have also recording which is reliance also approve this plan will change by reliance.

                            Today i posted against reliance gsm service, because of they always deducted my main account balance till april to july. Last night they again do it, have already net plan but deduct my balance & create 0. Morning i'll complaint, the executive not write my complaint forward call to senior executive mr. Kamal he also not write up. They mentally harassed me.
                            Now my no. [protected] is barred. No outgoing no internet no message plan work. Without any reason company barred my number.
                            I am regular user of this no. Since 2006. This behavior of company too worst. I have doubt mr. Kamal, senior executive who do this, because of nobody will do or complaint against my number.
                            Also customer executive not respond to their helpline no 198 or [protected]. When going to transfer call to executive call disconnected.

                              I am having plan of rs. 501 for 100 days reliance to reliance unlimited and free 3600 minutes for other network.

                              Recharge of rs. 150 on 17 july and within 10 days rupees 72 have been deducted from my main balance of rupees 150 that is about 500 minutes per min rate of 15 paisa, which is abnormal and excessive amount as i haven't made calls about 500 minutes within 10 days same may be checked by providing details of calls and refunded the excess amount by adding to my main balance with intimation to me soon otherwise i will port.

                                Sir/mam my phone no. Is [protected] and i have been suffering from this problem of balnce deduction due to unauthorised activation of vas services every time i rechange my account, it deducts the money from my account on regard of some or other activation service which i have never even subscribed this time it has cost me rs.10. I am feeling sick of this problem coz i am a student and from my pocket money whenever i recharges my phone it always reduces my account balance to 0. Its a serious problem sir plzz help me. Give me a permanent solution this time. Plzz hlp and i want my money back so plzz refund me!!

                                  We received a bill of 617 for last month. Usually it will be in the order of rs 250 to 270. This include, next month advance rental payment of rs 299 + gst for the last month and advance.

                                  Issue:
                                  1. Our subscription plan is rs 199 month till date. Our phone is simple one, no internet connection is possible, neither needed. We have not requested or authorised any plan change.
                                  2. Reliance changed the plan by themselves to rs 299. It is considered as a fraud.
                                  3. Being postpaid, advance charge for the next month rental is meaningless, neither ant announcement in advance to this effect by media or to us. So this is considered as another fraud.

                                  Overall 2 changed without knowledge took the bill amount from rs 270 to rs 617.

                                  We requested through sr #[protected] to withdraw the changes and regenerate the bill for payment. But they behave funny and closing the srs without letting us know the feedback. This is merely blackmailing the customer.

                                  Today (29/7/17) we received a SMS which states that "Requested plan has been changed to Retention_299+ 6GBUL W.E.F[protected]".

                                  We don't know or accept any plan other than 199 for this number. This is our requirement as of now. We will pay once this is done and close our subscription due to foolishness and bullyisam by Reliance.

                                  The following revised text in email form is sent to rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com as the escalation as per TRAI procedure.

                                  Overall 2 changes without our knowledge or consent took the bill amount from Rs 270 to Rs 617.

                                  Since the above SR was closed by Reliance without proper feedback to me, I have created another SR for same on 28/7/2017 with number SR#[protected]. Received a call from their office and took down my request of restoring the plan to 199 as was before and regeneration the bill for payment. Till now (1/8/17 at 18:35) no response from them. In the mean time SMS and calls received asking me to pay the bill before 4th Aug to avoid fine.

                                  Finally the Appeal has been answered by Reliance withe the following statement 2/8/2017:

                                  As per the detail checked in our records, RGSPECIALTN199 plan active on your number.

                                  As per the resolution received for the Service Request ID:[protected], (As requested Tariff Plan has been Changed. New Plan is RGSPECIALTN199 With Effect From[protected].

                                  We have checked and verified in our records, you have been charged correctly in the bill period: June 20, 2017 to July 19, 2017. Hence, we are unable to process your request for waiver.

                                  Currently, the Outstanding amount reflecting in your account is Rs.616.9/-. Hence, we request you to visit to the nearest Reliance Mobile Store to clear the Outstanding amount.

                                  The company is entitled to change, vary, add, withdraw any services and/or charges, vary, add, alter, delete, withdraw any / all charges, discount, surcharges, tariff, etc. at any time in its sole discretion for one, more or all of its subscribers except in the case of discounts or other special benefits or schemes / plans announced by the company from time to time and which are valid for specified period. The company will comply to all TRAI directions / regulation.

                                  Kindly note that as per the norms, we always keep sending such information (like activation/deactivation of any services and if changes in your account) through calls/ SMS. Incase, you have not received any information in this regard, there might be some technical error (i.g: SMS expired or not attend our calls). Although all activation and deactivation are updated in our records, as per your request. Since, it is completely automated not a manual systems updation.

                                  Kindly note that, W.e.f. 11th April, 2017, Prospective Billing will be introduced for New Acquisitions on JALSA UNLTD (299/499/699) Plans. Customer has to pay advance One Month Rental as per the plan in his/her first Bill over & above the prorate rental. Second Bill onwards rental will as per plan and it will be advance rent for the next bill period.

                                  In first invoice two monthly rental will be displayed - a. Prorated Voice Rental & b. Adv rental of next 30 days. From Second invoice the Voice rental will be charged in advance for next 30 days.

                                  In case Customer change the plan within the same bill cycle or service gets terminated the excess rental will be refunded back in the next invoice or terminal invoice.

                                  In case the service is suspended state during a specific period the advance rental will be auto refund in the next invoice.

                                  If a Customer change his/her plan or MDN is suspended on the bill cycle date, the advance rental will be refunded and new advance rental will be charged in the subsequent bill.

                                  E.g.: BC 1 > Plan Rental 299 > Active for 20 days and suspended for 10 days also the MDN is suspended on the billing date.

                                  Advance rental = Rs. 299, 10 days rental = Rs. 200,
                                  In this case, Rs. 99 will be credited in Customer’s bill & in the next bill he/she will be charged Rs. 299 as advance rental again.

                                  For Non Jalsa: "Dear Priority Customer, you are now upgraded to unlimited voice/data benefit a refundable advance rent will be charged in your invoice. T&C RCOM."

                                  For Jalsa: "Dear Priority Customer, Continue enjoying unlimited Voice & additional 50% data a refundable advance rent will be charged in your invoice. T&C RCOM."

                                  My reply to Reliance:
                                  1. My earlier plan was RGSPECIALTN199 (your statement also say so) till 20/7/2017). You have currently changed (2/8/17) to RGSPECIALTN199 after my complaint on 23/7/2017 when bill is received by SR#[protected], which was same as earlier one (you say that I have requested it!). So as per me, my plan remains same, so no extra money than the earlier bill need to be paid.

                                  2. You say, you have all the rights to change according to your choice with or without any notice. We as a customer don't agree to your statement without proper notice or with valid reasons. In my case the earlier plan we were in, is continued to be available and we have not asked for change or get any request from you for our choice, so the change done by you illegal, unwarranted and meaningless. SO we don't agree for any money involved for your change.

                                  3. You say, you will charge one month rental advance from this month. We are in POSTPAID scheme and we have not asked for any change of plan, neither we are accepting you forced change from 21/7 till 2/8/17. SO there is no advance monthly rental we pay.

                                  Overall you billing is wrong. You are not willing to correct it and did not give me the correct bill.
                                  You have intelligently postponed your decision till 2/8/17 to push the customer till last date of bill payment.
                                  This is a form of bullying the customer to force according to your strength & threat!

                                  We will not pay the bill if it is not correct. You may discontinue it as of today (4/8/17).

                                    I am a customer of reliance communication with the contact number [protected] (4 g network).
                                    Since my purchase, i had faced the trouble of network and internet connectivity several times but still the same problem is persisting after upgrading to the 4g network too from the 3g.
                                    Rather than that i am paying full amount of bill every month.
                                    I just want to ask you people, that if you are able to resolve the same then you can convey or we can go to any other network.
                                    Either just get the same resolved or i am not going to pay the bill amount for the upcoming month.

                                    Hey,

                                    Have interacted with your team several times and every time they used to answer the same thing as they were facing technical issue in the server so they can't check the issue. And the same answer is given to me at several instant of time.

                                    Last night also, I have interacted with Mr. Deepak and Supervisor Sanjeev sharma too. And the whole discussion was in vain as the same answer was there that they are facing some technical issues.

                                    I can't understand since how many days they are facing technical issues and how long it will take to resolve.

                                      Dhirubhai ambani was a great man who thinks for general public but his heirs are not up to the standard.

                                      His heirs got crores of wealth in tradition and still they are begging in different different ways.

                                      They are charging at their will and some times they are waiving it and some times treating as prasad from customers.

                                      On 15/07/2017 they promised to see the matter in 2/3 days time but even after making a complaint some 12/13 days have since been passed, they are still thinking to refund rs. 5.00 of vas services being not given.
