I have recharged rs-32/- on 26/07/2017 but this balance is not included in my main balance & it’s still showing rs-6.20.
Further, i had recharged rs-30/- on 23/5/17 but approx. Rs. 10 had been deducted from my balance, why? Before that also my balance became zero & i have no idea why this amount is deducted from my balance.
Please provide your customer care executive contact numbers as, i had tried all your toll free numbers...

I haven't authorized anyone to upgrade my plan or not requested anyone to upgrade, then how come i got this billing amount.

I am post pain customer reliance gsm bearing nu. [protected] or [protected].
In this both number the plan is 0 rental activated but last month without inform me the plan is converted of rs 199.in this action i complain in customer care the complain number is[protected] for this nu [protected] and[protected] for this nu. [protected]. Customer care executive has been saying that your problem is solved in 72 hrs....

Last month i recharged my phone with 786rs. Whose validity was 180 dayas for everyday 1gb data.. But three days before i upgraded my phone with 4g sim. Before this after, in my moblie the benefit of 1gb daily internet data is not come.. I did lots of compliant to 198 or *333. And 30333333.. But no any response.. So i wants to convert my number in agan to gsm so that i got that benifit agan or i wants refund of my recharge amunt... My no....

Today i posted against reliance gsm service, because of they always deducted my main account balance till april to july. Last night they again do it, have already net plan but deduct my balance & create 0. Morning i'll complaint, the executive not write my complaint forward call to senior executive mr. Kamal he also not write up. They mentally harassed me.
Now my no. [protected] is barred. No outgoing no internet no message plan work....

I am having plan of rs. 501 for 100 days reliance to reliance unlimited and free 3600 minutes for other network.

Recharge of rs. 150 on 17 july and within 10 days rupees 72 have been deducted from my main balance of rupees 150 that is about 500 minutes per min rate of 15 paisa, which is abnormal and excessive amount as i haven't made calls about 500 minutes within 10 days same may be checked by providing details of calls and...

Sir/mam my phone no. Is [protected] and i have been suffering from this problem of balnce deduction due to unauthorised activation of vas services every time i rechange my account, it deducts the money from my account on regard of some or other activation service which i have never even subscribed this time it has cost me rs.10. We received a bill of 617 for last month. Usually it will be in the order of rs 250 to 270. This include, next month advance rental payment of rs 299 + gst for the last month and advance.

Issue:
1. Our subscription plan is rs 199 month till date. Our phone is simple one, no internet connection is possible, neither needed. We have not requested or authorised any plan change.
2. Reliance changed the plan by themselves...

I am a customer of reliance communication with the contact number [protected] (4 g network).
Since my purchase, i had faced the trouble of network and internet connectivity several times but still the same problem is persisting after upgrading to the 4g network too from the 3g.
Rather than that i am paying full amount of bill every month.
I just want to ask you people, that if you are able...

Dhirubhai ambani was a great man who thinks for general public but his heirs are not up to the standard.

His heirs got crores of wealth in tradition and still they are begging in different different ways.

They are charging at their will and some times they are waiving it and some times treating as prasad from customers.

On 15/07/2017 they promised to see the matter in 2/3 days time but even after...

I have registered my complains twice before on this site. I have also registered my complain on customer care several times but no action has been taken. Dont expect me to pay such false bill. This is ridiculous attitude of reliance for their customers. First u send me false incorrect bill and then u dont even care to solve the issue. I will not pay this bill. Kindly solve this issue asap...

Not able to make call in roaming, internet is working but not calls. If some body is calling to my no. Its answering switch off.

Its pathetic, after complaining to customer care also, still facing the same problem.

Every time on roaming facing this problem.

Called to higher authority also, but still not resolved.

How it is possible on same connection internet is working at the time...

First time reliance gsm maharashtra circle cut total 95 rupees for different services. I got activation and deactivation sms in early morning, these services activated at midnight so i called customer service so they told there may be system problem if customer call within 24 hours of activation he will be able to get refund so they refund amount.

Second time again in early morning i got service activation deactivation message...

With ref to service request no.[protected] i had logged a complain regarding the deduction of money from the main bal for internet usage. I had recharged rs 200 on 24th jul 2017. Then again i had to recharge rs 300 on 25th jul 2017. My net pack was activated of rs 348 in which i was supposed to get 1 gb everyday for 28 days. I have made complaint with[protected] dtd 28/06/2017, and escalation desk complain no.[protected], dtd 08/07/2017. I have called several times to the customer care and escalation desk but by waiting of 25min to connect call, then also i could not get any result, still my phone is dead.

This is my business phone and i am facing huge losses.

Sir on 24 july 2017 i recharge my prepaid no. [protected] with rs.89 net pack, which is valid for 28 days with 10 gb data,, after that i am not getting the benefits and mean while the main balance from my account is also deducted. As i am trying to approch customer care its not working at all.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and contact me on the above said number as its an emergency othrwise i will port out from your network....

Mujhe 75 rupess me 10gb/28d 3g data ka offer aya tha tb maine ye rcharge kiya tha...
But mujhe sirf 250mb data hi mila baki nhi mila...
Fir main usi din evening me customer care pe call ki to unhone bola ki system...

Yesterday i recharge my sim no [protected] for 20rupees but after that reliance has cut my all balance, but i haven't activated any pack still.. And if i call the number 198 it speaks its not a valid number.. Can you return my balance please ... Any why it happeneds, why the company cut the balance, i've faced thus kind of problems before. As a loyal and valuable customer of reliance, the company should not do this with us. I'm very disappointed...
