My mobile no [protected] was in service for more then 4 to 5 years in post paid scheme.
About three months back i requested to change my scheme from post paid to pre paid service at your pondicherry maraimalai adigal salai reliance
Till date i have no unpaid bills.
On the day itself they disconnected the service.
But till date i have not given service. Please make it fast to get me the prepaid service for the above mobile number.

    My name is mohd fahad, i am using reliance postpaid since 2015 and i was using freedom 350 postpaid plan wherein my monthly bill every month varies from 450 rs to 500 rs however this month without my consent my plan has been changed to 499rs and i got a bill for approx 1100rs which includes advance rental. I called up the customer service and i was told that the plan has been changed to provide me better services without asking me if i need that or not. I requested the associate to tell me his name however he refused to identify himself and also refused to take the request for the account cancellation and also deny to escalate my call. His name is anshul (As per the name on the feedback message which i received when he hung-up on me). I raised a written request through tha app (Sr no.[protected] and i was advised to contact appellate because they are unable to help me. I also wrote an email to appellate authority however didn't receive any response. Request you to please help.

    I received a call on 10th of August and I have been advised by Pallavi to make a payment on the account for 470rs (she calculated the amount herself) which I did and she told me that she is going to raise a request to refund all the other charges (request #[protected] which are for around 592rs however till now I didn't get any refund. I specifically asked her if there will be any late fee which I have to pay because of this and she said no. I have all the recordings of all the conversations which I had. I already had a word with my lawyer about the same and he told me that legally I am not bounded to pay the charges because I didn't approve to change the bill plan.

      Sir,

      I am satnam singh from j&k. I had 2 postpaid numbers of reliance communication. 1) [protected] which i have been using and paying the bill on regular basis and 2) [protected] which i got closed down in the month of january'17. I was using [protected] for data services but i stopped using last year itself and due to nonpayment of bill it was non-operational so, for full and final settlement i asked people from reliance communication to send a representative to collect the bill and shut down the number. A representative from reliance communication distribution end came and collected around rs 1800+ from my office but even after paying all the dues they sent a bill of rs 570 for the service closed down from my end and i was not even aware that they have still not closed the number.

      They kept on calling and i narrated the same story same story to all there representatives and asked them to resolve the issue and they said they will get the issue resolved but this kept on happening repetitively. Now they have messaged me that they have forwarded me a message that they have forwarded my case to the legal forum this too after being a loyal customer of them for so many years. Even though their services are poor due to the network issues.

      Sir, paying bill is not an issue as i have been regularly paying bills for all numbers but i am unable to do so on moral grounds because i believe this is a mental torture on the customer and kind of blackmailing on the part of the company. I feel very humiliated and mentally tortured by the actions taken by the company.

        Many times callu ur customer care service for problem plan change without permission, no reply via call or email. i am not responed no bill pay date 5/8/2017. please with in due date solved my problem urgently

        22-6-17 to 21-7-17 the plan change without permission rental 399.. i am call u your customer care, he say the plan 199 is closed from company then i take plan 299.so please request you send bill 299 rental generate bill in my id- idea.[protected]@gmail.com . my last date for pay billing 5/8/2017. so please send my new generate bill.

        i am your valued customers from long time, so i am not change the connection please either generate new bill or send a letter . please inform me.

        My internet service block with in 4 days my complain num[protected] and not solved my problem i m very dissatisfied my last recharge 93 pack with 1 gb per day 28 days scheme .
        I bought broadband plan recently but i am highly disappointed with the installation service. The person made me wait for 2 hours and even after that he didn't install the plan saying it will be done other day.

        Highly disappointed with lethargic attitude of staff.

          I write this because of i am too disappointing with reliance gsm service & their customer care executive. I appeal to all other who read this don't use reliance gsm service or don't recommended to other.
          My no. [protected] is barred by reliance without my complaint or information, without reason on july 28, 2017. I used this no. Since 2006. 11 years going to passed, i am regular customer of reliance gsm. They create many problem, i trying many where to resolved this barred issue, but no reliance customer care resolved. Everybody passed this matter one to another person or placed. Reliance executive passed to reliance store & reliance store passed me to customer care.
          This incident are going to passed 6 days. [protected] is my personal, professional everything no. My every details this no. Provided like banking, professional etc. When i am trying customer care 198 or [protected] my call cant connect to reliance executive but when try another reliance no. Call connect to reliance executive, i explained them matter but they told me call my no. [protected] then they unbarred. I explained many times my no. Cant connect reliance customer. Reliance completely mentally harassed me. My no. Have only incoming facility available, no outgoing, messaging or net facility. Facing many problem with this incident.
          So i request all user of reliance or other dont use reliance gsm service also not recommended to other.
          I complaint reliance customer care to my balance deduction on 28 july, 2017 morning 10am around, they cant write complaint. So argue with senior executive mr. Kamal. But this avg they barred my no. That was too worst, where customer not to fight for their right.
          So everyone please be aware.

            Dear sir,
            I was using the above dongle for mohan foundation - nagpur centre (Ngo working for spreading awareness of organ donation).in feb 2017 i surrendered the dongle to the franchisee at nagpur from whom i had taken the dongle. The owner of the office is mr. Maneesh rathi whose office is at no. 2 tilak nagar. Thakur apartment. Nagpur. He, in my presence uploaded the request for discontinuation on the website.
            Mr. Rathi told me that i should pay the balance as and when the bill is issued which i did.
            However i am continuing to get bills inspite of having returned the dongle and am not using the services.
            I spoke to mr. Rathi about the same. He told me that he had uploaded the details and its for the reliance office who are empowered to delete the services. I am continuing to get calls from your pune office (Mr. Irfan: [protected]). I want to request you to address my grievance and close the matter once for all.

            There is no internet connection (reliance broadband ) for the past 1 month at Vasna Area (Ahmedabad, Gujarat ). We have paid for 1 year and want a refund as we want to discontinue the service..

              I was using [protected] number but i have closed that number 2 years back and paid all the due payment my actual bill was for rs. 664/- but i have paid rs. 864/- to a reliance executive who came to my office for full and final payment. He gave me a payment receipt of rs. 864/- and took a receiving for full and final payment. But now i received a massage fro reliance for due payment why i am harrassing for this as nothing is due from my side. Please check your record.

                  Hi, i am using your ([protected]) number in bangalore which i had taken at balasore. I am not getting the network in my mobile from last 1 month. It's a postpaid connection and i have already paid roaming and network charges in advance. But i can't use it as there is no network on the phone. I tried to call customer care number, but it's not getting connected. Even visiting your nearest outlets did not help in resolving the issue. So i request you to either get the issue resolved and get the advanced paid money adjusted in the next billing cycle.

                  You can call me on ([protected]) for further clarification. It is my humble request that you guys do not ignore this post as i am totally fed up with the type of service the retail outlets are providing and i even do not have any other means of contact.

                      Hello,

                      I am writing this complaint with regards to call centre executive which they are providing wrong information and not agree to take the inputs which is correct and they are enough confident to cheat the coustomers. Even they don't about process even don't what is the process and how we can follow. If i am not wrong evey company having their herarchie to meet the coustomers. Which seems not following in reliance by their executive. Five minutes back i called with my [protected] contact number for balanced deduction but unfortunately they don't have any such information. I am looking forwards to take it up and check the call have has been recorded on their system.

                        My mobile number is [protected]. My last bill contained an advance rental of ₹ 515 for some plan which i never activated or gave my consent to. Yet, these charges have been levied on me and i've been told to pay the bill at the earliest if i want to port out my number. I have been paying my dues regularly and am also willing to pay the correct amount in this bill. I would like to inform the reliance team that if such harassment does not stop, i will be compelled to take this matter further to the consumer court / trai authorities for redressal.

                        I have the same issue... apparently reliance decided to upgrade my plan on their own without my concent and are expecting me to pay.Just spoke to customer service and he's confirmed the plan would be downgraded and charges waived hope this happens Ref #[protected].
                        To top it up im getting service calls from the collections team asking me to pay the amount and if i dare ask them why oh they can be highly unprofessional and use horrid language. I was expecting more profeasionalism from Reliance but this is extorting money and now its time to bid good bye to reliance for good

                          Four days back my reliance post paid no was barred. Reason cited was non payment of a 5 year old data card bill amounting to 1061 rs. The period for which the bill was generated, i was abroad. As my family is abroad and i am the only one using the data card, there was no possibility of any one else using it. I registered a complaint over phone. I was told to pay the bill first and then only my complain would be addressed to. As this was the third time i was going through the same issue with reliance (Twice prior to this.. Once it was addressed and second time no one bothered and i too didn't pursue it), i told the customer care sternly that till it's resolved i wont pay the amt. Even after that i was regularly paying my mobile bill and till to date from last 5 yrs i have paid a huge sum without fail. I made a mistake of continuing my association with reliance even after the data card episode. I should have terminated my other number 5 yrs back itself. Since it's reliance fault where the bill was wrongly generated, i ask for a waiver of 1061rs. At max i will pay only the package amt i had taken. And also my mobile no to be debarred and once again restored. Otherwise you are going to lose a valuable customer and along with the old pending amount also the current mobile bill. Also few of my friends and relatives have supported me and decided to terminate reliance services if my problem isn't resolved. No one has trust in your service as many people have problem with your service. You are losing your credibility, i am sure you are aware of it. I have all the proofs with me, so reliance just can't force me to accept this unethical demand. Hope my problem will be resolved soon.

                            I requested for number porting, so got call from customer care and she insisted to continue with reliance and assure that they will resolve network problem and in same plan they will provide add on 4g service. But now they are asking for 4 month advance and worst case they discontinued outgoing services.
                            I have called customer care and ask them for reason they just keep my call on hold and disconnect after 45 minutes. It's happens 5 times.
                            I don't want to continue with reliance as advance rental services but they are forcing to pay advance for which i have not user services yet. It is purely harassment.
                            Register complaint on Social Media site & Got call from social media team they said visit to your nearest store and change your plan from advance rental (which is activated by RCOM team without any intimations) to Normal Monthly rental and also they will reimbursed wrong billed amount. So visited store and they refuse to do the same replying it is done by customer care team then please contact again to customer care Only. It's just like you're passing ball from one to another in between customer is getting suffered.

Furthermore it is worth mentioning that they have changed my voice plan without taking my concept. My earlier plan was rtfwp_simple299, but changed to jalsa_199.

                                  I have upgrade my 2g reliance sim into 4g. But before upgrade i contact to customer care & they said after upgrade into 4g i have to do one frc and he msg me to some frc details. I upgrade my sim into 4g and done frc of rs149/- but benefit not come to me. Now care are says that there is no require to recharge by frc. It was a wrong rechrge done. Neither it give me frc benefit nor any recharge amount.

                                    उपरोक्त विषयान्तर्गत निवेदन कर लेख है कि मुझे मेरे मोबाइल नम्बर [protected] का 20.06.2017 से 19.07.2017 अवधि का रू.1105/- का बिल इ-मेल के माध्यम से प्राप्त हुआ है मुझे यह जानकार हैरानी हुई कि प्राइम कस्टोमर होने के नाते बिल में 19.07.2017 से 20.08.2017 का अडवांस रेंटल चार्जेज रू. 515.10 जोड़ कर भेजा गया है वो भी मेरी वर्त्तमान रेंटल प्लान को अपने आप बदल कर | इसकी शिकायत मैंने दिनांक 26.07.2017 को 12.00 बजे 198 पर मिस सान्या से कराई थी | इसके बाद श्री तेजेन्द्र से भी बिल को सही कर, वर्तमान प्लान के हिसाब से भेजने के लिए अनुरोध किया था जिन्होनें कहा था कि आपको संशोधित बिल भिजवा दिया जाएगा लेकिन बड़े खेद के साथ लिखना पर रहा है कि आज दिनांक 01.08.2017 तक मुझे संशोधित बिल नहीं भेजा गया है और बिल भुगतान करने के लिए बार -बार एस.एम.एस. मैसेज व काल की जा रही हैं जो एक बेसर्मी का पर्याय है | जब भी भुगतान करने के लिए काल आती तो मैंने सभी से बिल की इस त्रुटि को ठीक कर संशोधित बिल भेजने के लिए अनुरोध किया है लेकिन सब व्यर्थ साबित हुआ |

                                    दूसरी शिकायत यह है कि मेरा यह नंबर कारपोरेट प्लान में हमारे पूर्व आंचलिक प्रबंधक श्री जे.एम कपूर के नाम से शुरू हुआ था जो कि अबतक उन्हीं के नाम से चला आ रहा है जबकि मैंने आपके चंडीगढ़ में प्रतिनिधि से चार पांच महीने पहले मोबाइल कनेक्सन को व्यक्तिगत नाम मे ट्रांसफर करवाने के लिए सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज दे दिये थे | अत: एक बार पुन: अनुरोध है कि इस मोबाइल कनेक्सन को मेरे नाम में ट्रांसफर कर दिया जाए| मेरा विवरण निम्नुसार है

                                      I want to disconnect my reliance broadband asap. I am harassed by reliance as they are too busy to revert to their customers. They dont even pick call on their tollfree number. I waited hours to connect my call.

                                        I have already made payments of rs-764/- on 24/4/2017 regarding reliance dongle key number [protected] rel caf no.[protected]. And informed by above email. Also confirmed today by phone to the advocate (Nilesh barjatya firm). No dues are to be recovered from me and my case has been closed.

                                        I am getting calls from number[protected] and [protected] claiming that he is a police and there is warrant issued in my name for the case. Please confirm why this case has been filed again.
