Not able to make call in roaming, internet is working but not calls. If some body is calling to my no. Its answering switch off.

Its pathetic, after complaining to customer care also, still facing the same problem.

Every time on roaming facing this problem.

Called to higher authority also, but still not resolved.

How it is possible on same connection internet is working at the time of roaming but not call services.

    First time reliance gsm maharashtra circle cut total 95 rupees for different services. I got activation and deactivation sms in early morning, these services activated at midnight so i called customer service so they told there may be system problem if customer call within 24 hours of activation he will be able to get refund so they refund amount.

    Second time again in early morning i got service activation deactivation message so i called customer service they said there was issue in system day before yesterday so for there issues we get frequently disturbed and then there speak to customer service option not transfering call to executives. Now its over 24 hrs and still its not connected to executive.

    Balance automatically cut without customer choice, isn't it exploitation?

      Dear team,

      With ref to service request no.[protected] i had logged a complain regarding the deduction of money from the main bal for internet usage. I had recharged rs 200 on 24th jul 2017. Then again i had to recharge rs 300 on 25th jul 2017. My net pack was activated of rs 348 in which i was supposed to get 1 gb everyday for 28 days. On 26th jul 2017 the deducted bal was returned to me then again it was deducted the very next day. I have even mailed you people regarding the same but no action was taken. Again i had complained on 28th jul 2017 with ref[protected]. They are saying they dont have any information regarding the things 2 days back. Iam really pissed off with this service. I think i should discontinue it.

        I have made complaint with[protected] dtd 28/06/2017, and escalation desk complain no.[protected], dtd 08/07/2017. I have called several times to the customer care and escalation desk but by waiting of 25min to connect call, then also i could not get any result, still my phone is dead.

        This is my business phone and i am facing huge losses.

        My phone is dead from 26/06/2017 but due to rush (Approx 25mins waiting every time) i have complaint on 28/06/2017.

        Please do the needfull asap

        even already 1 month passed from complaint that i have logged in your forum, but still i didn't get any positive reply from reliance communications. i have received several calls from their end just asking is your phone working and then they say that DLC is not working in your area that is why your phone is not working. the answers i get every time they call. but no result.
        and i am getting the monthly bills and due date reminders also, but still my phone is not working.

[protected] with rs.89 net pack, which is valid for 28 days with 10 gb data,, after that i am not getting the benefits and mean while the main balance from my account is also deducted. As i am trying to approch customer care its not working at all.

            10 bje 75 rupees ka recharge kiya tha..
            Mujhe 75 rupess me 10gb/28d 3g data ka offer aya tha tb maine ye rcharge kiya tha...
            But mujhe sirf 250mb data hi mila baki nhi mila...
            Fir main usi din evening me customer care pe call ki to unhone bola ki system me kuch problem ke karan hum abhi kuch nhi kar sakte thodi der baad call karna.
            To maine baad me call ki par meri call kisi ne receive nhi ki.
            Fie next day b maine kafi bar call ki but fir b meri call recive nhi ki gyi...
            So plzzzz sir meri problem ko solve kijiye...
            Offer k encoding mujhe jo data milna tha wo mere number me add kijiye...

              Yesterday i recharge my sim no [protected] for 20rupees but after that reliance has cut my all balance, but i haven't activated any pack still.. And if i call the number 198 it speaks its not a valid number.. Can you return my balance please​... Any why it happeneds, why the company cut the balance, i've faced thus kind of problems before. As a loyal and valuable customer of reliance, the company should not do this with us. I'm very disappointed for this..

                My reliance gsm mobile number is [protected]. I have been charged rs 20 twice after i recharged my account with rs 150 full talktime. A total of rs 40 has been deducted in respect of some service i never even heard of. The phone which i use for this number is a non android simple nokia so no usage lf internet too. After seeing this i called your customer care from my other number and he said he cannot give data of more than 3 days and clearly said he is not authorised to give data. Why are rs 40 deducted from my account without my permission? I also got a message saying another 21 is due for 28th july in name of skywaygamewsub service. I never even have heard about it or have such app on my nokia phone. Please reverse my amount into the account at the earliest.

                Please take the matter seriously. It's been happening on my othet number too but i did get refund on that and reliance admitted its mistake.

                  I write this because of i am completely mentally harassed by reliance gsm.
                  My contact no. [protected], myself shailesh verma.
                  I have already data pack 1gb/day plan validity 56 days. But again company deduct my main account balance and also i can't able to use my net pack.
                  This cause not first time, in 8 april 2017 - 13 april 2017 regular & daily deduct my main balance, after complaint they refunded again next day same thing. Same issue start by reliance again. My balance create 0 and net pack going waste. What can i do, they mentally harassing me. I recharged they deduct main balance, my balance 0. When i call customer care 198 never transferred call to executive, when try [protected] no. They transferred call to reliance executive but charges 50 paise/ 3 mint. But my balance 0 (Because of deduction) how i contact & complaint them. They crossed limit.

                    I have a reliance gsm mobile no [protected]. Till last month my plan was 499/-per month plus taxes and now suddenly in july 17 i have received a bill of rs. 1298 and my plan also changed to some jalsa 599 which is of netconnect. Firstly, why my mobile no has been given a netconnect plan. Secondly why my plan was changed. As it is your services have been poor and now this thing happens. Kindly deactivate my no. I don't want to use your such cheating services. I shall pay your full correct amount only once you rectify the bill and then throw away your sim i don't want to use your services. Until my bill is rectified, i shall not be making any payments. Who has auhtorised you to change my bill plan. Also note that your customer care people at kharghar did not respond to this issue, they just want to send people away. Take corrective action immediately.

                      My reliance prepaid no. Is [protected]. Been 8-9 ďays, i got a recharge done for 80/- rupees, and the talk time amount received was 64/- rupees. But all thanks to reliance telecommunications, my balance is nil due to the deductions from the company end and that too on their own. First a deduction of 50/- rupee, and after my registering a complaint here, the amount was waived into my account balance, but after some hours again they deducted the amount of 50/- rupees. After that my balance was 14/- rupees, and yesterday they deducted that too as well. No my balance is nill and i had not used a penny of my recharge amount to make any calls. Do i recharge my no. For reliance to make cheap money through such fraudulent ways?
                      Till now no resolution been provided.
                      Whoever reads this post, my appeal to them that never buy or port in into reliance network.
                      You can use this network only if you can keep your balance nill.. This has happened with me not once, twice, or thrice, but each time i recharge it with a talk time.
                      Highly disappointed.
                      Revert back with a positive response. Waiting since a week, but no response from reliance telecom. It's disgusting.

                      My reliance prepaid no. Is [protected]. I recharged it with 93/- rupees internet pack on 19th, july, in which there was an offer of 1 gb 3g net daily for 28 days. I am recharging with thus internet pack since last 3-4 months and availing the benefits. Last midnight, the pack did not get renewed as it gets every night. And my balance was deducted as well. Even after recharging it with talk time today, still the internet pack did not get avtivated. So i called 198 for the complaint, and to my shock and dismay, they told me that there's no such offer applicable on your no. Now. I mean really. And they refuse to register a complaint on this issue. What the hell.

                      How can the company discontinue the pack in between once it has been offered for 28 days. My pack got discontinued after 10 days whereas i paid for 28 days validity. Reliance is a big fraudulent network. First they deducted my 64/- rupees balance for no reason and after complaining also, they did not refund the amount. Now cancelled my internet pack in between.
                      Do we earn to waste our money on unrelable reliance.
                      Look into this matter and come up with a positive resolution. Compensate me with my remaining internet pack validity. Otherwise i am going to take this to consumer rights forum.
                      Such a cheap way of making easy money.

My outgoing call block from 16th july i don’t know why is it. And i ask the reliance customer care executive they told me your customer application form not submited in reliance. But i give all my all documents they requiredat time of sim purchase. I submit again my all document on 18th july in reliance store (N k telecom, patel nagar 110008). Now all service of my mobile no is blocked. Please do needful.

                          Hello team,

                          Kindly take this as a formal complaint against reliance communications.

                          I had requested for the cancellation of my reliance internet ([protected]), however the reliance customer care did not cancel my services and kept billing me for two months. Now they have filed a case against me under section 406 and 415-e of ipc for non - payment.

                          Here is what i have to say about this, reliance is calling me and sending messages inspite of requesting for cancellation. I have all the call recordings and emails that were sent to reliance requesting for cancellation. Please file a case against reliance for torturing me to make the payment without me being at fault.

                          Reliance communications should fix their customer service first and stop billing customers for the services that they have never used. Hope this is clear, very unsatisfactory service from reliance.

                            I have used reliance net connect plus with the above hsd card number. I would like to inform you that i have faced lot of network issues and called up so many times to customer service calls starting from jan 2016 - april 2016 related to network issues. It was never resolved from reliance side and promptly bill will be generated from your side every month after so many calls also i never got waiver amount for any of the above mentioned months. Whenever i was connecting to the reliance netconnect it will never get connected and i have stopped using it longtime back. Whenever i have called up customer care for disconnecting the 'reliance netconnect' i got a strange answer from your customer service executive saying network is down call us later. It was never disconnected from reliance side... Still now the problem has not been resolved and now i am getting a bill of rs. 859/- saying need to pay this money to avoid legal action under section of 406 & 415-e of ipc. Nowadays it has become a big mental stress for me

                            A] repeatedly i have sent mails to appellate authority [bangalore & chennai] it was an issue which was never resolved from reliance side after repeated complaints from my side (Refer: attachment mails to appellate authority [karnataka/tamilnadu]). I have been promised that the issue will get resolved within 5 days from your side. But for your kind information the issue has not been resolved and still it was open and i had to cancel my connection.

                            B] in relation with reliance network for more than 3 years i have never defaulted my payment in the past. Even though there were lot of network issues from your side i have paid the amount from my side [reasons being told from your side: internet is down @ ramamurthynagar area, network coverage issue.]

                            C] as promised still service guys have not visited the location which is my current residence [jan - april 2016]. But i will get many calls saying we will promise you that the issue will be resolved from our side @ the earliest.

                            D] already i spoke to senior person from your side for a waiver [request id: t[protected]] but after that there was no response from your side.

                            E] in relation with reliance network for more than 3 years i have never defaulted my payment in the past. Even though there were lot of network issues from your side i have paid the amount promptly from my side [reasons being told from your side: internet is down @ anekal area, network coverage issue, account has been transferred to varthur area, up gradation to high speed internet etc.]

                            F] for a 3 year old customer this is the basic courtesy from your end by sending legal letter and till now i have promptly told whoever calls from your side saying i will pay whatever has been used from my end. I was expecting resolution from your end which has never happened till now.

                            G] i raised the request to cancel the connection on 14th april 2016. The connection was cancelled 20days later. I will pay the bill till 15th april 2016. Rest has to be waived off since it was a delay from your side in cancelling the connection.

                            F] request you to take back the cases and stop this harassment.

                            Please let me know the resolution for this...

                              I've made payment on 02/03/17 for mobile no. [protected] in bangalore civil court against pre-litigation case (Plc no.120819/2017) and hearing was on 02/03/17. And court decision was to pay ₹800.00, and i paid there ₹800.00 and got receipt against payment through representative of reliance.
                              I made many complaint here but no response came from reliance communication that shows service of reliance
                              I am attaching :-
                              1. Legal notice screen shot which was sent to me for my presence
                              2. Payment receipt which was finalized by court on hearing date 02-03-17, i. E rs.800.00 and paid to reliance representative on same day rs.800.00 at civil court)
                              3. Pre-litigation case no (Plc no.):- 120819/2017
                              First of all i did not get service for 45days then also you people generated bill and telling me that i have utilized, and raised pre-litigation notice on 24'feb'17 and asked me to attain the case on 2-03-17, and there i made payment as court decided to me that is rs -800.00, now after 3 month once again i started getting legal notice that i have not made payment.
                              Is this service of reliance, just have a look on attachment

                                Reliance tower hoisted in 47/c lake avenue 3rd floor, kolkata 700026.
                                Whole area being affected, can cause heart disease. Elderly peploe reside in the same building and their health can be affected with this tower installation. It is only a three storey building.
                                Kindly help in deinstalling the reliance tower located admist residential area here.

                                    I am a postpaid customer since a few years with reliance, and have five numbers of the same. This month, i was charged an advanced rental for the next month along with the bill. On calling, i was told that i am offered an upgrade plan on the numbers, which costs more than my current plan. I told them that my current plan also goes unused due to reliance network issues at my location, but they did not listen, and forced me to change to the higher rental plan. All complaints via twitter and phone have gone unnoticed. Customer care number is useless since no one picks up.

                                        Worst experience, i have faced with the support and services of broadband connection. The issues that i have faced:

                                        1. Have called multiple times for the improper service connection (Broadband wasn't working), still without using any bit of internet, i have paid the bill because the authority says the problem resolved from their end, but not from the end of customer.

                                        2. After requesting for the discontinuation of the broadband service (Due to relocating outside the station), representative generates the bill again and says that we have cancelled our request. Is that possible that once we have relocated in another city and still we wants to continue our services at rental house? Still we have to pay the bills because authorities denied their mistake.

                                        3. Now, when we have settled the complete billing and the discontinuation by visiting the main communication store, still i get a new bill of late payment??

                                        Is it the support that reliance commit?? Or they just want to make their customer base fool through fake promises!
