Reliance:

I am a consumer of reliance communication since 2011 (Blue category)
I would like to kindly draw your attention towards reliance 4g network.
Hope i will get fastest response from you. I have many issues with my reliance number.. I had sent already mail for same issued but i am not getting any response from reliance team.. Which is very painful for me to handle its almost over 1 month. I hope u will try to resolve my problem.
Ii don`t know further for how many days i am would be suffering.. I need some one whom i can discuss and escalate asap..

Trai:

Only 1% customer satisfaction emerging a big question against trai portal & of-course you too.. How can i believe that if i register a complaint here then it will get resolved. You guys says the complaint character used less than 350 hence redirecting how try an understanding the importance of the complaint & the essence of it. I think trai is on name & nothing else.. I am using 4g phone, when i had change my location still poorest service getting from operator in my location... No work done. All you are hopeless
I requested a lot to them but they do nothing. We wrote several mails to them but fruitless.
Some useless spot boys are there setting of reliance mailing team who was no responsibility of valuable customer also maybe deleted mail from there mail box.
I got totally exhausted of this network. So please do something against them.
If trai has any regulations towards me and other citizens like me, i request trai to take immediate action and give us relief as per our need. Else i will sue all involved in this matter and keep all under seizure till i get justice.
Please take some urgent action and if you want to know any thing from my side please feel free to contact me below mention given number asap.

Waiting for revert on previous mail and please look into matter to concern department as as possible and resolve immediately.

This is inform to u that actually ive complaint about regarding of my ​r​eliance ​g​sm premium [protected].
Last 15 days over still now i'm unable to used my number properly due to 'indoor coverage issued'..

It's a totally miss managed service that reliance gsm pis giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service.. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative..
They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don't think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit..

But the condition is, here in this campus this network is worst network.. Even i'm not able to pick-up call anyone from this network.​.​
​i​ got totally exhausted of this network. So please do something against them
Who was did not take any responsibility for valuable customer.

Such is the pathetic situation...

They talk big during the sales and once the goods sold, they pay no heed to customers problems.. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible tomorrow call back my alternative number and also nothing more else???

Please helpout me how to gets this retaliations offer urgently or i'm requesting to all team of reliance communication that please provide any solution for the same issued and escalated this matter to concern department and take action immediately also give my docket number and call my number accordingly for the customer service experience nothing more else..

Never faced this before, happened for the many times i had faced very bad service from reliance why i don't know?

And still now i'm in delhi location also its number from blue category...
But they certainly lost my faithfulness and preference... But if they have to scam people, they certainly should be a bit smarter.
I have given a sample of the extra additional scam fare that they charged.. Please look into matter to concern department and resolved it matter immediately and call back my number as soon as possible.

This is inform to that actually I've complaint about regrading of my Relaince Gsm Premium number [protected]. Problem is that balance was wrongly deducted in my account in (No Vas Active) daily regular basis which was amount of Rs.3 approx total Rs.110 huge balance was deducted without any information or intimation why I don't know, what is the wrong with me???????? I've tried maximum of numbers appellate desk but and head of reliance but no one can helpout also. R you joking with me hmmmmmmmmm?????????? I would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with Reliance Communication Customer Service. Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email. I asked to your Reliance GSM Appellate desk manager to reply me as an evidence of highest point escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what I say here. Im sill unable to received any positive response from your Customer Service Representative and mailing team after 40 days over. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails. ​ I have been paying for a faulty Reliance 4G service for more than used 7th years now and this is a reoccurring issue with your servers which keeps coming back it has happened 5 times in last 6 months. (Kindly note that - Don't tell me we are unable to process the request for the waiver. If you don't wish to receive these SMS in future then we request you to deactivate flash SMS service and keep your handset in lock mode when not in use to avoid dialing o[censored]SSD codes which results in USSD service activation. To deactivate the Flash SMS service, kindly perform the procedure in your handset as given below Go to R Menu R Live Activation Deactivate OK Assuring you of our best services always. Thank you for contacting Reliance Customer Care.) Your inefficient team is not able to resolve this issue and no manager from your team is ready to take accountability to fix it. SUCH IS THE PATHETIC SITUATION ​ Who is going to pay for the faulty service? How do you compensate me for your service not working for almost for a complete month? And from the very beginning I am telling you that you guys are pathetic and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL MAILING TEAM BACK-END TEAM. ​ I am trying to find my way to complain you in PUBLIC ⛣ FORUM nothing more else.​ What I am looking for against my complaint??????? 1. Kindly stop ✋ this fraud working, without any concern valuable balance was deducted from my main account why I don't know what to do??? 2. The outgoing and incoming services should be activated on my mobile with incoming and outgoing services. 3.     I am having reliance phone connection since 12/9/2003 (Tariff plan fw02; handset

    Code no. Lp340e; scheme code no.0280) with a deposit amount rs.1800.00.

    About a year ago, i bought through you "visiontek" gsm fixed wireless phone 21g.

    Suddenly, i find the screen blank without any information on it. Even dialing a number

    Does not appear there. Furthermore, whenever i try to make a call, the response is that

    The line is busy, all the time i dial a number. I am 93 year old living with my elderly wife.

    Therefore, it is essential to have a dependable mode of communication.

    I would, therefore, request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest.

    Recd the bill for July showing the plan of Rs 397, whereas my plan is of Rs 199 i have never asked for plan change, suddenly I have recd the bill of Rs 470.

      I have not received one month lease rent for the period between january 2014 to september 2014 and lease rent for the period from january 2017 to september 2017 for the site at village and post office chopal, tehsil chopal, district shimla, himachal pradesh. As per lease agreement executed on dated 31st october 2007, the company agrees to pay rent in advance on quarterly basis. But the period above seven months for current year had already been elapsed, but the company released only three months rent for this year. Please ensure to release the lease rent in time.

        I want to lodge a complaint about reliance customer care. They are very very rude in their behaviour. They deduct huge amount without any reason. They charge for those services which we didn't activate. They are the biggest cheaters, frauds in the whole telecommunication industry. At last, I just want to say "#### of this entire company" who is known for its fraudulent pratices.

          My phone got stolen yesterday in the metro. Kindly block my number [protected] to prevent any misuse.

          Your customer care helplines sucks and same as your stores. No stocks for 2G/3G sim cards, the people employed not at all helpful.

          On top of it the appellate authority helpline is a charged one to drain out the cash balance. No one in the appellate authority office for the Delhi Region is accessible.

          No customer care helpline actually focusing in customer assistance. The calls gets disconnected after the message - Your call is being transferred to the customer care executive.

            Today I got call from [protected], and told by customer executive that i can reissue my old number [protected] by giving my all documents and photos.
            I went to reliance communication shop for the reissue of my old number and the person asked me 1000 rs for the reissue of number and I have to use number for atleast 3 months on postpaid.
            This was totally oppsite which was told by the customer executive.
            Please give specific orders or give more clarity on this issue to resolve the problem.

              My concern is for my reliance number [protected] because from 1st august 2017 daily balance deduction from my main account balance (Rs. 5, 10, 15, 20) without my permission and after fully dnd service is activated. Why? And till date rs. 75 is deduct from my account. Also, i am daily call to customer care and appellate authority for refund and stop any active services but till date deduction is not stop from my number [protected]. I request to you please stop this type of services and deduction on my number and refund immediately and i don't want any deduction on my main balance in future. If any concern call me my below alternate number.

                As and when some amount is being deposited for talk time on my mobile [protected]. The company staff without my request is starting value added services at their own level till the amount is exhausted on one pretext or other.
                Many time i am requesting for stopping this service but then they automatically start other type of service till amount is exhausted. I never used any value added service. I only use this mobile for talk time.

                I am feeling being cheated by company and loosing faith on its administrative governance. Pl. Don't provide/start any value added service on my mobile no. Failing which i have switch over to other service provider.

                Pl. Check your system and reimburse the amount in my account to develop faithful customer relation at the earliest.

                  Dear team,

                  I have received a call from the reliance executive and they have offered me a plan of 897 (Which includes four months of advance payment) including 6 gb of data per month and unlimited calling; hence considering my usage i have opted for the plan in july 2017.

                  However, here is the troubles which i am facing after activating the plan

                  i have received a bill of 1968.28 inr. If you check my previous records i was getting charged only 460 incl of service tax, however, after opting the plan which i was offered i was charged 1968 and i do not know how this is helpful for me (Because the person who called me he said that i will be able to save some billing amount).
                  after making several calls to the call centre; they never helped me although disconnection in line and rudeness, i have received from the call centre.
                  my lines were barred (Outgoing), without prior intimation; which is highly unacceptable.

                    I have had a very bad experience with reliance in the past 3 years. Just yesterday i recharged with their rs.349 pack for prepaid which provides unlimited calling and 1gb 3g per day. It worked just fine last night but today they deducted balance from my main account, despite me having the plan active. I tried calling the customer care, but they couldn't provide any help whatsoever. I wanted to visit their office but both the offices were shut down, shows how amazing they are doing. I have been looted more than once so now id like to lodge a complaint against them. I'd like my money back plus the money they deducted. And since i had to go out of town, i was left with no internet and zero balance in my phone which caused me a lot of trouble. God forbid i had some emergency, who would've been the one to blame? I am looking forward to your help.

                      Myself shailesh verma from raipur chhattisgarh.
                      I wrote this because i am completely disturbed & mentally harassed by your service and your executive response.
                      My reliance gsm no. [protected] is barred on 28 july 2017, 11am around without my information or complaint. My last conversation with your helpline executive with my no.[protected] july 2017 morning 9.30am for balance deduction. But after some time my no. Barred by you. After that i am calling 198 or [protected] my call can't connect to your executive. When i am trying another reliance no. Or other operator call connect to executive. They all told me call them at my no. [protected] then they will unbar my number. I clearly explained all of them my call can't connect to executive 28 july to present but told me call after some time call will be connect, but result same. This incident are going to passed 9 days. Every your executive told me only one thing wait some time then call connect but no result. Still my call at 198 not connected to executive. Before connect call disconnect.
                      I am regular user of reliance gsm. I used this no. Since 2006, my every personal, professional all where this no. Provided. Facing many problem such incident.
                      I called your grievance no. They told feedback will be taken & call connect on 198 after some time, but regular same thing, my call can't connect to reliance customer care. I received calls from reliance social but they also only hoping me but no resolved. At least my call connect to 198. Then they my no. Unbarred.
                      Your executive told me i called another no. To barred my no. [protected]. But i never called customer care to barred my no. I never lost my sim or handset. My no. [protected] already i have. I am facing many problems such incident.
                      Executive provide me this no. [protected] which i called for barred my no. But i didn't know this no. And this no. Not in service, today reliance customer care senior department agreed that this no. [protected] is suspended. So how you barred my no. [protected].
                      That was too disappointing.
                      Request you to please resolved as early as possible.
                      My personal & professional life disturbed by reliance.

                      My Reliance Gsm no. [protected].
                      Continuously Daily facing many problem by reliance gsm. always Main balance deduct without reason, some time no. barred without my information or complaint. Now again they regular deduct my Main balance when i connect Mobile data.
                      i already have Net Plans. i got special offer message on July 27, 2017
                      Rs. 93 Pack daily 1GB/Day Data for 56 days.i have a message received by reliance.
                      I recharge it on 27 July, 2017. regular they deduct my balance last 2-3 days.
                      But now they deduct my main balance for the avg of Net Surfing.
                      That was too disappointing.
                      Whenever trying to call customer care 198 / [protected] never connect to executive. so where i can register my complaint.
                      for call not connected to customer care, continuously i rise complaint but this matter are also not resolved.

                          Kindly look out matter as soon as possible,

                          My current plan is 400+tax, but recently my plan was changed to monthly rental advance plan in which my current bill amount is 999/- without my permission.
                          Even customer care services do respond on action
                          So, i request you to please look into the matter and ask them to revive my previous plan.

                            Today messaged came regarding failed to pay rs 161 caf[protected] pay today to avoid filing case at pune lokadalat court.
                            I have never used any reliance product or broad band connection till now. So how they are sending me message regarding failure, and the contact number given by them [protected] irfan is not reachable. As i have read other complained regarding same by other person also, why the company is sending wrong message or its a spam message to take out the money by threatening in the name of court. So please take some necessary action against this message and the person behind...

                                  Hi my name is zahid my reliance number is [protected] i did not use this number for few days it was off now there is no network i am trying to call in reliance customer care number[protected] and trust me it, s the most pathetic service i called from my jio number they blocked me without answering my call as it, s the night time when i tried redialing it, s saying please check the number you have dialed wow they just blocked me i called from my other number they muted the call without even saying hi after that it was by mistake unmuted i could hear the boys singing song talking about their dinner which i even recorded just in case i would need it and when i said please do you job they put me on hold and then disconnected me again the funny and the worst part is i called 3-4 times and everyone did the same i don, t know whether you can fix my network problem or not first at least teach some work ethics to your agents and i know even after writing this no action will be taken from you.

                                    My broadband internet connection through reliance communication is not working since more than a month now.
                                    I have made multiple complaints to customer care and to appellate authority as well and talked with customer care manager in ahmedabad and rajkot multiple times but always got an answer that it will start working in next 1-2 days.
                                    I have been told by mr. Aamir ([protected]) at ahmedabad and mr. Bharatbhai ([protected]) at rajkot, that main server at my location is not working as payment has not been released to server maintenance company in rajkot near my office in sardarnagar main road,
                                    Mr. Aamir told me before almost 20 days that payment has been sanctioned for the server and it will start soon but then he kept on giving reasons like water clogging in naroda office in ahmedabad due to recent rains and payment didn't reached to server maintenance company due to siting reasons.
                                    I am running lic premium collection center hence internet connection is must for my business. My business has affected worst since more than a month now and i am forced to close my office for initial few days and then use my mobile internet connection through tethering.
                                    I am using reliance broadband since 2010 and paying annual charges every year. I have already paid bills till september 2017 in advance.
                                    I would like to ask for refund of last 3 months’ bill and close the connection as early as possible.
                                    Being 59 years old and near to my retirement i am constantly facing harassment from reliance communication in the way of non-working of my office broadband connection. Even in the past it used to be not working for at least 5 days in a month since last more than a year.

                                    As discussed with you over the phone, I would like to cancel my connection as my internet is still not working even after 45 days of outage and my business has seriously impacted a lot. Please disconnect my connection and refund last 3 months' bill amount.

                                    I just had a call with Nodal Officer in Mumbai Corporate office but have received very pathetic response. He asked me to send mail again to customer care.
                                    I have already sent multiple mails to customer care and appellate authority and tired of doing one more mail chain.
                                    I had a call with Mr. Aamir at Ahmedabad as well who has ensured that my connection will get restored in 2 days and I got that assurance 15 days before so I don't have any hope of resolution now.
                                    I request you to close my connection at the earliest basis as it's not working since more than a month now and refund my advance bill payment made for last 3 months.

                                      I am not able to get 4g internet. Which i have recharged from past 5 days and my calls are not getting connected to customer care services.. I have recharged rs 94 for 2 time to get 56 gb internet for 56 days, which was offered by rcom.. And i have a very bad opinion about handling customers by your service..                                         I am fed up of this networks irrelevant charges. I have been victim of your fake charge not once but many times in postpaid and now in prepaid too. You claim to be one of the largest network in india but you seem to be most incompetent system i have ever come across. At first i took a plan which was of rs 399 at that point of time everything was alright and after that i took a plan to rs299 from then problem started all over the procedure. Reliance started to send me fake bills that was about rs 400 sometimes it also reached rs 600. My applies was not accepted they declined that my request and said that i have over used the data and they have also included over taxes i am not able to tolerate it anymore. Now recently i have transferred my postpaid account to prepaid and a few days ago i have done a recharge of rs 55 and more or less i have spent only rs 5-10 and now i am having rs 25 only. I can't bear this problem anymore i would kindly like to request you to see over my problem as soon as possible.
