Pleas do not affirm that the aforesaid concern has been discussed and resolved to my satisfation
1. I had telephonic conversation when i filed the complaint. NOT THERE AFTER
2. The reply of GPRS was via a sms and not what you try to affirm as telephonic conversation.
Have guts and talk directly.
Thanks
