With subject to the above, , i raised a complaint on 5th feb that thte abvoe siad gven data card not giving speed up to 1.Kbbs against assured speed of 14.7 mbbs, , , but no one responded from reliance, , , , and again i called customer care number, , i enquired about the status of complaint number[protected] ...They requesed me to wait for another one hour as they upgrading the network, , , , so waited one hour, , , and called again customer care, , the other person from reliance also told the same, , , , , , , , , , , and the saame story wait for another one hour as they are upgrading their network, , till today 15.02.2015
They have colloected money 1750 rs for their wifi data card service, that i bot on 2nf feb, , till now i cud not see the speed above 3 kbbs, , they are literally cheating us, , , i[censored] want u give complaint by calling relince customer care number by tellinng the above number, , , i assure you they will tell the same, , , thtat """" wait for another one hour as they re upgrading their network
Kinldy save the people not to waste money in buyint reliance wifi data card
