My reliance number is [protected].In my number it is shown that no value added service is activated though its not activated they are charging money for VAS every week unnecessarily .I am loosing more than 15-20 R's a month without any reason .The next thing is that it is written on the reliance brochure that 32 Rs rate cutter gives 1 Paise per min after activating I got the message as 1 Paise per second. On the next day I have done the 94 Rs rate cutter in order to decrease my call rate to 30 Pisa per minute and the offer is not activated or i cant use it .The problem is that i cant deactivate any of my rate cutters and the call rate is too high.. Please sort out my problem and refund my deducted amount...kindly look into the matter and a prompt action will be highly appreciated..

    Western tower, New Prabhat SRA Building, Near bisleri company, Western express highway, Andheri east Mumbai 99 Subject:-Humble request to stop installation work in progress of internet/mobile tower by reliance telecom company. Respected Sir, I Neeraj Prakashchand Rana have complaint against the installation of internet/mobile tower at western tower near bisleri company andheri east mumbai 400099 by reliance telcomm company.I have made complaint in the BMC office but the action has not been taken yet. I am very upset and in tension.It is residential area.As you are aware that this will cause of nuisance and health hazard for the people living close to that area. We are deeply and heavily concerned on the health and environmental issues may arise from radioactive emission from the mobile/internet tower. As per the information gathered by us, a internet/mobile tower in a residential area may cause various health problems to the people specially childrens, elderly people & pregnant women in the vicinity. I would also like to highlight the effect of electromagnetic/micro wave radiations being emitted from the internet/mobile tower which is a big health hazard for the people living in the vicinity of the tower area. We are posed with serious health threat and death due to diseases like brain tumour/cancer, headache, pain in joints, miserable memory, concentration problem from the radiations of this tower and so are others nearby. It is a crowded area, very vulnerable and has a lot of children around. As per LATEST ADVISORY GUIDELINE issued by DEPTT. OF TELECOM. for state govt.s for issue of clearance for installation of mobile tower (effective from 01.08.2013) clearly says that- Number of antenna(e) Building/Structure safe distance from pointed in the same direction the antenna(e) at the same height (in meters) Number of antenna(e) Pointed in the same direction Building/Structure safe distance from the antenna(e) at the same height (in meters) 1 20 2 35 4 45 6 55 Besides these guidelines for installing of internet/mobile tower(BTS), there are some documents/clearance and certificates(undertaking) has to be submitted by the service provider to the concern govt. department like- I. Copy of relevant license / Infrastructure Provider Registration Certificate from Department of Telecommunications. II. Data Sheet a) Name of Service/Infrastructure Provider b) Location c) Tower Reference: i) Height, ii) Weight iii) Ground/Roof Top iv) Pole/wall mounted v) Number of antennae III. Copy of SACFA clearance / copy of SACFA application for the said location submitted to WPC wing of DoT with registration number asWPC acknowledgement along with undertaking that in case of any objection/ rejection, TSPs/ IPs will take corrective actions / remove the tower. IV. Copy of structural stability certificate for ground based tower. In case of roof top BTS towers, structural stability certificate for the building and tower based on written approvals of any authorized Structural Engineer of state/local bodies/Central Building Research Institute (CBRI), Roorkee/ IIT/NIT or any other agency authorized by local body. V. Copy of the type test certificate issued by Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) to the manufacturers of the Diesel Generator (DG) Sets Vi. Acknowledgement receipt issued by TERM Cells (DoT) of the self-certificate submitted by Telecom Service Provider/ Infrastructure Provider in respect of mobile tower/ BTS (ground based/ roof top/ Pole/ wall mounted) in the format as prescribed by TEC, DoT, establishing / certifying that all General Public areas around the tower will be within safe EMR exposure limit as per peak traffic measurement after the antennae starts radiating. This is injustice and may become the major cause of illness/serious damage to our body and insists us to take any legal action against this type of illegal activities because this residential area is quite populated.       I am a reliance number holder and my no. is [protected].On 13/02/2015 recharged Rs.130/-, after that unnecessary amount charged and show 'Amount Charged for VAS video store' . If I call at Customer Care (198), they excuse either system problem or Link failure and nothing give any response .On 16.02.2015, when I send a sms 'STOP' to 155223, they send me " You are not Subscribed to any VAS Packs".Following I mentioned Amount charging details : [protected] Rs5/- [protected] Rs.1/- [protected] Rs.1/- [protected] Rs.1/- Please sort out my problem and refund my deducted amount.

            With subject to the above, , i raised a complaint on 5th feb that thte abvoe siad gven data card not giving speed up to 1.Kbbs against assured speed of 14.7 mbbs, , , but no one responded from reliance, , , , and again i called customer care number, , i enquired about the status of complaint number[protected] ...They requesed me to wait for another one hour as they upgrading the network, , , , so waited one hour, , , and called again customer care, , the other person from reliance also told the same, , , , , , , , , , , and the saame story wait for another one hour as they are upgrading their network, , till today 15.02.2015

            They have colloected money 1750 rs for their wifi data card service, that i bot on 2nf feb, , till now i cud not see the speed above 3 kbbs, , they are literally cheating us, , , i[censored] want u give complaint by calling relince customer care number by tellinng the above number, , , i assure you they will tell the same, , , thtat """" wait for another one hour as they re upgrading their network

                Sir, I am really disgusted by the disgusting service by reliance.My number [protected] was converted to prepaid from postpaid but there is no outgoing facility.I went to reliance store, every day they are telling that it will be activated but it never is activated.Also the customer care is unable to help me.I am without outgoing faciity for 3 days.I will surrender my sim if you dont resolve the problem by monday that is 16th Feb.                     My Reliance Broadband connection was not working for 3 months. Now Reliance is forcing me to pay the bill for the connection which I have not used only. They are saying that you have to pay the bill otherwise legal action will be taken or we will cut your Reliance electricity. I had registered so many complaints. Their customer care executive told me very clearly that, there is some Dispute going on between Reliance & Government. Please I request you to do something. This is not right.                     i have requested to cancel my broadband connection of 3rd June 2015 .cancellation id is[protected] this. my billing period is 6 months.it just ended at 29th June 2015. but my connection was not working at 21/06/2015 and at the date of 30th june, 2015 my connection was not working so i have call customer support for cancellation . they accepted my cancellation and next day i got call from mumbia head office for final cancellation and they have told me that your cancellation is aproved and our people will come for taking router adn other things, but still i am getting call form reliance that your bill is generated for next 6th months advance payment.why should i pay bill for next 6th ?

                      Mera naam Jitendra Soni hai aur main Lakhimpur kheri Mein rehta hu. Maine apna mobile number reliance mein port karwaya tha aur wo number 28 din ke baad Reliance ne terminate kar diya. Mane Porting code 14 december 2014 ko mangaya tha aur mera form 19 december ko fill up kiya gaya. Mera mobile number 1 january se Reliance mein shuru bhi ho gaya tha. Reliance ne tele verification bhi ho gaya tha.Fir achanak se 28 december ko mera number terminate kar diya gaya.Maine is baare reliance ko mail bhi kiya to waha se mail aaya ki mere document proper nahi hai aur VTM audit mein mera number terminate kar diya gaya. Reliance ko kam se kam ek call to karni chahiye thi ki aapka number terminate kar diya jaayega. Reliance ne sirf 15 january ko ek sms kiya tha ki dear customer we have not received your complete CAF Kindly submit your documents to avoid service disconnection. Maine apne retailer ko bataya to usne kaha ki documents send kar diye gaye hain dont worry koi problem nahi hogi. Reliance mein aake bahut badi galti kar di. Reliance ko kam se ek call to karni chahiye thi lekin ek bhi call nhi ki. Jab maine is sambandh mein reliance ko mail kiya to humse kaha gaya ki aapko company ki taraf se call bhi ki gayi hai lekin aise koi bhi call nahi aayi. Consumer ki kya galti thi is matter jo mera number terminate kar diya gaya.'

                        I had been using Reliance Netconnect Broadband for 3 years (#[protected]), when I have started facing issues related to connectivity. My plan was UNLIMITED (5GB Broadband and lower speed then onwards) data usage. Episode 1: Connectivity Issues (May-14) I had called several times to customercare (almost spent 35-40 minutes everytime, note it's not toll free service for non reliance mobile customers). Everytime I used to get same answer that the issue would be resolved in few minutes. This went on for couple of days. Then one day they didnt have any answer (or I suspect they rather knew that there was some work going around impacted area but they refused to admit that), so they said there is problem with your laptop. So I got my friends brand new laptop and it didnt work there as well. For next few days, I called customercare and finally they admitted that there's connectivity problem due to "technical issues" and all users in that area were impacted. (Thank god! atleast this guy dared to admit the issue). I was not able to use the device for next few days so I stopped using it then onwards. I used to try to connect inorder to see if issues are resolved. It used to work for few minutes and same problem again. I demanded closing of connection in the same month due to frustration, with final settlement. I have conversation on record (Ref - RE:'Reliance=[protected]' Netconnect complaint [protected]) Episode 2: Billing Issues (May-14 to July-14) The customercare guy promised me to correct the bill as I was not able to use the services for almost entire month. I have conversation on record (Reference - "Reliance=[protected]' Netconnect complaint [protected]"). However, as per Reliance, I should pay the bill based on Data Usage. My Argument to that was as " I pay for unlimited data, even though it's 5GB plan, but nothing stops me from using it after that as I enjoy services on reduced speed." Reliance refused this and said that I have already used ~4GB so it would be calculated based on prorated basis for 5GB data usage. I refused to pay that unless they correct the bill properly. Episode 3: Connection Closing For response to my email, reliance asked for some details for closing of connections. I have provided all details as they have requested, except payment of due amount, which I didn't because of billing issues. Despite this, reliance continued generated the bills for subsequent months. (Note the billing amount exceeded my credit limit for the device) I have followed several times to customercare (on call and on email) that atleast stop generating bills but they continued doing that for next 3-4 months. My stand was clear correct the bill amount for Month of May and I would pay that bill and would not pay for any subsequent month as I didnt use the services. Episode 4: Harassment Calls I started getting calls since Month of June, (Reliance's recovery department works quicker than their customer service) on every call I had to repeat the story again (you know it's long story and from reliance's side the recovery is outsourced so these guys have no clue about previous conversation) Initially I entertained few calls, then I started telling them refer to earlier conversation or my email. Infact I forwarded emails to these people (these are not on reliance payroll, so they provided me some gmail id, I have it on record as well) Some days later, I got a call from lady claiming she had been calling from Bandra Court and a case is filed against me and I was supposed to be present for hearing regarding payment dispute. Initially I thought it might be genuine but realized it's tack ticks of recovery agents (aren't they insulting the constitution and clear case of fraud) I started saying go ahead and file case and infact started noting down number (I have mobile numbers and couple of emails from so called "reliance lawyer"). In some calls they have started offering me discounts like "Ok, we will waive off half amount, you pay the amount and we will close the case & give you closure letter") To summarize: 1. Amount Reliance is asking for, it is very small for me, but they have been doing these to many customers. People have been complaining but still these reliance continue doing the same, so we should fight against this. 2. I agree from reliance perspective that there could be some cases where people default the payment, but that doesnt mean you should give same treatment to everyone. 3. Reliance's stand contradicts to their own position, in first month they said bill would be prorated based on data usage, where as next month onwards as there is no data usage, they dont apply same formula there. I've already wasted lots of time on this and I dont see it's stopping. Is there any place where I can report this so that all this can be stopped not just for me but for other people with same story.                           I was using a data card with no [protected] taken in 2013. Have asked for a disconnection in early 2014 as I was not using the same. I have lodged a complaint here in Jan 2015 and after that i was called and got an assurance that there will be no further followup calls. Still there are reminders and threatens to me that there will criminal case filed against me. After paying all my bills properly and giving disconnection requests they are still bothering me. Should i keep paying monthly bills for life long for once taking a connection though i have not used??

                            On 14th feb 2015 i received following text msg
                            Amount Charged for VAS ShotformatsGSM Rs:28.00.
                            Current Main Balance : Rs:208.48
                            and my account balance was deducted without any activation from my side. This have happend many times in the past.when i spoke to customer care he said that the service has been activated from my side and he refused to refund my account balance.But i did not activate any service and in the past also i have deactivated any service that i was automatically subscribed to.
                            kindly look into the matter and a prompt action will be highly appriciated.

                                I recharged my mobile number [protected] on 5th February 2015 with 6GB 3G data plan of rupees 742. The recharge was done using Paytm online mobile recharge portal using HDFC Internet banking account. The amount was deducted from my account and In Paytm it is showing that the recharge was successful but I actually have not received any data till now. I tried to chase reliance customer care executive many times but none of them answered my queries. One of them told me that the recharge was done online, that is why the Plan was not activated onto your number and now this deducted amount is non refundable. When I told that guy I have done this same online recharge before and I got the data into my amount, he just hung up the phone. I never thought I would have to face such bitter experience with reliance. Their customer care executive is not competent enough to answer you queries and when they feel they don't know the answer they just hung up. Please help me on this. I just want my money back. For convenience, I am providing all the details as well below along with the invoice attached with this complaint.                                     Y slI am lalupatel my constmer id is[protected] i am complaining from July 30 I had paid money for July month then for three month I had complain from august to octember month I had not get qny wire solution i had paid 2500 rupees i had disconnected my net then i had not getting my refund i had complaine every month

                                        Fake Recharge In my mobile By You I do recharge my mobile With Amount 741 on My Mobile No. [protected] For scheme 3G for 6 Months, after that your massage received I Again recharge my Mobile for value add of Rs 550 and massage received by your SMS. But At present I have no balance without use of my mobile So what is your problem about this type of recharges. Please i am waiting your reply of this type of fake recharges
