My Reliance subscriber ID is[protected]. I raised a complaint with the broadband customercare on 14-Dec-2014 regarding my landline. Since then I have sent at least 10 followup emails and numerous calls to the customercare number. Everytime they open a new service request that has an SLA of 24 hours for closure, and in 3 days the ticket is closed. The call center guys that answer the customercare number are the most pathetic ones I have ever dealt with. The latest interaction being with one who calls himself "Sarath Kumar" where he refused to take a request for a waiver for service fault. His justification was that all the tickets were closed within 3 days they were raised. When I asked him why the tickets were closed when the issue was not resolved, he says it is some portal issue. So why should I pay for your inefficiencies? They have even charged me a late payment fee of 100/- and cut my broadband for a few days when the arguments on why I should pay for a service I am not receiving, delayed the bill settlement. The appellate authority seems to be a sham. I had painstakingly saved all the email correspondence over the last 2 months and attached them to a detailed email that I sent to the appellate. There was initially no response, but after a followup there was a reply again in vague terms that the request has been escalated and will be resolved. Till date, my problem continues. I would strongly recommend people who are looking for a broadband connection not to go for Reliance unless money is a strong concern (Reliance is cheaper compared to Airtel, now I know why) or you have ample time at hand to get into arguments and follow ups on frequent connection disruptions and cases like mine where the landline fault was unaddressed for a long time.

welcome mam don't stop until you get solution from reliance
I cannot believe this. One month after filing the complaint with TRAI and my issue is still not resolved. I received a call from Mumbai that he will personally look at the billing waiver for service fault (still no mention of restoring the landline service). Then I see in this month's bill that an amount of 8/- has been adjusted for a period of 4 months landline outage!! Is this all a joke?

When I called up Reliance customer care they say that only internet service non availability can be given waiver and not landline. I wanted to update TRAI on this matter, but the complaint does not seem to be available for viewing. Can someone advise how I can retrieve it..? DOETL/E/2015/05946 that is the registration number.

    I am using Reliance GSM sim (0 [protected]) from delhi ncr circle for past few years. They are deducting RS 3 from my balance alternate days as VAS USSD charges. I have not activated any VAS on my number by checking “MYVAS” to 55333 even-though they are deducting the money periodically, sevaral times an amount of Rs.3/- deduced from my account for the VAS service..Then i messaged to 121 and i got the reply like “you are not subscribed to any VAS packs” If I haven’t subscribed any VAS services then why they are deducting money from my account?

      I am a user of reliance broadband from more than a year (U id[protected]. i am facing a lot 8f problems with it, previously my connection was not working for more than a month in oct - nov 2015 and now again my connection is not working form 21 jan 2015, i had placed a lot of complaints at reliance customer care but nothing happened even after contacting to them at least 50 times, i got no response from their side. MY INTERNET IS STILL NOT WORKING.Please help me asap.

        Subscriber ID:[protected] My broadband connection is not working since 18th January, 2015 Here is the words from local technician of reliance: "2-pair cable between your home and 'Landmark Building' (from where i'm getting connection) is broken. We need to replace that cable. Length of that cable is 170 meters. But we don't have that long cable. We will replace your cable when it will be available." This was spoken by technician on 25th January. I'm writing this on 20th February. I can't believe that "RELIANCE" cannot arrange just 170 meters of cable for that long period!!! Please replace my cable. You can contact me on my registered mobile number.

                name : hemant m chauhan mob : [protected] place : himmatnagar district:sabarkantha state : gujrat pincode: 383001 i want to portability to other network. but when m goin to sent sms about it, it was seems to failed. so i called in reliance customer care but yet not get satisfied answer. and whenever i tried to reach customer care executive, it disconnect automatically . i tried 198, *333, [protected] Had also contanct to authorised reliance care in my place, they just saying that we have to try on 198... we trying from 19/02/2015 to current time...and this authorised reliance care also told that you should do consumer case on reliance . so we want answer about this bad service... and also want to some action on this type of reliance care ...

                  Dear Sir, Greetings!! Yesterday Reliance company executive block my outgoing calls bcoz my last bill is due. the executive message me sir your bill amount is high. Sir you will check my last all months records my all bills are paid. So this is not done i have 13 days to paid the company bill and believe me i don't no how much i will paid because m not received last bill. So i request you to please rearrange my outgoing calls otherwise i m not paying this bill amount. Your early action in this matter is highly appreciated. Plzzz call me. My no. is [protected]

                    I have received a message on 14th feb on my mobile number that u have charged for some kind of services for which i have not requested.they have deducted 5 rupees from my balance and after that they restricted my number so that i could not make any call to customer care help line number.Because of that deduction i couldn't made any call to my friend because of that they all are very angry to me.when i called them from another number after couple of days they just denied my complain saying that they have information of that very same day. so what about my balance.i couldn't made any call to customer care because of their fault.so now i want my money back.because I was not the one who activated such service.

                    Reliance Communication is based on the principles of cheating. It can't deliver good service to the people while always intended towards cheating through wrong deduction of balance. They want increase revenue through these ways. But people are wise enough. If you see the statistics, RCOM on one of the operator whose operator churn to other operators due to inefficient services. Attractive & Unlimited plans can make one to become a subscriber of RCOM, but it can't make one to have long time association with RCOM.

                    after calling from another number to customer care help line number, they are not solving the problem, instead they are doing it regularly.this is not happening only with my me but with my whole family. we have 4 connection of reliance and we all are facing the same problem.we cannot make call to customer care because they have restricted our call.this is so frustrating for me that i can do something very bad.sorry to say but i have to close all the numbers of of my family.my number is [protected].please solve the problem or i'll have to do something else.i'll have to take same legal action against reliance.i think reliance company dont have enough money thats why they are taking our money to survive.same on you reliance.

                      1.Balance deducted Rs.15/- 0n 16/12/14 for renewal of callertune 2. Again balance deducted Rs.30/- 0n 30/12/14 for renewal of callertune. 3.Again balance deducted Rs.14/- 0n 29/01/15 for renewal of callertune. 4. Again balance deducted Rs.3/- 0n 12/02/15 for renewal of callertune. 5. Again balance deducted Rs.2/- 0n 18/02/15 for renewal of callertune.Rs.2/- for VASCRBT. I have contacted customer care on the above said dates namely Prashant on 30.12.14 and Kamlesh on 29.01.15 and said the problem that I have never requested for the above service then why my balance has deducted. They assured me that the service is deactivated and no balance will be deducted in future. But the deduction of balance is still continuing and this will press me not to recharge the phone. From dated 12.02.15 my sending SMS and contact to customer care through no.198 is also stopped. The above activity make me very unhappy and discomfort to your service. Request to see into the above matter and do the needful in this regard. Ackd. please.

                        I got a new reliance postpaid no [protected] as your executives told me it would be free of cost std calling. when i got my first bill the charges were of 3000 as i got a call from mr. sunil pandit from reliance as please pay 2000 rest amount i will take care because of wrong commitment done to you. and i paid it as it would be fixed from next month and rest amount will be credited. but after that the person is not even picking the call and no call back from his side as no is still barred due to non payment and no cr applied. yet i received a call please pay your bill as new months rental on account i asked rep to check the last online complaint made as no was barred for 2months she checked and stated will call back. again no response i called ivr CSR says talk with agency who sold you at wrong commitment yet i again called the agency no reply and they stated have raised complain or call to ivr. its false commitment everytime if you dont have the required plans for customer why you sell the connection and also give fraud commitments. I even gave the reliance receit stating unlimited plan to payment executive but still only running in circles with no barred.

                          I AM FACING WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM RELIANCE NETCONNECT DATA CARD#[protected]. 1. I AM ALWAYS OPT FOR 3 MONTHS ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN, BUT THEY ARE NOT ACTIVATING THE SERVICE AND IN TURN THEY SAY THATI HAVE NOT RAISED ANY REQUEST BUT WHEN PROVIDE THEM THE EMAIL DOCUMENT THEY TAKE MINIMUM 7 DAYS TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL AND FINALLY THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FROM PAST 3 INSTANCES. 2. THEY HAVE ILLITRATED CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE WHO DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER OR TO RESOLVE THE ANY QUERRY. THEY ALWAYS GIVE WRONG INFORMATION AND TRY TO DISCONNECT THE CALL. IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE THEY WILL PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR LONG TIME AND THEN DISSCONNECT THE CALL WITH ANY RESOLUTION. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SUCH A BIG COMPANY. 3. ON FEB 12TH 2015 I HAVE REQUESTED THEM TO ACTIVATE THE 3 MONTHS ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN UNDER REFERENCE#[protected] EXECUTIVE NAME : SHIVRAJ WHEN I DIDN'T GOT ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE PLAN ACTIVATION I CALLED THEM 19TH FEBRUARY 2015 TO CONFIRM THE SAME. BELOW ARE THE SCENARIO HOW THEY HAVE RESPONDED TO ME: 1. THEY SAID YOUR PLAN IS NOT ACTIVATED AND ABOVE REFERENCE NUMBER IS NOT VALID AND NEXT MOMENT HE SAYS THAT IT'S ACTIVATED BUT DON'T KNOW WHEN ALSO DON'T THE SERVICE END DATE. WHEN I ASKED HIM TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO MANAGER OR FOLLER SUPERVISOR HE SAYS THAT NONE THEM AVAILABLE AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL SUE YOU IN THE COUSRT HE TRANSFERED THE CALLED TO SO CALLED FLOOR SUPERVISOR MR.VINOD, HE TRIED HIS BEST TO FOOL AROUND FINALLY HE SAID THAT I HAVE NOT CALLED THEM IN ABOVE REFERENCE NUMBER WHEN I ASKED TO TAKE THE CALL RECORD HE JUST DISCONNECTED THE CALL. I request you people to take strict action on all these worst customer service guys and RELIANCE to under that what level of customer service they providing.

                            I am getting a very slow internet speed in my location, i have raised a complaint i.d through customer care(2 times), one time they disconnected my call. Before raising a complaint i called them 3-4 times, their reply was network upgrading is going on, wait till 4pm today, 1pm today like that answers.After that i raised a complaint i.d My modem has got 3.1mbps speed i have checked out in other locations in my city, where i am getting a good speed(1.5mbps) but in my location their is speed fluctuation(most of the time i max speed i am getting is 300kbps) Around 3am-7am in morning i am getting a good speed(1.5mbps) which is enogh for me.                                 Hi, I have Reliance GSM prepaid connection (No. [protected]) and I am getting charged for some VAS services which I do not ask or request to subscribe. I am trying to call customer care but could not reach a single time from pas 3 days. I can not understand what the hell is going on. No one is responsible enough to take care of their customers, to listen their problems. Charges are deducted day by day. Please refer the attached screenshot for your further assistance. I am/will not be liable to pay such unrequested service.Also, I get so many alerts the whole day. Please do not disturb with such alerts and deactivate the same as well.                                 I have Reliance GSM prepaid connection (No. [protected]) and I am getting charged for some VAS services which I do not ask or request to subscribe. I am trying to call customer care but could not reach a single time from past 2 days. This is for the 3rd time I am writing to you guys to stop this and I am very disappointed

                                You can refer the complaints IDs of past complaints (c1035545 and c1010995).

                                120 INR has been charged till yet within 2 weeks.I request you to please deactivate such service

I paid my last bill dated 15-Oct-2014 Invoice number[protected], Receipt number is AM62405105 date : 19-oct-14 I have not received refund of the security deposit paid by me. The CSR said that the security deposit will be refunded in 60 days. It is 4 months now and I have not received any refund. I have placed a service request for the refund.                                     yesterday i recharged with rs 147 (unlimited 2g for 30 days ) but instead for 30 days, my validity expired in a day only...

                                    i tried to call customer care but all they did to me is "put on hold"..

                                    i want my data back :-(

                                    i am not satisfied with the service of reliance and if it goes like the way it is now then i had to port to another network...

                                        Hi I bought dongle for reliance number, [protected], from reliance kiosk at Manyata embassy park, Bangalore. The activation charge was nil . However the dongle was faulty as it was not connecting to the internet and also, it infected the laptop with virus . IBM help desk advised not to use reliance dongle because it is faulty and most of them are causing virus attacks . I returned this to the customer kiosk and asked him to disconnect the connection.I immediately sent an email to the customer care center also. However a bill was raised for the same . Now reliance customer care is torturing me to pay the bill . WHy should the bill be paid when I could not use it in the first place. Now they are threatening me by telling they will send me a court notice. Please help me close this issue . Regards Reshma
