Reference to the trailing below, this can be clearly understood how, irresponsible behavior shown by the so called R COM Appellate Authority of Delhi. After my mail there is no reply on this. When we are calling to the Customer Care Executive, their not picking up the calls, I called 27 times but in a result i have to listen the same recorded song in my every call blaw... blaw... blaw... our CCE are busy... Thanks for calling reliance. On the Same Day 16.02.2015- 12.09 P.M- Rs.5/-, 9.30 P.m- Rs.3, & on 17.02.2015- 1.48 A.m(Night) Rs.5/-. from 12th February the deduction started- Rs.5/-, 13th Feb- Rs.1/-, 14th Feb Rs.5/-. This the height of my patience. Here i just want to write down all the (Galis) that i know to the reliance team, but...
Please do the needful. Resolve my problem & give my money back.

I am facing the same problem again & again. From 12th Of February your mission revenue collection as unauthorized balance deduction by the name Of VAS again started from my number ([protected]) 12.02.2015- Rs.5/-, 13.02.2015- Rs.1/-, 16.02.2015- Rs.5/-.
Kindly resolve matter immediately. Assure no further amount will got deducted by the name of VAS. Rather i will take my call & change my network.

This is clearly understood that how irresponsible you people are. After
sending several mail and complain via- Mail/call to the so called
authorised Pamplet Officer & customer care executive, you guys are unable
to resolve a customer complain.
After so many complain my balance deducted on 27.07.2014 as VAS and on
30.07.2014 (Today) as VAS.
Now what bloody answer you want to reply. Reply Me ASAP.
