my mobile no. Is [protected]. Reliance GSM Activated Vas service on my no. Without suscribing and my bal. also get deducted Rs 28 and Rs 20 two times yesterday and when i call to the RCare on *333 they told me the Charges deducted for using internet. They told me that the complaint will be booked on 198 and after trying more than 100 times their is no Response on 198. I have a valid net pack and the balance is deducted...
