I have closed my account in july and paid all due from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit has to be refunded at the time of closing the account I would like to know how and when I would get the amount back. I am yet to get my amount back even my last statement shows - 571 as balance. i have contacted to reliance store and they send many reminder mail to the customer care, but no response from any side.     i purchased the reliance connection(no. [protected]) on 9th February from on of the re in kathauta named hotspot, The no. got activated on same day at approx 9 PM. from that day onwards the network was fine and there was no problem with it. on 18th feb morning the network fluctuation started i tried to call customer care they told that the area in which i am using the no. from 9th of feb is not our service area i just want to know that how come i was using the no here ? please check to the problem and provide solution as soon as possible Address where no. is being used Amity University, laulai road, Nr malhaur railway station, Chinhat, Lucknow Kushal Kaushik alternate no.       I got my number [protected] recharged on 13th feb 2015 by Rs 500. Then didn't made any calls since there was network problem.. when i called customer care on 16th feb they told me the problem will be resolved by 10 pm.. but the problem continued.. then i again called customer care on 18th feb.. they told me i have no balance.. though i didnt made any calls they deducted my Rs 500.. please help as soon as possible

          Hi, My complain against Reliance Communications, They just send message and said you are requested for VAS .. and detect some amount like..5, 3, 1 Rs.I can't catch them (customer care ) by own mobile number, but when I tried to catch then by my alternative number, I was able to talk them and the revert back my detected amount and they promised this will not happen again but after few minutes they again started to detecting amount. When I try to catch them again, I can't reach them by both number. In a day, I try at least 30 -40 times to catch them via my both number, Finally I want to take action again them. I am facing this problem from last 3 months. Please suggest me what should I do again this problem.

            I applied for a new connection of reliance broadband and landline on 3-2-2015. Within 2 days they installed it and started broardband and told me that phone connection will take 24 hours. Now till today[protected], despite my various reminders and complaints my phone have not been connected. Even broadband is non functional most of the time. Reliance employees are totally iresponsible and non cooperative. Even complaints at cutomer care have no response.
            I have told the representative to please return my money as i don't want this connection. Fed up!!!
            Please help to get my money back...

                  my mobile no. Is [protected]. Reliance GSM Activated Vas service on my no. Without suscribing and my bal. also get deducted Rs 28 and Rs 20 two times yesterday and when i call to the RCare on *333 they told me the Charges deducted for using internet. They told me that the complaint will be booked on 198 and after trying more than 100 times their is no Response on 198. I have a valid net pack and the balance is deducted from my main balance. The Rcare on 198 didn't pick my call i m trying to call your service centre more than 100 times but no. response from there. side. Kindly book my complaint and get my Balance Back.

                        sir, reliance communication deducted my mobile recharge amount by rs.40 (almost) without my knowledge.they have been activated some VAS without my knowledge . and when I tried to connected with the reliance costumer care service officers.they did not replied about respective problem.please short out my problem as soon as possible. my mobile no.                           Dear Sir I am to inform you that I am your customer since long. I have two nos [protected] & [protected]. further, I am to state that your customer care no. *333, 30333333, 198 are of no use. always show busy, if connected, then computers speaks our rep/officers will talk to you within 03 or 5 minutes.but that 03 or 05 minutes do not come and your rep/officers is not available to attend customer request or complaint. Even, I could not talk or lodge complaint even after holding phone for continuous 10 minutes. I am trying from 14/02/2015, but unable to talk or lodge complaint. I have e-mailed your [protected]@relianceada.com on 16/02/2015 and 17/02/2015, but there is no response from your side. Is there any other way. How could I get my problem resolved. If this is your service/customer care, stop saying the words like u r our valuable customer or we care for u etc. I do not want service provider like you and compelled to go to another Service provider.                             Our Phone 32930001 has stopped working since 24 Dec’ 2014 and for this we have given Complaint No[protected] dt: 29.12.14 to Ms.Geetha and she assuredus 4-5 days it will be solved and nothing happened, then again we given complaint on 5 Jan’2015, 8 Jan’ 2015 they said complaint is already registered and given 3-4 days but not solved. Then we personally visited 4 times Reliance showroom at 6 Haddows Road and met Ms.Banu every time. She also assured it will be Solved but nothing happened till today except our time & energy was wasted. Now you can imagine with this 32930001 free usage to reliance phone our whole business schedule hit and we had paid to other line and still you are collecting the monthly rent with taxes. How it can be possible.So we request you to please look into the matter and solved it, other wise we Can’t pay the rent of this one phone only, till it get solved by working. Apart from this, we have also sent the Email to "Reliance Appellate Authority" on 05-Feb-2015 and we got the reply stated below : ================================================================================ Dear Mr. Kankaria, This is with reference to your e-mail for Reliance FixedWirleine ( FWP ) number [protected].                             We have received your feedback.


                            After almost 6 weeks, your team say you need to replace the instrument. The phone was dead and not working till date, its almost 2 months we have not utilized the service after the complaint was registered.


                            We have requested for the monthly rental waiver as the service request was logged and the query was not solved for almost 6 weeks.
                            The team say the rental cant be waived. How come your team can say that the rental cant be waived. we have not even utilized the service and the complaint was also register, it couldn't be solved from your end and your team is asking us to pay the rental.


                            We are ready to buy the new instrument unless and until the rental gets waived off.


                            You all need to understand we have been your customer for almost more than 8 years and we have never made the payment late.
                            Finally, these is the service we are getting it.


                            Please do the need full so that the issue gets resolved and we are ready to buy the new instrument.

After my mail there is no reply on this. When we are calling to the Customer Care Executive, their not picking up the calls, I called 27 times but in a result i have to listen the same recorded song in my every call blaw... blaw... blaw... our CCE are busy... Thanks for calling reliance. On the Same Day 16.02.2015- 12.09 P.M- Rs.5/-, 9.30 P.m- Rs.3, & on 17.02.2015- 1.48 A.m(Night) Rs.5/-. from 12th February the deduction started- Rs.5/-, 13th Feb- Rs.1/-, 14th Feb Rs.5/-.                                 This is to inform you that my balance deduction problem is still not resolved yet and i would sugest you to reconsider this request again.I have spoken to one your executive when i wrote back and she said my problem will resolved within 3 days while on 3rd day which sunday i recieved the message &quot;Dear Reliance Customer As Per Details Checked In System (CDR) Customer WILL BE Charged Correctly For Gprs Usage&quot; but i would like to comment on this that i already have 4.65 MB approx data left when the Balance Deduction took place. There was no message for deduction. Two things- 1.My deduction amount was Rs 129.I had Rs 169 in balance till 10th Feb please check this one. after when i made a call on 12th i saw it was Rs 40 already. 2.When i cal 198 customer service for help and reach one your executive by 991 the operator always says &quot; please wait while we connect you to one of our executive&quot; then operator suggest some ads and at last it says &quot;Thank you calling Reliance&quot; What on earth is ? i have tried this almost 100 times on 100th day please resolve this as soon as possible else i will leave no stone to go complain to one your higher authority and meet them.                                     Dear Sir, Speed of my Wire line Broadband Connection, User ID No.[protected] is extremely low. I have lodged initial complaint with their Customer Care Division on[protected]. My complaint ID is[protected]. But the company is not taking any step to improve the speed. In fact none of their Technicians has come to the site and check the connection.                                       I'm using Reliance since 3 years #[protected]. Since last year I'm having an issue o[censored]nnecessary VAS deduction from my account.. But since last 2 days, 3 times 5 Rs had been deducted. I had even written email to Customer care but I had not received any reply from them.

On checking with her for the status of closure she mentioned that your net connect will be closed after 1 week. Service Request ID[protected] on 25/12/2014. This id was provided to me by Sunanda. I had given a complaint that I will not be paying for the amount of services which are not used by myself. As I had given complaint since 21st Dec till 25Th Dec mentioning that my net connect is not working and your executives had been giving me ref num every time and confirm it will be resolved. I told them on day one if its not working kindly take request for cancelling the connection. They assured it will be resolved and if its not resolved you will not be charged as there is not data usage. After my follow up, I got the connection cancelled and got the billing of amount which was not used by me. After that I sent a mail for wrong billing, there has been no revert. I am getting mails from Reliance legal to clear my outstanding from a month now. I had written to appellate office marking a copy to Reliance legal department. But very strangely I am getting mail from Appellate that you have to pay the amount of 1087, as per details provided to you. I have been asking appellate to provide me the details of data usage done my myself, they have not been reverting on that. In between I got a call from reliance legal saying that you pay 900 and we will close the case. As my connection was terminated I can not do the online payments. As I am located i a remote place, I had got a mail from reliance legal to clear Rs 900 and this offer is valid for one working day. I am not able to understand that I have to face this problem and why are you bargaing n amount to be paid. Today 16/2/15 I spoke to secretary of appellate Mr Sumit and he told you have to pay the amount as stated in mails to you. Rather than listening and addressing complaints they are forcing things to us.I asked if there is any other authority apart from appellate I can address he rudely said no. I asked him to provide e the details of download and upload data for which you are charging me. He has simply forwarded me the bill without proper details as requested for. I have been patient enough to bear un necessary calls and mails from reliance. Which is hampering my day to day work and mental peace.
