I had 124 rs balance..n a adpapaypay service activated on my num on 26/jun/2015.n 57 rs was deducted.I called customers care.it is my number [protected].n they said we can't help u ryt num in 24 hrs I called 12 times..but they said call ltr..now they riciv call n said ur bal r not refundable because on same day u dint call us..ye koi baat hui kya...57 is not small amount for student..ye bal to cut kar lete h fir refund ni karte..that's y I want change network

    Dear reliance communication, as per the telephonic conversation with the customer care associate, there were no discussion on the phone but the associate addressed me to the nearest reliance Town Office, The address of the Town Office is as follows:- Reliance Communications Ltd., 1283, Near Manas Bhawan Beside Fox Showroom, Wright Town, Jabalpur 482001 As I have visit over there, the office has been closed as per the guard over there. how can be reliance so irresponsible that giving FALSE INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMER At this point I am frustrated with the reliance customer help desk that there is no one to have any kind of authority please take it seriously

        I am fed up of this issue when ever I try to call any one it just says Network error and just get beep sound the call automatically gets cut please if you dont take step against this matter I am going to change my Network to Airtel or any other network please take steps as quick as possible I am not even able to speak to your customer care.

          One of the worst internet service provider in the country. They say 3g speed, but reality is not even 1g. If you file a complaint, it takes them 4 days to resolve. Just imagine!!! internet to be restored and it takes them 4 days, whereas other companies resolve the same in less than 24 hours. And whenever you call the CSD, "Asuvidha ke lie khed hai"...

            I have been chasing reliance people for past three days. They are not taking seriously about my complaint & my issues has not been resolved. Yesterday two guys came from reliance & they just tell they do not have good technical support in West Delhi as company do the out source of the service. These private people does not take any responsibility to provide the services. Also all of sudden my contact number has been changed. What is going on with reliance company & people? They really are not customer focused.

              I am Anuj Dowarah mobile no. -[protected]. sir i have got a SMS Dated 24.02.15 time - 06.53 A.M Amount charged for VAS miss call alert of Rs. 15/- But Please be noted this plan didn't activated by me.and also Rs.15/- was deducted from my main a/c. Yesterday I have Discussed about this matter with Reliance customer care near about 30 minutes at Dibrugarh &amp; they refused to help us return my money. and de-activated this plan from my mobile no. and please refund my amount. In future please don't activated any plan from your End.

                Sir/madam:

                This is Ameen...i used reliance netconnect plus...my reliance card no is HSD [protected]... I used this Card for One year
                and after that I got relocated to Bangalore from Chennai, I called Reliance team for closure, they said no issue they will give the option of 5months free usage with out any charge, but I said them the reliance Dongle will not work in my office Laptop
                so its useless, please cancel it, they said they will do i, after 5 months I got a bill started in my name to my Chennai address,
                Its ridiculous and now i can see the messages coming from Reliance team on threatening Legal actions against Section 406 & 415-E...

                what is the resolution for this?...pls give necessary steps further i do...

                  Sir/mam I have recharged my number [protected] with Rs 247 2GB 3G on 17/2/15. I checked my balance on 24/2/15 11 pm and it was showing 1523 mb left but when i checked my balance on 25/2/15. 8:30 am it says only 1 mb left. i always keep my mobile data turned off when i don't use it so there is NO chance that i spent background data.

                    Sir My name is V.Karthikeyan from Chennai and my reliance data card number is [protected]. I have took reliance data card connection on nov 3 from day one it was not working properly Either no connectivity or some time 1X speed . i have raised complaints 3 times every time The customer care will asked for 3 or 7 working days’ time but simply they will close my Complaint without even calling me and even I will get service SMS to rate the service for the Solution they have given, think hw a customer will get irritated. By the time my first bill got generated for Rs 547 still I am calling the customer care no respond Same happening on dec 6th they have suspended my service for non payment and this Time I spoke with some floor manager she promised that my lines will be active and my bill Will be reversed and asked to go to reliance store to exchange for dongle. I went to reliance store They said this is franchise stores they cannot exchange dongle asked to go direct reliance office at Chennai nungambakkam. By the time again new bill got generated for total Rs 1848 for suspended Connection. I went to reliance Chennai office and met Mr.Manoj kumar, Co-ordinator explain all the problems He said he customer care is contract employees and he will check and let you solve the problem. But no solution again from him I went to met him again to know the status he said sir it’s a long process it will take time and if you want to solution immediate he asked me to pay 1000 rupees as full and final Payment and will waiver the remaining amount and even he will give 3G for 2GB for zero rental for two Months . I want to put full stop so I took his offer and paid 1000Rs and got the receipt on January 30th 2015 .Today his feb 25th 2015 still my outstanding is remaining same and my connection is Suspended nothing changed instant I am getting sms that reliance will take action my for non payment. I went to reliance office 3times again but he gives 10days, 15days times but no result. I want know if a person took some service or invested our money in a public or private sector are we Slaves no respect for a consumers, where is our consumer rights??????????.                       My Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected] my connection for not working from many days(15 days) as soon i have taken the connection i logged many mails but every time same reply "Be assured that we will do our best to resolve your concern" i request for wavier but as per their policy the waiver was not applicable because there dispute resolution is 21 days after repetitive complaints the broadband came up but it again started similar behaviour so i asked for cancellation they said a representative will call me and settle all the payment related information and collection of instruments but till now i haven't got any calls and i am continuously getting this mail from "Balaji A" about bill dues. I am wondering is this the service quality of the worlds biggest company is this the way the loot the people. I am requesting everyone don't ever buy reliance communication products yet they are cheap but it will cost you a lot. Sir please kindly help us there many people i saw in this forum that are facing similar problem.

                          Dear executive, I am Dr Nayan Jadhav, I have been using this reliance gsm number [protected] since more than a year and have been experiancing balance deductions on a regular basis but with smaller magnitude but on 22 feb 15 my whole balance of Rs 173 was completely deducted and didnt got refunded..so i tried to complain to customer care but they had only one answer- "system is down" and that too on my successive attempts...height of the services occured on next day when they even didnt allowed my call to reach to the executive with some internal settings... is this what u call a service????? being in the kind of services i am emergency services are needed and i too hadnt any alternate number ..have faced many hardships that day... yours is so reputed company dont spoil the name of anil ambani by your low level services ..company has set high standards but you guys are lowering it...hope you will resolve my issue giving priority or else i wii have to use my right to go to a consumer court or trai..hope the need doesnt arrive and let it be a wake up call for you...thanking you...i do u have recording with your executive i[censored] want will send it

                              Hey, This is hemant, I am from Delhi, on 17th of Feb 2015, purchase new reliance post paid mobile connection from reliance of executives name's (Akshay and Rahul). Akshay says your connection activate within 48 hours, but till no response and not activate my number.Today i call for know how much time you take executives behave bad mannar and disconnect my call 2-3 times after that these are can't pickup my call, So i humble request to you please take action for that as soon as possible.

                                My name is Manoj Jain.

                                Land Line Service Provider - Reliance Communication

                                I had shifted my office 1 month ago and so I had asked reliance to shift the land line to my new office on 24th January, 2015 by mail as their customer care guided me.
                                And after that I made complaint on 10th February, 2015 as during this waiting time, my line didn't got shifted.
                                My complaint no. is[protected].
                                More than one month passed but I am not getting my land line shifted. How I could carry on my business without a telephone through which my customers comes to me ?

                                I had barred to much loss and a precious customers which cant be valued in money . The worst service of Reliance is also got success to ruin my image in the whole cloth market.

                                One month passed away since your Appellate Authority has given me commit to do it in two days.

                                After your reply, I had called your Appleate Authority and they give me commitment that they will solve my problem with in 2 days but even after passing one week, there is no responce from your side.

                                  Helo i am using reliance gsm sim from many years it was ok till now but from 16th of feb the 3g sim is showing the sign of 2g while using the internet i had many calls to their customer care but he is telling from three days that their is a problem it will be solved within 1hour but still now it has been not solved i request you to take some action against it

                                      Due to poor service from Reliance Broadband, I had asked them to disconnect my broadband connection - for which they said that I need to go to a store to disconnect this - I stopped payment for a month and then they disconnected - once I paid the bill, they connected it back again and sent me another bill for the next month - this has happened more than 3 times. I am surprised why I need to go to a store to disconnect this and asked them why this cannot be done online when everything is done online these days. After all there is no equipment to return, they just need to execute my request for cancellation. Now, they are threatening me with calls and say that I will have to pay damages to Reliance (when they are actually damaging themselves) - when I have never refused to pay the bill in the first place. I have already told them that I will pay but my subscription needs to be disconnected and not connected back again. Like it was done before. Also, there is no way, I am going back to the store just give a request for disconnection. Looks like they want to create just trouble and not really interested in resolving the issue. I too can take the step forward and pay the bill - but what if my connection is reinstated back again ? I am also NOT willing to go to the store for this - when it can be done online.

                                        I got a message from Reliance Communication dat in RC 247, I wud get Rs 150 in promo balance as well as 1gb 3G. Along wid dis, it promised dat I wud get 2mb/run dat India scores on 22/02/2015 versus South Africa in cricket and 4mb/run if India wins. But even after India won, I didn't get the balance. I called Reliance Customer Care twice regardng dis issue, but d problm isn't solvd till now. Please solve dis problm as soon as possible.

                                        The worst possible Service Provider is Reliance Communications. Their Customer Service Response time is also too slow
