Dear Sir / Madam, I am using your Postpaid No-[protected] from last 2-3 years, I get a additional no-[protected] on October-2014, I had choose the plan of Rs 349/- for [protected], from the start i didn't get any invoice neither hard copy nor soft copy, I had paid Rs 295/- against your 1st bill which i get through sms, I get the sms for last bill for. Rs. 656.74, which is due My mobile no has been disconnected from 9th Jan-15, and again the next bill has been generated for more than Rs. 600/- I had asked to your Customer Care Executive to send the bill on my mail id (rajendra.[protected]@gmail.com) lots of time but she didn't do this.Now, I want to know how my bill is generating more than Rs. 600/- though i didn't use this no for this month.Please send my all bill in my mail id and so can i check my uses and pay the bill.I had also a request for plan change for my no- [protected] for Rs. 149/-(Complaint No[protected], but this has not yet change and i am getting the bill as per previous plan which was Rs. 349/- Today i got a call from your collection department and they talked with me such a cheap langugae. I want to made a complain against them as they misbehave with me and my wife too.

    My number is [protected]. Whenever I use internet reliance deduct my balance for no reason and later they accept their mistake and give a part of deducted amount as refund. But last time they deduce my whole balance and also when i recharged internet one day pack they deduced money but not activated my net service.They accepted their mistake but refused to refund balance. Tell me what i can do with their sorry, service. When I complained for this deduction they said they registered my complain and i should wait for 48 hours and after 48 hours they refused for my balance refund. Please help me. Thankyou in advance

      sir, I triloki rajput is reliance cdma user in PALAM delhi area. my mob No is [protected] (prepaid). I am suffering from very poor network connectivity since last four days.First, call is not getting connected and if it get connected then it is getting disconnects automatically very soon in between of call with notification " Can not complete the call please try later". When i call to customer care, he simply made excuse that your Mobile Handset is faulty please get check your handset Whereas my Handset is fully OK and Serviceable. With this problem i am very much affected as i am not able to make call to even my relatives and so many important work is pending due to this. So please look into the matter.

        I used Reliance dongle bearing the number [protected], in the month of October I raised request for termination initially every thing went well later I.e on 6th oof January I got a message saying that there is an outstanding due of 650 I was shocked with that and informed Reliance contact centre they took 2 complaint s for termination and waive off till now no response please do the needful

                Hi I am reliance broadband user.My subscriber id is[protected]. I have broadband connection of reliace.But my landline is not working from last 3 month. I have complained many times (About 50). But every time they told me to wait. And i am paying bill of 1200es every month for internet and landline. And no one is helping me for that. I have complained to manager of reliance also but he is also not helping to me. If anyone can help me then i apprais it. Thanks.

                  I purchased Reliance 3 data card( [protected]) on 28/01/15 from MEERUT. The data card was activated on 01/02/15 with free 10 GB data. In the mean time it was not connected to Internet for 5 days for up gradation purpose by the Company. Now it is also disconnected from 23/02/2015 by the Company . As per costumer care it is disconnected due to non providing of documents.BUT I SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENTS TO YOUR REP ON 28/02/15 AND ALSO SUBMITTED TO YOUR OUTLET ON 26/02/15 AT 01:00 PM ( appx) AT MEERUT. But my connection is not started yet. My 10GB data have also Lapsed due to above reason. from- KAVITA MOB NO -[protected]

                      I am using Reliance GSM sim ([protected]) from delhi ncr circle for past few years. They are deducting RS 3 from my balance alternate days as VAS USSD charges. I have not activated any VAS on my number by checking “MYVAS” to 55333 even-though they are deducting the money periodically, sevaral times an amount of Rs.3/- deduced from my account for the VAS service..Then i messaged to 121 and i got the reply like “you are not subscribed to any VAS packs” If I haven’t subscribed any VAS services then why they are deducting money from my account?

                        I purchased new Reliance Pro3 internet broadband connection. The speed mention is up to 14.7 Mpbs and while purchasing Reliance representative said that I'll get speed of around 3-4 Mbps and trusting him I paid for whole year in advance but what I am getting around 256 Kbps. Sometime I cannot browse even Google. I raised complaint to their customer care but still no help. Daily I call the customer care twice or thrice but still no solution. I am really frustrated.

                          Same thing happened again .
                          A deduction of around 15 RS happened yesterday which is reverted today with a balance of 10 RS.
                          But again the data usage is being deducted the main balance which is just given back.
                          How many time this will be repeated ?
                          I have faced this for the fourth time.
                          I have logged another complain for the same, but didn't get any response and also not able to find the complain also.
                          I just hope it is not being deleted by Admin.

                              Dear sir, I am Neeraj Negi (owning Reliance cdma prepaid mobile no. [protected]), a faithful client of Reliance CDMA for previous six years. On 24th and 25th feb, i received three sms from its service number RM-651234 informing me that my Rs. 46 (one India plan) would expire on 26th feb. Since i schedule my tariff recharges as per the alerts provided by that service number, i was satisfied that my next tariff recharge (of one India plan) would be due on 27th feb. However, on 25th, all my calls were charged at non-discounted rates. I called up customer care executive Mr. Mimoh at 11.00 pm on 25th informing this. He told me that my plan had expired on 24th and that their service number (RM-651234) does not send such alert messages for plan expiry. However, I am having those three messages alerting me the same (screenshots attached). I request you to kindly pursue the company to refund the overcharged amount applying the discounted rates on 25th feb which I was entitled to due to miscommunication from their service number. Thanking you in anticipation of a positive and quick response.

Iam from a small village and daily min 4 hours power cut is there in that time not getting reliance network totally.Me and my friends are given lot of complaints to Reliance Customer Care but till now we didn't get any response from reliance team and they are telling simply the problem is in resolving stage from 6 months and present NO NETWORK COVERAGE TOTALLY from 1 week.                                       In 2013, i wanted to surrender my reliance postpaid number[[protected]]. After lots of argument with the customer care, one person said that he will provide zero rental plan as i was a valued customer of over 5 years. Which meant that i will have to pay bill only if i use the number. After that i didnt have any problem and occasionally i was getting bills with amount '0'. Now suddenly in december i got bill stating i have to pay 265 rupees.This amount gets incremented every month. For feb i got a bill for rs, 420. Now if i contact customer care they are arguing that there is no zero rental plan as such and they are saying my number is active.I have proof of all the '0' amount bills that they sent me last year. I had disposed that mobile and sim 2 years back.And these are not even supporting me to de-activate the account.

                                      Now over all these, my mother is receiving nuisance calls everyday on the .landline number asking to pay the bill Please resolve this or i am left with no option but to go to the consumer court.

                                        We are port 4 nos of corporate connection in reliance But next day after activation of nos next at 10.15 pm they stop services when i was talking to someone. And saying submit your docs again. Let me clear that this is time of stop service for docs reason and you should tell this point in working hrs so that we can take action for it And most important why u activate nos without chk docs they should do this work in working hours and before activate no specially when nos we already using nos and porting from other service provider Now 3rd class service provider reliance i cant quit before 3months Regards ashu [protected]
