Hi, I have done prepaid recharge of 61(100 roaming minutes) on 28 Feb 2015 on the mobile no [protected] from my ICICI credit card. Payment status was showing transaction not successful but the amount has been deducted from my credit card 3 times as below. 1. Transaction Id.: [protected], [protected], [protected] 2. Bank Name:ICICI bank (Credit Card) 3. Branch Name if available:Bund Garden Pune 4. Date & Time of Recharge Transaction: 28/02/2015 b/w 10:00 PM-12 PM 5. Amount of Transaction:61 I have not received the recharge on my mobile so request you to please refund the amount rs 183 deducted. This is happening second time. Last time when I recharged on 26 Dec 2014. That time it was also not recharged and money has been charged for my mobile no [protected] and [protected]. The details are as below for this.     I have registered for new broadband connection before 2 weeks, but still I didn't get any response related to demonstration or any installation.

    I am calling at customer care number for wireline broadband connection everyday, They are taking all my details every time and promising everyday that my complaint will be sorted out with in 24 hours, but still there is no action related to my registration & waiting for that magical 24 hours.

    You can imagine that before connection they are doing like this, so what will be after taking service?

      This is reference to my reliance net connect data card No [protected](unlimited 999 plan), i took this connection on month 29/02/14, from the next day only i am facing network and speed problem before month completion thet raise Rs300 bill and keep calling to pay. without using net i paid the amount. i called 3-4 times customer care regarding network and speed also but they are not responding properly. so finally i decide to disconnect the connection so i called to customer care again 3-4 times. i am trying to reach them since 26/02/2015 but they were giving the reason that there back end team is not available so you have to call again or have to visit near by your reliance store for disconnection. I personally visited the reliance store (service road, chord road 6th main, vijayanagar bangalore.) and gave a termination request they said you have to continue the connection till 3 month disconnection is not in our hand. so now i am totally pissed off and frustrated with reliance services. the thing is the why they unnecessary forcing me to continue the connection till 3month. i did all possible way to disconnect the connection if they will raise any bill i am not responsible for that and i am not gonna pay a single ruppee. this is my life's biggest mistake to take reliance service.

      its almost one month is over how long you will take to disconnect my connection???? Really is horrible service of reliance. still my problem is not address. you are sending bill messages and mails. While i am not using the net connect past 1 month. when you will disconnect the connection since last month i am telling to disconnect the connection. i am not gonna pay any amount. i have none of option other than consumer court.

        instacare otp problem

Second day I trying to call but did not connect, then I check talk time balance but it was "0" Zero. after that I contact to Reliance customer care service but the person did not give logical answer and they not get easy for talk. they trying to waste customer time.

          Hi All,
          A Warning!!! Never buy reliance data card and get cheated.
          I got a new reliance dongle with corporate plan and a by
          Default plan which was must to take i.e 40gb @999. As far as I remember I
          got it on 20th Jan 2015, and I was being said by reliance sales person
          that it ll get activated the same but It got activated after 3-4 days.
          Even after that It was not working and since 26th Jan being a national
          holiday followed by a long weekend. On 28th I came back to the sales
          representative and said that the dongle is not working. He gave lot of
          excuses and made me to wait for almost an hr to check if its working or
          not and later he found that it was not working on his system too. He
          asked me to wait for his call and then I can come and collect the data
          card. For almost 10 days he kept the data card saying
          its with service center and then I asked him to discontinue my
          connection. From past 2 weeks I am trying to disconnect my
          connection, tried through all the ways i.e by going to Reliance shop,
          calling customer care, went to reliance store, by meeting the sales
          representative but still it didn't work. I am really shocked and unhappy to see this kind of behavior from reliance.Every day reliance people are calling me and disturbing me to do the payment...and now they are saying that I have agreed for some offer provided by reliance to me for 2gb free...so they have kept my termination request on Hold... I just want to get rid of this reliance...

          Its almost 24 hrs since Reliance team asked me to submit details using their website..and they ll get in touch...but till now no one called me or responded back.. This shows how fast they are and how worst they are in resolving complaints..No more proofs needed...

              I had a wll reliance communication connection which i discontinued in 2010 I have the service request no. and receipt of the application .But after several calls and meeting in the office still they have not given back my security deposit of rs 1422 as told by their office saying it's old matter it will take time.I want to ask 5 years are not sufficient .Again i lodged complaint to appeal authority with i.d.[protected] on 19 th feb, 2015 but till date no response.Why these companies don't give back the security deposit on time.

                Misleading customers into recharging for a higher amount

                On 02/03/15 I made an online recharge to my reliance netconnect+ datacard through its website http://myservices.relianceada.com/captureInstantRecharge.do The website provided available recahrge options after entering my reliance subscriber number [protected] belonging to UP(E) circle. I made a recharge of 449/- through my debit card at around 6:10 pm on 02/03/15. I don't have the recipt because i did not save it as i wasn't expecting this...

                i have reliance gsm post paid card having no. [protected], with plan of 99 Rs. Rental per mont which is including 1GB OF 3G DATA and 200 local minutes free, but if i am not using 3G data more than 1 GB thereafter i got the bill of Rs. 803/- for this month. Reliance communication also not sending any kind of information massages about using data, and the are charginh much more than coustemer usages. please solve this problem.                   We have taken up Reliance Wired Phone service for our office. There are 15 numbers. CAN No.[protected] However since more than 1.5 month all the 15 numbers are dead. We have registered several complaints for the dead phone service to the Reliance Customer service as well as raised this issue to the Reliance Appellate Authority several times. Every time when we call the Reliance Appellate Authority they say we have escalated the issue and your service shall be functional with 24hrs. However the phones are still dead. We have also requested Reliance Appellate Authority to reverse the billing charges for the non-functional phone. And refund/adjust the payment made towards the bills. However the same is also not done and now we get calls from billing department to make payment for new bill for dead phone services. We have paid installation charges and have paid your monthly bills for services which is not operational. We would request Reliance Communication to refund us all the monies paid to them for service which they are not fit to provide.

                  It's been more than a week after providing you with my contact details yet there is no service call ...neither my telephone lines are yet working

                  This shows how pathetic your customer service is and how you value you have for your customers and take them for a ride.

                  Reliance is the worst telephone company ever dealt with. You guys don't care about your customers and just ignore their grievances.

                  Now I demand compensation along with complete refund of the installation charges and monthly payments for non operations service and also want a written apology letter for the hassle we have gone through.

                  Hope someone more responsible takes control of this issue and resolve it.

                  Sir there had been a technician visit a 1.5 week back ... They fixed the wire problem ... However the phone is still not completely operational.

                  The phones were dead since mid January .. Now the lines are functional but calling has been bared for bill payment of non operational services ????

                  We received a call a week back from your customer service department confirming that the past 2months bill will be reversed/adjusted ... They checked the call records for the last date the phone was used. And after getting all details we were advised that the line will be fully functional in a day ...

                  I have been waiting for the reversal/ adjustment so that my phone lines get operational. Meanwhile reliance gets to the heights of cheekiness.. By call me today asking to make complete payment for the non operational service ... And the representative was so rude that he asked me to cancel the service o[censored] don't want to pay for the non operational period.

                  I will be actually happy to cancel such pathetic service and move elsewhere.. As they cannot provide proper customer service ... U would request you to Please refund me the charges paid for installation and other fees.
                  ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW AND THE PHONE IS STILL NOT WORKING.

"RM-615133: Unltd Reliance Local calls wo bhi Matr Rs.9 mein pack ko apnane ke liye Dial *129*3#, Validity 1 Day.RGSM" at 10.03 Am date[protected] And when i did the recharge Rs 9 was detected from my main balance and i got a message from the company that "52811: RC of Rs 9 successful, Enjoy 60 local reliance to reliance minute . Valid for today." at 9:20 pm I called customer care for this.customer care executive name was Manish vishwakrama who talked to m . He said me that here unlimited means only for one hour. When i wanted to talk to senior authority he said that that he can't transfer the call and he also used abusive words. just after two minutes I time but then after they are telling me that ther was no msg send from the company to Me. When i told them about the previous customer behavior they asked me about the name of that and I told his name but after a while they are telling me that there was no customer care name Manish. Sir, so I request you to take a serious action against them for misbehaving and for the wrong information. Thank you.

                      I had previously posted on 22nd Feb, 15 regarding the unauthorised deduction of Rs.60 from my account balance of reliance number [protected] and unable to contact the customer care. Since that time no representative from Reliance bothered to contact me, neither my concern was resolved. I was surprised to see reliance representatives commenting that my concern was resolved to my satisfaction, Its a real horrible experience an Indian Telecommunication customer can have. Its clear that Reliance Communications is just for looting their customers and in turn provide offers and schemes from the same money.                         I would like to state I am Rahul Singh with reliance netconnect+ number [protected] that due to zero signal problem in my area for continuously 4 months from September 2014 October 2014, November 2014 and December 2014, I was unable to open any website so i constantly registering the complain to customer care, as follows 1) that there is no signal coming or zero signal problem in my area from September 2014, I was not able to work on internet, so whole my money gone wastage in giving bills to reliance as I am not able to open the website but the reliance company charges the whole rental money whether I got any signal or not, so for that I several times called at customer care but nothing was done in this regard. 2) On Sep 17, service request no.[protected] spoke to Anil from reliance regarding zero signal problem in my area, they assured to me solve the problem gave service request no.[protected], but i did not get my problem solved and just paying the bill for no internet work.but problem remains as such. 3)On Nov 4, call to customer care and talked to Subhash from reliance regarding zero signal problem in my area, they assured to me solve the problem, but i did not get my problem solved and just paying the bill for no internet work. But problem remains as such. 4)On Nov 6, call to customer care and talked to Uttam from reliance regarding zero signal problem in my area, they assured to me solve the problem, but i did not get my problem solved and just paying the bill for no internet work. problem remains as such. 5)On Nov 15, service request no. –[protected], call to customer care and talked to Subhash from reliance regarding zero signal problem in my area and I said to them I will terminate my connection if my problem is not solved, they assured to me solve the problem gave service request no. –[protected] and wait for sometime.but i did not get my problem solved and just paying the bill for no internet work. problem remains as such. 6)On Nov 18, service request no.[protected] spoke to pompi from reliance regarding termination of service but she pressed to wait for some more time and assured to me solve the problem gave service request no.[protected] and asked me to wait for sometime, but i did not get my problem solved and just paying the bill for no internet work.problem remains as such. 7)so finally on December 6, 2014, I called the customer care service request no.[protected] and asked them to completely terminate my connection, and they said to me that my connection will be completely terminated in 15 day that is, it will be completely terminated on 21 dec 2014. service request no.[protected]. 8)So I called on December 10, talked to reliance customer care shyam from reliance to very my termination, then they again said that your connection will be permanently terminated till 21 December 2014. But it is not terminated till now. 9) and also I did not got any call regarding asking for termination of my netconnect+ from reliance company, I 10) I was completely shocked when on 21 feb 2015, I got the bill statement, which states that I have bill of Rs 37 from the duration of 18/1/15 to 17/2/15. and they have put my connection on retain and not terminated for making money 11) so I called on customer care on 22 February 2015, regarding wrong bill, and termination, then they replied to me that my connection was not terminated, It was in retain position. Then I asked them to terminate the due connection and waiver of bills then they said they will do and give me two service request number[protected] and[protected]. 12) sir please tell me when I asked them to terminate my connection on 6 dec 2014, then why they did not terminated till 21 December, with whose permission they took me in retain position 13)sir I have not uses any single bits( 0 MB) during this period and verified by customer care then why my bill of Rs 37 has come .Also the customer care has confirmed this of zero memory space by seeing in their computer, when for what I should pay Rs 37, and why they have not terminated my connection from 6 dec 2014. And sending the bills to the customer this is not a good way to deal with the customer. 14)on 1 March 2015, , call to customer care, talked to debashis from reliance then they again said that my connection is not terminated yet.and now they are telling me that my till now bill generated is Rs 246.Sir I have not used any space(0 (zero)MB) used as told by customer care Debashis from reliance., then how bill of Rs 246 is generated, 15)why this is happening in such a big company like reliance such an activity, it has some credibility so why wrong bill to customer and no termination despite repeating calling to them. 16)Sir I want that my connection to be terminated and my bill of Rs 37 and Rs 246 to be completely waive off as I have not used single memory space, and applied for termination of netconnect+ on 6 December 2014.

                          This is another example of Reliance's worst support. Case History.I have reliance broadband netconnect+ connection with [protected] number.after several complaint reliance was not able to resolve connectivity so decided to close reliance connection. Please note that I was using 599/- 5 GB (unlimited) plan since I got this card from reliance.I requested reliance CC to close connection and paid JAN 15 Bill and was waiting for Pro-rate based bill for FEB 15. TO MY SURPRISE I GOT 1343.xx INR bill and now and in bill one entry is shown as 1201/- one time charges. I do not know which kind of these charges and when I asked the same on[protected] they said your connection is already terminated and only reliance communication store person can help me.and when I wrote to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com they bill is generated correctly ????? seriously ? did you really checked? IF YES then tell what is 1201/- one time charges and why it is added to my bill ? One side they say connection is already terminated and one side they calculated 1343/- bill for 7 days @pro-rate base for 599/- monthly plan ?? when monthly bill never exceeded 599+ tax how they have calculated 1343/- ?

                          FYI: Customer Care just reply with standard copy paste templates. They are not even answering why 599/- Bill plan showing 1343 bill ?

                          They keep saying everything is calculated correctly. I think Human has to check my query instead of REBOTS.
                          no one contacted me yet... now reliance will add charges for not paying their overcharged bill and will send again new bill.. and they will keep sending bill... but not one going to check customers concern..
                          no one conacted or resolved this issue and another side reliance send me Legal notice for the same.
                          One side they never replied complaint I raised and inspite for many reminders.

                          And from another email ID they are sending me such emails.

                          You (Reliance) does not know what really issue is.

                          You copy paste standard template reply. Without checking status of issue.

                          If you check status you will know that no one is working on it as error has been already corrected when I escalated it to Vice President of reliance.
                          Hi Ram,

                          I have faced the similar kind of issue. I requested for termination of service after I realised that they activated netconnect plans in pro3 device. They said they will not return the money I have paid them. I was okay with that as long as they don't ask me to pay more. but now I received bill with an extra amount of 1201. Please let me know how you are proceeding with this issue.

I really disappointed my account balance, please refund my money back immediately. I recharged amount of Rs.220/- on 25th December, 2014 and also 17th Feb, 2015. I didn't speak that much amount in between to anyone and I certainly found that my balance was showing ZERO on 27.02.2015. Then I raised a call to your customer care on many occasions to know about my insufficient balance query and they have given a reply that we are not having more than 3 days details and also requested to provide me the expense sheet, they refused, and informed me as per our company policy, we are unable to provide you the same. You are requested to kindly inform me why are you not providing me the expense sheet? If it is the case, issue me in a written format so that I may proceed further legally. Now, you may transfer my previous recharged amount to my mobile number. I also confirm you that I recharged again Rs.220/- on 27.02.2015 that is showing in my balance account. Waiting for your reply.                                 Today my 230Rs balance deducted without any notice., When I called to Customer care, Customer care Executive (Chandrashekhar Yadav) told me, "due to your less data pack MB we deducted your money, Sorry from our side that we didn't sent any message to inform you that your data pack is going to over. But Still we cant refund your money". What the serice is Providing by Reliance Customer care. Kindly try to refund my money and take serious action against Reliance care.                                     Just a week ago bought a reliance pro-3 data card. They promises a speed of 14.7mbps. I stay in electronic city, Bangalore and even in a place like that it is giving a download speed of 15kbps and that too at the night time. Surfing speed is pathetic. When the speed is indeed so low then why do they make such false promise. I called up the customer care a several times, but no body responded properly. More over the device didn't connect at times. Now I am feeling like its a complete waste of money. I request the company to buy back this device from me and refund me my money.
