Hi,
This is regarding he non-payment to us for the reliance dlc (Digital looping carrier) placed at our premises in sector 40- gurgaon.

We were getting regular rent every quarter since last 7 years but this time much delay has been made.

The payment has been pending since january 2017 and no intimation has given to us regarding why this has been pending.

Please help.

Maine reliance communication ko 50000 rs deposit diya tha oh refundable tha per last one year se mujhe amount return nahi mila hai. Mere firm ka naam all play recharge tha. Mujhe last one year se wrong commitment dekar fasa diya hai. So plz help me.

      We have been using reliance dongle for travel usage. Last two months we did travel and when we again wanted to use it, we find that the service was not working. We tried to contact the customer care and it said that as such our reliance phone number does not exists and we were not able to reach any customer care officials. We went directly to the relaince office in nungambakkam and found that the company has already been shut down. This was a real shock as we did not receive any intimation or information from them on the same.Then we sent a mail to the appelate authority and customer care service and found have not got any reply from them.
      The most atrosious part is that our reliance payment is being deducted from our bank account every month in a proper manner. I really cant believe how such big company like Reliance can treat its customers so badly like this and be so greedy. Kindly support us to resolve this issue.

        Sir i came to know that reliance communications is above to close in a short period. I am valid customer of reliance more than 14 years.
        But they didn't disclosed the same to us. So i applied for portability on 5.9.2017. They gave the code number. But did allowed my number to change to airtell. Then again on 25.9.2017 i applied for portability to jio as per their instruction. That time also they didn't allowed my number for portability. Again on 13.10.2017 i have given request for portability as per their guidence to jio. This time also they didn't permit. Finalky on 31.10.2017 reliance communication help desk situated at halls road, kilpak, chennai i went and they asked me to give 500/- i paid the same. They said for cash and portability receipt will come by sms within 3 days. But so far nothing happen.
        1. I am an advocate with 20 years of practice. All my clients are having this number only. Feom august 2017 i am not receiving any incoming calls. This made my progression failure and my earning become handicapped. Because of reliance communications this act. Witjout informing a customer they closed all our communications. And also sent a sms that don't trust any message that we above to close.
        2. Because of this act of reliance communications all of my client suffered like anything.
        3. I was thrown by them like a ball here and there.
        4. Really i fed up mentally and physically.
        5. I need my own same number.
        Pls take appropriate legal action against reliance communications and direct them to pay compensation to me and also my own number to me for their illegal and irresponsible act.

          I have done my recharge of rs. 57 in 06/11/2017 form online free recharge
          It is confirmed by reliance 198 service. So now my reliance smart number ([protected]) are not able to call any other number
          Its show 0 balance.
          So sir please resolve this issue why its happen. Please take necessary action

            Please note that i am un able to port my relience number as i m not gettng port number to my msg to my number... I have send msg to 1900 but they are not responding to my msg... Even i m not getting any range in my phone as relience tower in my are has stop,,, now i have temporarily connect with vodafone to get range in my phone so that i can send msg to 1900 still i m not getting any respoce from relience..

            Please help me to get my porting code (Upc number)

              My no is [protected]. Since last one year my plan is 125-00rs. Than suddenly from last 2 month my plan is automatically change in 699 with tax its coing 800+. From last 2 month i complain to reliance store he says this company is close. The we visit to another store he also says same. Than one of person says me go mohali head office i also visit that office, reliance company employee mr jyoti say talk to mr. Bhavesh (All north area incharge) mohali office is also close all the persons of reliance company says company is close i cant help. I want to port my no to vodaphone company but due to outstaning we cant port my no. I also clear that oustanding. But my plan is 125 with tax its come 150 to 160 only. But company will charge plan automatilay in 699 with tax approx 800+. I pay 1600 rs total. We have a proff of mails also i also mail to company but we not get any responce. I want my money back.                 I did not getting port number on my reliance number which was [protected] please send me pory number as soon as possible thanking you. I send multiple times but the message was always going to failed. I logged many complains but did not getting any proper solution, it was very urgent because after some day reliance going to sut down there services ok thank you

                  I've a reliance prepaid connection (Mobile no.- [protected]) o[censored]p east. On lodging a complaint they provide me the porting code/ upc code. But now they are delaying the porting of my number to vodafone. The maximum 7 days duration has already been passed but my number is still not ported to vodafone.

                  Please port it as soon as possible, because my work related to this number is getting affected.

                    Sir reliance is 3g is going to shut down so i wanted to port my number in other network but still trying from last 7 days i am not getting my porting code till now i messaged several times to 1900 but the condition is same.. And the local reliance store is also not helping to me he is saying that if i go for airtel and vodafone then he will help me to get porting code. I[censored] r shutting down its nt my fault and its your primary responsibility to give porting code but your employees are sold out by airtel and vodafone

                      Hi,

                      I have my number ported in reliance communication 5 months back at reliance store at lucknow. They told me about advance rental plan which i found feasible as per my usages. I have taken rs 499/- advance rental plan and paid that amount in my first bill.

                      They have also taken rs 300/- as security deposit. Which they told that it will be deducted every month at rs 100/- per month from second bill onwards. Which did not happen as they again clarify that security amount will be refunded from 6th bill onwards at rs 100/- per month.

                      Now all of a sudden rcom terminated their services and creating issues in network. This number, i am using for last 7 years and its important to me thats why i have ported it to other operator which rcom allowed to port.

                      But neither from any of their reliance store or any official communication has been given to me about my money (Security and advance rental). I have paid all dues till date billed by company. But as per the calculation rs 499/+ st and rs 300/- of security deposit should be refunded to me.

                      Please help me to contact any officials of rcom who can give any communication to me as all of their customer care numbers are not operational.

My father contacted local vendor for mnp & vendor also attempted for upc code. Now neither we have upc code nor network from reliance. Please provide us upc code so sim could ported with other mobile service provider.

                            My number [protected] has been locked, so i required puk code to unlock my mobile, please do the needful, code has been set to my number, once my phone has been switched off, when it is switched on it is asking puk code please let me know my sim code so that i can use my number once again, it happened 6 days back, please resolve it very early please

                              I have port out my number from Reliance Comm. but I haven't received my Security deposit of Rs 300/- and Advance rental, even though I have cleared all due amount. I want my deposited amount as soon as possible. I tried to call customer care but unable to reach thrm even mailed the customer support but they have not replied even after one week. Very pathetic service.

                                  The reliance communications company is the worst as far as treating its customers is concerned. If you cannot give service why on earth would you stop the users from shifting to other users? They are not processing the porting requests for indefinite periods and causing distress to the consumers. Trai seems to have turned a deaf ear to the customer complaints. It is high time that someone stopped this unethical practice from reliance.

                                  I am an existing customer of reliance mobile phone and no is[protected]. I am facing network issue since past one week. I am not able to receive calls and there is no network at all.
                                  Sir you have stop all your services in Kanpur having 31k value in my etop lapu [protected] what should I do. As a retailer you have also not intimate us and close all your dealer care numbers and also told that you will continue with 4g services but now you are porting out all your customers.

                                      Reliance telecommunications now going to shut down its services but not provided the portability code. Please help.
                                      I opted to send the sms to got my port no. On 1900. But no response.
                                      I also mailed to reliance customer care, no reply from other side.
                                      My this no is very old and is linked with bank account, aadhar and others.
                                      I like to protect my no.
                                      Please help

                                        I already mentioned that last month my internet was down for around 10 days. I already mailed you, so how can you send me a full month bill, even i am not used your services for more than 7 days, due to that i am not able to work on my project i got loss from both side and you are charging full month bill.
