The reliance communications company is the worst as far as treating its customers is concerned. If you cannot give service why on earth would you stop the users from shifting to other users? They are not processing the porting requests for indefinite periods and causing distress to the consumers. Trai seems to have turned a deaf ear to the customer complaints.
