[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Restriction of Services inspite of sufficient balance (Rel. No. [protected]) | |||
I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] for 500 MB of data usage valid for 14 days. Still I have a balance of 5 MB o[censored]sage valid till 26.05.14. But since 18.05.14 I am unable to use the same as the same is restricted by Reliance. I have called up Customer care more than 10 times daily since 18.05.14, but there is no one to respond to my complaint, every time the call is hunged up for 10-15 mins & ultimately I have to disconnect the line.
