[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — not satisfied with data speed

I am nilkamal chwodhury, having a postpaid number :[protected] not satisfied with the data speed, at the time of selling the connection tele caller
Miss sarmistha chatterjee confirmed me that i will get unlimited 3g and unlimited calling, from last saturday my speed is deteriorated, against the call number :[protected], some of your cce told me that i have exceeded my data limit which is 6gb per month, so being misguided by the seller i am not interested to continue my postpaid connection, so please let me know the process to surrender the connection

My reliance number is [protected]. I did a recharge of 100 from a reliance retailer on 18 july but it has not credited to my account yet. The retailer says that the reliance network is down otherwise recharge has been done. Please look into this matter.

SkywaygameWsub is automatically activated on my phone I don't know what is it my balance is automatically get deducted from my account so please deactivate that service and give me refund as soon as possible
