I lost my phone with my sim with of reliance gsm last week i go to reliance communication in patail nager 2 week the ask me to next week sim is available but now they ask me my sim can't be issue duplicate sim please tell me the solution what i do. Please tel me from where i got my duplicate sim. I am very frustrated by reliance customer serveries.

    My balance is reducing day by day without my knowledge, and i have not applied for any services. They are automatically start the service from there side. And i even don't get any message for that your subscribe for etc service..
    I have been contacting the people of customer care from 10 days, but they are not taking any action against... So please do the need full and refund my balance.

      So now what should i do i had also try from other reliance sim but i am failed to connect.

        Sir, over again and complaining about my landline completely dead from june 2nd 2017, i have no place in this world to lodge complaint... No one listens in company.#d up services. Their services can chew our brains. These rascals dont even care to resolve the issue at pace.
        I want more people to come together to file a suite against the anil ambani (Worst service operated owner of the company) compnay reliance communication.
        Please dont make a mistake to subscribe reliance landline... Its better to install any other companys landline but never reliance communication (Anil ambani's company)
        Mr. Anil ambani, if you want to know what are the views of your subscriber, you will come to know by speaking to the courier guy who is distributing the bills for the dead landlines... Be ready for the galiis that you will listen.
        Can anyone help me to lodge a complaint to the portal where the company can take it seriously to resolve my dead landline issues.
        Bhikari company has asked for me to pay outstanding bills of june, where my lanline was totally dead. Bhikari company has no shame to ask also. Guys and my indian fellowman please take my advice seriously, this company is going to fail in long run. Dont subscribe its services...

          I m facing issues with net broadband from last 5 days as my net is not working and despite various efforts my complaint is not being heard by customer care numbers. Even after paying my bill if i am not being able to use net then why is that unused days are included within my bill plan.
          I hope this forum will help me getting justice and make these fraudulent company stop taking hard earned money from consumers without providing any services.

            I checked for 4g plans on *129#. Their i saw a plan "1gb/day data! Recharge with rs.154 and enjoy 1gb/day 4g data for 28 days. Rcom". When i recharged for rs 154 the plan was activated with only 5 days validity. This is fraud and reliance customer care should resolve my issue as quicky as possible.

              I requested reliance communications to cancel my fixedline and broadband and account on may 31st, 2017. I was notified at that time that i had two accounts on my name and requested reliance to cancel the both accounts. I received a confirmation email from the company that the account was closed on june 9th and yet i received a bill for july.

              I called the customer service again and now their story is that the broadband account is not closed only the landline account is closed. Reliance is not terminating the account even after multiple requests. They are giving the run around and the customer service reps cant seem to do much.

              I would like to take a legal action but do not know the procedure. Appreciate your help.

                From almost one year i have been facing balance deduction as well as net server failure even after calling to customer care no 198 they neither give any solution nor register complain. Very hardly can contact to customer care even then they drop down calls. My reliance gsm no.-[protected]. Peoples at reliance calls centres are enjoying in such a way. Fully responsible is this telecom company for keeping such kind of peoples.

                  Every month we pay regularly know they activated some other scheme know telling to pay 1150/- every month we are getting 350 to 400 approximately how this is fair to a regular customer 'll solve the problem or we have to change to other network

                    Hi, i ordered for a tv lyf 50 inches from the inorbit mall reliance store, this was a display piece and i was told that the delivery will be done on the 20th. The tv was ordered on the 14th and delivery primed by 20th. Today i called the store as the tv is still not delivered and spoke to the manager misha and before that a gentleman called ali, they say that some manager called vishwanath is on leave so the tv cannot be delivered. I call the head office in mumbai and speak to abbas and he puts me on hold for 15 minutes and disconnect the phone, them i speak to some lady who did not give me her name the same long hold and disconnected. Then i got to speak to a gentleman called sachin from the mumbai head office and he tells me that because it was a display piece it will take time. This is rubbish... I was told a particular date since it was a display piece and now i am getting a run around if after the payment has been made, this is really unfair. Reliance has to keep up to its commitment and deliver... Please some one take notice of this as i am tired to calling and calling and getting to hear reasons of gst and people on leave and sorry miscommunication... Reliance is better than this. A bunch of people are not doing their job properly and the customer has to suffer... Someone please follow up on this and get me my product. Thank you.

When i sms "mbal" to 55333 then reply is coming with my 3g data balance. But when i open my network then the network is not work anyway. And when i call to reliance care and talk with their customer care service executive then he can't solve my problem, they just said to me that at first you switch off your mobile and then on it, then your 3g data balance is work properly. But this is not work anyway. So please you help me.

                          Its very shocking to found balance money zero on 19th july 2017. I have recharged twice of rs 200 on 18th july 2017 but i have not used any other services to be debited from my balance money.

                          Reliance prepaid services has also deducted from my balance money earlier. After repeated requesting to reliance customer care simply found call baring. Now i am facing transaction problem unwantedly only due to bad services from reliance prepaid services. I am not able to bear finance loss as receiving otp is became issue due to stoping of services to my prepaid reliance number [protected].

                              Hi,

                              I ported in my number [protected] from vodafone with you based on the information provided by your marketing agent kumar communication that all calls, data, sms etc. Are free on unlimited basis for monthly rentals of rs 349/-. I was also informed that if i pay rs 1200/- to them, this will mean that i wont be required to pay any rentals for next 6 months. I paid rs 1200/- each for two sims ([protected] & [protected]) to them thru paytm on mobile number [protected] on june 10, 2017. Later they told me to confirm to reliance call centre that i paid only rs 300/- as the scheme of rs 1200/- was discontinued, but they assured me that they will pay the rentals for next 6 months on my behalf.
                              Now, i was shocked to see your messages barely after using your services for a week that i owe you rs 748+ as monthly bills.in fact i got your message on friday night & my outgoing call services were disconnected effective monday in first week of july.
                              I have since been speaking/ writing to kumar to port out my sims back to vodafone & refund my entire money with damages, but in vein.

                              Request you to look into it on priority & resolve. I want my entire money back with reasonable damages, port out from reliance to vodafone & blacklisting of kumar communication for such unfair trade practices.

                                I have 60 rs in my talktime data... N i was using data network as usual... But there is no indication that my data pack is over... And my talk time balance become zero... Then i realized that that my data pack is over.

                                Unusual charged money from my account 70-80rs.

                                There should be some message or notification if my data pack is over.

                                This is not the way you start charged money from talktime money.

                                  Sir.. I am not sure about date but date was money deduction (20/6/17 to 25/06/17). But i know that day i refilled my account with 200rupees after that same night deducted 70 rupees from my account. There was a wrong deduction of rs 70 from my mobile no [protected], to value added services i dont know the name of service because no messages received from rel. Communicationm. When i was check my account balance then i found 70 rupees was deducted. I didn't use any kind of websites to subscriptions, so sir plz pay attention to this complaint, and resolve this issue, by thankfully providing me the deducted balance and deactivate the services..                                   I have been trying to change my tariff plan for past 2 months thru their web site.but could not. i used 870 mb data for which i paid more than
                                  .rs 3000/while other service providers collect rs140 for 1gb.i complained about it to their outlet in cuddalore.but they are unable to help me .data bill colleted in 17th march bill

                                    I received and email from j prasad from reliance communication stating there is an outstanding balance of rs.4400/-. It is rather very surprising to see this emàil as this connection was settled, closed and terminated almost six years back. Moreover, i still did not receive the refundable security deposit with rs.2000/- and on top of it, there is this outstanding amount for a connection which is invalid.
                                    Kindly look into this matter and guide me for the same.

                                      - poor connectivity
                                      -recharged for data bal on 17th july for the amount of rs. 93 with the plan of 1 gb/day, got confirmation msg but still the plan was not activated and the entire main balance was deducted. This is not the first time
                                      Requested customer care center to register the complaint and refund the balance but they refused & cut the phone

                                        This is very unethical behaviour of customer care services that they haven wuss e not been able to find out the reasons for cutting of my main balance and when i called to inquire about the issue, they have put me on black list.
