From almost one year i have been facing balance deduction as well as net server failure even after calling to customer care no 198 they neither give any solution nor register complain. Very hardly can contact to customer care even then they drop down calls. My reliance gsm no.-[protected]. Peoples at reliance calls centres are enjoying in such a way. Fully responsible is this telecom company for keeping such kind of peoples....

But now my balance is 0 and data pack is also not activaed. One more thing, i don't want any other vas services from you. So please stop that all.

Hi, i ordered for a tv lyf 50 inches from the inorbit mall reliance store, this was a display piece and i was told that the delivery will be done on the 20th. The tv was ordered on the 14th and delivery primed by 20th. Its very shocking to found balance money zero on 19th july 2017. I have recharged twice of rs 200 on 18th july 2017 but i have not used any other services to be debited from my balance money.

Reliance prepaid services has also deducted from my balance money earlier. After repeated requesting to reliance customer care simply found call baring. Now i am facing transaction problem unwantedly only due...

I ported in my number [protected] from vodafone with you based on the information provided by your marketing agent kumar communication that all calls, data, sms etc. Are free on unlimited basis for monthly rentals of rs 349/-. I was also informed that if i pay rs 1200/- to them, this will mean that i wont be required to pay any rentals for next 6 months. I paid rs 1200/- each for two sims ([protected] & [protected]) to them...

I have 60 rs in my talktime data... N i was using data network as usual... But there is no indication that my data pack is over... And my talk time balance become zero... Then i realized that that my data pack is over.

Unusual charged money from my account 70-80rs.

There should be some message or notification if my data pack is over.

Sir.. I am not sure about date but date was money deduction (20/6/17 to 25/06/17). But i know that day i refilled my account with 200rupees after that same night deducted 70 rupees from my account. There was a wrong deduction of rs 70 from my mobile no [protected], to value added services i dont know the name of service because no messages received from rel. Communicationm. When i was check my account balance then i found 70 rupees was deducted....

I received and email from j prasad from reliance communication stating there is an outstanding balance of rs.4400/-. It is rather very surprising to see this emàil as this connection was settled, closed and terminated almost six years back. Moreover, i still did not receive the refundable security deposit with rs.2000/- and on top of it, there is this outstanding amount for a connection which is invalid.
Kindly look into this matter...

-recharged for data bal on 17th july for the amount of rs. 93 with the plan of 1 gb/day, got confirmation msg but still the plan was not activated and the entire main balance was deducted. This is not the first time
Requested customer care center to register the complaint and refund the balance but they refused & cut the phone...

This is very unethical behaviour of customer care services that they haven wuss e not been able to find out the reasons for cutting of my main balance and when i called to inquire about the issue, they have put me on black list. This is unbearable behaviour and if i don't get my deu i'm going take a hard action against this cc. Kindly help and resolve the issue. 🙏🏻...

I have given back the post paid sim that was given to me by an reliance communication employee in my office. However i was asked to pay an amount of rs.398 for the sim which i have paid after lots of argument and consideration. I request reliance communications to deactivate or remove my my name and other credentials from this sim no.[protected] fiailing which i will be forced to take legal action....

I want to port my reliance gsm sim as the network is not available in my area. But when i am sending the port message to 1900, i get reply "insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the service".
I am having current main balance more than ₹100/- but every time the same message i am getting.

Also i am not able to talk to any customer care executive as they have very cleverly hidden the option to talk to them.br...

I am unable to receive my upc code from the company... Every time they receive my message but they never send me upc code... Upon asking customer care they tell me they didn't got any requests... Although every time message is received by them... Now they have blocked my no on calling to customer care... Every time i try to call phone get disconnected automatically... Worst customer service... I can't tolerate a sec in this #######...

There has been no network on my reliance gsm... I tried changing sim slots. It is only happening in my phone. My friends have full network. I have tried contacting the reliance customer care centre but they are cutting off all my calls, i have also tried to manually select the network on my phone but it doesn't shows any network available for reliance but my friend's phone is fully connected to the reliance network in the same area. Help!...

Sorry to say but you are giving such a pathetic services. On 1st july. I took a 86plan in which i got 300min + 1 gb 3g for 28days. But i haven't use data pack and it has been finished. Doesn't matter.
Again i recharged with same offer on 17 july.. And now today there is no data pack and minutes. I don't know where it's gone. But i had not used.
So kindly give me a proper solution.
