Good morning,

This is for your information and necessary action that we facing some problem with reliance mobile company regarding my bills amount which we all ready paid to the reliance store as cash but he shown me as a cheque bounce, which is actualy paid by reliance out let person, actually its clear by another store person when we go to another out let of reliance, we again and again requested to others out let store person or company person by mail to clear the matter but he ask to helpless on this matter and ask you go to police station and complaint against the outlet person, but as discuss with my well wisher he ask to complaint this matter to trai,
So we humble requested to you please look in to the matter and suggest or give your valuable time to solve it asap

This is for your information we suffer from last month on this matter because he cut my number before my last date of billing and also surprise he send me the un use coming month plan bill.

So please give your valuable direction to clear of this problem asap

    I am using reliance postpaid number [protected] for which my plan has been changed by company without my permission. I am forced to pay 705 rs when my bill is not suppose to exceed 350rs including all taxes. On calling reliance costumer care no one is ready to even talk properly its like there is no rules and regulations they can just do whatever they want and customers are just helpless. They are saying you just have to pay the bill amount whatever has been charged or just don't pay and we will discontinue your service its your wish. Reliance is purely doing fraud and there is no one to provide justice

      Dear sir, i have reliance broadband customer id[protected] but i received faulty service like frequently lost connectivity and my connection is lost from 18th of jun-2016 to till date thats why i have decided to closed the connection but no response from their side and charged me regular bill for june-17 & debited thru credit card standing instruction. I have so many mails & calls to reliance but no response from their side. Pl. Look into the matter & resolve asap & refund my money.

        I am rajkumar r, my mobile number associated to reliance gsm is [protected]

        My plan with reliance is 299 unlimited, the usual bill amount which i receive every month would be around rs.360.in the month of july i was charged rs.708, when i called customer support for enquiring the discrepancy they said that i have been charged with advanced rental.

        They asked me to pay the rent of july in advance without using, also they are saying that my plan has been changed to 6gb of 4g data from 3gb (For which i did not request). I was not informed about the change of plan either by sms or e-mail

        Do they have rights to change my plan without my approval? And they are forcing me to pay the billed amount.

        After several communications with your support team, they accepted to waiver the advance rental and they provided me a complaint id[protected].

        I got a message today that the complaint has been resolved, when i tried to pay the bill via insta care app the amount was not regenerated yet.

        When ever i try to reach you customer support, they never respond properly and also disconnect the calls while speaking.

        I would like to know the exact time when my complaint would be solved.

        Whenever I try calling the customer support, they don't attend my calls. Even if they attend the calls, they ask to me speak to their higher officials and put me on hold and make me to wait for 25 to 30 mins. After 30 mins they are disconnecting the calls.

        I have never seen a poor customer support like this, I need this to be solved immediately. Who ever from Reliance Communicationsees this contact me ASAP and I need an immediate solution for this.

            I am using the reliance from last 10 years and from last 2 years i am using this service on post paid connection. I was told at the change of my prepaid to postpaid plan that i will get 1 g high speed data, but the net too slow, even slower then 2g. Customer care is not responding well. I want to change my plan from post paid to prepaid or i have to opted for portability.

How they do it without my agree. Neither i get any intimation regarding this.. Without my agree how they are upgrade my plan. I will not pay 1116 rs. Kindly restore my old plan.                   I requested for number porting, so got call from customer care and she insisted to continue with reliance and assure that they will resolve network problem and in same plan they will provide add on 4g service. But now they are asking for 4 month advance and worst case they discontinued outgoing services.
                  I have called customer care and ask them for reason they just keep my call on hold and disconnect after 45 minutes. It's happens 5 times.
                  I don't want to continue with reliance as advance rental services but they are forcing to pay advance for which i have not user services yet. It is purely harassment.

                  Got call from social media team they said visit to your nearest store and change your plan from advance rental (which is activated by RCOM team without any intimations) so visited store and they refuse to do the same replying it is done by customer care team then please contact again to customer care. It's just like you're passing ball from one to another in between customer is get suffered.

                    I had opt for post paid plan of jalsa of rs. 397 where the bill amount was coming rs. 450 plus every month along with taxes. But this month your company has somehow changed the plan without informing me. This is really disappointing and pathetic.

                    If you see my previous bills, it was a fixed plan wherein the bill amount was rs. 450 - rs. 460 every month under the jalsa plan of rs. 397. How can it be changed like this without informing me? It's really not fair.

                    In the present bill, voice plan and reliance net connect plan both are different and so this much bill amount has come.

                    Please send me regular bill like last months otherwise i am going to stop using reliance for sure. Why should i pay more when i did not change my plans?

                          I got a messege on 19th july that you have been subscribed to bwoodmania-sub21 for 7days. And my 30rs has been deducted from main balance.
                          This is fraud by reliance. I have not subscribed any survices.
                          When i called customer care first time they told that server is down, please call after 2 hours. And then after i am unable to customer care. I got reply that please use self care services. I have tried daily to call but always got same reply to use self care services.
                          This is intentionaly fraud made by reliance communication.
                          I got a new messege on 23rd july that your subscription is due to renew for rs.21 on 26th july. Please help and refund my money. Reliance communication must be panalised for theire fraud activities.

                            Dear reliance,
                            I am just fed up with the kind of service u have. Directly, coming to the point.. I have recharged my account on 13th for rs 80, then again rs 80 on 16th, then for rs 150 on 20th, for rs 50 on 21st and finally rs 50 on 24th. But to my surprise, all the balance got deducted. When i enquired for the same the customer care guy/lady is saying we are unable to check and register ur complaint as portal is not working.
                            The worst part is that i have called up for about 10 to 15 times for this but in vain. Every time they are saying please call after 2 hours. Please let me know when this 2 hour waiting facility will be over. Do the company has asked to deduct the balance and give the same reply to every customer so that ultimately we do not have any resolution.
                            Request to please get the same resolved and return the money at the earliest as there has to be a level of frustration.
                            Please understand so that u do not loose customers bcoz of such silly reasons

                              Hi,
                              I have been continuously trying connect with rcom through emails, phones, customer care number since 18 july, 2017. But my problem has not been addressed yet. I am using a post paid connection of plan jalsaunltd_799 wherein all the incoming, roaming calls are free but the bill generated is rs. 2160 for one month which is exceptionally high as compared to rs 799 wherein all the incoming, roaming calls are free and free sms and data pack is available in abundance. Request rectification of the bill.

                              Nobody has contacted me yet and I will be available on the Rcom number as I don't have any other number. However yesterday when I contacted customer care center, I was told that high charges are due to advance monthly rental of Rs. 824 and change in plan without my consent. They say that since i have been associated with the company since 2014, company has gifted me the changed plan for additional 824+taxes with total billing of Rs 2160 and compelling me to pay it whether I want it or not!

                                My reliance broadband service id is[protected],
                                And it's not work from 28th may so i complained, they said it will resolved within 2 days (5 times i have complained same words repeated from reliance)

                                But it not resolved up to 1.5 month, so i want to terminate my connection and request taken

                                But they automatically cancel my request and told from "ur side we got msg as you want to continue our service" i quarrel with them and put another termination request, after termination i ask for waiver request for the non working period but they said ur connection is terminated so we can't take the request,

                                But previously i talked reg this the customer care (Before termination) people told even the connection terminated you can raise waiver request for the non working period

                                But now no email replies and no proper answers and my money is wasted
