My number is [protected]. My bill comes near about 750 rs every month. But this month my bill is 1116rs. When i talk to customercare. He is saying my plan has upgraded. How they do it without my agree. Neither i get any intimation regarding this.. Without my agree how they are upgrade my plan. I will not pay 1116 rs. Kindly restore my old plan. If he restore my old plan then i will pay bill old plan rental.

I requested for number porting, so got call from customer care and she insisted to continue with reliance and assure that they will resolve network problem and in same plan they will provide add on 4g service. But now they are asking for 4 month advance and worst case they discontinued outgoing services.
I have called customer care and ask them for reason they just keep my call on hold and disconnect after 45 minutes. It's happens...

I had opt for post paid plan of jalsa of rs. 397 where the bill amount was coming rs. 450 plus every month along with taxes. But this month your company has somehow changed the plan without informing me. This is really disappointing and pathetic.

And it's not work from 28th may so i complained, they said it will resolved within 2 days (5 times i have complained same words repeated from reliance)

But it not resolved up to 1.5 month, so i want to terminate my connection and request taken

On date 18.07.2017 at near about 6.00 -6.15 pm my mobile phone number [protected] resume the services without any reasons and prior any information and cause now i am suffered a lot due negligence of the company no bady know the reason of suspenstion. While i used this connection since 2005 without any interruption and default. Nothing is due of your company.
