I have recharged amount of rs.555/- on dt. 21/07/2017 but i can't making any call and operating data from the date of 21/7/17 reasons don't know. This offer is for 90 days i. E. 1gb data per day for 90 days and 1 hr. Free call per for 90 days. I regularly making call to customer care no. 198 but personnel of customer care not responding in this regard even have words with applette authority.. Still no resoution privided. Pls help mee out or else return back my money... What is use of be with such service provider. Which cant solve the problems in 1-2 day... Very disappointed.

    I am chimakurthi bhaskara rao i am facing small issue from the reliance telecommunication department in this issue i have ported my sim from airtel to reliance because that operator gave me the good plans he promised me that yor not going to face any issue reliance but after geting ported sim from them
    After that i am facing network issue in my home and other places iit is like whoever call to that number we cant hear there voice and i have complanted to that operator he couldn't fix the problem and told that take other sim use this sim this work properly and definitely you are not going to face any other issue for this as before sim he gave me new plan that telling that you have to pay 250 for every month you can unlimited calls, messages, and internet after some issues because of this sim we ask him to close or block this sim at that he ask us to pay 1850 we asked him that why should we need to pay he is telling that you have used some 1000 messages for that you have to pay we asked that you was the person told me that unlimited messages for the plan what i have bought that operator responded that he didn't like that and you should pay now like these operators try to fraud the people after these things we telling that you done mistake and operator is responds at that time i will talk to our higher authority regarding this to reduce your bill amount and let you to know how much you should pay after this the reliance coustmer care service people contacting us about this complaint they are telling that they are going to solve this issue and yestarday one lady advocate we are going to put up a case on you in delhi consumer court and you should pay now bill amount of 2250 and she used abused words and bad words to the coustmer don't that how to speak with the coustmer like this was happend to us please try to solve this issue

      I am using advanced rental plan (For 4 months) with reliance. After activation of this plan, i am receiving bills to pay as my previous plan basis. I made calls many times to customer care to resolve this problem, but they have not resolved my issue from june 23rd of 2017 to till.

            I submitted a request for address change and then after 7 days the address updated was wrong, typological errors.

            My dob was wrong; that took quite sometime..

            My next month bill still did not have the new address

            And now i have been requesting for 6th month consolidated bill..

            For half an hour, i have been trying to reach cc but to no conclusion; 5 times the phone got disconnected from reliance end, ecm etc

            Can i please get a bill of 6 months to 1 year in a single doc with the new address

              I had made a request to disconnect my above stated no. For following reasons.
              1. I had given two years advance rent @ rs 11000/- per year scheme where unlimited calling and data is provided for a year, but in between these year my phone no. Was off many times, giving reason that i had used some value added services where as i had never subscribed for any value added service, as i was blackmailed to pay, i had no option but to pay as otherwise i would not be able to utilise my scheme o[censored]nlimited phone calls and data and i had made advance payment for a year.

              2. Reliance communication sends 100 messages if even rs 50/- is due towards its client. My advance rent scheme ended 20-25 days back and there was no message from reliance communication and now reliance communication is asking me to pay rs. 4600/- for that 25 days by saying that you had oped for a scheme where monthly rent was rs. 3000/- per month for phone charges and balance amont is for data used.

              I have made several requests to disconnect my no. But to no avail. I am ready to pay @ 900 per month (Rs.11000/12) for the period of 25 days for which i have not paid them. I am worried that reliance communication will not disconnect my phone no. And will continue to charge me @ rs.3000/- monthly rental charges where as i had made several requests to disconnect my no. And settel the outstanding amont.

                  Rcom assured that plan will be remain same, wont be any change in data plan, rental and benefits.

                  New 4g wipod purchased for rs. 900/_

                  Data card (Wipod) was deactivated within 4 days.

                  Bill received for rs.4670/-
                  Now rcom is forcing to pay rs. 1769

                  What is this?
                  How it can be possible that 4 days bill of rs. 1769

                  Not liable to pay a single penny for this fake bill.

                  Telecom act :

                  • the service providers must inform the customer in writing, within a week of activation of service, the complete details
                  Of his tariff plan.in addition, as and when there are any changes in any aspect/item of tariff in the chosen package, the
                  Operator shall intimate, in writing, such changes to those subscribers whose tariff packages undergo a change.

                  • a tariff plan once offered by a service provider shall be available to a subscriber for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of his enrolment into that tariff plan. During this 6 months period, the service provider is free to reduce the tariff;
                  But increase in any item of tariff in the plan is not permitted. However, the subscriber is free to choose any other
                  Tariff plan even during the 6 months period.
                  • customer has the right to move from one tariff to another plan offered by his service provider any time without having
                  To pay any fee for the migration. A subscriber's request for a change of tariff plan shall be accepted and implemented
                  Immediately or from the start of the next billing cycle.

                  Its really bogus and malafide working.

                    Hi i applied reliance net connection. But unexpected my office is shifted to another place. So when i pay the money to reliance that next day itself i informed cancel that plan due to this reason. He also said ok we can cancel. Wait for 45 days for refund the money like that he said. But above 3 months its passed but not get the payment. That person mobile was maximum switched off. If he attend the call means easily he said if they are not issued the cheque means wt can i do like that. He is cheated me mr. Suresh. [protected] this is contact number.                       I was bought reliance communication with plan of 699 unlimited data and calling.

                      Then they started 4g service and keep calling me for collecting new 4g sim. Then i collected and they offered 10gb 4g free. But when i received the first bill after new sim there was plan change and a bill was generated unbelievable wrong.

                      Then called reliance customer care and they agreed that they have changed the plan without instruction but i have to pay the bill or move out from rcom.

                      I was ready to pay my genuine actual bill as per earlier plan but they only are given limited discount.

                      I keep emailing and calling and visiting the store but no one able to respond.

                      Now i am getting mail as below

Rcom further states that as per the running account maintained by rcom total principal amount of rs.1777/- is outstanding against your, caf no:[protected], rcom herein has inform time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.

                        My name is roshan, i m from rohini north west delhi-110085. I am chasing customer care services for last 24 hrs. I had problem with mobile signals so first i visited reliance store rohini sec 3 delhi -110083 and i asked for bill he did'nt give me and said upload reliance insta app and get your bill from there then i install the app create my profile when i entered the password app sent opt and that otp i didn't received yet and i also asked for my port no he said send sms to 1900 and write msg port space & ten digit mobile no. I sent it multiple times but i didi'nt get back any msg. I called customer care 198, *222, 30333333 and it very difficult to talk with customer care executive because option is hidden in some other options. After struggling with ivr option, i connect with customer care. I asked for previous bill he said he sent it.. Still my bill i did'nt reached to me. I again struggle with customer care this time option was not there. I also send email to [protected]@relianceindia.com regarding my complain i did't and respond. Now next day means today 22 jul 2017 i called to customer care and now i connected again this time i asked to send my previous bill and told them i asked for bill yesterday. The girl replied your bill will be received after 24 hrs. I shocked 24 hrs for email. I aksed for give me my port no she replied your port no you will received you before 5 aug 2017 today is 22 july 2017. How making fool to customer by reliance customer care.

                        I appeal to all do not go for reliance mobile service provider. Support and ser vices are very frustrating and stress full.

                          ​i am writing to you with heavy heart, how the reliance service turned out to be pathetic.

                          I took a reliance post paid number from your trivandrum, karamana outlet. It is [protected].

                          After using it for few weeks my usage was not to that plan level. So, i went again to your trivandrum, karamana outlet and informed them to lower the plan. They recommended me to opt for 199 plan. After few months i kept getting the same bill. I got curious and checked with them again and they said they were not able to reduce the plan so they had the same higher plan on.

                          I spoked to few of your lower level outlet executives and they were not able to provide any service.

                          I spoked to the online chat, finally to your customer care. They said you have to settle and there is no other option.

                          If there is no other option then i will scrap the number.

                          Final trial i am writing to you to get this settled so that i dont have to cancel this number.

                          Kindly check if you can give me a possible and affordable solution.

I have some complain regarding your vas services/services and your network and the same has initiated to you also time to time but not reaolved yet. I am describing my complain to you and pls go through it. 1. Your network is very weak in some area of mumbai - whether signal is available but mobile get not connected/no. Busy/line busy. 2. Missed call alert - i had activated missed call alert in jan/feb month and still not getting any alert for the same, i have given so many complain to customer care as well as collection exective while they calling for bill payment. And the same will charged on monthly basis. 3. Services/ related to bill payment/ collection team - your collection executive have no any manner to talk with customer, if customer has alrdy told you that pls dnt call me again and again after this you must be stoped but no again done repeated call. Totally irritated thats why i am not paying bill on time. 4. To the final what you people will work on my complain for missed call alert. I had given complain so many times but still not resolved, totally fedup with your services and seems like only paid your bill with shameless services.                               I paid the billing amount of month april. Followings are the details:

                              Now i have no services on my phone. They have also added the paid bill in next bill with a late fee.

                                Its been a year, i ported my number into vodafone and left reliance. Recently, i received message from relaince that i have payment due to them. And if i not clear it legal actions will be taken against me. I would request relaince to please provide me complete details of the dues they are talking about. I went to the reliance store to fetch the details they were in able to provide me details. They informed me that my account has been deleted from reliance system and no details are available with them. Its been a year i left your stupid network and using vodafone services. I want to know what i am being charged for now. Otherwise i am going to file charges under right to complaint and harrasing me. Due to this stupid behaviour and services reliance is losing its customers.

                                I received the details from Reliance. And after checking all the details, I found that Reliance has taken the period of 28days (From 9/10/16 to 5/11/16) for determining the amount due. However my port out was completed on 27/10/16 and on 28/10/16 my vodafone connection was activated. Hence, I would request Reliance to re-determine the amount considering the fact provided by me.

                                    An amount of rs 40 has been deducted from my account unnecessarily without my consent about a week ago and second issue, about 4 days ago i had recharged my account for rs 151 for which i was supposed to get 500 minutes talk time and 3gb data out of which data has been received but talktime has not been credited yet, please resolve the issue as soon as possible

                                      I have lost my cell-phone, i have registered complaint for deactivated number throw toll free number.
                                      Now after 75 days i have normally check my last reliance account then i shocked my pending bill is rs.1192/-
                                      I have again contact on toll free number the they are saying. It`s right bill 1192/-. Your number is not deactivate it`s services stop. My number [protected] is gujarat number & i have leave gujarat.
                                      Reliance execute is saying you have visit on store & pay the bill. Sim was we are issuing sim card.

                                      1- but have no need sim card.
                                      2- when i have log the complaint for deactivate. Then why they are not inform for full information.
                                      3- my mail id also registered then why they are not inform throw mail.
                                      Before lost my phone regularly received mail from reliance.
