This is regarding my postpaid moblile no.

The number is inactive for more than 30-40 days, i am not able to receive or make calls and was receiving messages that i need to port to other service providers before 31st dec.in this situation how can a new bill be generated and asked for the payment?

Rcom business centers were not ready to collect the payment. Somehow i managed to pay my due bill of rs. 603 online despite poor services to close my account with no dues.

Kindly, consider above as the final payment for the account closure and help in porting.

kumar shivhare's response My reliance numbers are [protected],[protected].Pl. give us port code on my jio no.[protected] or on my mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in as your net work not working in my city MODINAGAR from last Oct. 2017. my reliance numbers are [protected], [protected].so port code require to convert same above numbers in other company.
