    My reliance gsm no. [protected]. I want to port it.
    But i can't find any network on my no. Although my sim is readable by phone.
    Due to no network on my phone despite having sim card in place and readable,...
    I'm unable to send sms at 1900 to generate a pin required for porting. Kindly help plz
    . N due to no network i also can't contact custmr care no.
    And on trying for network settings manually i cant see the reliance. And no other available networks can be accessed.
    Plz help

      Hi team,

      I have a reliance mobile with number [protected]. As the network services are stopped with out notice, we lost recharged amount around 500-600 rupees and also we lost many communications and faced problems as this is the only number i have (Gas connection, bank services.. Etc).

      When we contacted reliance service providers, they are saying that they does not have any information.

      I need the amount back.

        Reliance digital ministore in mannargudi town in tamil nadu, is not having proper customer service once i went to buy a jio sim yesterday dated 25/12/17 there behavior is not gud i supposed stand there nearly ten minutes everyone in store chatting themselfves and not showing response pls take care abt it because it causes disguise to your brand name

          Sir,
          I was customer for mts postpaid connection number [protected].
          Suddenly by a single sms it was transferred to rcom with giving a chance or asking my opinion whether to continue the service r not.
          Also i did not receive any internet service from that provide mts-mblaze dongle.
          I don't why i received bill for last month. Pls disconnect my account immediately.

            Hi team,
            I was an mts cdma customer and now the services are bought by rcom in the month of november 2017. I had contacted all the reliance store over phone and few directly in bangalore. Got to know that the store are closed and there is not update for any one on the this. I dont understand where i can get the an update. Contacted all the customer care numbers provided by reliance but not received any valuable information.

            On top of it i had cleared the bill till the last cycle of november as per the guidelines. But i have receive a bill this month stating i have to pay the last month bill and this month bill. Now when the mts cdma dongle is not working, as the spectrum is removed and no update to upgrade, no reliance store or customer service available how can the bill be generated.

            Attaching the payment receipt for last month and the current bill.

            This is not justified from a company with high stakes in the market.

            Resolution : i would not like to pay the bill unless and until i have solution for the from the internet service provider on my problem i. E up-gradation.
            Hence would like to know what is the further process.

              I had paid outstanding amount of rs 2800 for disconnection though my bill for month of november 2017 was rs 1800. Instead of refunding rs 1000, they have come up with new outstanding bill of rs 3117. My netconnect service was disconnected in the month of october 2017 itself. I hope reliance refunds rs 1000 instead. Please resolve this issue as i had paid more than the disconnection amount in month of november 2017.

                  • first of all there was no upc code sent to my number
                  • my number is from mp circle and i am currently in telangana due to medical requirements, hence i cant travel back to mp for atleast 3 months.
                  • i am unable to latch my number to any of the operators mentioned earlier. When trying to connect to those operators, i am getting an error "your sim card is not configured on this network", forbidden.. Etc. So the prescribed method is not working for me.
                  • when i am trying to generate the request from my other number, i am getting an invalid request error, because i am trying to generate the upc code for another phone for another operator.
                  • your call centers and local offices are currently closed.
                  • no timely or actionable response received from rcom twitter handle. What i am asking is if you can generate the upc code for faulty number and send to my alternate number would be helpful

                      My reliance gsm mob no [protected] since 2008. But since december 2017 no network the sim. I tried to port in porting code that is expired but two time rejected. Now no network, please help for new porting code/upc code that is required for port out to other mobile network company. Please help me for new porting code/upc code. Please sir help me the problem.

                            My moblile no. Is [protected]. From last month i am trying to port the number as reliance communication is no more. I have already paid my old bill even than i am not getting the port no. There is no way to contact with the customer care of reliance. I visited more than 10 times to vodafone customer care they are also unable to do the same. The main issue is that my phne number is dead from last month even then they send the current month bill. On what basis i am unable to understand. And i am confused where should i complaint for that. Even i am unable to disconnect the number. They are sending the bill by no reply mail.

As i have tried from online app payment, such as paytm, freerechage, banking app but they have removed reliance communication service provider name from there portal. So kindly help me the how can i sort out my problem.. I have already given my number to port in vodafone... And it in process.. And i have paid my last bill recently.. I just want to pay only an unbill amount. Of rs. 105.

                                Not able to get porting code for rcom number [protected] from up west circle. It has no balance so tried to recharge with rupee 10 but failed. Network is showing and i followed proper way to get porting code but it shows unable to send message. It is my oldest number since 2004, i cant loose it.
                                Listened that company is shutting down before dec 31. Help me to get upc code as earliest. Alternate number is [protected].

                                  I ported my reliance gsm connection which i had been using since the dhirubai ambani pioneer offer days, to airtel. I have paid all bills due; and have the latest bill with me which states that there is nothing due from me. On the contrary, the company owes the deposit to me.

                                  I have sent several mails to reliance customer care. There is no email acknowledgement or receipt, and i know that the mail did not bounce.

                                  I also called[protected] from airtel, jio and bsnl phones several times at various times of the day and on all days of the week. The number does not even get connected!

                                  I have also sent a direct message on twitter to @reliancemobile and also mentioned them publicly. Again no response.

                                  How can i get my deposit money back!?

                                        I have raised request to cancel my mts data card number [protected] on october 2017, they confirmed my device will be deactivate in next 2 working days. But on november i got email from reliance that mts is acquired by reliance communications and i am receiving bills from reliance now. Data card is not deactivated yet.

                                        I am trying to contact mts and reliance customer cares but mobile number is not working and i have sent so many emails and no reply at all. Very worst customer service from reliance.
