I am trying to get UPC code for porting my number to some other operator but my message for port out request is failed and I am not getting UPC code. Not even mail and customer care nos are also not responding. My number for which I am trying to UPC code is [protected] and my alternate contact no is [protected] and my mail id is narender.[protected]@gmail.com. Sir please help me to get UPC code.

    I have a reliance postpaid connection which is about 10 years old it's very unfortunate that even after repeated attempts i am unable to get the porting number as the phone is not getting registered on network... Even if i try to select the network manually there's an error.. And the porting messages which i am sending are automatically failing and are not being delivered

    I am a user of reliance since 5 years. Now i want to port my number due to shutiing down your network from your side and I also submitted porting to BSNL till 4th DEC 2017. But, till now i did not get any confirmation for the above related. Please guide me.

      I have been using this number (+91.888.227.7222) for 8 years now. I am into sales and lot of my clients have this number and now when reliance has shut their mobile business off, i am not able to make calls from this number, i cannot just throw this sim away. I need to keep this number as there is a lot of loss in my professional career, targets etc. Please do the need full. I need the port code for this number asap - +91.888.227.7222.

        I am a journalist and have been using your reliance network for well over 14 years.! I have been getting bills and paying them on time. To my utter surprise, my number went suddenly dead ([protected]) and attempts to contact cc went in vain. All my payments are uptodate and there was never any default. Kindly let me know the issue/problem so that i can take corrective measures at the earliest.

            Hi, my reliance communications connection [protected] suddenly stopped working. Did not get any port code, now when i'm trying to get one, not able to do so. It is my business number from many years. Would like to know how can i get the port number. As its a very important number for me. Trying to call customer care but it doesn't work.

              Dear sir,
              I have obtained and using the gsm mobile connection in my personal name yarlagadda basava kutumba rao, with number [protected] since more than an year. Since the reliance is closed, i had requested for portability and i wa provided upc with code number cra91575. I have approached vodafone in this area for portability. They said that the porting code is for the corporate office group system was provided and advised me to submit an application on company name for which i was sole proprietor, running the business since past 30 years as proprietor though i have explained that the connection is on my individual name. Accordingly, i have given an application but the same was rejected twice stating the letter of authorization is invalid.
              It is requested that, kindly arrange for the portability of the number considering that the connection is for the individual only in the name of yarlagadda basava kutumba rao.

                I have been using a reliance gsm number from last 7-8 years & from last 1 month i am unable to get any network nor i am able to port my number, i want to use the same number.. I have been complaning but not getting any solution!! What the hell is going on? My number is [protected]!!
                Please provide any feedback so that i can port my number, i would love to post this on social networking site so that people can boycott using any reliance products, this needs to be taken care at the earliest possibility!!

                  My reliance gsm mob no [protected] since 2008. But since december 2017 no network the sim. I tried to port in porting code that is expired but two time rejected. Now no network, please help for new porting code/upc code that is required for port out to other mobile network company. Please help me for new porting code/upc code. Please sir help me the problem

                    My mts account no was [protected].
                    From november, i was not able to connect to internet through mts dongle. So i tried to reach mts customer care no but no one received the call. All stores are also closed. So i was getting frustrated snd mailed to mts to close my connection. I was not informed officially that mts is merged with rcom. Now on dec 2nd, i received a bill of 2500 from rcom that my due bill is 2397.
                    I do not understand why i should pay the bill when i have requested for connection closure as i was not able to use their service. It was not my fault that mts/rcom was not reachable to any number and they also did not reply. I am requesting rcom to rollback the bill and if the connection is still open then please close the connection.

I heard and also received messages related to termination of rcom services and to the same i also recieved port msg on my phone in response to which i applied for mnp to airtel and i was asked to wait for 10 days for services to get activated. After few days i stopped receiving rcom networks and on replacing my sim card with airtel my services were still not activated on asking for the reason from airtel they said that your mnp procedure was not completed due to silly mistake done by the shopkeeper who applied for mnp for choosing cdma instead of gsm and now i need to do the whole procedure again which i cannot because rcom services are stopped. I don't even have the old rcom sim card with me. I have linked this number with my bank accounts, social media, all online services, plz help me, i want my number back its very important for me.

                        My number is [protected], i am trying to make a mobile number portability reqest from mobile number to 1900 but every time "insufficient balance" message as a reply from 1901. I have pepper balance to reseat for pic but i had never received the code. Customer care department can contact me on my alternate number i. E. [[protected]]. As reliance is going to shut down it's 3g services from november 30, 2017 onward, hence i need to port my number immediately. Else i will loose my number which is more than 6 years old.

                          I have been using mts (Systema shyam telecommunication) data card for long. But after the company has been taken over by the reliance communications, the service has stopped. Last one month i was unable to use the service. I received a combined bill for two months from rcom in my email but the online payment portal on the rcom website is not recognizing the mts numbers. I sent an email to the customer care but not favoured with any response. The retail stores are unable to help and advising us to switch over to other connections. This is unacceptable standard of service. Please advice can i move to the consumer redressal forum?

                          There has not been any update from Reliance Communication. The MTS Data Card has not been working despite having paid all the bills. What action can be taken against the company ??

Every time went to their told me come after 2 days at the beginning they told me go to reliance office. But it was closed for 3 months so please help me [port my number to other network i have mail to customer service to look after my problem

My user id no was[protected] till[protected] after that reliance communications discontinued broadband services and informed me so on[protected] through e-mail. Still they are sending bills for month nov.2017 and december 2017. Their customer service phones are not working and no reply for e-mail sent on[protected].

                                I was with reliance gsm (Prepaid). Starting from november start of the month of 2017. I heard and confirmed that reliance network has shutdown it's service without any intimation. I'm not receiving cellular network from reliance network, so i'm not able to get the porting code to my number to port it with the other networks. I tried sending message as upcn [protected] tn. But that down't helps. Also there's no response after sending that text. Please help me with this. I need my number back as i have linked my number to my bank, social media and everything. I don't want to loose anything. Help me asap.

                                  I am using a mts data card, now i want to surrender my postpaid data card. I don't want to use it anymore. But mts customer care is down, rcom 30333333 customer care number also not working. But rcom is sending bill for the same though i am not using it. I have visited rcom shop also, but they told they are not handling mts. Send email also to rcom customer care email address but no response. Please close my mts data card connection [protected]. I don't want to pay bill anymore.

                                    I was a user of mts datacard no.[protected] and when reliance took over mts then since the date of 20 november my internet suddenly stopped. No information was given to me about this neither by mts or reliance communication. I have been fed up since then to contact reliance to deactivate my connection. But despite giving no service i am receiving bills on my email. I will not pay any bill at all as my data card has stopped working since this takeover. I immediately request to deactivate my data card no. [protected]

                                        I have been using mts datacard for a while now and since november-1st it's totally dead. I couldn't contact customer care of mts or relaince as both of them are unable to reach from my mobile since my mdn is not registered with rcom after merger.

                                        Completely clueless after sending numerous mails to relaince and mts didn't even get a word from them.

                                        Please terminate my connection asap... As am getting my bill cycle reminders with out any usage or connection
