My name is ramesh kumar and i am owner of this phone number [protected] and i am using this phone number last 15 year and suddenly my number port in idea cellular but i am not given any port request from my phone number and also call to reliance customer care regarding for issue but there are not given satisfaction and also visit your reliance store there are given other options but not solved my phone number [protected] issue...!!
Please note.
My number change in idea cellular but not my name and not in same state it's change other name and other state..
So my humble request...

    I have paid all your dues. Recently i received another bill from your end i have paid that also and mailed to customer care regarding that but still i am not able to port my post paid no [protected] in airtel. When i ask airtel the reason why my no. Is not ported they say that u have to clear your outstanding dues with reliance. I have maid all dues against my postpaid no [protected]. Then why reliance is not allowing to port my no. My this no is linked in many places and this is a big harassment to its customers. Please allow it to port in airtel on very very urgent basis.

      Dear reliance, i have been suffering from past 3 months because of the fact that i need to port my number but i am unable to do it because of your poor services. Time and again requested to port my number but they say it is coorporate sim cant be ported. My number is [protected] and you can reach me on [protected]. The reason i am porting to other service provider is that you are winding up from kashmir and there is no coice left for me other than to port.
      Please intervene and resolve my issue

        I am trying to get upc code and port code for [protected] my number to some other
        Operator but my message for port out request is failed and i am not getting upc code.
        Not even mail and customer care nos are also not responding.

        And my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. Sir please help me to get upc code.

        I am already complainted to you ( ID: 1812536 ) still you are not replied to me . My upc code and port code date validity is[protected] so kindly solve the problem within this date[protected] immediately.

            I had paid the amount of 90 for my mobile no. [protected] through https://recharge.rcom-eshop.com and payment deducted order no. Is below orxp[protected], but amount still not credited in my reliance account.
            Rcom is already sent me the port no. For port from relince due to dis-connectivity from rajasthan but i am not able to transfer, two time rcom reject the cr due to pending amount and i have alreay paid old bill and this will paid but not credited in acount.

            Kindly check and provide me the solution my rcom no. Is not working from long.

              I have already ported my above mobile no.[protected] to jio pretty paid plan from 5th nov 2017 after your confirmation. Also, i received sms from you on 18th nov 2017 regarding deletion of my records at your end. Still, i received bills for payments from your co for rs 382 & rs 17 and same has also been remitted. Don't think i am a fool and #.in future i will not pay any bill payments received from your co & ordered you to delete my records at your end. Otherwise i am forced to complaint against your co to trai for the mental torture. Hope for your favourable action.

                I have been trying to port my reliance number [protected] to jio since four months back the last time i ported i got the orn no:no00003utyln. They have not sent the upc code. I have given this number to many of my clients. So, i have to get this number at any cost. If they don't send it i will drag reliance to court and claim damages for delaying, loss and making me stressed. My alternate number is [protected].

                    I have purchased reliance wi-pod when cdma is not is used, means i have loss of cdma device, they told me you have to purchase 4g lte device,
                    After there advice i have purchase wi-pod 4g lte device and invested again money in new device and old device's money wasted.

                    My plan is 1gb for 1 month and 384 /rs is getting paid through every month via credit card linked for billing, to avoid late fee.

                    After using few months, jio came in the market and offering 1gb per day 84 days prepaid plan with unlimited calling only in rs 400 rs. Means 3 months 400/- rs, that is 130 per month. That's cheaper than reliance post paid plan. I have continued that further 3, 4 months. That's very costly.

                    Now 2 months back i have requested to close my plan and services to reliance. But there is no call came from them and still they are billing/charging me?
                    Last month i have given porting request from reliance jio (Reliance digital mall in baner pune) they told me, you will get porting your same no.in max 5 days, but still reliance is not helping to port and charging monthly billing.

                    Please help me in this regards
                    Again my device charges are getting wast, due to their rules. My device is not usefull for other network? Meas, again i have 999 rs. Device cost lost of money. (2nd time investment, in wast)

                    Why same device not getting accepted by reliance jio?
                    Where is the matter stuck, please help me to sort out this issue and also help me
                    1) billing from reliance is continued
                    2) refund the bills, which was paid, after device is not in use?
                    3) same device will get port with reliance jio, which was applied
                    4) take this request on high priority
                    5) complaint raising 1st time, expect resolve faster.

                    No body listening my complaint, yesterday, called on 5 times on numbers provided on web site
                    [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected] But there is no executives are available due to some technical reason ...
                    Now What to do and how to resolve my issue.
                    Please close the connection and help to port into JIO

                      My number has not received the PORT Code. I have been trying to send the port SMS but it is not sending. Please help me in getting the port code. I have proper balance and receiving all the messages like OTP and other stuffs. I have been trying to contact the customer care but nothing works. The signal strength does comes but I cannot call to any other number. Please it's an important number for me.

                        I had a postpaid connection [protected] for almost 20 years, which i got ported as reliance was shutting service in my area. My deposit rs.3500/- was said will be received by check soon and i will be called for details but i haven't received any update yet. (Posted in november first week)

                        Since customer care number wasn't working, all the above conversation took place in person at reliance store.
                        Waiting for my old refund.

                          I have received my mts data card (Mdn no-[protected]) bill through rcom. As in the bill its mentioned that mts merged with rcom. But till i am not able to get the link for online payment.
                          Yesterday i have also received the bill dated-15.12.2017 of amount 1092.00 including the fine for not paying the last month's bill.
                          Regarding this i have given so many mails in last monthes to all customer care, but till now i have not received any reply.
                          Please do the needful in early or if not possible, please disconnect my connection from today, and please give where i can pay the full & final settlement bill.

                            I am a mts mblaze postpaid user (Now merged with rcom). It is not working from november first week. I have tried to contact mts. I have sent multiple emails, but their customer care was not responding. I wanted to cancel my my mts mblaze postpaid connection + services.

                            Then i came to know about mts-rcom merging. Mts has not sent any messages to me regarding this merging. But rcom has sent bill for november. When i tried to contact rcom customer care, they are also not responding.

                            And now i have also got bill for december. But i have not used my datacard in november and in december. I have sent mails to [protected]@relianceeada.com. But they are not replying. When i am trying to contact customer care numbers, i am getting a reply that invalid number. And i even tried to raise a complaint in their online self service portal (www.rcom.in). when i enter my mts number, it is saying invalid number. I am not even able to pay the bill.

                            I am not ready to pay the bills for november and december since i have not used it. And rcom has poor customer service. They are not even ready to send a reply to the mails.

                            I would like to cancel my mts mblaze postpaid connection + services. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                              I am using your services for more than a year and now it's getting down so i opt for porting to another service but i couldn't do that because it was rejected by reliance and i am not even able to send a message to someone from my sim even to 1900.

                                I was using reliance gsm till last week, when unfortunately someone had stolen my mobile phone in which i had lost my reliance sim also along with upc code sent by reliance. Now as reliance has already closed all of its stores and customer care, i am unable to port my no. Into other telecom service provider. I am using this no from a long time, so i want to retain this no only. Please provide solution for this problem asap.

                                  I want to state that recently about one month ago a mobile tower has been installed in our residential area on the top of house no. 1057 sector 38 b, chandigarh without our consent and permission. I request you to kindly remove the same as soon as possible because we all know the harmful effects of the em radiations emitted from it. The mobile tower is very very near to all people living in this locality. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        Sir,
                                        I have this number for since last 5 years and it was used by my brother name manish golimar out of which the service provider of this number for last 2 years was reliance communication and before that its service provider was vodafone and we have all evidences to prove our ownership to this number.
                                        Due to closure of company reliance communication they send us portability code on 09/11/2017 but when tried to port this number through vodafone we found that that my number [protected] was already ported by someone named by pradeep kumar yadav from vodafone store named as ganesham telecom which is illegal and according to regulation of trai this is offend is liable to penalty.
                                        Further we dont share our porting code with somebody else except the companies for porting.
                                        Our all business contact was with this number due to this consequences we are affected by financial losses as well as losing our goodwill by not attending our customer properly. So we need our number [protected] back and tne company or person responsible for all these deeds must be punished.
                                        So please try to take all the remedial measures or either put the number on stay for portability as early as possible because our portability due date is before 31/12/2017.
