I have closed my account in november and paid all due from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit (1250/-) has to be refunded at the time of closing the account i would like to know how and when i would get the amount back. I am yet to get my amount back even my last statement shows -1250 as balance. Please let me know how to get my money back, coz it's a clear case of fraude by reliance communication to their customers.

    I submitted port request for my postpaid number [protected] to airtel but instead of porting it got transferred to someone else.
    I am using this number for last 10 years and can't afford to loose it to someone else.
    Please look into the issue asap as its causing a lot of trouble for me.

      I was using reliance postpaid no. [protected] since july 2017. The security amount taken by company & told that security will adjust in bill after 2-3 months. After 3 month i called customer care, i asked to adjust security in next month bill. They denied. Next month again i talked to customer care and informed i have to port my no. To other telecom company, i requested to adjust security in next bill. They told security will be refunded you after porting but can not be adjusted in bill. Now my no. Is ported. & i have to take rs.1058 from reliance. But there is all stores are closed. Company is closed. Online no any option available. No any contact working

        I have been using your network services from 6 years. As your network services are down in nagpur maharashtra. I am forced to port out from your network. I am not able to port out from your network service. As i send a port out request to 1900. I receive a message from 1901 "unable to connect to database"
        How can i port out?
        Your customer service numbers are also down. Where can i reach you or connect to you. I wanna continue my same number for my future communications. Help me out with it

        My Number is [protected], I am trying to make a Mobile Number Portability request from my reliance number to get my Unique Porting Code; but every time I got "Insufficient Balance” message as a reply from 1901. I have proper balance to request for UPC but.plzz check and info yours outlets to port my mobile no to other company .

            I am a regular user of said gadget since 2010 but since november end this has stopped functioning as there is no net connection of reliance available at jamshedpur. There is no reliance hub at jamshedpur as such i am not in a position to surrender the gadget. Yesterday i received the bill from reliance communication of rs590.50 (Bill period 11.11.17 to 11.12.17)
            Please let me know in this situation how can i pay the bill and surrender the gadget.

              Im using reliance gsm from last 6 years, now they stopped their service, no network connection, n im using rcom service from long time so all have my this number, due to netwrk lose i cant generate upc code for port to another number, so please send me a upc code so i can port it into another.

                I have received a bill for the mtc connection for rd 589/- which i am not using. As per rcom notification the connection should be disconnected as i have not opted to convert my plan to rcom post november 30, 2017. I m not going to pay this bill since, my device is not receiving any network coverage. Please go ahead and take my name off of your billing distribution list.

                Since you were not accessible i have also went ahead and put up a complaint on the national complaint board. Please confirm when this connection would be disconnected.

                  Hi,

                  I would like to close my mts postpaid data card connection (Mts no :[protected]). I have tried to close
                  It through customer care toll free and i am unable to connect to them. Even after multiple calls my call
                  Was disconnected by your customer support. I am facing frequent connectivity issues and raised the
                  Complaint (No: nov/21) it was not resolved till now. The customer service is very worst and we are not
                  Even able to speak to the executive. All my friends are having the same problem. So i have decided to
                  Close this connection immediately. Kindly close this connection immediately and revert back the status to
                  Me.

                  Kindly acknowledge my request and close immediately.

                    My mother had taken reliance mutual funds and i was the beneficiary. The funds were transmitted by someone else using my signatures which were forged. Reliance has not done any thorough verification and redeemed the funds. I informed them that i have not given redemption request and i did not sign any papers. They called me and confirmed the documents submitted are invalid and need fresh documents. I again informed i have not submitted any documents or any redemption request and i need my money with the compensation as i had to travel to pune from ahmedabad just to lodge an fir for the same. It has been almost 2 months now but no solution from their side. I have lost money plus mentally harassed by them with frequent phone calls with the same same conversation again and again but no resolution yet. I have been duped of my money as proper procedures were not followed by pune office.in ahmedabad when i had redeemed mutual funds they verified my documents, my photo id with my presence as mandatory measures. This procedure was not followed by pune office. I believe and i am sure that someone in reliance has joined hands with the person who has done this fraud.

                      The portability code no. Is invalid. I can't port my mobile number. I can't do any call, please activate my mobile no. [protected] - chhattisgarh number. There is no network and i have tried to all customer care no. But its not working.

                      Please its urgent, i am using this number from long time more than 12years and updated in all important document. Please help me on priority basis.

                          Reliance communication immediately stopped all voice services and my main balance is around 1600.. I am unable to put a data pack.. Nor port out.. They have shut down their outlets... Their customer care has no option to speak to an executive... What do i do with that 1600.. Pathetic telecom service.. Without even sending a message saying that their services would be stopped... Help me out of this... My reliance number is [protected]..

                              I have been using my reliance sim for almost 10years but in 09/2016 i was hospitalised and because of which i had Damaged my phone which took me 3-4 month to get back my sim as well it took me a lot of time to recover and bcoz of which i couldnt contact operator. Now i want to apply for PF and Passport iam facing problem For OTP bcoz of Deactivated Sim.I Contacted Reliance via email but no response .. Its my Humble Request Kindly Help me in This Situation I have Attached my Aadhar Card which has My Mobile Number .

                                Even after repeated complaints against reliance wireless landline connection on the number [protected] no action has been taken so far. Also repeated bills are being sent. I am clearly telling you that the device is not working since last 1 month and we are facing great inconvenience due to it. We are not going to pay the bills as it had stopped working long back. All your service centers have also been closed. Kindly terminate this connection as soon as possible.

                                  I have obtained and using the gsm mobile connection in my personal name vibhash ratilal shah, with above number since more than 10 year. Since the reliance is closed, i had requested for portability and i was provided upc with code number crm 42135. I have approached vodafone in my area for portability. They said that the porting code is for the corporate office group system was provided and advised me to submit an application on company name for which i was sole proprietor, running the business since past 3 years as proprietor though i have explained that the connection is on my individual name. Accordingly, i have given an application but the same was rejected twice stating the letter of authorization is invalid.
                                  It is requested that, kindly arrange for the portability of the number considering that the connection is for the individual only in the name of vibhash ratilal shah.
