Dear sir/madam,

I am a subscriber to rcom dongle (No. [protected]). Since last 2 months, i have trying to reach the customer service of rcom to get my services terminated, by phone and email. However, there has been no response from any one. Their phone numbers are unreachable as there is no one answering. There are no centres in pune for rcom where i can approach and get the services terminated. Moreover, sometimes in december 2017, the services got terminated automatically even after a lot of data being unused. However, i have received a bill for the month of december 2017 for the entire month, which is unfair. I want to get these services terminated at the earliest. Please do the needful.

I have made a request for port on dated 23/11/2017 but the co has not done & raise the bill and same also paid on 19/12/2017. It is still under process. Please look into the matter.

Since 23rd December I was not able to access broadband. When I tried to login, it shows username is invalid. Although rest of pages work properly like forget password etc.. customer care number isn't working because of which I was unable to contact customer care executive.

    I have been using mts mblaze connection from 2014 and was happy with it, without any problems. But since the merger of mts with rcom, i am not able to connect to the internet using the same device.

    Later i got to know about the merger and the transfer of my account from mts to rcom, without my consent or any kind of prior notification.

    Later, in the following month i received a bill from rcom stating about the merger and the bill dues for the earlier month.

    I was not happy with the connection and hence tried to pay my dues and terminate my connection with rcom but since then i am facing the following issues:

    1. The payment method specified in the bill is vague and i am not able to clear my dues at www.rcom.co.in( because of lack of proper guidelines for mts ported customers like me) or at paytm (Because i don't know to who the payment should be made to - mts mblaze or reliance? Because i don't want to make payment and lose my money without clearing my dues).

    2. Moreover, the connection is still not restored even after ample time after the merger, so why should i pay for a service which i have not used? (Right now i have received two months bills with the same issue persisting)

    3. Also, i have used all channels possible to me to contact the customer care of rcom to resolve the issue but it's of no use as the customer care numbers mentioned in the bill either turn out to be invalid or not existing and the one's that do work have no option to help with my problem.

    4. I have even tried to reach out rcom on mail at [protected]@relianceada.com regarding the issue, but i have received no response from them till date.

    5. I have also tried to go to the reliance stores in bengaluru mentioned in www.rcom.co.instore locators, but they have to be non existent in nature with only a virtual address without physical presence. (Maybe the stores have closed shop, but the information isn't updated on the website)

    In light of all these, i am tired of receiving bills for services that i have not used and as my connection is post paid, i think that i will continue to get the bills in the future also, irrespective o[censored]sage of the service.

    Therefore, i request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the issue and initiate appropriate action to resolve the issues faced by customers like me with regards to bill payment and termination of the said connection as soon as possible.

    I don't understand that the services of Reliance communications has stopped yet why i am getting bills for the number. Because of the ongoing bill i am not able to get my number ported. please stop generating bill fot the number of [protected].

      Dear sir,

      I have been using the services of this number ([protected]) for a long time and being one of the old customer of reliance communications. I have given request to port this number to airtel on 25th nov 2017. Till now, this number is not ported. I have paid all the bills and i have no dues.

      I tried multiple times to connect with reliance customer care but failed.

      Kindly help asap.

          Dear sir
          I am permanent employee of reliance communication infra ltd. I joined this company on 4th oct 2016. Everything is going fine. Suddenly in month of october my hr person ask me to put my resignation without any reason and said company is closing his business so you have to put resign i denied to give resign because i am the only earning person in my family and it's very tough to give resign suddenly without having any job. Company hold my october month salary no one gave any answer why they hold my salary and continuesly my hr team forced me to put resign otherwise they will terminate me. But i didn't gave any resign.
          On 14th nov. Company send me transfer mail to tamilnadu (Dindigul district) a remote area. Reporting date 21.11.2017 which is very tough to join from faizabad uttar pradesh (My working locatiion) to dindigul tamilnadu but still i joined and report there on time. Because i don't have any job to survive my life. I am working there and company not give any money and they hold again my november month salary.
          After that they again start force me to put resignation. They not provide any single peny in between. On 30th december 2017 they send me termination mail without any reason.

          I am mentally harassment by this act of my employer reliance communucation. They torture me mentally and financially. I am in very tough situation.
          Not only me so many of my colleagues are facing this situation due to this act by company. So many employees are jobless now whose family's are totally dependent upon them.
          So please kindly take a necessary action against it.

            I have been using the services since 2007 of this number and being one of the old and privileged customer of reliance communications, i never expected this kind o[censored]nfriendly and atrocity that reliance is plying on its subscribers.
            From 20th nov 2017, reliance has stopped its services due to which our services got interrupted. When called at reliance store, they said you will need to port your number. We tried porting first on vodafone, twice our case got rejected. Then seeing no respite, we tried porting into idea. Now after paying the dues for usage made in the month of nov 2017, we are astonished to find another bill of rs. 719.13 billed for dec 2017. This bill dated 24th nov - 24th dec 2017 is completely a hoax, since our services were interrupted right from 20th nov 2017. When approached at reliance store, they said that you need to pay the remaining amount which is mandatory to let your number get ported to idea or any other service operator.

                      Reliance services are being shut down but till date i have not received my port request number from reliance for my rcom number [protected].

                      Please arrange to provide me port request so that i can resume my number as it is being used in my bank accounts and other services for otp and now my all services are stopped and i am not getting any solution from customer care call as it is not redirected to customer care executive. Please help to resume my oldest number.

                        I used a reliance dongle ([protected]) in 2016 in delhi but stopped using the number in september 2016. There was some 1100/- bill due which i paid in october 2016. I forgot about the number, i have never used it, but i still got a call in june 2017 from supposedly tiz hazari court saying that some 900 rs is still pending, i had long agument with them but then i thought i would just settle the matter and again paid 900 rs. Now today on 30th december 2017 i got a call from ito police headquarters in delhi saying that an fir has been lodged against me for a ine of 42000 which will not be forwarded unless i pay 5000 rs. Now i cant even contact the company because its has closed down, thee is no way to contact the customer care. Is this how rcom is planning to reduce its debt.
                        Kindly resolve this matter so that if any fir is being lodged it is removed

                            Hello, i did send port request to 1900 but didn't get a port out code and the last day to port from reliance gsm to any other network is in 2 days. My mobile number is [protected]. I tried calling there customer service but there is no response from there side. Most of the numbers doesn't even exist. I tried more than once in sending the port out request but the results where all the same.

                            Please look into the issue fast as the last date is in 2 days to port out to any other network.

                              I have been using your network services from 65years. As your network services are down maharashtra. I am forced to port out from your network. I am not able to port out from your network service. As i send a port out request to 1900. I receive a message from 1901 "unable to connect to database"
                              How can i port out?
                              Your customer service numbers are also down. Where can i reach you or connect to you. I wanna continue my same number for my future communications. Help me out with it

                                My r.com postpaid no. Is [protected] have been using since 4th may, 2005. Upc code as sent by network provider es844561. I have applied for mnp to other network due to shut down of r.com network. My network disconnected since 2 months ago, during this time my mnp is rejected several times. I have regularly paid my bill for last month also (Oct-nov) without any network service. Till now my mnp is pending & r.com again send me a bill for dec without any network service (Since 25th oct. 2017). For what i have to pay this??
                                It is a one kind of extreme illegal exploitation

                                  I was having a mts number which got deactivated after 30th nov. I did not receive any communication for this. I got a bill of around 700 rs on nov 15th which i have paid.

                                  On 15 dec 2017 again i got a bill from rcom of around 1100 rs (Last month pending bill + late fees + dec rent). Immediately i sent a mail to them with all details. I called on their customer care number but no one picked up and there was an ivr of service is stopped due to emergency service.

                                  I have clearly told them i dont want to use the this number and they have to deactivate the number on immediate basis.

                                  Till date i did not receive any communication from them.

                                    So i want to discontinue, the use of service. I tried by phone, email & shop visit.

                                      I made the payment of rs.738 for nov and dec 2017 through vodaphone port and received the message payment successful on 15th dec. 2017 due to lack of reliance mobile net work from nov. But till now i have not received the receipt for the payment made. I find it very difficult to move to other net work even though i cleared the dues from my side. Kindly look into the matter and solve my problem immediately.
