No call no sms nothing.

Many of my account is linked with it.
Either provide me upc or upgrade to 4g i don't have any issue.

Only concern is that my number should start functioning

I had been using the reliance gsm number [protected] since 4-5 years and in few couple of month i cannot receive call and make call from my number. I am very frustrated and this number is very important to me so i would like to what is the problem with my sim card. Please if you could rectify this problem as soon as possible it would very greatfull to me.

I have a postpaid no of reliance communication [protected] and they had stopped india vide services in october and they just sent us a bill dated for november. Because of this i am even unable to port my no and they have stopped all customer services by now.

This is really troubling for any consumer and something must be done for this.

Please clear our unreasonable outstanding so that we can port to other service provider.

I have idea no ported from rcom. I was on business trip from last 6 months. When i came back here, i realized that mobile no has been deactivated. I contact to idea customer care, they said that no has been deactivated and submitted to rcom. I am trying to reach rcom customer care but not able to.

I am using this no from last 10 years. How can i activate this no?

This no is mapped to my many accounts.

In november 2017, i transported my telephone number from rcom to vodafone, with the advice and guidance of the local service outlet of reliance com. They assured me that all the deposits and balances with rcom will be automatically refunded within 30 days. But, i have not received the same till now. My letter to the company also remain unresponded.

I am a reliance communications gsm mobile customer in assam from june-2011 onward, as per the mobile number port code provided by the reliance communications to my number i tried to port to other networks like idea, jio and vodafone but reliance communications rejected my porting. And reliance network also not working and i am unable to contact any of their customer care numbers. And they are mentioned the port code is valid till[protected].

As my mobile number is very important to me as i have given this number in my bank and other areas.

Sir i have not received the unique portal number as my no. Has been disconnected during nov. And dec. 2017. Kindly provide me portal number for the customer relatinship no.[protected] as im unable to change to another network. I'm ramprasad and this is regarding mobile post paid bill. There are no network and services since mid of october from reliance and i received bills for nov and dec months. Why should i pay the amount as there is no network and also services from your end. On top it there are no customer services since two months to discuss the problems which is totally unfair. I'm not ready to pay the amount. Kindly resolve the issue asap as i need to port my number to other network for which current issue is a blockage. Thanks.

I have to port my reliance mobile [protected] no into idea/vodafone but mnp process many time fail at last moment for "authority letter" which is i unable to provide because when i purchased this reliance sim card i just provide my pvt firm i-card and driving licence no other documents was given.. I tried many time for new simple upc but doesn't response i want simple upc for port.

Hi, The company was winded up before doing justice to old and less educated.

Need UPC Code for Porting Out [protected].

Its a main number that was used and a lot of suffering has already been faced.

Dear sir/madam

This is to inform you that we have an agreement with reliance communication on 25/2/2009 for giving space for establishing their telecom equipment and dp in our building premises at neeraj apartment, 50-b. Indrapuri colony. Indore-mp.

As per agreement reliance communications had to pay rs.1500 per month as usage/maintenance charges (Premises rent) to our society, neeraj apartment sahwasi sangh and it had to be increased with 10% on every 3rd anniversary.

By oct -2016 all payments were depositing regularly in our society bank ac of neeraj apartment rahwasi sangh through ecs at vyaparik audhoyogik bank, ac no — 5047. But from oct-2016 onward our society did not receive rent amt, i. Ers.4950 per month from reliance communications (Enclosed bank statement copy as attachment).

Regarding said complaint we contacted to reliance communication's local office at bcm hights. Indore but we find that co. Has wind up their operations and office has permanently closed.

Now co's equipment and wires are still equipped and engaged a lot of space in building premises. And no co. Official neither coming to maintain the same nor contacted us for any clarifications.

Regarding said issue we tried to contact almost all available co's officials and avl contacts nos, but most of the nos not responding or reply. No one is authorized or answerable to resolve our unpaid rent issue.

Afterthat on 18/12/17, i communicated to reliance communication's on,

Without port code other mobile operators are not ready to port my number.

I am using that number from 3 years.

Therefore i am not able to process my port request.

Please provide me valid upc code so that i can port my number to other network.

I want to terminate and cancel my reliance postpaid datacard connection. I have sent email so many times to [protected]@relianceada.com on 5th dec'2017onward and called to customer care number also till now no response. This is total irresponsibility from reliance service end and sending monthly without using data card.

I monika mehta proprietor of bhavya finserv purchased 1 connection from reliance communication and that connections are active till your announcement of discontinuation of services of reliance communication. These connections are of 140 telemarketing number and my relationship no is[protected]. For getting these connections i deposited security deposit of 50300/-.

First of all these services were discontinued by your company and still your company is charging rental and sending me bills for payments. We do not have any store here to go and logged a complaint again this issue. Why your company is generating the bills when these connections are not active and services was discontinued by your company. Please find attached here new bills that i received from your company. I will never pay any bills because i am not using these connections from last 2 months and connections are not active.

Requesting you to kindly refund my all security deposit to me because when connections are not active and i am not using so please refund my security deposits. If your company is offering me to activate these connections then i clearly say that i do not want to run further these connections because of your company reputation. So i request you to kindly return and refund my security deposit to me and send cheque below mentioned address because my address is being changed and due to your stores are not running currently and not updating my current address please send all my money in form of dd or cheque to below mentioned address :

This not good for your reputation that for only of rs. 50300/- i have to write an email to you. Please refund my money otherwise i will go for legal action and fill litigation in consumer court. You and your company will be responsible for any expense incurred during legal action and for my mental harassment also.

My cell number [protected] was ported last month and my last bill shows a refund of rs. 373, but the company has not paid the same. I had paid the advance earlier as the company had charged me advance. That time they said that it was company policy to charge advance amount. Now, i find the company is closed and forcibly ported our all numbers including mine. When i contacted the call centre, no one is attending the call. Please help me in getting my refund.

I tried to port this number to idea (Two times), airtel (Once) and failed. As i am not able to use this number i am requesting to please surrender this number so i dont need to make payment every month unnecessarily.
