I want to terminate and cancel my reliance postpaid datacard connection. Today I went to Reliance store chembur to Chembur. It was most pathatice experience ever in my life. The staff was least bother to attend the customer. After waiting for half hour the lady ask me about me about my number and told me to pay 230 as my monthly bill and 150 as MNP fee for which she was not ready to give any receipt.
