I have a reliance postpaid connection with No. [protected]. I want to disconnect the same due to poor network facilities. I had lodged complaint about this poor service many times and all the time I was given bseless assurances for betterment within stipulated period. But no I repeat invariably NO progress has been done. So kindly disconnect my Postpaid Sim No [protected]. Also send me the details of dues so that I can make payment. It is very much disappointing that you have arrived at such a conclusion of my complaint/request without taking any favourable action. I was just asked to SMS "'PORT" to 1900 to stop reliance service to my postpaid connection No [protected]. I have done son twice and no improvement has been noticed yet. I have recordings and evidences for all efforts made by me to stop the reliance postpaid connection.
I shall not be liable to pay any further bills, if you are not stopping service to my postpaid numbe [protected].
please make a note of it and do the needful to stop service to my postpaid number [protected] at your earliest. I will remove sim on 29th FEb 2016 and will not pay any further bills.
