Reliance Communications — postpaid data card bill payment | |||
I have received my mts data card (Mdn no-[protected]) bill through rcom. As in the bill its mentioned that mts merged with rcom. But till i am not able to get the link for online payment. Yesterday i have also received the bill dated-15.12.2017 of amount 1092.00 including the fine for not paying the last month's bill. Regarding this i have given so many mails in last monthes to all customer care, but till now i have not received any reply. Please do the needful in early or if not possible, please disconnect my connection from today, and please give where i can pay the full & final settlement bill. Mts mblaze is not working. And no prior sms/notification regarding merging activity.. please give details about disconnection ..you guys are trying to fool us..
