Am facing inconvenience regarding network since last night[protected]. There is no signal in my both reliance number. I request to solve it asap because am really unable to contact anyone.

Secondly there is no option to reach customer care on call.. Whenever i use to dial 198 or 333 there is no option to reach customer care so plz help me with this too.

Puc code please. I was using reliance prepaid mobile with the no. [protected] for more than 13 years. Now reliance mobile co stoped the services and i want to shift to some other mobile co. With the same no. Portability. I apporoched airtell. They advised me to get the puc code from releiance mobile co. I visited with a request to reliance mobile co. Agency at chembur opp. Fine arts. But they said they do not have the code no.

I use reliance sim of number[protected]. But in some days it not connnect to a reliance network it shows airtel. Idea nwtworks. And if i search manual network then also reliance not shown.
I am not able to use that sim. For call net or text too.
Reliance cc numbers not working.
Please fix it. Give reason to me why this happen..

I am not getting network signal on my mobile since nov15th with reliance gsm sim, i am unable to port to other networks as my port number is expired and didn't receive other as no network, my no. Is [protected] and my alternate number is [protected], please look into this and provide the port number to my alternate number, please resolve my issue asap as my reliance number is very important.

Sir we problem to give rent for 20 year so kindly requsting to since 8 month not give tower rent bagalore office no response onwer name vivekannada puttu shanbhag tadri so trouble since 1 month rcom connection shutdown so alleast 6 month working days tower rent pay kindly requst please take complient.

I have deposited extra bill and ported the connection for my no. [protected] and now i want my money back when i have ported the connection that then after sometime the airtel call comes to me that i have not completed the bill payment so i have deposited the money but when i done my bill payment of rupees 474 then again a call from airtel comes that my bill is due then i deposited a sum of rupees 800 against the bill payment but when i installed the instacare app and registered myself then i came to know that i have deposited a sum of rupees 954 extra against my bill payment and now i have ported my connection so i want to know that whether this money is wasted or it can be refundable to me and in what type the refund comes to me

I have to port my reliance number as reliance is now closed. I have my number linked in all banks and services and i don't want to lose this number. Please help me to sort this out. I need to file my gst return but i'm not able to do so as i am not getting the otp to file gst. I tried to contact all reliance customer care but they are not reachable.

RCOM has taken over MTS last month after which website/customer care services have been down continuously. I have been trying to contact the MTS/RCOM customer care for almost 3 weeks now.. MTS old helpline number ([protected]) is not working, reliance communications number[protected] is saying due to emergency services are down.

MTS website has stopped working and Reliance website is not reading my MDN number. I`m struggling to reach these guys, as I`m unable to make the payment and cancel my connection. As I have moved to England permanently, can`t visit any of the store.No able to pay online coz websites are down and PAYTM has deleted the MTS/RCOM option.

Could you please advise how to pay? And, please cancel my connection with immediate effect as I am not in India anymore.

Saddening to see the pathetic service offered by such a renowned brand “Reliance”. I`m very disappointed as you can`t even offer a basic Call Center connectivity service to your customer. Such a SHAME.

I need you to cancel my number immediately and ask some to collect the payment from my family or give me some link from where I can pay it online.

I won`t pay anything for this month rental as I`m not using the services for last 2 weeks.

Reliance tower at chandkheda ahmedabad no.457 survey no 453/7 ioc road chandkheda in the name of champaben d parmar aged 73 years old and sushilaben m solanki aged 60 years old lease completed in 2015. Oftenly saying sending 10 regd ad posts visit 10 times to their prahladnagar ahmedabad office no response but they insulting us and not a reliable answering. Noone take our care for solve the problem. We are wandering here and there. Till date we have not received even original mou signed documents. No person us there to hear our problems. Lastly we go their prahladnagar office we hear and shoaked that reliance tower in gujarat offices are wind up. We come to know that where our tower is lying 2 or 3 other communication like vidafone airtel dishes are found. Sir a huge vompany is cheating with us. One side they are not giving or vacant our land other side he is taking more rent from other communication companies. Please look in to the matter because it is our sweat income of life and they are not vacant our land. Inspite of so many times reminders and visiting myself aged 60 years my partner aged 75 years old but there is no response. Our humble request to solve this matter because we are unable to fight against ahuge company. A fight like an aunt fightting with an elephant. Result you know sir. Thats why by indian condumer complain like our poor men helping we are hopping you will returning our land from reliance company. My port code like upc is not genreting by relince if they are closed their company then why there site is running why they tell that their 3g or 4g service is on i send them message on [protected]@relianceada.com three time i send them a message but they where no replay from their i call them but mobile says that this number is not right what I do tell me

My reliance postpaid number got disconnected and i then i requested for porting the number. I received my upc but still i'm not been able to migrate to another operator yet. I have paid bills even if my phone was without network and not in use. I'm in grave problem as this is a business phone number and also this number is associated with my bank a/c and many other services. Please look into the matter and help me migrate to another operator.

Reliance broadband is not working since 2 days, and calls to any executive at[protected] are getting disconnected. An recorded tape plays which says that the service of speaking to customer care is not available.

I am unable to log any complaint. No response to emails or twitter messages.
